Assassins Versus Ponies

When assassins from the AC universe are hired by a mysterious figure to take out the leaders of Equestria will they be able to defend themselves?

In short I took characters from the Assassins Creed Multiplayer universe and put them into Equestria. Their targets? The Royal Princesses of course. All of them.

I don't own Assassins Creed or My Little Pony.
A little obvious but you can never be too careful.
