Pinkie Pie coughed a bit as she sat up, feeling nothing but cold stone on her hooves. She squinted in the darkness, unable to see much of anything at all in her position. She couldn't hear anything either, a silence she was all but disturbed by. She missed noise. She was rarely without it.
"Hellooooo?" she called out, "Anypony hoooome?"
The only response was her own echo, which she decided to play with.
"Hey, Pinkie! Good to hear you again!" She giggled, pushing up to a stand. She knew she needed to start moving, at least some. But as she stood, it was then she noticed the weight on her neck.
What the...
She reached to rub at her neck, which was covered by a thick metal collar. She gasped. Oh no! My neck is metal now! Agh! Maybe it's a music box! Maybe I can turn it on and get some tunes in here... She scanned the collar over, rubbing it, poking it, until she finally found a little button. She clicked it, and a light at the front came on. A little flashlight.
A light? LAAAAaaame. At least I can see now... Ooh, is that a note?
She ran towards the paper pinned on the wall. It was strange, placed right at a corner leading down a hall. It read:
Dear Pinkie Pie,
You may not know where you are, but that's okay. I promise you won't have to worry anymore. Just go down the hallway. And join the fun. Don't worry about why you're here. I just wanted you to join me. Join us. There is no party like a Pinkie Pie party after all.
"A PARTY?!" She gasped, sending echoes along the hall. "Who would bring me down in this thing for a party? It's SUPER poorly aired. There is no way you can fit a Pinkie Pie party down here! Oh, well," she shrugged, "I'll make it work." She grinned as she started bouncing down the hall, grinning widely.
She bounded until she found a door. It was on the right side of the hall. Maybe the party is in here! They didn't say which room in the hall. She nudges the door open, jumping in and yelling: "PARTY TIME!"
Her flashlight landed on a hide pinned to the wall. Her face immediately drained. She trotted to the hide, running a hoof over it. What kind of hide is this...? She continued rubbing it, before looking further about the room, eyes landing on a bucket in the corner of it. The bucket had a pony's tail poking out of it, and it was filled with blood. She gasped, gulping as she stepped towards it. What she thought was one pony tail was actually multiple, pushed close together and all bathed in blood. She turned back to scan the room, noticing all the hides draped about it. Some still leaked blood.
"O-Okay... ha-ha... I get it... you wanna s-scare Pinkie, right? Well... you got me! Ha! You can come out now!" She waited for a moment, half expecting somepony to actually come out from somewhere. When none did, she just left the room, slowly closing the metal door from the pony-hide room. It's okay, Pinkie... It's okay. It's just fur. Fur, right? Yeah, we still have a party to get to anyway! Maybe that was just carpeting and punch. she nods to herself. Carpeting... and punch.
She simply continued her bouncing down the hall, until she came to yet another door. She heavily considered not entering it, but in the end, she knew she had to. She was supposed to find a party, right? And her curiosity wouldn't allow her to just pass the door without at least peeking in. So she went in.
Immediately, her flashlight landed on a pile of entrails. Intestines circled up in a stack, being feasted on by rats. Blood dripped from the ceiling, down onto the floor, leaving puddles. Looking up, she couldn't see well enough to distinguish, but she knew she saw at least one pony's figure hung on the roof with an open stomach. She gagged, fighting her vomit as she stared about the room. The walls were lined with organs, pinned to it by nails or strong tape. Pony skulls sat stone-still on the floor, untouched, but still bloody somewhat. In the corner, a stack of clean skulls sat, in a pile of all kinds of extra pony-bones, such as wings and horns. They looked polished, like trophies. Pinkie simply dashed from the room, closing the door hastily. She was shaking at this point.
This is all not real... It's a dream. Dream. Right, dream, yeah. she thought more frantically than she ever had before, trying to keep her heart rate normal Nothing bad's going to happen to me, not at all. It's safe here, I'm dreaming. At the end of the hallway, I'll throw a wild party and get to use my party cannon, and then go home and be happy.
She reluctantly began down the hall once more. At this point, she noticed a fresh trail of blood leading down the direction she was heading. She gagged again, but decided that if she wanted to get anywhere, she still had to go. So she followed it into a door. She gulped, knowing that whatever lie inside would probably be the worst she's come across.
With a deep breath and closed eyes, she shouldered the door open, sliding into the room. Immediately, the sound of labored breathing hit her ears. She cracked her eyes open, and gasped at what she saw. Ponies, living ponies, hung on the walls by chains. The entire square room was full of ponies, except for the spot where the blood trail started. The chains there were unhooked there. However, the ponies locked up all looked dead, but could be heard breathing. They all varied in age, some looking like they had only just started school, others looking as if they were near the same age as Pinkie. She simply ran to the first one she saw.
"A-Are you okay?! Why are you here, is it a party?! Is this the guest room?"
The pony slowly looked up, his eyes looking blank, dead, just as his starved, beaten body did. He took a deep, shaky breath, before simply muttering out to her: "... No." before falling silent.
"No? What does that mean?"
The pony remained silent.
"H-Hey! Talk to me!" Her face etched with fear and concern, as she started moving from pony to pony, shaking them a bit. "T-Talk to me!" None of them said a word. She sprinted from the room as she felt warm tears on her cheeks. She slammed the door behind her at this point, body quaking far more than that of if she was on a sugar-rush. She couldn't muster the energy to bounce down the hall, so she simply began to slowly walk down it. She didn't get far before she collapsed, sniffing and sobbing. What is happening...? Why can't... I just throw a party or... something...? I just wish-... She was interrupted by a loud slam further down the hall. She launched to a stand. Something was down that way.
A pony, maybe?! Oh, finally! She started to run forward, before skidding to a halt. But wait... what if they did all the stuff I saw... She shook her head, simply going slower. She walked, and walked, and walked some more, ignoring every door she saw. Until at long last, she reached the end of the hallway, faced with another door. She pressed her ear against it, scooting as close as she could to listen in on what was happening beyond it. She heard shuffling, and that was it. She gulped.
"You are okay, Pinkie. We can just go in and demand to know w-what's going on! Yep, that's what we can do," she took a deep breath, "right?" She slowly nudged the door open, peeking in to the lit room. Immediately, she noticed a pony lying on a table. The blue furred mass was thrashing against the binds that held it there, rainbow colored tail wildly flailing from side to side. A familiar voice yelled out: "HELP!"
It was Rainbow Dash.
Pinkie pushed the door open a bit more, about to step in, when she saw a pale yellow hoof place something over Dash's mouth, silencing her. Pinkie cowered down a bit, simply trying to hold back a sob or a whine. It wasn't long before Fluttershy slid from the direction of the prior hoof. The shy pony looked all but giddy as she tugged a table along behind her. She had blood ran through her mane, making it a strange color of a reddish pink. Fluttershy simply gasped as she loomed over Dash, before grinning, and speaking in her soft, quiet tone.
"You know, Rainbow, I always thought you were my friend. And I most certainly wanted to be yours, but after what you and your big mean friend Gilda did... I don't have much tolerance for you."
Rainbow's muffled cries echoed about the room.
"You never cared about me, did you Dashie? I tried so hard to impress you. But you think you're so much better than me because I can't fly well... Don't you?"
Rainbow violently shakes her head.
"Oh, that's not true. I know that much. And because you're lying, we won't even wait for Pinkie Pie. We'll just start now." Fluttershy gives a little laugh, face looking overly happy. She reached back to the table behind her, patting it's surface. Pinkie could do nothing but watch in horror as she saw her lift a tube and a knife from the table. Rainbow could be heard screaming as she felt the knife slice the tape off, and was silenced as the tube filled her mouth and throat. She resumed her flailing as Fluttershy trotted away to gab a small bag, before flying back above Dash.
"So, Rainbow. These are what I call maggots. I love all kinds of animals, and bugs alike, but I can't support these little guys anymore." She frowns quite a bit. "So I have to give them a place to feed before we continue any further." She places the bag at the tip of the tube, tilting it down. Pinkie fights back her vomit as she watches the small white worms roll down the tube and into Rainbow's throat. Dash gags and thrashes, arching her back and flapping her wings. She winces and cries, trying everything in her power to keep the maggots out; battling with her tongue, tightening her throat, but to no prevail. "It's okay little ones. You'll have plenty to eat. And when you finish, you'll be all grown up and ready to go!" Fluttershy giggles softly. Pinkie simply gags more.
Before long, Rainbow's mouth is free, and coughing, spluttering out words.
"F-Flutt... ershy... S-Sto... let me... agh!" Fluttershy simply looked happier as Rainbow spoke. She hovered back to the table, humming a song as she picked up a small tube of a yellowish liquid. She slowly twirled her knife.
"So, Rainbow... I won't hurt you all that bad. I already did that to Gilda. You'll be thrown in the pit she's in. Just so you can be with your true friend, right Dashie?"
"Fl-..."
"It's okay. I understand. So, I'm just going to take some... non-essential things. My maggots can have more fun in a living body anyway." She smiles wide, giving a giggle. Pinkie couldn't stand to watch anymore, closing the door as silently as possible. She immediately released her vomit, most of it cupcake-based. She couldn't stop herself anymore, simply vomiting over and over.
Fluttershy's... crazy! I have to get the other's out of here... she began sobbing as she started back to the chain room, I have to get them out.
She rammed through the door, simply gasping and breathing heavily in tune with them. "We have to go... h-how do I undo the chains!?"
None of the ponies even glanced up. But they all froze, and seemed to stop breathing. Pinkie ran to the one she talked to earlier, shaking him. "T-Talk to me! Please!"
"... Look. You're here with my lovely little prisoners..." Fluttershy's voice was close. And Pinkie felt it on her neck just before she blacked out.

When Pinkie awoke, she felt her arms straining, and latched down by something above her head. She felt her legs also strained, tight, and burning. She gulped as she looked about. She was in the room that Rainbow had been earlier, only now where Rainbow had been, there was nothing but blood and a few maggots. She glanced around, squinting to try and see anything apart from the lockers lining the right wall. All she could see was a softly humming, blood-coated Fluttershy in the corner. She looked up to Pinkie.
"Oh, finally, you're awake. I wouldn't proceed without being able to hear you scream." She smiled curtly.
"F-Fluttershy, what is this...?" Pinkie gulped.
"This? Oh. This is my cellar. Did you like it? It's certainly very quiet." Her look of glee drops to one of pure hate. "Unlike you."
"W-What..? Fluttershy, please let me down! Joke's over! This isn't fun! Please!"
"Maybe you should have considered that when you threw a party for everyone in Ponyville. And disturbed my animals for hours on end. Late at night, my lovelies would come to me, clawing at me, antsy. They needed to be helped to sleep. I was hurt by so many startled animals because you made a loud noise with your 'parties'. Parties aren't even special anymore. When they should be." Fluttershy simply growls, strolling forward to rest her hoof on a lever. "Now, I've taken every precaution to keep you mostly alive for this. Please, appreciate the work that went into this. I promise it'll be nice."
She throws the lever, and immediately, Pinkie feels herself sliding back. Stonework could be heard moving, and before long, she is behind the wall, submerged in darkness. Fluttershy's grin is the last thing she sees before the wall closes her in. She feels the metal heating, and sees a dim glow coming from somewhere behind her. She gasps with realization; there's fire.
She begins thrashing, sobbing, trying everything in her power to pull free, save herself. But as she feels the fire growing hotter and hotter, she simply accepts her fate. She feels her arms being tugged on harder, screaming in pain as she feels them tearing. She hears bones cracking, and before long, her arms pop off like sleeves, and she screams out in agony, slumping forward against the wall. The fire soon laps at the sides of her body, lightly scorching her fur.
I-I'm going to die... d-die... die here... by Fluttershy... I can't believe... I-... She killed me... roasting me like a pig... like... swine...
She simply cries louder and louder, before slowly slipping into darkness as blood seeps from her now armless body.

Fluttershy locks her cellar as she leaves it, covering it back up with leaves and brush. Witha roll of her shoulders, she begins to trot towards Ponyville, pausing a moment to make her hair askew, and dip it in water to clean off the oh-so familiar blood in it. She wettens under her eyes, perfects her sad face on the way, and at long last, bursts into Twilight's house. The purple pony is accompanied by Applejack and Rarity, as well as Spike. Perfect.
"Girls... I-..." Fluttershy's words are caught in her throat. "I h-have bad news..."
"What is it, 'shy?" Applejack asks, concern etched on her face as she scoots slightly away from Rarity and towards Fluttershy.
"P-Pink... Pinkie... k-kill... killed herself. I-I watched her... j-j.. jump..." She suppresses a grin as she speaks.
