Cupcakes shall be made...
'Man, coding is hard.' I thought, as I was sitting at the computer, programming the new "Imagination Core" when I heard a voice.
"Hi," it said. I looked around the room, trying to find out who spoke. "I'm not a disembodied voice, silly, I'm on the roof talking to you!" I looked up to find a core with a pink eye.
"I'm Pinky Eye, one of the Eye-bots in the Unit! You must go to Room 2104 for a meeting!"
I groaned. Last meeting two of the workers got sucked into a pipe leading to the into the room full of anger cores, and the meeting before that Celestia Labatorys almost got invaded by aliens from another world. "I know you must be very busy, but they're serving cupcakes there too!" My ears perked up as she said cupcakes. Cupcakes made from the bakery in Celestia Labs were rare, but worth it.
"Sure, why not?" I told Pinky, sitting up.
"Great! Now follow me, please!" Pinky said, raising the wall behind us.
As I walked down the hall, Pinky Eye rambled on about the Cupcakes, and I just ignored, untill she talked about the secret door to the meeting. "I'm pretty sure we go this way," she said, "there is a secret door somewhere..." She stopped all of a sudden when we got to a dead end.
"I don't think this was the right way..." She said, "We might have passed the secret door..."
I sighed, saying, "I wonder about you sometimes, Pinky." "I'm going to check over here!" As she opened a panel in the wall, I looked at the pattern of the ground a floors, wondering why the rest of the scientests had choosen the way it was. "There is a control panel back here!" she said.
"Well use it!" I said. I heard a whirring noise, but then the ground below me fell and I blacked out.
In woke up in a place filled with dirt and sand. There was a cube stuck in the ground and a button near it. The place was dent and looked like it hadn't been used for years.
Pinkie Eye came through the rail on the ceiling, stopping at the end. "Did someone start a party here without me?" She said. "Anyway, I figured out that I activated an old elevator! This looked like an old cube and button testing chamber!"
I walked over to the cube. It looked like a white box with metal on the edges. "Why not put the cube on the button?"
'Maybe she's right, it could lead to a way out...' I put my hooves on the box and pulled, lashing my wings to help pull it out of the sand and dirt.
"Hmm... I'll supply you with a cube not stuck in the ground!" She said, while a cube dropped from above. I pushed the cube onto the button, hearing a crashing sound.
"Wow, you did it on your first try! I couldn't do that in my first try here!"
"We should have a look around, its compleatly safe, trust me! I'll lead the way, follow me!" We went throught the crack in the wall, emerging in a broken-down part of the facility.
"I couldn't keep up with you so easily, most of the rails have been damaged or destroyed! I wonder whats behind that door..."
"Door?" I said, turning around to see a metal door, with the celestial labs logo on it.
"I'm going to go find a way to open it. I'll be right back, stay right there!"
The door opened with a crash and some bits of the ceiling falling down. I walked through into a obversation center with an AI. It had bat wings at it's side and its head looked like a pony and a lizard crossed. On the AI's Central Core was 2 horns, one looking like a deer and the other like a that of a changling queen's horn, yet blue.
I walked to the other end of the room, looking at the AI instead of where I was going, and bumped into a button and accidently press it, and a crash was heard through-out the room. The AI was covered up in panels, soon revealing the AI. It had red eyes, and it looked like it had a made expression.
"Starting Control Starting Procedure..." a voice said, "Preparing system reboot in 3... 2... 1" Two screens filled with code came from the ceiling,
"Loading General Data... Loading General Procedure..." Then red lights came on and the AI went down, the screens popping off the're rails.
"System Error: General Core structure Collapsing!" I heard another crash. "Repairing system: Downloading File [XB9990]" The red lights went off and the AI looked at me.
"Now look what we have here, a puny pony! You should think twice about pressing button for the fun of it. Now I can rule this base like before those stupid scientists shut me down!" Sweat ran down my head, I was scared and felt like running for my life! "...And you'll be my first victim!"
The floor below me gave way as I fell.
There was an arrow pointing somewhere. I followed and found a portal gun with a pit of fire. Pinky was there. "I finally found you!" she said.
"I was looking all over for you, but i didn't think i'd find you here!"
"I always bake my cupcakes at a 900 Degree tempature like this! I also see you need to get over that gap!" I looked and saw a platform on the other side, then I noitced a Portal Gun on a perch.
"I think the good old Hoof-held Portal Device will do the job!" I went over and picked up the Portal gun, It was an old model from Cranky's old test chambers. "The Portal gun can shoot portals on white surfaces, use Left and Right Mouse clicks!"
I gave her a look of confusion, making her explain more. "Left click on one wall, Right click on another!"
"I give up..." I said, groaning.
"What, it was in the script!"
I looked to my left, seeing a white panel, and shot a blue portal at it, then I looked at the fire, seeing another white panel, and I shot the orange portal at that one. I walked through it and walked to my left, shooting a blue portal above me, and then I walked back to the orange portal and came out the blue one.
I shot the orange portal up towards the top of the new room and walked back through the blue, coming out in an arch-way to yet ANOTHER room. After shooting multable portals, I walked to a button and I pressed it.
"Finally, someone who didn't die on the first test!" Discord said, souding very bored. "Now lets see how you do on this next level!" An elevaor came down and I stepped in, head to the next chamber.
The next chamber was easier then the first, with no fire to be found. I eventually cheated 3 jumps and portaled to the end. I was about to push the big button when Pinky-Eye appeared.
"No no no, this way please! We're escaping!" The wall opened up and I followed Pinky, soon steping on a cracked part of the floor and falling. Horseapples...
Well, at least it wasn't a big drop. I portaled out and above, finding a hallway.
"I'm going to take you to the meeting room! We should be very close now... I hope there are some cupcakes left!" We passed some garbage and panels, and I had to portal through some. "DISCoRD's rage must have spread to the upper floors! I'll wait here, you go on ahead!"
We came to a ledge, with a bottemless pit. There was a portal surface and a catwalk. I shot a portal to the panel next to me and the panel on the catwalk, going through. I walked across the catwalk, seeing a section near me get destroyed. I shot and the other panel and walked back to the blue portal, walking in it, I fell onto the other catwalk.
I found the end to the catwalk, and some orange gel, using it to propell myself to a platform, and then repeating to find some blue gel. I shot a portal under it and next to an arrow, using the gel to bounce up to the catwalk again, reaching a door.
I came out in a fully white room. "Howdy!" I heard Pinky's voice, seeing the panel open up to a much more cleaner hall then before. "Now the meeting room is just up ahead, Good luck!" I walked along the hallway, while she stopped at the end of her rail. The panels opened up to the meeting room, and I walked in.
Something was off, nopony was at the tables and the Starbucks were cold. I sat at the table, and the door closed. Thats when I heard DISCoRD's voice.
"Glad you could make it to the meeting, but its over, so goodbye now!" Tubes filled the room, spreading neurotoxin. I then passed out.
"Welcome, to my Lair! Now we clearly know you don't know how to beat me, so lets start the battle immediatly!"
I ran back to where I woke up, hiding from his bombs. "Oh good job on your part there I'm impressed! Not, you think hiding yourself in that hole in the wall you found there will save you? I'm the one who openned the wall so you can come out here and fight me, but you hide cowardly in that hole in the wall not willing to fight me! At least i'm brave enough to come out here and have a robot vs pony dual with you! Remember I can control this whole place! If I wanted you to be squash I can do it with a blink of my eye!"
I came out and he shot more bombs at me, breaking into Repultion Gel. I got onto the gel and started bouncing. "I see your a bit jumpy today! I guess my Robot exterior has given you quite a shock! You know you have no chance winning the final battle with me! I'm the only one who can with this battle! Infact, there is a 110% chance I will win! So just give up and put your feet on the ground!"
I got onto his frame and saw a button saying Off. I press it and he shut down for a minute. "You just got lucky!" I got a bomb thrown at me and I jumped on the gel, instead of on him I landed under him. "Get out from under me, you little pest!" DISCoRD said, throwing bombs under himself.
I got onto him and press the button again, shutting him down again, but yet again he came back online. "Now your just starting to make me angry!" He said, throwing the bombs once again. I repeated the procces, and he turned back online again. "You might think your winning, but your way off!"
I press the button once more, and he shut down, the ceiling started going up and the AI bent the wrong way. Everything in the room lifted off the ground and floated upwards, soon I started to float up.
I started to stir, seeing DISCoRD infront of Celestia Labs.
"Thank you for assuming the party escort submission position."
Then I was dragged back into the facility.
I woke up in a room with blood, chainsaws, saws, and the companion cube with a cupcake on top of it. Pinky came over, and looked at me.
Well here we are at last,
