Discord was causing havoc around Ponyville and was currently hiding away in the Everfree Forest. Twilight was waiting at the entrance to the forest with all the elements. All the girls were there and ready,except for Rainbow. It didn't take long for Rainbow to get there, she stumbled a little bit as she landed and smiled as she got her element on her wrist. She grinned as she pumped her hand up in the air "Let's go show him what we can do!", Twilight rolled her eyes but smiled as she headed into the forest. "For what like the forth time? When will he lean he can mess with the Elements." Rainbow snickered at that comment as she walked a little bit in front of the group. She turned to Twilight and spoke in a sarcastic tone "Wow egghead I thought you would give us a huge speech about how serious this all is." She heard Applejack hold back laughter as they all were getting close to where Discord was hiding. Right before they passed over a bridge they all had to walk in the mud. Rarity let out a horrified gasp as she stopped. "But I just got these shoes!" Rainbow and Applejack died of laughter as Twilight rubbed her temples, not believing the scene before her. Fluttershy gently patted Rarity's back before she gave her a piggyback ride through the mud. Rarity was thankful because as soon as she got set down Pinkie started to bounce through the mud giggling "It's not that bad Rarity!" Pinkie exclaimed as she was covered in mud and walked beside Rarity. The group walked up to a deserted castle that was pretty much in ruins. Twilight took the lead and spoke as she saw Discord laughing and messing with the wildlife. "Discord! You were warned after the princess let you be free about not causing anymore chaos, since you have went and done it we have no choice but to use the elements on you once more." Twilight prepared the girls as Discord rolled his eyes. "Awe c'mon I was just having a little fun, no need to get all fussy." He gave a crooked smile as he stood there. He didn't actually expect them to use the elements but he was wrong as he saw a blast of magic come towards him. He felt himself returning to stone, and in a attempt to stop the girls he shot out a random spell. It was to late as he was now a stone statue once again before she magic hit Rainbow Dash. "Well that tickled a little bit." Rainbow let out a small laugh as she looked at the statue. "Well we did it now the Princess. An come her garden  decoration." Twilight looked at Rainbow and inspected her. "Do you feel anything strange Rainbow? It doesn't seem like that spell did anything much to you at all..." Twilight trailed off before she finished inspecting. "I can't see anything wrong so your good to g-." Twilight didn't even get to finish her sentence before Rainbow Dash took off towards home. "See you guys later!" Rainbow dash shouted before she was out of sight. She arrived home shortly after and smiled to herself as she set her element down on a table. "Well we sure showed him how it was done." she spoke to herself as she got a small snack and relaxed for a bit. She sighed to herself as she saw it was getting late. She went into her room and got changed before she flopped onto her bed. "Hmm... Maybe I can mess with AJ tomorrow .." She let out a small yawn before her eyes closed and she fell into a deep sleep. Over the course of the night the element of loyalty gave of a small glow before a little spark came from it. The sun soon rose and woke up e sleeping Rainbow. She let out a small groan as she got out of bed. She didn't notice anything different as she got dressed. Her clothes seemed bigger and she got confused. "I didn't think I lost weight so quick..." she ignored it and just kept on a shirt as she headed into the bathroom. She reached for her toothbrush that was in its holder, hanging on the mirror. She realized she couldnt reach it and looked at the mirror with a shocked expression. Her height was just a little over the counter top. "Oh my gosh..." Rainbow Dash stood there and stared at herself wide eyed before she ran and got a chair. She pushed it into the bathroom and stood on her knees as she placed her hands on her face. "I...I'm a child.." she spoke the herself quietly as she lightly bit her lip. "Great... Just how am I going to deal with this..." she grumbled as she walked to her closet and looked for smaller clothes. She was lucky and found a pair that she could wear. "Well... I may be small but I'm still messing with Applejack." she smiled as she cheered herself up some. "Then I'm going to Twilight." Rainbow walked outside and found it was raining pretty hard. "Awe c'mon.." she mumbled to herself before she began a slow run towards Applejacks farm. She knew AJ was the only one home for a while since the rest of her family moved to a different city nearby. Rainbow made it to AJ's and found herself out of breath. She caught up on her breath and realized she was soaking wet. "Ugh.." she mumbled and knocked on the door as hard as she could. "AJ open up I kinda need some help!" she shouted before she let out a small  sneeze. Applejack was on her couch relaxing to the sound of the rain before she heard someone pounding on her door. She listened to the complaints coming from outside and found out it was Rainbow Dash. "Help with what? It's pouring out side." she sighed and stood up and has a small stretch before she went and opened the door. "Alright sugarcube what's the prob-." She stopped talking as she looked down at Rainbow and stifled a laugh. "Is this a prank? How much dit she pay you to dress up like her in the rain and mess with me?" she laughed lightly to herself. Rainbow looked up at AJ and was kinda surprised. "Applejack it really is me...I'm a child now.." She mumbled and crossed her arms as she stood there. She made herself look tough before a pn other small sneeze escaped her. "Stupid rain.." Applejack looked at the child before she realized it really was Rainbow Dash. She noticed that she was soaking wet and sighed softly as she gently picked her up, receiving a small startled squeak from her. "Awe well wasn't that cute, don't worry I'm just going to get you warmed up is all. Applejack smiled and closed the door as she carried Rainbow to the bathroom. "Wow...how'd you get mud all over you?" "I tripped and fell okay..." Rainbow Dash responded quietly as she shifted and watched Applejack run a hot bath. She smiled to herself some as she got off the counter and stuck her hand in the water. She smiled to herself as she sat on the floor. Applejack watched her and noticed that she was acting like a actual child would. "Alright let's get you cleaned up and dressed before you get a cold." Applejack spoke in a motherly tone as she undressed Rainbow and put her in the tub. "You clean up while I get you something to where, I think I have some of Apple Blooms old pajamas in her closet." she smiled and left the bathroom. Rainbow sighed as she relaxed into the water. She noticed Applejack leave and began to clean herself. She smiled and finished getting cleaned up and got out of the tub. She dried herself off with a towel and wrapped it around her as she waited for Applejack to return. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Morning After //-------------------------------------------------------// The Morning After Applejack had soon returned with a small pair of dark red pajamas. She noticed Rainbow had already finished cleaning up and smiled as she placed the clean clothes on the counter. "This is the smallest I could find, I hope the fit you. I'll be in the living rom when your done sugarcube." Rainbow have a small smile as she watched Applejack leave. "Hmm..." She wondered to herself as she began to get dressed. Rainbow was happy they fit as she buttoned up the top and left the bathroom. She walked down the stairs and looked for Applejack. She wasn't on the couch like she said she would have been and Rainbow got curious. "AJ? Where'd you go? This isn't funny.." She listened to the rain fall outside as she didn't see Applejack. Rainbow sighed as she climbed onto the couch and looked at the television that was off. She smiled asshe picked up the remote and pressed the on button. Applejack smiled evilly as she saw Rainbow on the couch watching the television. She sneaked up behind her and picked her up. "Got ya!" she laughed at the scream that she had gotten in response to the scare. She sat down on the couch and set Rainbow next to her. "It's alright sugarcube I was just messing with you." she chuckled lightly as she saw the pout on Rainbow's face. She looked at the television and grabbed the remote from Rainbow. "My house, I control the television." "But Applejack that's no fair!" Rainbow's voice cracked a little bit as she reached for the remote that AJ held above her head. Rainbow whined about it until she had calmed herself down and sat down in Applejacks lap. "I wanted to watch the scary movies they play.." she mumbled as she crossed her arms and looked at the television. She received a small chuckle from Applejack. "Those movies are not for little kids like you." she gave a small grin as she heard Rainbow give a small gasp and move in her lap. "I-I'm not a little kid! I just look that way....I don't know why though.." she said quietly as she looked down and sighed softly before she looked back up at AJ. "Can we please watch the movies?" she begged and tried to look adorable as she asked the question. Applejack looked down at Rainbow and thought she just looked like the most adorable thing she had ever seen. Applejack lightly squished Rainbow's cheeks before she put the scary movies on. She got up and turned all the lights off as she went to get a blanket. Rainbow lied on her stomach as she looked at the television. She saw Applejack leave the room and leaned over the arm of the couch to see where she had gone. AJ returned shortly after she had left with a large blanket. She saw Rainbow leaning over the couch and smiled as she sat down. "I just went to get a blanket." Rainbow dash smiled as she got under the blanket beside AJ. "I can see that." Rainbow said as she watched the movie getting ready to play. She loved to watch horror movies when ever they were on. Applejack on the other hand thought horror movies were just stupid, they were never scary and had terrible effects in them. As someone died in the movie Rainbow smiled and kept her eyes on the television. The two had watched horror movies all day, Rainbow let out a small yawn and lied her head on Applejacks lap. Applejack smiled down at Rainbow and noticed she was falling asleep. She shook her head with a small laugh and picked up Rainbow. "Where we goin.." she mumbled softly as she rested her head on Applejacks shoulder. "You seem a little tired so you can stay over at my house tonight, plus I don't want you going out in the rain again." Applejack spoke softly as she walked into her little sisters old room. She smiled as she gently lied Rainbow down and tucked her in. "Night rainbow.." Applejack placed a small kiss on Rainbow's forehead before she walked to her room and got ready for bed. Rainbow had a nightmare and woke up and looked around. She remembered she was in AJ's house and relaxed. "I'm a child...." she remembered as she got out of the bed. She let out a small yawn as she walked towards Applejacks room. AJ was sitting in front of her mirror as she was brushing her hair before she went to bed. She noticed a tired Rainbow walk into her room and slowly crawl into her bed. "Alright then.." she laughed lightly and turned off the light before she went over and got in her bed. Rainbow moved closer to Applejack and snuggled up into her chest. Applejack smiled as she wrapped a arm around Rainbow and held her close. As soon as she heard the soft snores coming from her AJ closed her eyes and fell asleep too. Nothing had happened that night as Rainbow just drooled on Applejacks arm and shirt. As soon as the sun had gone up Applejack was awake. She sat up and held back a laugh as she wiped the drool off herself and gently wiped Rainbow's chin not to wake her. Applejack got up and headed to the kitchen where she started to cook some bacon and eggs. Rainbow had woke up to the smell of bacon throughout the house. She got out of bed and rubbed her eyes as she headed down to the kitchen where AJ was. When she entered the kitchen she smiled as she walked up to AJ and gave her a hug. "Woah sugarcube you scared me a little bit." Applejack gently ruffled Rainbow's hair and picked her up. "I made some breakfast, you hungry?" Rainbow nodded her head as she looked at the food. "Yes!" Rainbow smiled as she got set down at the table. Applejack had out some eggs and bacon on a plate along with a small up of Apple juice. Rainbow smiled as she ate the food rather quickly. She carried the cup and plate and tried to reach up and out them in the sink. "Can't reach..." she complained and pulled on Applejacks shirt. Applejack laughed lightly as she took the dishes and placed them in the sink. "Don't worry Dash you'll be back in no time" she gently hugged Rainbow and lifted her up. "We should take you to see Twilight so she can fix you up." She received a nod as Rainbow wrapped her arms around Appljacks neck and rested her head on her shoulder. "Okay, can I have some icecream?" Rainbow smiled as AJ lightly laughed at the question. "After we see Twilight, then I'll take you to get some icecream." Applejack slipped on her boots and walked out the front door and began walking towards town. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Library //-------------------------------------------------------// The Library Applejack carried Rainbow into town and was a little relieved that no one was actually outside to see what had happened to her. Applejack walked up to the library that Twilight was in. She knocked on the door and waited for it to be opened. Rainbow had drifted off yet again and started to drool on AJ's shoulder once more. Applejack gently wiped her chin and turned when the door opened. "Hello?" a familiar voice said. "Hey Twilight mind if I come in?" Applejack spoke a little softer so she didn't wake up little Rainbow. Twilight nodded her head and smiled as she moved aside to let AJ inside. "The girls and I had a sleepover last night while it rained, we wanted to invite you and Rainbow over but just couldn't get in contact. Hey AJ who's the little kid?" Twilight asked as she sat down on one of the couches she had set out through her house. "The others are still sleeping for now." "Well Twilight that's what I'm kinda here for, you see this isn't just any child.... It's Rainbow. I don't know what happened to her but she came to my house yesterday morning while it was pouring with rain out. I cleaned her up and took care of her, but I'm kind of worried about her." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back and received a happy sound in return. "We came over to see if you could fix it.." Twilight had listened to every word AJ had to say and stood up she held out her arms "Let me see her real quick.." Applejack gently handed Rainbow over to Twilight and watched as Twilight carried her over to a small bed that her little brother Spike often slept on. "Does any of her memory seem a little off?" She asked as she checked over Rainbow and noted that she was all right and left her to sleep. "No I haven't seen her act any different than she usually does as older Rainbow, do you think she'll be all right?" Twilight was about to answer before she noticed all of the girls coming out of the rooms they slept in. They were all quiet till Pinkie came bouncing with excitement down the hall. Twilight sighed as she looked over at Rainbow and hoped she didn't wake up. "AJ I didn't know you were here! We had so much fun playing party games and having cake and sweets!! It was just so mu-" Pinkie was stopped by Rarity's hand over her mouth. "Now Pinkie not all of us are morning people.... Calm down for a little bit.." Rarity sighed as she went into Twilight's kitchen and started to make coffeè. Fluttershy smiled and waved at AJ as she sat down on the bed that Rainbow was on. She didn't know till she felt a small foot lightly kick her. "I thought Spike was with your brother Twilight?" Fluttershy spoke softly as she looked at Twilight with a confused look. Twilight sighed softly and looked at AJ. After all the girls were in the room and were waking up that's when Twilight told the other girls what had happened to Rainbow. Rarity choked on her coffeé and stifled a laugh. "Oh that is just the greatest joke I have ever heard! I didn't think you were the one for joking arou...." Her sentence was cut short when a small Rainbow sat up and rubbed her eyes as she mumbled Applejacks name. Applejack sighed to herself as she picked up Rainbow and sat down with her in her lap. "Is that really.." "Yes Rarity.. It is, I am confused by it. I've never seen any magic that does this for the time that she's been like this... It might be the forbidden magic.." Twilight spoke to herself as she was focusing on Rainbow. Her thinking was cut short by the squealing of Pinkie. "Oh my gosh! She's just so freaking cute!!" She pinched Rainbow's cheeks and got protests from her in return. "P-pinkie stop it hurts!" Rainbow pushed on her hands and covered her cheeks once she got Pinkie's hands away. Rainbow pushed herself back into Applejack and pouted. "I'm hungry.." Most of the girls cooed at Rainbow but Applejack just let out a small chuckled as she picked up Rainbow and stood up. "I did say I would get you icecream after we talked to Twilight. Do you have any here Twilight?" Twilight nodded her head and AJ smiled as she walked into the kitchen with a smiling Rainbow in her arms. "I want strawberry!" Rainbow said excitedly as Applejack set her down on the counter. AJ just smiled as she opened the freezer and got some icecream out. Meanwhile in the living room the other girls were talking while Twilight was writing a letter to the princess to see if she knew how to change Dash back to her older self. Applejack picked up Rainbow again and held a bowl in her other hand that held the icecream. "Alright just calm down I have some for you, don't make a mess on yourself." AJ smiled and sat down once more with Rainbow on her lap. She got a spoonful of icecream and held it up to Rainbow's mouth. Rainbow smiled and happily opened her mouth for the icecream that was gladly placed in her mouth. The group of girls smiled and 'awed' as they watched Applejack fed Rainbow. Rainbow had gotten full after eating about half of the icecream. Applejack smiled as she finished the rest and set the bowl to the side before she looked at Twilight. "So how long?" Twilight sighed and shook her head as she looked at Rainbow and then up to Applejack. "It just all depends if the princess knows about this spell or not, of she doesn't things will be a little different... You see if nothing can be done Rainbow will have to grow up all over agian, there would be nothing we can do." Twilight spoke in a gentle tone as Rainbow looked at her. "What are you guys talking about? Is it about me, I hope it's good..!" Rainbow smiled and let out a small laugh as she hugged Applejack. "Thank you for the icecream AJ! It was delicious." She smiled up at Applejack and got a smile back before her hair was ruffled gently. "No problem Dash, you did ask for it earlier on the way over here. Twilight I think I can take care of Rainbow until we hear back from the princess. Plus I think it will be pretty fun to take care of someone again." Twilight smiled at AJ and nodded her head. "I think that actually sounds like a great idea, she already seems attached to you since she's been reverted to a child." All the others girls smiled and nodded their heads in agreement. "I think your a great motherly figure Applejack..." Fluttershy smiled and spoke softly as she gave Rainbow a gentle hug and got one in return before she was gently placed back on AJ's lap. "Oh my Applejack your going to have so much fun! Give her plenty of surcharge so she can have energ-" Pinkie's mouth was covered by Rarity's hand and a soft sigh was heard. "Applejack I believe you will have tons of fun with Rainbow, just make sure you don't do anything crazy. And please don't just give her sweets." Applejack chuckled softly as she stood up and lifted Rainbow up on her shoulders. "Rarity don't worry I'm going to feed her right, there's nothing to worry about. I took care of Apple Bloom and she grew up nice and strong. I'll see you girls later, feel free to stop by and say hi." Applejack smiled as she gently poked Rainbow's nose. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Store //-------------------------------------------------------// The Store Applejack had wondered through town with Rainbow's head recasting on her shoulder and looking around. "Alright Rainbow I need to get some things at the store now that your staying with me, be good okay?" She asked as she gently rubbed Rainbow's back. As the two arrived at the store AJ placed Rainbow in a cart. Rainbow sighed and kicked her legs. "Applejack I want you to carry me!" Rainbow complained and got a eye roll from Applejack. Rainbow reached out and grabbed onto AJ's shirt and pulled on it. "Please carry me?" She asked nicely as she looked up at Applejack. "Rainbow I can't carry you right now, I'll carry you home but you need to be good. I'll tell you what, you be good and I'll get you some candy. Does that sound fair to you?" Appljack smiled and gently ruffled Rainbow's hair as she got a happy nod from her. Applejack pushed the cart down a isle and stopped to look at something. Rainbow smiled as she took this opportunity and got out of the cart and made her way towards the toys. She let out a small giggle which got Applejacks attention and a sigh. "For the love of god, Rainbow get back her right now!" Applejack shouted as she glared at her freind making her way to the toys. "If you touch anything I'm not going to buy you nothing." Applejack sighed as she made her way to the toy isle and saw Rainbow picking up a toy. "Put it down Rainbow, looks like I will have to carry you. Rainbow sat on the floor with a small red ball in her hand and smiled as she bounced it. "Applejack can I please have it! I'll be good!" Rainbow smiled up at AJ and held out the ball the was about the size of her head. Applejack shook her head and smiled as she picked Rainbow up with the ball. "It's kinda hard to say no to you since you look like a child, your just to cute." Applejack placed Rainbow back into the cart and headed towards the check out. Applejack had got some more shampoo and conditioner since she had a second head to clean in the house. Applejack placed all the items on the check out and smiled as she put the cart away. "Want to carry the bag Rainbow?" Rainbow smiled and nodded her head as she was handed the bag. Applejack smiled as she paid for the items and gently grabbed Rainbow's hand. "Lets hurry back so I can play with my new ball!" Rainbow had a small voice crack as she pulled on Applejacks hand to make her go faster. AJ held back a chuckle as she walked just as fast as Rainbow. She smiled as she noticed a big smiled on Rainbow's face. "Since I got you that toy your going to have to be good, if your bad I'll put the toy up." Applejack sighed and smiled as she was handed the bag and saw Rainbow run off into the orchard with her new toy. "Be inside in about 15 minutes for dinner!" Applejack shouted as she walked inside. She left the front door open for Rainbow to come in as she started to make dinner. Rainbow smiled and laughed as she played for a little bit. She began to smell the food and set her ball by the front door as she curiously walked into the house. Rainbow walked up behind Applejack and hugged her leg tightly as she smiled and looked up. "What's for dinner AJ!" Applejack smiled and lifted Rainbow up and chuckled as she got a small giggle. "I'm making some chicken and a apple pie. Sound good to you?" Rainbow nodded her head as she smiled and hugged Applejack tightly around the neck. "Sounds great! Can we play a game after we finish eating? I want to play before it gets to dark out side." Rainbow smiled as Applejack nodded her head and placed her back on the floor. "I'm so going to beat you in this game!" Rainbow smiled as she made her way to the table and sat down. Applejack chuckled as she prepared two plates and set them at the table. "Just don't make a mess all over yourself." Applejack smiled and handed Rainbow a small fork. She received a small eye roll before she started eating. They ate rather quickly so there was still time to play the game Rainbow had wanted to play. "Alright what's the game you want to play? Here hand me your plate." Applejack smiled as she set the dishes down into the sink and looked down at Rainbow smiling. "I want us to play hide and seek Applejack!" Rainbow smiled as she grabbed AJ's hand and dragged her outside. "We have time for a game or two before it gets to dark, your it!" Rainbow smiled as she let goof Applejack's hand and ran off into the orchard. "When I find you it's bath time Rainbow!" Applejack chuckled to herself as she counted to ten and walked into the apple orchard to start the game of hide and seek. Rainbow scrambled up the smallest tree she could find and sat on the branch. She noticed Applejack and couldn't help but let out a small giggle. Applejack heard the giggle and grinned as she acted like she didn't and kept walking. "Rainbow, come out come out." Rainbow thought Applejack had went to look somewhere else so she scurried out of the tree and began to sneak away. She looked back and didn't see Applejack so she turned foward and smiled as she made her way out of the orchard. She let out a small scream and a laugh as she was lifted up. "I got you!" . //-------------------------------------------------------// Nightmares //-------------------------------------------------------// Nightmares Rainbow let out small giggles as she and Applejack made their way back inside the house. AJ bent over and got Rainbow's new toy she had gotten earlier during the day. "Alright you know what time it is don't you?" Applejack grinned as she carried Rainbow upstairs to the bathroom. Rainbow kicked her legs and whined, "Applejack I don't want a bath! You cant make me!" She crossed her arms as she was set on the bathroom counter. Applejack chuckled lightly and got one of her shirts for Rainbow to wear over the night. "I can't make you? You have got to be joking, I mean just look at your position here." Applejack smiled as she began to fill up the tub with warm water. She stifled a laugh as she hear Rainbow mumbling behind her about how she didn't want this. "Fine I'll take a bath but you have to give me something in return!" Applejack raised a eyebrow at Rainbow as she continued to talk. "I want you to buy me some gummy bears next time we go into town, even if I get bigger by them." Rainbow puffed out her cheeks lightly as she waited for the answer. "Alright Dash, I'll get you gummy bears just get in the tub." Applejack smiled as she walked out of the bathroom and let Rainbow get into the tub and clean up. Applejack took this time to take a quick shower in the downstairs bathroom. Rainbow smiled as she sat in the tub and relaxed. "This is pretty relaxing..." She talked to herself before she picked up the shampoo and smelled it. 'Smells like apples...'. Rainbow couldn't keep back a smile as she bagman to wash her hair. She smiled as she had finished cleaning herself up and got out of the tub. "AJ, where'd you go?" Rainbow asked out loud after she slipped on the shirt and walked out of the bathroom. Meanwhile Applejack had just gotten out of the shower and was drying her hair. 'She's already out? That was quick..'. AJ sighed as she tossed the towel in the hamper and walked up the stairs. "I'm coming Dash hold on." As soon as she was up the stairs she was. Almost knocked over by a hug that Rainbow had gave her. "Woah now sugarcube calm down, it's time for bed shortly. Rainbow s Shook her head as she looked up at Applejack. "I'm not tired thought!" Rainbow said before a small yawn escaped her. 'Man, now she's gonna know I'm tired...'. Applejack chuckled softly as she picked up Rainbow and carried her to the Oromo she had slept in the night before. "Alright now stay in the room tonight, got it?" Applejack smiled as she tucked Rainbow in and kissed her forehead lightly. 'Night Dash...'. Rainbow smiled as she rubbed her forehead and yawned softly before she rolled over and drifted off to sleep. Applejack smiled as she closed the door and walked to her room. She sat down and pulled out some paper as she began to right a letter to her family. "Man, you guys haven't idea how crazy things can get when you leave. I wanted to tell you we defeated Discord without any problems, well there is a small problem now but you guys would have to see it to believe it! You guys remember Rainbow Dash and how she always boasted about how tough and strong she is, she got turned into a CHILD! Now she depends on me for a lot of things, I don't really want to admit it but it's nice to be able to take care of someone. She was about to get into bed before she heard a scream come from the other room. She rushed over to the room and charged in, she didn't believe the sight that she was seeing. Rainbow was hugging a pillow crying. "Hey... What's wrong Dash..?" AJ gently picked up Rainbow and wiped her tears away. "I-I just had a nightmare.... I'm okay Applejack.." Rainbow sniffles lightly and rested her head on AJ's shoulder. "Can I sleep in your bed tonight....I don't want to have another nightmare.." Applejack smiled as she sat on the bed and gently rubbed Rainbow's back to calm her down. "Of course you can sugarcube, just try not to drool on me this time." Applejack could help but grin as she stood up and walked to her room. Rainbow pouted as she closed her eyes. "I can't help that I drool in my sleep.... It just happens.." Rainbow said quietly as she began to drift off to sleep. Applejack gently sat on her bed and gently ran her hand through Rainbow's hair. 'She's just so cute.. She seems to be acting more like a actual child though... I need to talk to Twilight about that soon..'. Applejack sighed softly as she leaned back and lied down with Rainbow sleeping next to her. "Night Rainbow... Sweet dreams..." Rainbow shifted in her sleep a little before she gripped onto Applejack's shirt and mumbled something. AJ smiled and wrapped a arm around her and pulled her closer before she drifted off to sleep. The night continued without Rainbow waking from another nightmare, although there were times where she whined a little bit in her sleep. The next morning they both slept in pretty late, AJ was tired from staying up watching Rainbow for a little bit. Rainbow was the first one to wake up and stir in the bed a little bit. "Applejack..." she mumbled softly as she sat up and sat on AJ's stomach. "Wake up I'm hungry..." When Applejack didn't wake up and only swatted her hand away Rainbow pouted and got off the bed. Rainbow made her way to the kitchen and opened the fridge. She smiled and grabbed a small bottle of juice and opened it. She also grabbed some apples and made her way to the couch, leaving the fridge open. Rainbow turned on the television and began to dring the juice. She ate a apple during the commercial and left the core on the floor. "I love this show!" she smiled to herself as she lied down on the couch. Applejack woke up a little while later and groaned as she felt for Rainbow. When she didn't feel her little Rainbow she sat up and noticed the door to her room was open. "Please tell me she didn't make a mess..." She got out of bed and walked down the stairs, she could hear the television talking about something. "Rainbow, you didn't make a mess did you?" Rainbow popped her head up and shook her head with a smile. "Nope! No messes!" Rainbow smiled as she turned her attention back to the cartoon about some talking dogs. Applejack smiled as she entered the kitchen. Her smile dropped as she noticed the fridge was open, she looked in it and saw that most of the food had gone bad or fell on the floor. She walked into the living room and turned the television off as she looked down at a confused Rainbow. "I thought you said no messes..." Applejack was trying to remain calm as she waited for Rainbow to answer back. All Rainbow did was lightly tilt her head and take a small bite out of one of the apples she had sitting by her. Rainbow smiled as she nodded her head. "That's right no messes! I made sure I left everything clean like I found it." She smiled as she held her arms out for a hug. Applejack picked her up and set her on the floor on the kitchen by the mess. "That is not how I remember leaving this." Applejack was trying to keep patience as she watched Rainbow look at the mess. She looked up at AJ. "I didn't make this mess! It wasn't like this when I walked out of the kitchen..." Rainbow picked something up and handed it to Applejack. "Rainbow.... Everything is either on the floor or spoiled now... Clean this up while I think of a suitable punishment for you." With that AJ left the kitchen and went to the couch. She sighed as she waited for Rainbow to finish. 'I didn't make this mess...'. She threw most of the items in the trash and smiled when she finished. Rainbow made her way back into the living room and smiled as she climbed onto the couch next to Applejack. "I finished cleaning it up!" She exclaimed happily as she looked up at AJ. Appljack looked at Rainbow and let out a small sigh. "Dash... You do know that I have to punish you for making that mess..." Applejack spoke softly as she pulled Rainbow onto her lap. I don't remember doing any thing to make a mess." Rainbow looked down at her lap as she began to think to herself. 'All I did was get a few things out of the fridge... Am I forgetting things..'? Applejack looked at Rainbow and sighed. "All I'm going to do is spank you Rainbow, I thought you were all tough and strong? Or are you scared of a little spanking?" I swear I didn't make the mess in the kitchen!" Rainbow grabbed onto Applejack's pants and lightly pulled on them to make her stop. 'Why won't she believe me?!' Rainbow was about to continue her protests and Applejack gave the first spanking. "Ow! That really hurt, stop it AJ!" Applejack ignored the protests and gave the second hit, receiving a small whine from Rainbow. "Three more and them your good to go.." Applejack sighed softly and hit Rainbow's butt once more. Rainbow heard Applejack say Five and didn't want to get spanked anymore so she bit AJ's leg, causing her to stop. "Rainbow don't bite me!" Applejack placed Rainbow to the side and rubbed her leg. 'She sure does have some sharp teeth...god that hurt..' 'She can't get me now, like to see her try'. Rainbow smiled as she climbed up on the bed and hugged a pillow. Rainbow snickered a little bit as she could hear Applejack storming up the steps. Rainbow looked at the door as she noticed the door knob being wiggled followed by a loud knock. "Rainbow you better open this door before I open it." Applejack was mad, first Rainbow bites her then she takes off and locks herself in a room. 'Why is she acting so much like a child, it just doesn't make any sense!' AJ could hear Rainbow laughing in the room and some shuffling from inside. "How are you going to open it? It's not like your going to just make it open." Rainbow smiled as she sat I front of the door with the pillow beside her. 'No way she's getting in here'. Applejack grinned a little bit as she backed up from the door, having no ideas Rainbow was directly behind the door. "It's my house, nothing says I can't break a few things here and there." Applejack grinned as she hit the door with her shoulder, seeing it move a little bit she backed up for one more hit. Rainbow noticed the door move a little bit as she stood up and looked at the door curious. 'What is she doing?' Rainbow unlocked the door and opened in still holing the pillow. She saw Applejack charging towards the door. "Applejack st-" Applejack opened her eyes after she ran into Rainbow and knocked her onto the floor. Applejack looked down at Rainbow and noticed she was about to start crying as she picked her up. "It's okay Rainbow... Dont cry.. Shhh.." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back as she walked out of the room and back down the stairs. She felt Rainbow slowly lie her head down on her shoulder and start crying. 'Great... Look what I did now..'. She walked to the couch and sat down as she tried to calm Rainbow down. 'We need to go see Twilight soon about this... It seems like Rainbow's mind is getting scrambled up..' Rainbow ended up crying herself to sleep as she sniffles a little here and there. Applejack sighed as she got Rainbow some clothes on and dressed herself as well for a visit into town. "It's okay Rainbow... Just sleep for a bit." AJ gently rubbed Rainbows back as she slid her boots on and opened the front door. 'Alright let's get going'. Rainbow moved a little bit before she let out a small huff of air and relaxed once more. "My head hurts..." Rainbow spoke quietly as she felt herself being carried. She knew they were outside from the light. 'What happened..?' Rainbow placed a hand on her head and tried to remember what happened so far to day but she couldn't. She moved her hand and wrapped her arm around AJ's neck. Applejack let out a small sigh as she entered town. "It's okay Rainbow..." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back and walked up to the library. 'Alright Twilight you better have some useful information...'. Applejack knocked on the door and smiled when it opened fast. "Hey Twilight, I need to talk to you about Dash." Twilight frowned a little bit as she nodded her head and let AJ enter. "Applejack, what seems to be the problem? Did something happen to Rainbow?" Applejack nodded her head as she sat down. She gave off a small smile as Twilight sat down beside her. "I think Dash's mind is getting a little scrambled up, she just keeps acting more like a child then her normal self.." Twilight tapped her chin a little bit as she thought. Twilight reached over and carefully pulled Rainbow over to her. "Rainbow... Wake up I got a treat for you." Twilight lied about having a treat as she gently shook Rainbow. Rainbow opened her eyes and yawned softly as she gently rubbed her eyes. "How do you feel Rainbow?" Twilight smiled as she waited for a response, instead she got a confused look before Rainbow reached for Applejack. "Applejack..." Rainbow said softly before AJ gently hugged Rainbow and sighed. Rainbow closed her eyes as she rested her head on Applejacks chest and yawned softly. "Rainbow you need to talk to Twilight, she's trying to help you.." Applejack gently rubbed Rainbow's back and sighed as she got a small head shook in response. "Well I guess she's out of the equation... Twilight has the princess gotten back to you about the spell Discord used?" "Sorry Applejack but no she hasn't, but as soon as anything comes in I'll make sure you and the girls are the first to hear." Twilight smiled and looked at Rainbow. "Would you like for me to watch her for the night, it would give you a nice break. And it looks like you need one." Twilight and Applejack shared a laugh before Applejack nodded her head. "That sounds like a great idea, thanks Twilight for taking her for the night." Applejack smiled as she gently handed Rainbow over to Twilight. Twilight smiled as she gently hugged Rainbow. "Alright I got to go, have some shopping to do before I head home. Thanks again Twilight." Applejack smiled before she left the library. Twilight smiled down at the sleeping Rainbow and gently rubbed her back. 'Awe she really is cute when she sleeps'. She smiled as she stood up and walked to her bedroom up stairs. "I'll let you sleep Rainbow before dinner time." Rainbow turned her head and looked up at Twilight. "I guess so... Where's Applejack?" Rainbow rubbed one of her eyes as she looked for AJ. 'Where is she..?' Twilight smiled and gently ruffled Rainbow's hair. "She went home, I'm taking care of you tonight so she can have a small break. Don't worry you can see her tomorrow." Twilight smiled as she walked into the kitchen. "Do you want anything special for dinner?" She opened the fridge and looked inside for dinner ideas before she heard someone walk into the kitchen. "Do you have some chicken?" Rainbow asked as she looked in the fride from under Twilights arm. Twilight smiled and opened the freezer and pulled out some chicken strips. Rainbow smiled and looked at the bag. "I have these, do you want to have these and a apple for dinner?" Twilight held up the bag and read how to cook it. Rainbow nodded her head before she left the kitchen and went back into the library. 'She better not mess anything up.... I just organized everything this morning'. Twilight prepared the oven and smiled. Meanwhile in the library Rainbow was looking at all the books until she found the one she was looking for, it was a fairly think book that had a red cover and no words on the front. 'Maybe this is it!" Rainbow thought excitedly as she opened and started to read the first page. 'Alright...'. Rainbow climbed on a couch and continued to read the book with a confused expression. 'Pinkie said this book was funny... More like creepy'. She turned the page and saw a picture and looked at it confused until she found out what it was. "Oh gross!" She closed the book on the ground just before her name was called. "Come on Rainbow dinner is ready." Twilight called out as she set a plate on the table. Rainbow walked in the kitchen and smiled as she sat down at the table and picked up a piece of chicken. "Thanks for making me dinner Twilight!" Rainbow smiled as she began to eat. Twilight smiled before she left the kitchen and walked into the library, she noticed the book on the ground and picked it up. 'Must have fell off the shelf... Ugh this book is messed up..'. Twilight thought to herself as she set it back on the shelf. She looked through the books until she found Rainbow's favorite book. 'I could read this to her later of she wants.' Twilight smiled as she set the book on a nearby table and went up to her room. "Sleeping arrangements.." Twilight let out a small sigh as she went to work on who sleeps where. Rainbow finished eating in the kitchen and smiled as she got upand went back into the library. She noticed the book sitting on the table and read the cover. 'I love this book!' Rainbow smiled as she sat down and placed the book in her lap and opened the book. She began reading and didn't notice Twilight return from her room. Twilight smiled as she noticed Rainbow reading the book and sat down beside her. "Well you just took over my plans for later, how about we play some games after you read the first few chapters?" Rainbow responded with a nod as she handed Twilight the book and smiled. "Can you read the next chapter, I don't want to seem like a egghead." Twilight rolled her eyes and let out a small laugh as she look down at the book. Rainbow pointed to where she left off. "I may be small, but I'm still awesome." "What ever makes you feel good about it." Twilght laughed at Rainbow's response to that before she started to read the book. The two sat on the couch for about a hour, Twilight stopped reading when she noticed Rainbow was leaning against her arm and drooling a little bit onto her. 'Oh really?' She let out a small laugh asshe set the book to the side and gently poked Rainbow's face, getting a small grumble in return. Rainbow reached up and grabbed onto Twilights finger and opened her eyes a little bit. "Whaaat..." she asked quietly before she sat up and rubbed one of her eyes, still holding Twilight's finger. "You were drooling on me plus it's not time for bed yet. C'mon let's get a little bit more of your energy out." Twilight smiled as she wiped her arm off and let Rainbow hold onto her finger for a little bit longer. "How is it not time for bed yet?" Rainbow looked out a window and saw that it was dark. She looked back at Twilight with a confused look. "Do you even know what time it is?" "Well I guess your right Rainbow, c'mon let's go to my room." Twilight shook her head and smiled as she stood up and walked to her room with Rainbow almost beside her. "You don't get up early right? I want to be able to sleep in." Rainbow yawned as she felt Twilight set her on her bed. Rainbow lied down and crawled under the blankets and let out a happy sigh. "You can sleep in as late as you want Rainbow, just make sure you don't break things." Twilight got into the bed and lied on the other side of the bed. 'Aww..'. She smiled as she watched Rainbow hug one of the many pillows and starting to drift off to sleep. Then sun began to rise and Twilight opened her eyes and yawned. She sat up and noticed that Rainbow was cuddled against her and still sleeping. She smiled and carefully got up and carried Rainbow to their kitchen. "You got to get up for breakfast Rainbow.. You cant sleep all day." Twilight set Rainbow down on one of these kitchen counters and smiled as she noticed Rainbow open her eyes and looked around. "You said I could sleep iiiin Twilight."  Rainbow complained a little bit as she held out her arms to be held as she closed her eyes. 'Does she want me to hold her?' Twilight smiled softly and picked up Rainbow and let her rest her head on her shoulder. "I know I did but its not healthy to sleep all day." A knock was heard at the door and Twilight lighted a eyebrow as she noticed it was in a little pattern. 'Oh my god its Pinkie...' Twilight thought is she was quiet and tried not to make to much noise maybe she would go away. Rainbow realized it was Pinkie and smiled as she could have fun with her party freind. "Hey Pinkie!" Rainbow smiled as she got out of Twilight's arms and ran to the door. As soon as she got the door opened she was picked up and felt her face being squished. "Ow Pinkie quit it!" Rainbow closed her eyes as she pushed on Pinkie's hands. "But your just so cute Dashie! I cant help myself, I just want to pinch your little cheeks!" Pinkie exclaimed happily as she walked inside and into the kitchen where Twilight was face palming. 'Just wanted a peaceful morning is all...' Twilight smiled at Pinkie and opened the fridge. "Morning Pinkie, we were just about to have breakfast. Want to join us?" Twilight looked and saw Pinkie nod her head and continue her assault on Rainbow's poor little cheeks. "I would love to! I didn't eat any sweets yet today because the store is closed till noon. Can I take Rainbow with me out to lunch Twilight?! Please I'll be responsible!" Pinkie looked at Twilight and smiled as rainbow shook her head a little bit. 'You ruined my peaceful morning so now you can deal with Pinkie.' Twilight grinned a little bit as she started to cook bacon. "That sounds like a wonderful idea Pinkie, I have to go get spike from my brothers house anyways. Also Rainbow while I'm withmy brother I'm going to see the princess to see if she knows about this spell." Rainbow sighed a little bit as she felt Pinkie continue to mess with her. When she heard about the spell she smiled and couldn't wait to be back to normal. "So I'm going to be with Pinkie for lunch? Then who do I go to? Am I on some sort of scedule?" Rainbow bit down on Pinkie's index finger as she tried and make her smile wider. "Pinkie staaaahhhp it..." Pinkie frowned as her finger was bit, she was about to tickle Rainbow  it the plates of food was set on the table. "Thanks Twilight!" Both Rainbow and Pinkie said this in unison that made Twilight laugh some. Twilight sat down at the table and they all began to eat. "So why is the shop closed till noon?" "Oh I didn't tell you?! It's Pumpkins birthday! They wanted to through a party without distubance this year. I had just finished setting upbeforei headed over here. I would have worked faster if I knew you had Dashie over here!" Rainbow satin Pinkie's lap and happily are the bacon that was on her plate. After she realized she ate all of hers she began to take peices of Pinkie's bacon. 'I like bacon.' Rainbow smiled as she finished and leaned her head against Pinkie's arm that was rested on the table. She didn't care to listen in on the conversation they were having as she just closed her eyes and relaxed. Rainbow felt a handle gently run through her hair and opened her eyes. "Juice? Do you have any juice Twilight?" Twilight laughed a little bit before she got up and left the table. She came back with a small bottle of apple juice and handed t to Pinkie. Pinkie smiled and opened it before she handed it to Rainbow. "Here you go Dashie!" Rainbow smiled as she drank about half before setting it on the table and smiling. "Well it's about noon Pinkie you might want to make your way to the shop to get cupcakes ready." Tailight smiled as she gathered all the dishes and set the in the sink. 'I hope she acts like a adult with Rainbow...' Twilight didn't let herself worry as she noticed Pinkie and Rainbow gone. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Pinkie and Rainbow laughed as they were covered in flour and icing. The two were sitting in the kitchen making cupcakes. Rainbow smiled as she ate some of the icing along with Pinkie. No matter how big of the mess they made none of the sweets came closets looking as messy as they did. "Pinkie, Twilight is going to kill you when she finds out that all you let me eat was sweets." Rainbow let out a giggle before she heard the timer on the stove go off. "Pinkie their done!" Pinkie zoomed in the kitchen with oven mitts on and pulled out the cupcakes, she dumped them onto a counter and got the icing ready. "Dashie you ate most of the icing! We only have enough for this last batch... I wanted some of the icing to you know.." Pinkie fake pouted as she went on and decorated the cupcakes like dinosaurs to the orders specifications. "Not my fault, you shouldn't leave a child all alone in a kitchen." Rainbow smiled as she noticed Rarity come in. "I bet you 20 dollars she won't freak out if I hug her this messy." "Oh your on Dashie." Pinkie smiled as she stood at the door from the kitchen and saw Rarity turn around. "Go Dashie!" she whiz Ed before she saw Rainbow take off towards Rarity. Rarity turned around in time and saw Rainbow. She noticed she was covered in icing but didn't care as she picked her up. "Hello dear! I see you are still as cute as ever, but your just so messy." Rarity smiled and she walked to get her order of cupcakes. Rainbow looked at Pinkie's shocked expression as Rainbow got icing all over Rarity's new dress. 'No way..' "Hey Rarity I have your order right here!" A younger looking lady held out the small box that had four cupcakes inside. Rarity smiled as she took the box, over her shoulder Rainbow grinned as Pinkie gave Rainbow 20 dollars. "Alright Rainbow I guess your coming home with me, I'm going to get you cleaned up your just to messy right now." Raritly smiled as she left the store and headed to her home. 'My new dress is ruined... But Rainbow was just so cute I couldn't resist hugging her.' "Alright Rarity that sounds fine with me! What kind of cupcakes did you get?! Pinkie let me eat all kinds of cupcakes!" Rainbow smiled as she wrapped her arms around Rarity's neck and looked around at the people. 'I don't feel so good...' "Alright dear head to the bathroom and get ready for a bath, you can wear some of Sweetie's pajamas. I'm sure they will fit for the most part." Rarity set down Rainbow and went to get some clothing. Rarity found some light blue pajamas and headed to the bathroom. Rainbow smiled as she leaned over the tub and lightly splashed her hand in the water that was running. She notice Rarity add bubbles to the bath. Rainbow smiled as the tub finished filling up. "Here are your clean clothes dear, I'm going to change while you take your bath. If you need help just call me and I'll come in." Rarity set the pajamas down on the counter and left the bathroom. Rainbow got into the tub and smiled as she cleaned herself up. She rested her head on the edge of the tub and called for Rarity. "Something wrong?" Raritly walked in with a new set of clothes on and crouched by the tub. "Can you wash my hair..?" Rainbow closed her eyes and smiled some as she felt Rarity putting shampoo in her hair. Rarity used a special conditioner to make Rainbow's hair softer and smiled when she finished. "Alright Darling get dressed, when your done ill be in my room. I was planning on taking a nap and I guess you can join in." Rarity dried off Rainbow and headed her the blue pajamas. Rainbow got dressed quickly and smiled as she went into Rarity's room. She noticed Rarity was geeing into a set of her sleeping clothes so Rainbow got into her bed and sat down waiting for Rarity.
