Chapters Back at the old castle of the royal pony sisters there sat a little alicorn of blue. The once Nightmare Moon now was the youngest sister of Princess Celestia, Princess Luna. She sat there looking at a spot on the ground.
Just, well, laughing. The rest of the Element bearers were staring at her with 'What is she laughing at?' look. Well, almost all of them. Twilight Sparkle was rocking back and forth mumbling quietly to herself. No pony knew what was going on with Luna. They didn't notice Twilight in the corner, as they were busy trying to figure out what happened. Suddenly, there was a flash of light from the window just outside.
Then in came, the bringer of the sun herself, Princess Celestia. She started to proclaim her thanks, "I'm so proud of all of you for saving my..." she trailed off, looking at her surroundings; she saw her little sister, just laughing at, well nothing.
Then she saw her prize pupil in the corner rocking back and forth mumbling, she just made it out as, 'I'm a pretty princess and you all are my little ponies.' She then gazed back to the rest of the ponies that occupied the room, just as perplexed as she was. "Umm Luna? Do you remember me?" She asked as she slowly advanced towards her.
Luna stopped her laughing and glanced up. She has a frightened look on her face, staring at Celestia for a while. Then she suddenly screamed, "MOON MONSTER!”, then she got up as briskly as she could and dashed away.
She just scampered away like her life depended on it. Nowhere in particular though. She kept screeching the name over and over again. Soon she caught sight of the staircase that led to the exit. Then Celestia grabbed hold of her in her magic before she could stumble down the stone steps.
"Luna listen to me, you are okay. You're not in any danger of anything.” assured Celestia trying to stop her sister from being afraid of her delusions. "Luna, please be okay. I lost you once, I can't lose you again." She started crying.
Luna was struggling against her hold. She also seemed to be getting younger. She had a thought. If she put a sleeping spell on her, she could take Luna back to the castle in Canterlot. She started the spell, which many years before, she learned it from the one she was currently casting it on. It was successful; Luna slowly stopped her struggling, and was sleeping soundly.
While Twilight was still in the corner, she started yelling at something only she could see. Rainbow Dash having hearing her yelp soared over to her. "Girls! Over here!" Dash shouted but every pony was distracted by the princesses, until they registered that Rainbow had called them. "There is something wrong with her. She just keeps screaming her lungs out." By now all of them have joined her, the last being, and the princess. Twilight just continued her commotion, not paying mind to anything.
Then suddenly Twilight grabbed her horn and yelled, “GET IT OUT OF ME! IT’S EATING MY BRAIN!" She keeps trying to rip her horn off, but was stopped by Celestia when she grabbed her hooves from her horn. “LET ME GO! HE'S TRYING TO EAT MY BRAIN!"
"Oh my", said Fluttershy. She ran behind Applejack, who had her hat over her eyes. "W-what’s wrong with her?" She whimpered.
"I don't know. But it has to be the same thing that is wrong with my sister. She is having sound and sight hallucinations. It may also seem that they are regressing in age." Celestia replied.
She was looking at Twilight and Luna; she was still holding Twilights hooves in her aura and Luna on her back. They were getting littler by the minute. "If you look carefully you can see that they are getting smaller. As in, they are turning into foals. By my estimate, Luna is about the same age as a two year old foal of this time period and Twilight Sparkle is at three months."
The rest of the main six gasped but then Pinkie bounced up and down saying, "OHMYGOSHI'MGOINGTOMAKEA'YAYFORBEINGBABIESAGAIN'PARTY!" She was rambling, about what she would do at the party, and what kind of cake they would have, games and streamers.
Twilight was by now calmed down, well as calm as a baby can be. Celestia had let her grip on her go as she chatted with the five ponies in front of her. Twily just sat there in front of them looking at them all talking. She didn't know what was being said. Then she saw her new element that looked like a crown thingy. It was so shiny she just had to have it. So she crawled over to it while the big things were busy.
Rarity, having being confused by this whole thing inquired, "How did this even happen?"
"Yah ah don' get how this all happened. I need an explanation."
"As you all know, the initial blast from the elements was aimed at Nightmare Moon. It has turned her back into my sister from before she first became Nightmare. But also Twilight, she was the main source of power. This seemed to back-fire. From when me and my sister where young Discord tried to rip her horn off. Then in turn we blasted him into stone. We let him out eventually though. Back on topic, this seemed to have a memory sent to her through the blast. Now my sister is younger because she was sealed in the moon. Twilight is now younger because when Luna transformed back, this made Twilight regress as well.” explained Celestia.
"But umm will she remember anything from today?” asked Fluttershy.
"Only time will tell, in the mean time I will arrange for a room to be made in the castle for these two..." she looked on her back at Luna then down to where she thought Twilight was, but was shocked to find her missing. Her eyes shrunk a little as she called out for her student. "Twilight?"
She looked around the room in search of the little lavender filly. Twilight was chewing on her shiny crown. Finding her apprentice, she sauntered over. But only to back track a few paces as a horrid smell was received. "And some diapers..." The foal just looked up at her and beamed while holding her element in her mouth. Celestia smiled back as best she could. Given the stench was bad, and teleported them to the palace.
The main six just stood there for quite some time, they were confused by all this. They quietly conversed about their cool new necklaces for a few minutes. Then Pinkie uttered, "Well what are you ponies waiting for? Let's go get the party together!" She said happily bouncing away. She turned back to them, "Are you going to help me or not?" The rest looked at the pink pony and chanted in unison, "We're coming!" And they all left to plan the party.

Back at the castle there sat a little lavender foal unicorn, gazing up at Princess Celestia. She still smelled horrible, desperately needed a bath, but was not able to do to the water being off. All the guards were running to find the source of the problem and the maids were trying to get the water back on. Luna having awoken upon leaving was giggling at the servants trying every tap in the every room that had one, and there are a lot of taps and rooms.
Luna was getting bored of watching the servants scurry around. So she looked up at her ‘mom’ and said, "Woona want up!" She had her hooves in the air. She could not fly due to her small wings being under developed. Celestia was just glancing around at the activity that was going on. She felt a tug on her leg and looked down at Luna.
"Not right now, we have to give Twily a bath. And you need one too, little miss play in the mud at the gate." She replied. Then she thought of the mud, you need water and dirt to make it, so that must be the problem. They have a leak. "Guard! There is a puddle of mud by the front gate that is where our problem lies." The guard galloped off to fix the problem. In a matter of moments the water was running again. "Ah there we go." Twilight looked up at her and smiled.
She uttered,"I wove you mama!" Twilight was in high spirits at the words she had spoken. Celestia features clearly were shocked at that statement. She had a feeling in her chest she never had before. She felt the love of a mother for her foal.
"I love you to hun." She nuzzled her softly, but was worried they had lost her smart mind too. She would have to find a cure if this doesn't go away on its own. The bath had filled up by the time she looked back up. She tested the water to make sure it was not to hot or too cold. She got in with Luna after. She got Twilight in her aura to bring her in but the second one of her hoofs touched the water she started to struggle. Luna saw this and pronounced," its fun Twiwight! See." She then picked up a blue toy boat that was on the edge of the tub and held it out to Twilight. "I wove you Twiwight. I won't wet any bad ting hewt you. I pwomiss."
Twilight stared at it then at Luna then to Celestia, and let her put her in the bathtub. She then grabbed the boat from the water and pushed it to Luna so they pushed it back at forth. "I wove you to Woona!" The fillies even made a little game with the rubber duck.
Then they continued with the bath till them both showed no signs of smell or filth. They then got dried off with a fluffy towel then went out of the bathroom and back into the nursery made for them ahead of their mommy.
When Celestia walked in she saw a stunning night sky painted on the walls, a changing table, two high chairs, and a little round table with a few vibrant stools, a toy chest, some blankets on the floor, and two cribs. One crib was night blue with Luna's cutie mark. And the other that was purple with Twilight’s cutie mark. She walked over to the table and went into a cubby for the supplies then she took out the cream, wipes, powder, and of course the diapers.
Celestia then lifted up Twilight onto the changing table; the sun princess then gave a small giggle as she watched Luna try to peer over the edge. So she simply grabbed a colorful stool from the table with her golden magic and let Luna climb up on it so she could see.
Twilight observed her with her cute little purple eyes as Celestia carefully set her onto her back. She then opened the diaper up. “Up ya go”, sang Celestia in a cheery voice that made little Twily laugh as she slipped the diaper under Twilight’s flanks. She then wiped away any mess with a cold wipe. The purple filly jumped a bit but Celestia calmly held her down. “Don’t worry, It’s just cold”, cooed the bringer of the day as the filly settled down.
She then spread the cream that prevented rashes over Twi’s privates but the white mare didn’t feel embarrassed, after all, she had done this a few times to Luna back in the old days and besides, they were babies. So she soon powdered her and wrapped up the diaper.
She then chuckled a little at the starry diaper crinkling as her pupil waddled around on the floor. Celestia then repeated the process with Luna who was a little fussy but otherwise fine. She swore she saw both of them blush at one point or another; maybe they were a little aware about that. Perhaps she could buy them some onesies or some kind of pajamas because they kind of looked a little chilly.
She finally took a good look around the room and marveled at how fast the maids had put together this little nursery. "They sure know how to put a room together." Celestia said. She then stared down at the two little foals who were toddling around on the floor. So the sunny alicorn took out some random toys from the chest and placed them on a fuzzy blanket for them to play with while she was gone.
She then went into the small closet to grab two stuffed animals one a doll Twilight loved when she was really little, her Smarty Pants then the second one was Ursa Minor for Luna, and she always liked the starry bears.
By the time she came back over to them they had fallen asleep on the fuzzy blanket in a pile together near the toys. Twilight was suckling her hoof, it was the cutest thing. And Luna was spread out like rug. Celestia laughed at that. "Just like old times..."
She gently picked them up in her magic and put them in their respective cribs, also pulling their cute blankets over each of them. She placed the dolls in also; they automatically snuggled up to them. "Good night you guys. I love you.” She then shut the door and strolled out. She was on her way to the library to find a cure for them. This is going to be a very long night.

Back in the Royal archives Celestia was looking for a cure to her current predicament. There certainly must be a cure right?
Maybe she could go order more books after this fiasco was over. "Oh how can there not be a cure? Well at any rate I can make Luna think I'm her mother, and Twilight her sister. She already thinks I'm her mom anyway." She said to herself. "It would be for the best. It’s not safe to leave her in foal body and not her mind. It would drive Lulu totally insane." With that she walked to the nursery.
She was down the hall when she heard a loud wailing coming from the room. She picked up the pace to come up from long strides to a fast trot. When she finally came in she saw Twilight sitting up in her wooden crib, eyes over flowing with tears and Luna with her head under her pillow. Luna was asking for Twilight to quit the noise. This only made it worse for the sobbing filly. She headed over to Luna and took her out of the room. "Stay here while I deal with your sister." She strolled back into the room.
Outside Luna was sitting there thinking. "Sister? But Tia is our only one." she wondered what her sister was up to. "We have to keep an eye out for her. For we have no idea what might happen.”
Back in the nursery Celestia had Twily in her hooves rocking her. She was cooing soothing words to calm her down. "Shh it’s okay Twilight, what wrong sweetie?"
Twilight looked up at her with watery eyes, "Me hads a bad dweam. I didn't wike it. Woona was dare awnd she was all s-scary in dis shiny ting. A-and... IM SCARED MAMA!" Twilight was bawling into Celestia's colorless coat.
Celestia hardened then slightly loosened her grip on the foal. "Shhh its okay honey, it’s only a bad dream." But on the inside she was panicked. She starting to remember that's good but she may have to grow up again with this in her dreams every night. Twilight fell asleep in her hooves, tears staining her cute little face. Celestia put her back in her crib, after checking her diaper. Silently she pulled the purple covers with pink stars over the little angel.
Watching for a while as Twilight snuggled with her Smarty Pants doll and a miniature stuffed dragon that happened to resemble Spike. Oh that’s right; I guess I’ll have to bring Spike here before Twilight starts to remember him. Plus he must miss her; they are practically little brother and big sister. Or is that the other way now? Well whatever, hopefully Spike won’t faint upon seeing her as she is now. She then went out the nursery doors to get Luna.
"Luna?" Her sister was nowhere to be seen. She asked the stoic guard to her left, "Do you know where Princess Luna went?" She questioned a bit worried for her sister and for the castle staff.
"Yes your highness, she went to the kitchen to get something. She was not clear on what.” said the guard.
"You’re welcome ma'am." Morning Light, the guard assigned post to the room.
Celestial made her way to the kitchen just in time to see Luna going for the cookie jar. Celestial coughed and got her attention. "Oh um hi! We were just getting a cwookie." Luna’s face was lit up like a Christmas tree with red lights.
"Mmhmm and why didn't you tell me this? You know I'm your mom so ask me first." Celestia spoke with her eyebrow raised.
"Well you see- wait Mom? Did you just shay mom? Cause' you awe not my mother." Luna answered a bit confused. Then it clicked with what she said back at the nursery about 'your sister'.
Celestia had her horn glowing with the spell to make Luna think she was he mother. “Sister what awe you doing?!" But it was too late she fired the spell and in an instant Luna was smiling up at Celestia. "I wove you mommy!" She giggled, holding her hooves out to be picked up.
"And mommy loves you to Lulu." She responded warmly as she picked up her "daughter" and gave her a chocolate chip cookie. She saw after Luna was done with the cookie she was starting to dose off again. "Aww is little Luna tired?"
"Yesh mommy." She replied with a cute yawn and nuzzled her.
"Well then let's get you back to the nursery." With that they teleported to the room and Celestia placed her back into the crib. "See you in a few hours.”, and gave her a kiss.
She then pulled midnight blue covers with stars and moons over her sister. The blanket was old but a spell fixed it right up. She smiled a warm smile as she saw her sister grin as she held a stuffed Ursa Minor that had also been resurrected thanks to the spell. Well that worked out better than planned she thought. So she walked out into the hallway.
Back in the nursery, Luna opened on eye to make sure it was safe. She climbed over the wooden bars on her crib and dropped slightly to the floor. Then she went over to Twilight’s crib and woke her up. "Hey you ready for the plan?"
"Yes but I really don't like tricking Princess Celestia like this." She answered back, a little worried what Celestia will do if she finds out. "Plus what happens if our mentality reverts as well. She might know already."
"Psh she doesn't suspect a thing.” Luna answered throwing caution to the wind.
Back outside the nursery Celestia was eavesdropping on the whole conversation. “They think they can fool me, well time for a real spell to make them think of me as their mother." She walked off to the archives once again.

"Be back in a dash!" and then she flew out leaving a colorful trail behind her. She was on her way to the palace in Canterlot, where the princesses were at, along with Twilight. She was soaring over the Everfree forest right now. She spotted an outraged timber wolf pack hunting down a desperately hopping Angel bunny. "I wonder what he did to deserve that..."
Soon she got bored imagining how Fluttershy’s pet had gotten himself in such a dangerous situation. The multihued pegasus dived down and scooped up the critter, even if he wasn’t her favorite she didn’t want to see one of her best friends crying because of his stupid actions. Angel simply gave her a tiny pat as thanks then started thumping his long pale foot and pointing at the cottage. So she just let him off at his home and took to the air. Soon she was about half way near her destination. Rainbow Dash’s mind started to wander.
"What would happen if I were to throw a cloud at a dragon? Would it feel it and get super angry or would it just evaporate on impact? I wonder what is going on at the party their setting up. I will figure it out when I get back I guess. Except, what about Twilight and Princess Luna?” We haven’t seen them since the summer sun celebration. And that was a day to remember, after the awesome rainbow the elements made and took down Nightmare Moon! I'm almost to the castle just got to slow down my speed”. She tried to decrease her pace to get to the gates but crashed into the metal entrance instead. Her vision was foggy and she shook her head to clear it.
“May I help you Miss?” inquired a deep but polite voice. She glanced up and saw it was a stallion. His attire was a fine suit. She was surprised that it was not a big bulky guard yet he was thin but still well built none the less. She guessed he was a butler by the way he held himself. Maybe Rarity would like to date this guy since he didn’t seem like another Prince Blueblood. He had a spotless white coat, charcoal hair, and had a star with a circle cutie mark. "Hello?” He then proceeded to try again, “Miss?”
Rainbow Dash looked up at him and answered, "Yeah, can you help me up? I have an important letter to give the princess." She held out her hoof to him.
"Sure,” he replied as he assisted her up onto her hooves. "But I don't know about your princess, frankly I don't know about this country. I seem to have lost my young master. Have you seen him? ” He asked.”Normally I wouldn't need some pony’s help but I can't seem to locate him. By the way my name is Sebastian"
"Thanks, and no I haven't seen him anywhere. Or any little foal for that matter. I can do a fly by if you want me to. Oh and my name is Rainbow Dash! I am the fastest flyer in Equestria." She said as she was getting ready to take wing.
"Thank you Miss. Dash. Good luck at finding him.", and with that she ascended off into the blue. She decided to search the grounds before she went into the building itself. She flew by a window and saw something she could not un-see, Celestia and the foals. The purple one was straining her face like the dark blue one.
But nothing happened then they screamed," WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HORN?!" Then Princess Celestia spoke and lit up her own ivory horn again. That is when Dash fell out of the sky. She landed with an 'oof' then heard a small kid say," Sebastian! Where are you? Come and get me now that is an order!" Suddenly there was a ruffling noise then a familiar stallion’s voice uttered, "Oh there you are!" Rainbow was curious and walked briskly over to the voices, not wondering nor caring how she didn’t break any bones.
"Is this your young master?” she asked as she looked down at the kid she was sure she had heard moments before. He was a tan colt with a similar black mane to the stallion but a shade lighter. And he had an eye patch on. "How did you find him before I did?"
"Sebastian, who is this mare,” questioned the colt. "Oh it’s no pony young master." Then he turned to Dash to answer her, “I am simply one hell of a butler" then he trotted off with the colt on his back. Now that Rainbow calmed down from her little fall of losing the quest, she remembered what she had just seen moments ago.
"Oh gosh I got to get out of here!" Then she rushed off for Ponyville. But first she left the letter to a nearby guard; she soon got there and in record time too. She grabbed the banner and hung it. RD did some additional stuff with the others watching.
Then there was a light and she was gone. She speeded out of Sugar Cube Corner and to her home. She hid for what seemed like hours. When she eventually got out of hiding it was dark. And the party was over. She finally steeled herself and knew she had to tell the girls. She was getting ready to leave but was stopped by a magical aura. Her memory was wiped of what she saw and then she was put into a deep peaceful sleep.

Celestia smiled as she watched Pinkie Pie passing the cold drinks around. She looked to Twilight and Luna, the former still weeping, while the latter held her, a big sister comforting a little sister.
She couldn’t help but feel both happy and guilty about that. She had done her best to try comforting Luna when she’d been younger, only for... for Nightmare to take her away, she should have made more time for her. Celestia of Equestria was not perfect. She was not a goddess, for she had sinned.
It was she who was too selfish and when her sister had walked in during her day court sometimes, she would have some negative feelings at her interruptions. It was true that it took the sunny mare almost 1000 years to at least keep that antagonistic part of her in check, but all ponies had that once in a while. Most thought that it technically wasn’t right that she had anything to keep in check in the first place but what did they know.
Celestia might be a princess and a ruler but she still is a pony, she had emotions, she slept like they slept, she had a beating heart, organs, and blood running through her, she ate like they did, maybe a bit too much but in her defense the royal chefs made such scrumptious cake.
Not that those snotty nobles cared anyway, all they wanted was more money and higher taxes on the poor and lower ones for themselves. Now that she thought about it, she had gone easy on the rich. Yet, they could start something if Celestia taxed everyone equally. Wait a second, so out of fear of losing the throne, she had carelessly let the wealthy get wealthier? And they said she was flawless and made no mistakes, wrong!
The bringer of the day started to think about her “nephew”. After all, Prince Blueblood was a descendent of hers, but he was far back in her blood line, thank Faust. Yet again she had played the weaker mare and let him do whatever he pleased. She recalled hearing from some pony that Blueblood had received horrid service from a waitress at one of the finest restaurants in Canterlot. Well that was definitely a big load of diaper right there.
Then her mind started to wander, piles upon piles of paperwork work were well piling up on her desk. She remembered her personal assistant telling her the nobles were getting agitated about her canceling court until she could sort out an important problem that she told them absolutely nothing about.
In fact, her whole staff knew about Twilight and Luna but she had already cut the head off that monster. Simply holding a meeting and making her entire staff swear not to spill the beans wasn’t really that hard. Besides she could already hear the presses rolling about her somehow getting pregnant or something. Yep, they would assume that, having snobs around you all the time wasn’t always the best.
Maybe she could get Luna her own personal assistant when she got older; no doubt she would need one. Her room is filled with old things though; maybe I could show it to her someday. Although perhaps I should take out her abacus, she kind of treated it like her foal, and I swear it was giving me looks. Wait, how could an abacus give me looks?! It has no eyes! Oh Lulu, sometimes you just drive me loony. Also what was she going to do with Twilight? Her faithful student was now a foal and could not learn any new magic. Her studies are going to be on hold I suppose.
Celestia’s thoughts were interrupted by a gentle clopping of hooves so she focused back on the real world. Rarity and Applejack came up to her, a rainy day sadness that was hard to conceal in their eyes, even if they were trying their best to hide it from the princess of sunshine.
Applejack took a deep breath and looked up at the princess. “It’s just’... we just realized Twi won’t be the same again.”
Twilight clapped her hooves together, giggling and gurgling like any foal would over such a funny display.
Spike turned away, tears in his emerald green eyes. “Is Twilight really stuck like that forever?”
Spike’s relief melted away like butter on hot toast and water welled in his eyes. “But... she was like a mother to me.”
Celestia smiled, then stood up straight and glanced around. She frowned as she noticed that some pony was missing. She turned to Fluttershy, who was cooing at Luna and Twilight, clearly in her element. “Fluttershy?”
The butter yellow pegasus eeped, electing giggles from the foals, before she lifted her head up to look at Celestia. “Ye... yes, princess?” she whispered, hiding her face behind her pink mane.
Celestia shook her head. “Please, just call me Celestia. I was wondering, where is Rainbow Dash?”
Celestia raised an eyebrow. “But, one of the guards gave me the letter, not Rainbow Dash.”
“She was actin’ mighty weird though,” Applejack uttered, having heard the conversation and leaped right in. “Ah ain’t never seen her so jumpy.”
Celestia’s ear flicked. Why would Rainbow Dash be jumpy? Well she does love to fly around a lot, I guess she can never stay in one place for too long but I guess this isn’t normal if Applejack is so worried about her. “What do you mean?”
Applejack frowned. “Don’t rightly know. She was actin’ real anxious and was all jittery. Then, when ya’ll appear in a flash, she started talkin’ way too fast and shot out, as if scared of sum’in’.”
Celestia mentally froze like a statue, Discord would be proud. She’d thought she’d heard the cyan mare’s voice at the palace. Had... had Rainbow Dash seen her using that spell on Twilight and Luna? , was that why she’d been troubled? She’d have to deal with that, so she didn’t say anything.
“Ahem.” Celestia turned to Rarity, who was looking at her with curiosity. “Excuse me prin— I mean, Celestia. Will you be looking after Twilight from now on, or will you give her to her parents?”
Celestia eyes saddened for a second, before she looked away. “Twilight... doesn’t have any parents.”
Celestia nodded. “Twilight and her brother, Shining Armor, now Captain of the Royal Guard, had been on vacation with their parents in the Griffin Empire. It was shortly after I’d taken her on as my student, so she and her family had joined me on an official trip for a meeting with the king.” She sighed. “There was an attack from a rival to the king and their family was caught in the crossfire. I took them in and let them live in the castle.”
The other ponies all glanced to Twilight, gloom in all their eyes.
“At least... she don’t gotta deal with the pain o’ losing her family no more,” Applejack said, turning her head away and pulling her Stetson down. “Ah know that feelin’ all too well. Ah’m glad Twi don’t gotta go through with it now.” Fluttershy gave AJ a quick hug and told her to visit her cottage if she needed some pony to talk to and in turn the farm pony gave her swift thanks.
"It’s getting late. I'm afraid I have to get these two home.” She said as she watched the two foals playing with around Pinkie Pie. Basically it was a very intense game of Peek-a-boo.”Also have to fix the little problem with a cyan pegasus." She mumbled under her breath.
Spike soon found his way next to the princess, as if to say, am I coming? So Celestia simply gave him a curt nod and he returned it with a bob of his own spiky head. The others gave their farewells to the young dragon who presented to them his best smile, making sure to stretch it a bit larger as he turned to Rarity.
"Good night my little ponies." Celestia politely said to them. "Now to get these three to bed and fix my little dilemma" She thought as she teleported to the castle after saying her goodbyes. She put her little foals in their cribs and let Spike rest near them on a few pillows and blankets.
Maybe later she could pick up his little basket and a few gems for him. Also she had to find some pony that could take care of the library, well she guessed Mayor Mare with come up with a solution since it was in fact her responsibility to handle the modest issues of the town. Celestia was so very glad she didn’t have to deal with it. She already had enough on her metaphorical plate for quite some time.
She landed on the puffy surface in time to see the pegasus getting ready to fly off. She snuck up behind her and cast a sleeping spell on her, then wiped her memory clean from the last few hours. She made sure the spell would last for a few hours. She spoke, “I can't have you ruin my fun." then she disappeared into the shadows.

Chapter 4
Twilight and Luna had their petite ears perked up as they listened to noise outside their door, "Do you tink it’s a gwaud?” asked the purple unicorn. She was still on edge about having to trick her mentor about all this. "Because I don't want to get in twouble wit Tia..."
"Don't wowwy Twiwight, you won't. But I don't tink that is a gwaud.” Luna answered. "We have to go to sleep now." She whispered to Twilight, "Pwetend." And with that she teleported back into her crib. The door opened to a very pissed Celestia.
I can't let them know I heard them. I have to act as if nothing is wrong. She walked in and smiled down at her sister and student. "How are you my little ones?" She inquired with a false cheeriness. She knew exactly what they were up to now.
"Hello Twilight, I know what you said.Lier." She turned to Luna and retorted, "Well now let’s put the real spell on you and Twily here." Her horn glowed with the regression spell and a light smirk was plastered on her face. The spell would make them think she was there mother and she would enjoy every single minute of it.
The two fillies were panicking; they didn’t want to have the minds of babies! Luna bellowed, "NOW TWILIGHT!" And the unicorn’s lavender horn gave its own glow but sputtered out. "WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HORN?!” Twilight and Luna screamed in unison.
"It’s part of the spell; it cancels all magic in unicorn, pegasi and earth ponies, so you can’t use their skills, much like a new born foal." ,Celestia answered back as she finished the spell. "But you can still talk. Am I right my babies?" She looked at her charges and waited for a response.
"Mommy!” Luna happily shrieked as she looked upon the alicorn she called mommy. Twilight was trying to pronounce the words but the key word was trying. But all that came out was baby gibberish. Celestia had a look of shock on her face, “Maybe I put a little too much in that spell for Twilight.” Her features quickly changed to that of disgust as a smell crossed her muzzle and ruined the beautiful air. She turned to Luna, who had taken off her diaper with to Celestia's displeasure, said diaper had been used.
"Who needs a bath?” she said as she looked over at Luna, she then used a nose plug spell. "Let's go get you cleaned up and we can go to the party." She brought Luna and Twilight to the bathroom and started to heat up the tub but she made sure it was warm to the touch. Bringing out a small changing pad, she got Twilight’s diaper off as well. She quickly disposed of the useless absorbent material. Then she began to wipe Luna’s stinky rump off with a few baby wipes.
The ruler of the day set the two foals down in the bath. Twilight started playing with the toys but Luna wasn’t interested. The princess of the night had grabbed a bottle of body wash from the rack when Celestia wasn’t looking. She somehow managed to open it and drank some. Meanwhile their “mom” had just turned around to wash them after she put some bubble bath in. “Luna?” Celestia inquired as the tiny ruler was holding her little hoof against her mouth. Finally she opened her lips up and hiccupped out a big soapy bubble. The dark blue filly then groaned over the taste and Celestia gave her a few taps on the back.
Soon Luna was fine and she looked around wondering what to do. She eventually settled at looking up at mommy who was trying to get Twilight to put the rubber duck down. She giggled and went under the water which was filled up the brim with bubble bath. Her blue wings were sticking up next to each other to look like a shark’s fin. However neither of them noticed the ‘shark’ coming their way. Then she jumped up from the soapy water and scared Twilight who also threw her toy duck which was now deflating on their mother’s horn.
Luna burst out into a fit of giggles but stopped when she saw Twilight mourning of the loss of her rubber friend. Celestia gave the filly a stern look one that was meant to say, you will be punished later. “That was not nice Lulu, now say sorry to your sister”, ordered Celestia. “I’m swowry”, said the blue-maned filly to her sis. Twilight shook her head a bit like it wouldn’t help but seeing Luna wilt at the disapproving gesture, just didn’t sit right for her. Soon instead she gave her a little smile and they were both happy and content to sit still and let their mama clean them.

Applejack was in charge of appetizers, Pinkie was in command of party games and cake, Fluttershy would provide the music, Rarity of course, the decor of the party, and finally Rainbow Dash, doing absolutely nothing.
"UUHHGGG, I`m so bored! I have nothing to do." said Dash from the couch. She was being persistent about not doing anything before saying she would just get in the way.
Applejack came over and said, "Well if you’re bored why don't you go and send this here letter to the princess`!"
"No I think we`re good on the pies. Besides I have like A LOT of cakes. All we need to do now is hang the banner!" indeed there was a banner that read, Yay for being foals again Twily and Woona! Along with it was a cake that had their mane and coat colors on it. "Hey Shy! Can you help me raise the banner?” she yelled across the room.
"Oh umm sure," Fluttershy whispered as she peeped out of the side of the chair where she hid and got up. She had put her front hoof down and was about to move the other. Just then Rainbow came back in a rush and frightened her again. She then bolted back for the safety of her chair. "N-never mind, I`ll stay here if that’s ok with you...”
"Ok they will be here shortly," she said, "so you might want to hurry with the party plans.” voiced Rainbow dragging the banner to where it needs to be, without asking, and she was in a “dash” for some reason.
"What’s got yer feathers in a bunch, Rainbow?" Applejack asked as she righted her prized hat.
"WELL UH YOU SEE TH-" she was cut off by a light flashing in the room. The princess and the girls had just arrived. "SEEYAGOTTOGO!" Then she bolted out the door and up into the clouds.
"I wonder what’s gotten in to her?” asked Rarity and Applejack in unison. They all then turned and bowed to the princess.
"You girls don`t need to bother with formality. And their fine, they were a bit fussy before we came her though." she said nuzzling the two. In reply she got adorable giggles, which every pony awed at. Pinkie being too overwhelmed with the cuteness bounced up to them and pinched their cheeks.
"YOUGUYSAREJUSTTOOOCUTE!" she said quite loudly. Twilight started weeping after that. And Luna tried knocking her one. "Don’t you girls remember your Auntie Pinkie Pie?” the only answer she got was more crying and hitting. "Well no matter, we still have a party to have!" and with that, she started the music. Celestia swiftly calmed the two fillies down and gave them binkies to suck on. And with that Pinkie passed out the drinks, snacks, and started to dance.

Sneak peak~ Sorry if you thought it was a new chapter
Once Celestia got back to the castle it was late in the night. She had to get to bed or she was going to be late for the sun rise tomorrow. She went to go check on Twilight and Luna. They were sleeping soundly but she was tired. So, Celestia proceeded to pass out on the nursery floor. A guard came in because he heard a loud thump. He had to see if the babies were not in harms way. When he came in he saw the princess drooling on the floor with a pleased smile on her face. Looking at the princess, he shook his head and put a blanket over her. After he did that silently walked out of the room to his post.
