Chapter 1: Alicorn Amulet
"Ugh! "Why is the Alicorn Amulet in the EverFree Forest?!" StarGazer thought angrily. StarGazer checked over her shoulder to check if there was a TimberWolf or a Manticore. "This place gives me the creeps!" StarGazer thought. StarGazer almost tripped over her cloak. "I'm glad I'm only coming here once." StarGazer sighed. StarGazer saw some light. "Finally." She thought. She knocked on the door of the hut. "Hello there, mare." Zecora said. "Hello." StarGazer said. "What's your name?" StarGazer asked.
"Zecora." Zecora said. "I'm StarGazer, Zecora." StarGazer said. "Why are you here? I'm all ears." Zecora said. "I'm searching for a prized possession." StarGazer said. "Oh? Is that so?" Zecora asked. "Eeyup." StarGazer said. "What is it?" Zecora asked. "The Alicorn Amulet." StarGazer said.
Zecora looked at her. "Listen here StarGazer. The Alicorn Amulet is a real danger." Zecora said backing away. StarGazer stared at her menacingly. "You will give me the Alicorn Amulet!" StarGazer shouted. "No I won't!" Zecora shouted. StarGazer looked into Zecora's eyes. She used a spell to make hypnotic spirals appear in both their eyes. "You will give me the Alicorn Amulet." StarGazer said. Zecora went to a cupboard and grabbed the Alicorn Amulet, she then walked back over to her. "Thank you." StarGazer said. "You won't remember this night." StarGazer said. Zecora just stood there. StarGazer walked out of the hut. "Next stop,PonyVille." StarGazer said menacingly.
Discord was swimming in a pool of clouds. "No wonder RainbowDash loves clouds so much." Discord thought. Discord left his pool of clouds when he saw FlutterShy. "Hello FlutterShy." Discord said. "Hello Discord." FlutterShy said. "How are you doing?" Discord asked. "I'm good." FlutterShy said. Discord looked around Ponyville. He saw it was covered in heart shaped decorations. "What's with all the heart shaped decorations?" Discord asked. "Hearts and Hooves Day is coming up." FlutterShy said. "Oh. It's that mushy holiday thing when a pony tells another pony that they have feelings to them." Discord groaned.
FlutterShy sighed. Her draconequess friend dosen't like anything that has to deal with love. She tried to make him watch several love movies, but he either fell asleep, or he groaned. "So Discord. Even if you don't like this holiday, do secretly love somepony?" FlutterShy asked. Discord raised an eyebrow at this. "Do I?" Discord thought. Sure he likes ponies, but he dosen't really love anypony. "No. Why?" Discord asked. "I just wanted to know." FlutterShy said. "Yeah right." Discord thought.
"Anyways Discord. I have a gift to give you." FlutterShy said. Discord got excited. He never really got gifts. "What is it?" Discord asked. "Close your eyes." FlutterShy said. Discord shut his eyes tight. "I wonder what it it." Discord thought. He felt something cold against his neck. "Ok. You can open them now." FlutterShy said. Discord opened his eyes. He looked down at his neck to find a necklace. "A neckalce?" Discord asked. "Yes. But it's not an ordinary necklace. This necklace can show your mood." FlutterShy said.
"How?" Discord asked. "Well when you feel loved, it will glow red. Like right now. When you fell sad, it will glow baby blue. When you feel angry, it wil glow charcoal. When you feel scared, it will glow orange. When you feel evil, it will glow pitch black. If you feel any of these, it will wrap you around this feelings." FlutterShy said. "Thanks FlutterShy." Discord said happily. "Well, goodbye." Discord said running off. At that very moment StarGazer was running in the same direction. "OOF!" Both of them said falling to the ground.
"I'm so sorry." Discord said to StarGazer. To Discord time stopped. He saw her cerulean coat, her brown wavyish mane and tail, her brown eyes, and her cutiemark. It was a group of stars. "Are you ok?" StarGazer asked him. "Yes. Are you?" Discord asked. "Yeah. What is your name?" StarGazer asked. "Discord. Yours?" Discord asked. "StarGazer." StarGazer said. "I was just passing by to get home." Discord said. "Oh. Well I'm looking for a place to stay." StarGazer said. StarGazer finally noticed Discord's necklace. "That must have greater magic then my Alicorn Amulet." StarGazer thought. "You can stay with me." Discord suggested. "Thank you." StarGazer said. Discord walked StarGazer to his home.
