Rainbow Dash, having never really had much of a family, finds herself feeling a little bit alone.. until one day when she finds a newborn foal, discarded by society, left to her own care. She chooses to raise it, but between parenting, which she has no experience in, recurring dreams of a strange Mare she's never met, and an antagonistic showboat, can she perform her duties as she hopes to?
