Luna's Destiny
Luna's Findings
Previous ChapterNext ChapterAs Princess Luna runs down the Castle halls, she hears the sounds of two galloping Princesses close behind.
Luna looked behind her, and saw the two Princesses, not far behind her, so she flared open her wings, opened a nearby window with her magic, and took off.
"I mustn't let them catch me" Luna thought, as she sped off towards the Castle Courtyard, being careful to not leave a single trace behind.
As the Night Princess sped towards the Courtyard, she noticed that the Sun was setting on the horizon.
Luna sighed, as she ran to a nearby corner, hid, and began to activate her magic.
"Alright, lets do this quickly."
The Moon began its slow accent into the dimming daylight, and settled into place after a few minutes.
"Well, now, that the Moon is done rising, I might as well be careful not to worry my Dear Sister.
"Luna opened her wings once again, and flew up to the very top of the Castle, and stood on top, smiling as the gentle rays of the dimly glowing Moon hit her.
Luna's peaceful moment was suddenly ruined by the sounds of clanging armour.
"Celestia, don't tell me your sending out your Guards to find me...?" Luna said in disbelief.
"You six!" Go and find Princess Luna, Celestia's orders!"
Luna peaked over the edge to see the Guard Commander ordering six guards to find her.
"Oh... No..." Luna thought, as she cowered down on the roof, not wanting to be seen.
"As we shall get out of here, now!" Luna flared her wings and swiftly flew higher into the sky, and dove, gaining speed, so she wouldn't be seen when she enters the Castle.
"Okay, here I shall go." Luna said, before magically teleporting inside the Castle..
Luna sighed gratefully, happy that she wasn't seen.
"Luna!" Where have you been ,I sent out Guards looking for you?!"
Luna's eyes went wide as she noticed a worried Celestia approach her.
"Sister I'm fine." Luna said, anxiously.
"Where were you?" Celestia cried, a serious look on her face.
"On top of the Castle, watching this glorious town slumber in my beautiful nighttime."
"Hmmm, I see..." Celestia said, calming down, a small smile forming onto her face.
"Well, you should tell me before going off like that" Celestia said, putting a hoof onto the side of Luna's stomach, causing Luna to flinch and back away.
"Yes, sister, I'm fine, now I shall be heading outside now!" Luna's temper was rising, and Celestia noticed.
"Luna, are-
"IM FINE!" Luna was now angry, Celestia was getting too carried away with her safety.
"Luna- I....' Celestia sighed, turning around to see a tired and worried Cadence walking up to her.
"Is everything alright?...." Cadence said tiredly.
"Yes, I'm fine, but Luna defiantly is not." Celestia answered firmly.
"What happened, Cadence asked, yawning.
"Luna got mad at me for asking if she was alright, she yelled at me, she'd never do that to me...." Celestia replied, worriedly.
"We have to find her, something's wrong with her, I can tell." Cadence said, trying her best to stay awake.
"No, you need sleep, Cadence, you look exactly like you did when you saved us from King Sombra." Celestia said, while looking at cadence's tired state.
"Okay, I'll help you..... *Yawn." Look for her in the morning." Cadence said, before nearly falling over from being overtired.
"I'll carry you." Celestia said, Leviating the asleep pink Alicorn.
After Cadence was asleep, Celestia went to the balcony, and watched Luna overlook Canterlot.
"Please, Luna you can't hide your problems forever, I hope you tell us."... Celestia said, before worriedly looking out to the Moon, and wishing to the Moon.
