Chapter 3: Element of Loyalty

Previous Chapter

The dragon spoke, "Alrightly, which one of you ponies was the disturbance of my sleep?" he started off friendly-like.

Everypony kept quiet, especially Angelic. She was afraid that if she admitted, she might not be able to see her friends ever again. But she felt that if she didn't admit, her friends might be the one in trouble, so she took a deep breath, and..

"It was me!" she shouted, putting a hoof down to the ground.

Zenith whispered, "Angelic! What are you doing?!! You don't want to DIE don't you?! Are you even listening?!! ANGELIC!"

She was silenced by the dragon, "SILENCE! Somepony tell me the truth NOW or you will all suffer in death by my hot, burning! Flames.."

The girls saw darkness in his eyes. They were all shivering in fear for they had never knew that dragons were very downright evil. Written defended  her friend, "No, don't listen to her! It was me! She was just trying to protect me! From, from... you" her ears dropped.

The dragon quickly snatched Written as soon as she finished speaking. "Written! No!!!" the girls screamed in horror, eyes widen.

"Say a little goodbye, madam, for your future awaits in my hungry, hungry tummy..." he rubbed his tummy slowly.

Written gulped, "Girls, all I want you to know is that.. You have always been there for me. Don't ever let your fears take over you. Keep on doing what you do best, being my true friends.. I love you...." she closed her eyes, smiling with tears of pride and joy.

"Farewell, little fool" the dragon grinned, frowning.

As soon as Written's mane touched the tip of the dragon's tooth, a spark shone bright. The ground was shaking, Written was glowing as bright as sunlight. She rose up in the air, as well as the spark. It gently touched her heart and came a sonic boom. Written's eyes were shimmering white, her mane and tail, sparkling. As soon as she slowly landed on the ground, safely, her friends rushed to her in shock. Written was surprised to see a golden bracelet worn her left hoof, a musical note magically appeared on it. It was just like her cutie mark. It represented the element of Loyalty for her bravery and courage.
