Here we take place, Fluttershy was listening to a radio channel when all of a sudden she hears a rumor about Luna building her own Kingdom. Fluttershy seeks Twilight for knowledge but Twilight knows nothing of the topic, so Fluttershy storms off finding out about it on her own. Twilight then receives a letter from Celestia stating the truth, so it turns out Fluttershy was correct. But the mane 6 must go together. They can't go without Fluttershy, but she has her own journey for now. The mane 6 is another story. Fore our subject is Fluttershy.
