Day 1View OnlineTo become a ponyDay 1"What is your name?" "C-Connor" I looked around, confused at the manner and the disembodied voice all to notice that I was in some form of plain that was all white, like I was trapped in a empty room. "That is not a suitable name for where you are going. Think of an inner name" "Inner name? ... Disk I guess" "Now then, pick of the three. Strength, flight or magic" "Magic?" I was strongish in the real world but I was also scared of heights, well just generally being up high. but magic did seem nice to me. "Good, now what is the meaning behind your inner name?" "Music I guess ..." Suddenly a strange force overcame me as I blacked out. The next thing I knew, I woke up to see several familiar figures near me. From confusion I just stared blankly at one of them who looked back. “Who or what are you?” Asked the strange coloured creature in front of me, it looked similar. Like one of the ponies I’ve seen my friend create before. “Who am I? W-who are you?” My brain was in the ultimate form of confusion. “I’m Ti..” “I’m Tiedye” At this point I was either dreaming or my friends character had come to life in front of me. Well the creature was a pony, a Pegasus judging by the large wings but didn’t he just nearly say he was Tim? But it can’t be him, I mean he’s certainly not a po- “HOLY FUCKIDY FUCK FUCK” My thoughts were suddenly interrupted as another character jumped up, this time a black pony with neon red stripes, no mane strange enough but the wings were certainly standing out for a Pegasus. Confusion shook my body as two other ponies stood up. Another similar one who stood there with purple fur, a unicorn horn and brown hair. Certainly that wasn’t Umbra was it? It certainly looked like him anyway. Stood next to the purple pony was a grey one with red hair that stood out compared to the rest of it’s body and a wrench as a cutiemark. Someone even I haven't seen before and I’m a big fan of the background ponies, unless this is another new character. “If you’re Tiedye, and I think the purple one over there is Umbra. Then that means I must be … Disk?” Yet again, confusion shook me causing me to blank out at the sight of the others stood there. Apart from the one pony who fell as if he was trying to stand like a human while the others were talking to each other, but it sounded muffled as I was seriously confused. Then a sudden thought hit my brain. What about me, did I transform? I look down to then notice my body had been transformed and I was automatically stood like a pony, my arms there now legs and my hands as hooves. I groaned and walked over to a near by puddle to see that I had been changed into a red unicorn with green hair accompanied by orange stripes and the same for my tail. I turned to the side to see that I also had a cutie mark, a Disk with an orange circle. It was correct, I turned into Disk, my own creation. How did this happen? How did the voice know who Disk was? Why is my brain hurting so much? After a few hours of debating with the others. It turns out my friends were transformed as well. Tim took the form of his Pegasi OC Tiedye, one that I recognised well as well as a unicorn version of Umbra which obviously to me was Liam, then there were the other two. Devon had turned into the Pegasi Noire and Jake had turned into the earth pony Speedwrench. After a while of discussing some more we had all come to a mutual agreement that we should all split up to try and find information about how we got here and why. As they say too many cooks spoil the dish and if we all went to one place together we might cause mass confusion at the fact that five entirely new ponies have appeared out of nowhere and suddenly swarmed a single house. I had decided to have a look around the town to find some pony that would allow me to stay, probably some pony that isn’t one of the mane six, hopefully Vinyl Scratch seeing as Umbra/Liam had chosen to go to sugar cube corner, Speedwrench/Jake had chosen to go and see Applejack at the farm, Noire/Devon had chosen to go and see RainbowDash and Tiedye/Tim had just sat there on the grass, not sure of where he was going. After a while of strolling around town, I somehow managed to get past Sugar cube corner before Umbra had managed to get near as I saw him in the distance but not long of a walk later I heard some kind of music that sounded as if it was being remixed into a tune and decided to follow it, finding myself at a house with what looked like a Vinyl disc on the front door. If my guess is as good as any I would say that house belonged to Vinyl scratch, if not then some pony out there enjoyed music as much as both me and Vinyl. I decided to take the jump and I knocked on the door with my hoof, a few minutes passed and the music still blared out. “Guess she can’t hear me” I knocked again, this time with all my might, if she can’t hear this then I don- My trail of thought suddenly interrupted as the door bursts open, followed by a loud blast of music as a white pony walked though the door, she looked a lot like myself as Disk but with blue hair and I couldn’t see her eyes due to the large sunglasses she wore, at a quick glance I also saw a musical note as a cutie mark. For a few seconds she just stared in confusion as if she was seeing herself in a mirror. “Woah, have I been inside for too long and forgot what I look like? And which pony put a mirror in front of my door as a prank?” She said as I was now obvious of the confusion in her voice. “E-erm actually I-I’m just another pony, m-my name is D-Disk. Nice to meet you?” I had no idea why my voice was shaking so much but I guess it was because it was my first time talking to a pony that wasn’t one of my friends in a pony form. “Could y-you help me by giving me some i-information of the area please?” I was still shaking, either because I was still not used to talking to ponies or the fact that one of the characters I knew well was stood in front of me, but judging by how she was, I think she was still confused. “Sorry, I don’t really get out much. You might wanna go somewhere else if you’re looking for information. I only go to the market now and again for food.” “W-well, do you maybe know a place I could stay? I’m new around here and I’m guessing I’ve got a few days at least. Not certain how long exactly” Vinyl’s face quickly changed from a nervous wreck to a confused and slightly shocked face as she funneled though her thoughts. “Erm, there may be some rooms still available around. But if push comes to shove I’m pretty sure you can use the old shed round back if you clean it up enough. Just remember to knock if you don’t find a place” As quickly as she first came out the door, it closed straight behind her as she walked in. My head was pounding from the confusion but I knew I had to just put up with it and find a place to stay before I could get hold of information. After a while of exploring and finally asking for directions I found my way to the town Inn, though on the way inside it hit me. I had no money at all, maybe if the ponies around here are as kind as I’ve grown to know them I should be able to work it off in the Inn. I then approached the desk nervously. “If you want a room, I’m sorry but we’re all out of rooms. Though I’m sure one of the friendly town ponies will allow you to stay in a spare room if you explain yourself.” A young brown stallion with a blue mane said whilst standing behind the counter. Both relief and confusion hit me the relief mainly because I all ready had a place to stay for this situation and the confusion because one, how did an Inn for such a small town get filled in a time where no events are going on and also that I’m gonna be staying more or less in the same house, or the same piece of land as a female pony which was one thing I was certainly not prepared for. I decided to set off back to Vinyl’s to ask her if it was still all right to use her shed as a place to crash whilst I was in town and trying my best I set off in what I thought was the correct direction towards her house. Somehow I ended up getting lost like I usually do in a new place, though I felt no fear since I knew if I asked a pony they would immediately help me by giving me directions, I found myself outside of an apple tree farm where I saw Jake/ Speedwrench talking to an orange pony wearing a cowboy hat. “Huh, he’s talking to Applejack then … Guess he’s either asking for something to eat or a place to stay.” I guess I should leave him be since we decided not to really speak for the day so we could get our tasks done. Just as I was setting off in what I thought was the direction of Vinyl’s house but at least back towards the town square, a force suddenly grabbed my tail and stopped me right in my tracks. When I looked back to see what got me, I saw a strange purple energy wrapped around my tail. Magic, then that means that a unicorn pony had taken interest in me and grabbed my tail at the first chance. I turned around in confusion, looking for which unicorn had grabbed me but no sign of another pony around when suddenly in a flash of magic the grip around my tail had vanished and a purple unicorn had appeared in front of me. I jumped back from the shock of a pony just appearing from a light right in front of me but after the shock and when my eyes adjusted back to the light I saw Twilight Sparkle stood there in front of me. “Hey, you’re a new pony! I’m surprised Pinkie hasn’t thrown a party for you yet. Actually silly me, you won’t know who Pinkie is yet if she has not thrown a party for you yet. Anyway, I can feel some sort of strange magic around you. I gotta take you to my place and conduct some research!” Before I could even speak she grabbed my tail again with her magic and dragged me though the town and to a large hollowed out tree near the centre. Though on my way there I tried to escape multiple times when I passed the few places I recognised like the Inn, Sugar cube corner and even Vinyl’s house. But no matter how hard I pulled I couldn’t move in any other direction. Twilight carried on dragging me regardless and ended up even dragging me into the tree itself without paying much attention. She then let go of me with her magic and then stared at me in excitement and before I could open my mouth, a scroll and quill flew from the other side of the room and hovered in front of her. “Have you currently got a spell on you?” Twilight asked with obvious signs of excitement on her face. I’m guessing she’s never really seen another pony in the town that’s had a magical “Not that I know of …” It was obvious I couldn’t tell her that I wasn’t originally a pony, I mean the thought of it might either make me look insane or get me kicked out of the village. “Hmm. Do you even know a spell that might affect your body?” She certainly wasn’t in the mood to give up. “I don’t know any magic. I- I traveled here from far away and both my parents were Earth ponies so I never learnt magic.” I really hope this would stop her questioning “Well then, as a unicorn it’s your responsibility to learn magic! With Celestia as my witness you shall not leave here without at least a basic form of magic spell” Oh boy... Seems like I triggered something I might either regret or come to fear. I know I’m a unicorn but learning magic in a short time might be pretty much impossible, even for a fast learner like me. But on the other hand. Magic may be useful and if I do take all night, I’ve also got a place to stay as Twilight herself won’t let me leave until I learn magic … Don’t see any other choice but to go along. “Okay, since you won’t let me leave when I’ve got to go tell Vinyl that I’ve chosen to stay over at her place. I guess I’ll have to learn magic to get there.” Twilight’s face turned to pure excitement as she quickly wrote on the still floating scroll with the quill and sent it off as quickly as she first called it . “I’ve just sent a note to her telling her that you’ve chosen to stay there for the night and that you’ll be with me until you learn magic. Now then let’s get to the first task, moving objects.” I could clearly see that Twilight had a sense of leadership and excitement as if she’s been wanting to teach someone for a while now. With a quick purple flash of her horn, several books quickly fly off the shelves and line themselves up in front of me, each with a number but all laid out in a random order. “For your first task, I want you to focus your energy and line these books in order.” I sighed as I read the numbers on the books. 2,5,3,1,4. Simple enough, I hope. Using all of my might I focused my mind onto the books and visualised them floating in the air, as I did the books flew up as if I was commanding them myself. On a quick glance I notice that my magic itself is a bright red, a nice colour I have to say. But upon that thought I dropped the books as I lost focus. “Try again, this time keep focus or else you won’t learn the basics!” Twilight said, a proud tone on her voice. I’m guessing that I’m doing better than I thought I was since she obviously tried to hold back her pride in teaching me with little success. This time I focused purely on the books, forcing them all to float in the air though my magic. I then visualised all the books in the order they were in and then proceeded to move them in my head and as I did the books moved with my thoughts, during the few seconds of movement I managed to order all the books and even stack them together in a neat pile. “Good good, now you know how to move objects. I’ll need you to go to Vinyl’s and read those ASAP!” And with a flick of her head Twilight sent me outside with her magic and the neat book pile slid next to me. With a large sigh I picked up the books with my magic and trotted along to Vinyl’s place which was easier to find now since it had become dark from my hours of wandering and strobe lights flew out of the window. I proceeded to knock on the door with my hoof, the door quickly opened and I then went in to be shown where I was staying. Which ended up being a spare room, I guess she was joking about the shed.
Day 2View OnlineTo become a ponyDay 2I awoke with my face buried in the books. If I remember correctly I was reading the 3rd book and I think I got onto the part of transforming objects with magic. I’m pretty certain that only the first book was the basics but still, it was pretty simple instructions and all that’s needed is practice. That teleportation spell did seem interesting at the least. I crawled my way out of the bed, though falling over when I forgot that I was a pony and tried to stand upright. This is one thing I’ve got to get used to. Looking in the mirror I thought something was missing, most probably my sunglasses that I’ve portrait my character of Disk with several times in the human world, maybe I should pay Rarity a visit and see if she could make me some. And maybe I should also check with Vinyl about getting some headphones since she looks to have several spare that I could recolour with magic. That’s if I remember the colour spell anyway. I walked out of the spare room and stumbled down the stairs where then I noticed that Vinyl had fallen asleep right at the booth she placed at the centre of the main room and she was covered by several CD’s. By the look of the headphones on her I was guessing she was creating some music and fell asleep, pretty much like I did whilst reading about magic. I guess since she’s asleep I’ll head over to Rarity to get my glasses then. Well, that’s if I find my way there... When I stepped outside it was a sight unlike yesterday, the streets were busy and a large amount of ponies walked along the streets. At least now if I get lost I don’t have to search for someone to ask for directions this time. My stomach rumbled as my brain remembered I haven’t actually had something to eat since I got here, luckily Vinyl gave me some currency as a kind of welcoming gift and told me that I’d have to work on some music if I wanted to earn some more and even though I did like music. I wouldn’t be certain that the other ponies would want to buy it so quickly. I trotted along towards what one pony said was the direction of the clothing store that Rarity owned, luckily the route went though the market so I managed to get some apples to eat on the way. Strangely enough the apples here filled me up a lot more than back in the human world and even though I bought 5 I only managed to eat 3 to get my fill, I just took the other two and put them in my bag with the currency I had left. I made my way to the boutique as it was called and knocked at the wooden door round the front. The door opened to reveal a white pony with a purple mane standing there, she looked me up and down and quickly dragged me into the boutique. “Oh no, no, no this won’t do. Your mane is a mess” Rarity said with a sense of distress on her voice. I looked over to the mirror to see that my mane was tangled up like my hair usually did after I slept in the human world. Oh well at least they don’t have stra- My thoughts were crushed on top of me as I noticed Rarity holding something that looked similar to straighteners with her magic. “Erm, what is that?!” Fear was clear on my voice and I even took a few steps back whilst talking “Why dear, these are straighteners for your mane. I think your hair would look fabulous straightened. Though we have to do something about that green.” I screamed a mess of words that were not understandable in any language as I ran across the room in fear. Rarity stood there confused as I shook in the corner at the pure sight of the straighteners. She put the straighteners away with a disappointed sigh and immediately attacked my hair with a brush. “Now then dear, why did you come over to my boutique?” She said whilst whisking the brush away and into a drawer. “I came to see if you could make me some sunglasses, seeing as you make clothing and everything.” Well the worst part was over, I guess she forgot about wanting to dye my mane but I guess that’s a good thing considering I didn’t want a change in colour. Rarity gave a sigh as she shook her head “Only sunglasses. Why don’t you order a new outfit to go with them as well?” “Erm, I only really need the sunglasses. And I only really have the money to buy them anyway, I don’t have enough for clothing...” “That won’t do at all, how about you drop the idea of the silly sunglasses and get a nice new coat for the same price. I’m pretty sure a lot of ponies would want to see your eyes, such a beautiful shade of blue” I felt my face go flush as Rarity spoke to me, luckily my face was already red or else she would be able to see that her flattery was working. “I-im sorry but I only came here for sunglasses. I need them since the sun here is more intense than back home.” Rarity let out a grunt of defeat as she stomped out to the back room. I guess she realised that I couldn’t be convinced otherwise. After a while she came back with a pair of sunglasses, the frames large and black and the lenses the exact shade of my eyes. She levitated the sunglasses over to my face but they slid off easily. “Oh my, you’re a difficult on aren’t you? I’ll be a second to fix this up.” Rarity happily stepped back into the room she came out of mere seconds ago. Yet again she walked out, this time the sunglasses with a double nose bridge. She levitated the sunglasses yet again, but this time they successfully stayed in place. I sighed in relief and gave her the payment needed, which took most of the money I had left. I guess with the sunglasses done and ready I’ll head back to Vinyl’s and get the headphones, that’s if she’s awake anyway. I set off out of the boutique and back in the direction which I used to get there in the first place. Once I got to the house. I quietly opened the door just in case Vinyl was still asleep, though it appeared she was awake due to her not being in the middle of the now tidy-ish pile of CD’s but still no sign of her. I walked into the room, looking around for any sign of her when suddenly she bursts out from behind the door, making it slam shut and forcing me to jump across the room, my guess this was her form of revenge for just leaving her sleeping there. After I calmed I then turned to see Vinyl laughing to herself, I guess I kinda deserved it for leaving without telling her where I was going. Anyway, back to business. “Vinyl, can I possibly take a pair of headphones to keep?” “Erm... Sure, take one of the ones from that pile over there.” Vinyl pointed her head in the direction of a massive pile of headphones. Guessing by the fact she pointed me to the pile, they still work anyway though I don’t really think I’ll be using them that much. I’m just mainly wanting them for looks. “Well, I’ll just get on upstairs so I can practice some more magic.” I shuffled my way to the staircase as Vinyl looked at me in confusion. I guess she doesn't really think much of magic as I’ve only seen her use basic magic to move her record needle to start the music. I guess I could start with that teleportation spell that caught my attention so much. With my sunglasses on and my headphones resting on my neck. I take an apple from my bag and place it on the floor in front of me. If I remember correctly instead of visualising the movement I’ve got to visualise the teleportation, taking the object in question from one place to another in my mind which by guessing would take a heck of a lot more focus than moving an object. I focused my mind on the apple, imagining it moving from one place to another in an instant. Though I don’t think the spell worked correctly as the apple did move, it just exploded near the target location and covered me in apple goo. I sighed and placed the last apple I had in the starting location of the first apple, this time though as I imagined the movement instead of an actual movement. I imagined the apple just appearing at the target location without any movement at all, staying completely still apart from the switch of location. And just like that the apple moved from the floor and appeared on the table at the side of the bed. Well then, that was the first successful attempt at that and I was quite proud of myself in the matter since the teleportation spells are classed under the more difficult ones. I decided to have another attempt since I got it right once, I could try again. I focused on the apple again and decided to teleport it a few steps away from me, the apple disappeared in a flash of red light and instead of an apple appearing in front of me, a pink mare suddenly appears. Causing me to jump back until I realise it’s only Pinkie pie. Wait, that means I’m gonna end up being dragged into a par- And before I could even finish the sentence in my own head, she suddenly got hold of my tail in her mouth and started dragging me out of the room. I easily get dragged down the stairs, somehow missing a single step as I went down and even avoided getting injured at the bottom of the staircase somehow without impact. I guess it’s just because it’s Pinkie pie dragging me. Before I got dragged out of the front door I swear I saw Vinyl laughing at the sight of me getting dragged, I guess it’s not the first time she’s seen someone get dragged out of her house by Pinkie pie or at least it wasn’t the first time she saw someone get dragged away by Pinkie. After a while of dragging me though out Ponyville she finally stopped in front of Sugar cube corner “You know if you asked I would have walked over here with you” I glared at Pinkie as a sign that I wasn’t happy about the sudden kidnapping Pinkie just giggled and dragged me inside, in a blur of speed she ducked under the counter and jumped up with a plate full of cupcakes. “Oh, sorry about that. It’s that you were busy all yesterday and I wanted to throw a party for you. Your friend Umbra told me everything about you and where you were staying and how I’d be able to fi- Anyway, want a cupcake?” Pinkie seemed more hyper than usual, but she did say that Umbra told her about us. But yet I couldn’t see him, though eventually my craving for sweet things came in and made me forget about it all as I chomped down one of the cupcakes in a single bite. Pinkie giggled as I ate another cupcake since they tasted so nice and sweet when suddenly I started feeling funny. I realised that something was wrong but it was too late as I fell unconscious on the floor. I awoke to what I think was Umbra shouting, I wasn’t quite sure as my head was hazy and everything was a blur. “Goddammit Pinkie pie, let me go!” Well that was certainly Umbra shouting since I recognised the voice easily. As my eyes adjusted to the light I saw that I was tied in a chair that was placed in a dimly lit room. My surroundings were quite plain but I could tell that I was still in Sugar cube corner due to all the baking ingredients thrown around. I then looked around to notice Umbra tied up in the same way I was apart from that he was fidgeting and trying to use magic even though by the look of it he had no idea. I also saw Speedwrench sat in the same way but falling back asleep after Umbra awoke him, I guess whatever was in the cupcakes didn’t wear off him yet. I sat there for quite a while, mostly watching Umbra struggle whilst I tried to work out what was happening in my own head. Though it was quite simple, I just didn’t want to believe that Pinkie would kidnap three ponies and lock them in a storage room for no reason. There weren't much options that I could think of that matched with the Pinkie I knew, so I decided purely that it had to be for the reason of holding us where she could easily find us until she finished preparing something. But she’s gone quite far for such a thing, even if it is Pinkie. After getting bored of just sitting there I decided I had enough and just quickly untied everyone with the simple movement spell, stepped out of the chair and into a large stretch. “You could have done that this entire time?!” Umbra shouted, he was obviously angry at the fact that I didn’t just simply untie everyone at the start. He then proceeded to run after me, most probably to hit me. So in reaction I just ran away while Speedwrench stood there, still in a daze and watching the entire event. After a while when we both got tired of running I decided enough was enough. I opened the first door I saw whilst turned to my friends. Suddenly they ran in fear at the sight that was though the door, I went to turn my head but I doubt it could actually be that bad since it’s Pin- Well my thoughts were certainly wrong. Pinkie pie stood there, looking as if she was just about to open the door to find out what the noise was. She had a knife held in her mouth and she was covered by some form of thick red liquid that very much resembled blood. Though it did give off a nice scent of fruit. My brain went into a form of panic after seeing this sight and I ran towards the others in a blind panic as they tried to open the other door. Without stopping, I ended up slamming into my friends and forcing the door open. Due to my position I ended up flying into the middle of the other room where a bunch of ponies, almost the instant I landed onto my face they all jumped up and yelled. “SURPRISE! Welcome to pony-ville!” Though as I landed, my body slid across the room and into the wall. Knocking me clean out. I awoke with what I guess was a few hours later. All of the other ponies were either sleeping or gone, I didn’t think much of it apart from the spilled glasses of juice everywhere. When I looked up and onto the table there were a few of the glasses left with some in, tempting. I trotted over to the glasses and took a sniff, it smelt like. Alcohol? But I thought alcohol wasn’t a thing around here. Oh well, I could use a drink. I picked up the glass with my magic and gulped down the drink as fast as I could. The taste was strange, as if the drink itself was mostly alcohol. Explains why everyone else was asleep or gone, and I thought it was just late. And then it hit me, the drink was the strongest I ever came across in my life as my mind turned blank from the instant drunkenness and I blacked out once again.
Day 3View OnlineTo become a ponyDay 3I awoke at what I could guess was early morning the next day. I laid there staring at the ceiling above me as I noticed the jam tarts that were stuck on there with the same red splatter that I saw on Pinkie the day before. I guess that explains why she was covered in it and holding a knife, she was baking them and now they’re up on the ceiling unable to be eaten. A waste really, but nothing I could do now unless I was a pegasi and willing to eat off a ceiling. One question apart from how the jam tarts managed to get onto the ceiling clung to my head. Where am I? The place I was in looked familiar, it looked kinda like the room I was staying in apart from a different shape and a lot more stuff lying around the room. Like headphones, vinyl disks, sunglasses.... I think I may have woken up in Vinyl’s room. I checked the bed just in case any incident happened during the night. With me being male and all but to my relief there was no pony in the bed, nothing wrong with it at all. I was just certainly not ready to try that with ponies since I am not interested in it. Not as a human and not as a pony, though I don’t have nothing against people who are … I’m losing my train of thought here. I better find Vinyl and see if she knows what I did yesterday after getting drunk. I’m not quite sure if Vinyl was at the party. I was either unconscious or drunk throughout the entire thing, but it wasn’t much different in the human world. The only real difference was the amount of alcohol, though I’m not sure if I drank more after that first bomb of drunkenness, more than likely since that’s how people are when drunk. I trotted downstairs and into the main room, as yesterday morning. Vinyl was laid there in a wreckage of her own CD’s but this time accompanied by a few jam tarts and other various sweet treats. Hopefully I wasn’t the reason those were on her or I’d be dealing with a very angry Vinyl which would be the last thing I wanted since she is the only one so far who’s giving me a place to stay and knowing anyone in anger, I’d probably be kicked out for a while and that’s certainly one thing I don’t want after waking up drunk. Vinyl woke up as I approached her carefully. She looked up at the with a smile, guess I didn’t really do that much last night then. And then she shook the pile of items off her body. She then proceeded to put her sunglasses on as she looked at the sweets in confusion. “I’m sure I didn’t get some of those things last night. Anyway … Disk, did ya enjoy the party last night?” Vinyl smiled as she asked me. This made it painfully obvious that she wasn’t there or even that she saw me last night or else she would have known that I was unconscious for the majority of the party and drunk for the rest of it. “Yeah, I did have fun. Well the part I was awake for anyway, though I can’t remember it all. I’m gonna go and ask around to see who saw me last night. It’s also a chance to return those books to Twilight.” Though while I said that my brain was just hoping that she wouldn’t kidnap me again, but I could probably get away now since I know a bit of extra magic. But at the same time, I wasn’t sure I could escape using magic due to it being Twilight herself who is well known for her magical strength. But still, knowing Pinkie there is a certainty that Twilight was at the party and could have information on what I did. Well whatever, if I get kidnapped again it certainly isn’t anything new from the last two days. I then levitated the books I still had into a bag, which I then attached to my body. Threw on my sunglasses and then I sighed at the thought of the chance of getting dragged off again as I stepped outside to begin my day of gathering more information. I slowly walked towards the library in town, knowing full well that when I knock on that door I’m going to get dragged into something crazy. But I’ve got to return these books and find out whatever I can about last night even if I end up getting kidnapped for the full day. I held my breath as I knocked on the door with my hoof. But there was no answer. I went back to my regular breathing pattern and tried the door again. “Okay, okay hold your horses! Heh, horses.” This voice sounded familiar but I couldn’t put my hand … or hoof on it. But it was a male voice, and in the same are as Twilight. It should really be Sp- Just as my brain was about to call it, a young green and purple dragon opened the door. Yes, it certainly was Spike. “If you’re looking for Twilight she’s still asleep upstairs, she came in pretty strange last night. But, I could wake her if it’s important.” “If you don’t mind, Spike. I need to return these five magic manuals and ask Twilight about what happened yesterday at the party, and as it seems I wasn’t the only one who drank that punch and got affected by it.” I levitated the books out of my bag and into Spike’s arms. He lead me inside and I looked at the unholy mess of book after book piled atop each other. Spike just threw the books onto the pile and in reaction I gave him a stern look. “Hey, don’t look at me like that. Twilight was the one who messed all these up yesterday so I’m gonna make her clean this up. No way I’m gonna do it.” Spike looked at me with a smug face. I guess he didn’t really get the chance to have Twilight do something for him instead of it being the other way around. “Anyway, I should go and get her up. Don’t want her to get lazy like me. Wait, shouldn’t have said that.” Spike went up the stairs and presumably towards Twilight’s room. I decided to have a look around. If any pony apart from me did awake from last night, my guess it’ll take a while to do so. I pondered on the several books that were piled up, most of them being herbal remedies and the rest looking like magical medicines. My guess is that Twilight was either looking for some sort of medicine for someone, or that she just didn’t want to be drunk. Either way she did leave a massive pile on the floor that became such an eyesore. If I knew how the books were organized in here I’d have a try at cleaning them myself. Suddenly a large bang was heard, as if something was slammed against the upstairs wall. I’m certain it was just a small fit, even Twilight isn’t that viol- “Calm down Twilight! It’s just someone coming to see you about last night!” Spike shouted in panic and soon after followed a series of crashes. I ran up the stairs and crashed into a slamming door as I went to run though the door way. I then proceeded to fall down the stairs and slam at the bottom. I shook myself off and looked to the top of the stairs. That hurt a lot less than it should have, I guess it’s a benefit of being a pony. I ran back up the stairs and forced the door open with a burst of magical energy as I ran though only to get hit by a flying plant pot. “What the heck was that about?!” I shouted out of reaction of getting hit in the head. I then turned to see a cowering Spike and Twilight trying to hide under her covers, though her back half was stood out and her horn stuck out the front. “Twilight, it’s me Disk. I just want to know what happened last night and if you saw me do anything st-” My sentence was struck short as a book hit me in the head. “The heck was that about?!” I snapped as the book bounced off the floor. I walked over to where Twilight was hiding and pulled the sheet off her. Twilight sat there, her hair was now yellow and messed up in a way that it didn’t even look like Twilight at all, the style seemed to represent a mix of Candy mane and Carrot top which caused me to laugh in reaction. Which in turn caused Twilight to hide her head under a pillow. “It’s too late now Twi. I’ve seen your hair. How did it even get like that?!” “Magic spell gone wrong. I drank that strange punch last night and then someone dared me to use my magic on a mirror to see what happened and here’s the results. I tried looking in all the books for a cure but I found nothing apart from one book telling me that the spell lasts for a full day. So I’m just gonna hide myself away all day.” “Listen darn it. I want to know what happened last night with me. If you wanna hide in here all day fine. I’ll just go to someone else for the information. After you give me any info about me last night or I’ll tell everyone about your hair.” I know I shouldn’t be saying this but desperate times call for desperate measures and I was sure as hell desperate for information. Twilight winced and make a sound I couldn’t think of anything but cute though that wasn’t the thing purely on my mind at the moment. “Okay okay, just don’t tell anyone about the hair! Last night before I got convinced to try the spell I saw you run out of Sugar cube corner with a load of food floating in the air. And there’s also a rumour going around that Spike heard that you went throwing it on nearly every building in town while you were shouting random words in a strange accent.” I felt my face go blush red from embarrassment of even throwing the food around, but it explains why jam tarts were on the ceiling and that Vinyl was buried in food as well as the usual equipment. “Okay. I could have done that since that sounds a heck of a lot like me after a few drinks. The accent at most anyway. I don’t usually go throwing random stuff when drunk. I do stuff that I’d think will be funny. I don’t think anyone would find it funny if a random pony ran over and threw food at your house.” I shook my head and looked around. I guess I won’t find anything else here and I’d have to walk around town to find more information. I turned to Spike who was still cowering even though the onslaught of books and random objects had stopped flying through the air. I stepped outside just to be blasted a few feet by a blur of light blue and rainbow speeding past me. Only one pony that could be and I was certainly right as Rainbow dash took a speedy landing in front of me. “Hey you look like one of the ponies from the party. You were the one that passed out before it even started right?” “Y-yeah, I hit my head and it knocked me clean out.” I turned away slightly in embarrassment as I spoke. I looked around for Noire/ Devon since I knew he was probably going to be flying around with RD if he was successful at convincing her to letting him stay. Though he was nowhere to be found. Still, he isn’t much for going out unless it’s needed. “Hey, by the way. You seen a black zebra like Pegasus around here? He disappeared yesterday before the party, said something about wanting to go home and then he was gone by the time I got back.” Rainbow Dash looked around slightly worried but at the same time with little concern as she spoke. “He probably went off somewhere then, might have even got home knowing him. He’s like that.” Now this was a confusing matter, Devon wanting to go home is normal but I doubt he would have found a way home without telling the others. Or at least gloating about how he knows a way. Oh well, it’s only Devon and he’s bound to show up randomly if he’s still in the area anyway. “Oh yeah, there’s still SpeedWrench, one of the others that came here with me. He should be with AppleJack, I saw him around there two days ago working.” “Wait, there’s a pony staying at AJ’s and after last night... Sorry kid I gotta go and fast!” Rainbow dash suddenly bolted away as she flew almost sonic rainboom speed. Seeing that kinda made me wonder how AppleJack acts whilst drunk. Probably isn’t a good thing anyway. Darn it, I forgot to ask her about last night. I guess I actually have to see someone else then, maybe Caramel or Carrot top. Heck any pony could do really. I was in the street blind drunk throwing things. Not like anyone could actually miss that. “Hey!” I turned my attention to the first pony I spotted as I shouted, which so happened to be Berry punch. She looked at me with confusion at first and then her face suddenly turned to realisation as she probably remembered me from the night before. “Hey, you’re that pony that got knocked out at Pinkie’s party! Goodness you did some strange things after you woke up.” Berry smirked as she looked at me as if I did something insanely embarrassing. “Would you mind telling me what I did?” Worry struck me for a second, but I had to figure this out anyway. No matter how embarrassing it was. “Well I saw you get back up, I was outside anyway. I saw you through the doorway. The first thing you really did was take a drink... Then three more. Then you decided to grab a ton of food, eat some and then you went into town to look for what you said was “Bacon”. What is Bacon by the way?” “Erm. It’ll be better if you didn’t know what Bacon was and anyway. Thank you for telling me what I did. Kinda embarrassing but I thankfully know now rather than having the chance of randomly being shouted at for it.” I smiled at Berry and decided that it should be high time I set off back to Vinyl’s. One because it was starting to get dark and two. I needed some more money so I can buy some food and hopefully an outfit tomorrow. I stepped back into Vinyl’s house. My mind at ease knowing that I didn’t do anything too disruptive last night. I looked over at Vinyl who was messing with some music, her headphones over her ears. I poked her side with my hoof, which caused her to jump. In turn, sending her headphones off her head. “Hey, Vinyl. What can I do to help and earn a little money with this music thing then?” Vinyl looked at me confused for a second and then her face turned into something on realisation. I guess she forgot that she told me I could help her to earn some money then. “Well you could use that fancy magic of yours to copy the music I’ve made not long ago. It takes me ages and I’m pretty sure you have more use with magic since I heard from Twilight that she’s been teaching you stuff. The disks are on the counter, just do whatever you do to copy them.” I nodded and turned towards a few disks lying on the counter. I sighed as I went into the full night of copying disks with magic.
