Living The Life

This was a normal weekend on a Saturday and it's nice and warm 80 degree temperature.  My birthday was coming in a couple weeks and living here and Ponyville was kind of boring.  So I don't know what to do and to have a lot of friends, I just moved in a couple days ago and I've just came from Fillydelphia and it's not hard to be teased by being called a city-pony or something like that.  I didn't have any hobbies other than flying, because its what pegasi do. I also play video games and hope to be able to drive.  But i don't have any friends that would like that kind of stuff.  I was living with my dad who was a stallion and grown up and works as CEO of the bakery and commutes to work every day.  So life has been hard for me. it is hard and go home and do all of my chores as well as stay home alone for a couple of hours. So... yeah.

I did have one role model besides my dad.  Her name was Rainbow Dash. She is part of my role models in life. I met her once at one of those parades. It was nothing big, I just happened to bump into her by accident. I expected her to be mad about it, but she just said: "Oh, it's okay little colt!" And She Walked Away. Hey, it at least gave me a thing to brag about! That was 2009 When i was in 1st grade. So it was awhile back

It was 8:24pm. I saw a flash of light through the window. I looked out and it was my dad! He was home early. (For Once). But it wasn't his ordinary get out of the car walk in say hi then go to sleep. He honked the horn and called for me. "Hey Lightning, get in!" He had the biggest smile on his face! I wondered what was going on?

I got in the car and he spoke without hesitate.

"Something Great Happened!" He exclaimed

"What?" I asked.

"I'm... getting married!" He said with glee

"That's Great!" I Exclaimed

"But, you'll never guess who to!" He said back

"Who?" I Asked

"You'll See!"

We drove downtown. Then up Apple Blvd. We stopped at Sugar Cube corner. He walked in excitedly, pulling me off my hooves. Pinkie Pie gave us a greeting hello, and welcomed us in. We went to the back private tables and Coil walked into the room and told me to wait here.

"Okay, you can come in." he told me. "Honey, I want you to meet my son, Lightning Flash."

I walked in and i saw, the one and only, Rainbow Dash! My dad was getting married to Rainbow Dash! I couldn't believe it! I was about to scream in excitement! But, might as well not embarrass my dad until later. She walked over and gave me a hug and said: "Oh my gosh, his little face is so cute!". Coil looked back. "He,hee. That's Funny. OK, lets go home." Now wait... she's going to be living with us! This is a dream come true!
