After a tiresome trek through the San Palomino desert, Queen Erranda and the Locust Hive changelings find the sleepless gambling city of Las Pegasus. Hungry, thirsty, and sore from the journey, they eagerly approach the pony city and hide underneath its sewers, where they plan on a feeding raid away from prying eyes and ears.

But they soon enter the territory of the Miasma hive led by the vain and ill-tempered Queen Miasma, who seeks to kick the Locusts out of her "vacation spot." Will the Locusts get all the food they need to live another day, or will they face the wrath of one of the largest changeling hives in Equestria?

In fact, do they need to raid the city at all?
