~1,000 Years Later~

Princess Luna was walking around the castle she lived in, along with her sister, in Canterlot. She saw many royal guards watching the castle. She arrived at her sister's room and knocked on the door. Princess Celestia opened the door and greeted her sister. "Hello Luna."

"Hello sister. I was thinking maybe we could go do something," said Luna.

"That's a splendid idea, LuLu. Do you want to go right now? Just let me get ready," informed Celestia.

"Sure thing, Tia." Luna went to her room and waited for her sister to come. Princess Celestia opened the door and asked Luna where they should go.

"Wherever you want to go," was Luna's response.

"Maybe we could go to a café or something. They sell cake there, and you know how much I love cake," said Celestia.

Luna rolled her eyes while smiling and they made their way out.

Celestia and Luna were sitting down on a table in the café talking. They were enjoying themselves when Luna felt nauseous, and she ran to the bathroom. Celestia followed after her and saw Luna throwing up. She rushed over to her and asked her if she was okay.

"I'm fine. It's just that my stomach has been hurting lately, and this is the third time I've thrown up this week."

"Maybe we should take you to a doctor, Luna," suggested Celestia.

"Why?" asked Luna

"You've been throwing up for the past three days."

"Perhaps you are right."

Later that day, Celestia and Luna went to the hospital.

"Princess Luna," called the nurse

Luna started to get nervous.

"Don't worry you'll be fine," assured Celestia

Luna walked into the office and sat on the chair for a couple of minutes. Then a grey unicorn stallion with a white mane and a stethoscope as his cutie mark walked in the room.

"Good afternoon your majesty," greeted the doctor "I'm Dr. Get Well. So, what's the problem?"

"Well I've been sick for a of couple days, and my sister suggests I check it out," explained Luna.

"Well, what are your symptoms?"

"Headaches, fatigues, nausea, and vomiting."

The doctor took a few notes

"If you don't mind your majesty, I would like to run a few tests", asked Dr. Get Well

After a couple minutes of tests, Dr. Get Well walks back in the room.

"Well I got the results back," said Dr. Get Well "Congratulations your majesty. You're pregnant."
