Spike Dragano is just a taxi driver in 1930's Manehattan, but his life is turned upside by two mobsters when they need his help. He's presented with the stark decision of joining up or being hunted down by rival mafiosos with a grudge. His skills as a driver, as well as with a gun, come in handy as he begrudgingly joins the world of the mafia in the era of prohibition and corruption. He becomes a respected Solodato in the Celestino family, and even gets married. But things start to go awry: the war between the Celestinos and the Lunettis keeps escalating, and all of the blood on Spike's claws is getting to him - remorse and betrayal become his ruination.

This story is inspired by Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven and Mafia II, as well as classic mob films like Goodfellas and the Godfather. There's even a little Grand Theft Auto and Lackadaisy. However, the level of violence and the number of murders is at a semi-realistic level.
