A prison of change

After the assult on Canterlot, many changelings were killed by the magic barrier. Fearing a counter attack soon after, any changelings that were found were conviected. But one was given an offer.

After the incident in Canterlot, any changelings found after the magic blast were convicted of crime against Equestria. A high ranking changeling officer however is given a chance.
