It had been a warm, sunny day in the small town of Ponyville. There wasn’t a cloud to be seen in the vast, sapphire sky as Fluttershy walked down towards the Everfree swamp, pulling a cart full of frogs and toads.
“Don’t worry little ones, I’ll get you back to your home in no time,” Fluttershy said in her usual, gentle voice.
Her words were met with a song of croaks and ribbets. The poor creatures had been through so much. Fluttershy couldn’t grasp why they would be so far from their swamp. It was a long way through the forest for such tiny creatures. Since it was so close to nightfall, she decided that it was her duty to help the little guys get back home before it was completely dark.
She was going to have to pick up the pace if she was going to make it back home before nighttime. Fluttershy didn’t want to still be in the Everfree forest when it was dark, it was already scary in broad daylight. She trotted past Sweet Apple Acres, as there was no time to stop and say ‘Hi’ to Applejack.
Half an hour later, Fluttershy was releasing the amphibians back into their home. After removing the last frog from the cart, she turned around to place it on the ground. Only then did she notice that her and the frog she was holding were all alone. Not another living thing was in sight. The birds had stopped their chirping and the frogs, along with the toads, had stopped their croaking.
She placed the frog on the ground and watched it quickly hop out of sight.
“Hey! Where are you going?” Squeaked Fluttershy. I wonder where he needs to be in such a hurry , Fluttershy thought to herself.
The yellow mare decided not to ponder but instead try to make it back to Ponyville before it was dark. The sun was already disappearing behind the tall trees at an alarming rate. She turned to the cart to get it ready for departure. While she was hitching up, the smell of onions started to permeate the air around her. She paused as a large shadow towered over her.
“Where do you think you’re goin’, lassie?” A deep voice rumbled behind her.
Fluttershy slowly turned her head to face the source of the voice. What she saw paralyzed her in fear. She gazed up at a massive, green monster. His eyes glared into her like needles. His smelly odor hung in the air, causing the mare to cringe heavily.
“You’re in my swamp,” the large biped whispered.
Fluttershy looked up at the massive beast as he grinned down at the fidgeting pony. “I’m s-sorry… I didn’t know,” the mare said.
Slowly the fragile pegasus began to back away, but the monster charged forward. He grabbed Fluttershy and threw her in the back of her cart on her stomach. Dazed, she could only cry out in shock while the monster turned her around so that her legs were hanging over the edge.
When the mare’s eyes dilated, she looked behind her to see the monster holding a squirming frog in its giant hand. She could only watch as he tightened his grip around the poor creature. With a swift crunch, the frog moved no more. He continued to squeeze until it was liquified into a slimy, red goop.
“Only one use for one ah’ these, lassie,” Spoke the stranger.
“Why would you do that?!” Wailed Fluttershy as tears streamed from her eyes.
The monster smiled but gave no answer.
The mare tried to get up, but the monster slammed his hand down, pinning her to the cart. With his frog-coated hand, he lubed up his hard shaft and prepared for entry.

There would be no return to Ponyville for poor Miss Fluttershy. However, somebody else would soon be showing up in her place. Chapter II
“Golly,” the earth pony said. “It’s lookin’ to be a beautiful sunrise.”
Little did she know, an unstoppable force of onions and malice was making its way towards the peaceful, apple orchard. Upon the rolling, green hills stood a figure of untamable lust and charisma. After his session with the late Miss Fluttershy the prior night, the creature felt an ancient fire burning within him that had not been sparked for many moons. As the three fillies continued to argue amongst themselves, their new visitor was preparing to introduce himself. He slowly crept up the flimsy ramp to the door, pausing as a large red apple struck the wooden roof of the treehouse. In a flash, the ogre swung his way underneath the rickety board with his large, green hands. As fate would have it, the poor plank of wood was no match for the creature’s hefty mass. With a single, sharp crack, the ogre split the frail walkway in two, just as he did with Fluttershy’s vaginal canal.
“What was that,” asked Apple Bloom.
“Go check it out,” Sweetie Belle insisted.
Within a moment’s time, the three fillies crowded around the open window. The stranger held his breath, in hopes to mask his foul, ogre stench. As the seconds flew by, the young ponies made their way through the crooked threshold.

Confused, the small, orange pegasus inched her way over the side of the small, wooden deck. Once the filly’s short, purple mane dangled within the ogre’s reach, the monster seized his opportunity. Within seconds, Scootaloo was ripped violently from the platform.

Scootaloo’s frantic screams ended with a sudden, swift crunch. Terrified, the two remaining fillies darted backwards into the safe confines of the treehouse.
“Scootaloo!!” Cried Sweetie Belle.
“We have to go get my sis! She’ll know what to do!” Apple Bloom said.
“But how will we get there with that thing that took Scootaloo still here?” Asked Sweetie Belle.
“We’ll have to make a run for it,” whispered Apple Bloom. “It’s our only chance.”
“Are you crazy?!” Sweetie Belle squealed at Apple Bloom. “It’ll get us too!”
Apple Bloom slipped to the wall farthest from the door. She was almost certain that whatever was under the clubhouse was going to see her. She had to move fast and find Applejack. Taking a deep breath, as she slid silently through the back window. Now overlooking the grass below, she knew that this was the point of no return. She hit the ground tumbling, but righted herself and took off running for all she was worth. She could hear the ghoul thundering after her. With each step it took, it seemed to be getting closer and closer. She knew that if she didn’t make it to Sweet Apple Acres fast enough, she would never see her family again.
“BIG MAC!” Apple Bloom screamed. “APPLEJACK! HELP!!”

Applejack ran out into the yard.
“I thought I heard Apple Bloom hollerin’,” She thought to herself.
Little did Applejack know, Apple Bloom was being shoved down an ogre’s open maw, alive, to join Scootaloo in it’s stomach.
“I wonder if she’s in the barn?” Applejack thought to herself before making her way to the barn’s open doors.
“Apple Bloom?” Applejack hollered into the dark barn. “If this is some prank or surprise, it ain’t gonna work this time.”
“Oi! The only one that’s in ‘ere is me, lassie!” Boomed a voice.
Applejack’s eyes narrowed to try to see into the darkness. “And who might you be?”
“Not heard of me?” The ogre muttered as if he were insulted.
“No, I can’t say that I have,” Applejack answered as her suspicions grew.
“Well!” He beamed. “The name’s Shrek. Shrek T. Ogre. And don’t you be forgettin’ it now.”
“Where’s Apple Bloom?” The mare solemnly said.
“That wee yellow one? Shrek asked, “Perhaps you were referrin' to my supper!”
Applejack gasped in horror as she spotted a fidgeting bulge in the monster’s stomach.
“Yer gonna pay for what you’ve done!!” Applejack shouted as she turned to deliver a kick into the beast. The blow, however, was absorbed by Shrek’s ballistic rod. Seizing the opportunity, the ogre snatched hold of the earth pony’s strong, hind legs. Taking both legs in his hands, he twisted sharply and a snap echoed in the barn, followed by a shrill scream. Tears filled the blonde mare’s eyes as she tried desperately to crawl away.
“No use in fightin’ it, lass,” Shrek cooed. “Now let me fill ya with love.”
The ogre pulled the pony’s limp legs snug to his slimy, green body. Legs still ablaze with unbearable pain, Applejack wailed in pain.
“Please! I beg ya!” Applejack pleaded desperately. “I’ll do whatever ya want!”
Shrek paused when an idea came to mind. “The wee one mentioned a Big Mac. Is he your father? A brother?”
“He’s mah and Apple Bloom’s b-big brother,” Applejack said as she winced in pain.
“And where might he be?” Prodded the ogre.
“I ain’t tellin’ you anything, ya heathen!” Yelled the mare adamantly.
“Fine,” Shrek said with a smirk, “I’ll find him myself.
Without warning, Shrek dumped Applejack to the ground unceremoniously, causing her to yelp in pain once more. “Don’t walk out on me, lassie. I’ll be back,” he said with a hearty laugh as he bolted towards the front door of the barn, breaking it into a thousand tiny pieces. The ogre was gone.
Seizing the moment, Applejack began pulling herself towards the back door of the barn. She knew that Shrek would soon be back, and she didn't want to wait around to find out what he had planned for her. Inch by inch, the wounded farmer pulled her way forward with her two functional hooves. She had to tell somebody about what had just happened.
*CRACK!*
Applejack turned to see a new ogre-sized hole in the wall of the barn.
"It's show time, lassie!" Shrek roared joyfully.
The mare then turned to find her big brother gagged and blindfolded. A collar rested around the stallion's neck, connected to the ogre's right hand by a weathered rope. An evil grin stretched across Shrek's face like a strand of black licorice.
"I'm sorry, sis. He's got Apple Bloom," said the imprisoned stallion.
"What the hay are you talkin' about?" Applejack replied.
Suddenly, the mare found herself unable to speak. A large onion had swiftly been lodged inside her mouth by the crafty ogre.
"You know what to do, laddie," Shrek chuckled. "It's the only way to save your wee sister."
Without choice, Big Mac found himself positioned atop his crippled sister. The orange mare's eyes widened in terror. She knew what the ogre had planned for her. Chapter III

“Princess Twilight, I ask that you and your friends follow me.” The fire marshal said.
Without a sound, the four companions followed the firefighter through the ash-covered grounds of the once booming orchard. They found themselves led into a small, green tent. Emergency responders crowded the scene.
“Did you find AJ!?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed as the group made their way inside.
The sight that befell the four ponies was heartbreaking. In the corner sat two body bags, one large and one small. On the opposite side of the tent, a bruised, scorched earth pony lay unconscious. Her long, golden mane had been blazed clear off her orange scalp. Burns covered her crippled body, leaving her slightly disfigured.
“Applejack…” Whimpered the pink, party pony as she and the others crowded around their wounded friend.

As the tears began to drip, the four ponies gently nuzzled Applejack’s sleeping face. She made no movement in response to her friends’ comforting actions.
“Is she going to be alright, doctor?” Twilight asked grimly.
“Princess…” The medical pony began. “I am afraid that your friend has become comatose. She seems to be in a completely vegetative state.”
“H-how long will she be like this?” Rainbow asked, fidgeting as she spoke.
“I’m afraid there is no way of knowing. It is possible that Miss Applejack here could spend the rest of her days like this,” said the doctor callously.
The pegasus then broke down entirely, falling upon the ground in tears. Although she felt the embrace of her three remaining friend around her, she felt as if she would be alone forever.
“Sadly, we weren’t able to save her brother and grandmother,” said the doctor. “They were already gone by the time we arrived.”
The four turned their attention to the two bags at the other end of the room. Ponyville had just lost two of its amazing citizens. Never again would they see the mighty Big Mac bucking apples in the south fields. No more would there be the smell of Granny Smith’s hot apple pies pervade through the Ponyville marketplace. The warmth and happiness that the Apple family brought to the small town was now gone forever.
“What about Apple Bloom?” Asked the alicorn. “Did you find her?”
“I’m afraid we couldn’t locate anypony else,” said the fire marshal. “It’s possible that she ran off amidst all the chaos. We’ll continue to look for her once we’ve finished up here.”
Once the flames began to lose their strength and the ash began to settle, the emergency responders began to slowly pack up their gear. As the bulk of the ponies began to leave, so did the remaining Elements of Harmony.
“Well girls…” Rarity began. “I need to return home to Sweetie Belle. She needs to be told about this.”
“Alright Rarity, we’ll let you know if we hear anything about Apple Bloom,” said Twilight.
“Thank you, darling.” the unicorn said as she trotted off towards Ponyville.
When she arrived at her shop, Rarity noticed that the front door was sitting ajar. Ugh, that filly should really learn to close a door.
As she passed through the threshold, the pale mare pulled the heavy door shut before applying all three locks behind her. An eerie silence rang throughout the house. There were no signs of Sweetie Belle to be found. A chilly gust of wind blew delicately through the velvety interior.
“Sweetie Belle!” Rarity called out.
There was no answer.
“Darling,” she continued, “Are you in here?”
The sound of breaking glass echoed from the upstairs bedroom, followed by a violent clammering sound.

With great anticipation, she inched her way up to the bedroom door. The foul smell hung in the air like a fine mist. She began to worry about what had produced such a foul odor. The thought of a plumbing malfunction strained on her mind relentlessly.

A haunting chuckle rattled through the dead undergrowth. The stranger in the dark ignored the zebra’s empty threat.

The earthy scent grew stronger, causing the zebra began to shake in terror. Never before had she felt such a fear as this. Zecora stood frozen as the towering figure crept forth from the shadows. The massive, lumbering silhouette loomed over her like a mountain.
