                         Prologue

Prologue
It was dark, cloudy night. The sea was rough, wind was blowing really hard and even predators did not dare to hunt in such bad conditions. However, on the shore there was someone standing there. He was wearing a dark coat, covering every part of his body, except from his face. Once the lighting stroke it turned visible.
       The stranger had purple face with horns and devil smirk. Riki was his name. He was the only survivor of Tahlin dynasty. After his entire family was killed, Riki had one purpose. He wanted to revenge, above anything else. Once, he even managed to confront his enemies, but it turned out that he was too weak to kill them all. He had to flee and gather army, but army requires money.
Initially his plan was to rob some very rich plant owners, but it turned out there a was different way. A special announcement , was made by the king. If anyone dared to steal a royal jewel from the “deep ones”, he would grant one wish no matter the cost. Now after weeks of preparation Riki was ready. It would be a waste if he did not try. Slowly, he snipped out of a small vial, with glowing blue liquid in it. Then he opened it and sniffed it.
“Yuck,”- he said. It had a smell similar to one of a rotten fish and density of an oil. It was now or never, he gulped it instantly and waited for the results. Riki started to shake violently, then he fell on his knees and his vision became blurred. The pain was agonizing, worse than anything he had ever felt. Maybe except from Phantom Assassin's infamous critical strike.
He waited patiently, until it was all over. He looked at his hand and hooves. Both have changed. Now each of them featured some sort of fins. He smiled, but when he tried to breath he could not. He started to panic, quickly took off his coat and jumped into the water.
He tried to breath again and this time sweet air came all the way to his lungs. Calming himself down, he started to swim towards his objective, the sunken city of “deep ones”.
         After a few minutes of swimming he started to have doubts, if he was really going towards his target. On his way he has seen dolphins, Wales, even sharks, but not a single one of the inhabitants of the city. Suddenly he caught a glimpse of something.
He approached it slowly, and then he started to sift sand. It was a small bracelet, covered with runes. Riki smiled, he was on a right course. As he continued his journey, more things started to appear. Quite often he would come across some old statues or devastated buildings. After a short while, his destination appeared right in front of his eyes.
Cryo, the city of Slither. It was huge, bigger than any other city, he has ever seen before. It had big defensive walls, sleek tall towers and plenty of guards. He could see some sort of temples, a royal palace and ordinary houses scattered everywhere.
Luckily for him, he was invisible. However, it wouldn't mean to be a piece of cake. Each guard could easily spot him if he came too close.
He breathed deeply a few times to calm himself down, before he started  carefully swimming towards the city.  He managed to reach the walls. Having looked around, he spotted a guard right above him. Now it was the most dangerous part. He had to swim up to the walls and then quickly make his way towards nearest house.
“If something went wrong,” he shivered, even thinking about it made him anxious. He has waited long enough, he would not fail here. Suddenly the guard turned away. Now that was the time. He quickly climbed up the wall and jumped it over. Then he made his way towards small hut and hid there. After waiting a few seconds he perked out. Seeing nothing, he sighed and then started to swim towards the royal palace. It was a place where “deep ones” would dwell and their treasures too.  Riki smiled. If the stories were true, he would find enough treasures to buy an entire army.
On his way, he has seen multiple different residents of the city. Most of them were fairly similar to Slardar or Naga Siren. He spotted a few giant lobsters and even dragon turtles. Most of them were used as a food source or way of transportation. Some of them were even armored and were probably used on wars.
Soon enough, he managed to approach the palace. Several guards were patrolling it, but much less than on the walls. Evading them was a piece of cake and then he was inside. It was fairly impressive for such a city, but he could not hide his disappointment.
He expected much more, but maybe greater treasures were still hidden inside. He came across a few guards, who did not even pay attention at what was going around them. At least his tasks was easier, but there was still one left. He was a mighty royal naga guard and his name was SLARDAR!  They have fought against each other several times, in most cases Slardar won shattering his defense like it was nothing. Riki knew how powerful he was and fighting him would be a suicide in these circumstances.
Taking care of his surroundings he was moving towards royal chambers. A few times a guard swam by, but he has not noticed him yet. Then he heard something. It sounded similar, but he could not remember who or maybe what made such noises. Then he noticed him and gulped. It was Slardar.
He looked just a as powerful as he remembered him. He was a strong, sleek predator with teeth sharp enough to pierce almost any armor. There were multiple spiky fins located on his back , allowing him to swim fast enough and catch almost anyone. He was holding a tremendous weapon. It was not neither trident nor spear, but something like a fusion of them.
It was bad, like really, really bad. If he started to run, Slardar would notice him immediately. On the other hand staying here was equal to committing a suicide. As all hope seemed to be lost, suddenly something happened.
Another guard swam out of nowhere and started talking with Slardar. Riki has seen Slardar being angry, sad, even hurt, but never surprised. After a short while the guard swam off and Slardar turned around at 180*, before coming back where he came from.
Riki peaked out carefully and made sure nobody was coming. Somehow he managed to follow Slardar all the way through the palace, without being noticed. After a few minutes, they managed to reach their destination. They were standing in a front of giant, stone door, completely covered in runes.
Slardar touched the door, found the hole in it, stuck his hand and the door slowly opened. What Riki saw inside, made his heart skip a beat. The room was  filled with gold, rubies, emeralds and diamonds. His eyes opened wide, the sight of it was overwhelming. Luckily he managed to snap out of awe. Slardar looked around, trying to spot something, but as he was turning around, Riki quickly made his way past him,before the door closed. Having managed to sneak in, He quickly glanced around and noticed his target.
It was a beautiful diamond, locked in a golden cage. Making his way towards it, he quickly snatched it and he was about to leave, when he heard something. He looked at the door, which opened again.  This time Slardar came in and then prepared his weapon.
“Why would he do that?”  thought Riki. No sooner he could understand what was going on, Slardar looked towards him, smiled wryly and casted a spell.
“Oh no,”- thought Riki , as he drew his daggers .
Slardar said, ”Well, well, well. Who do we have here? Oh, It is you Rikimaru... Now tell me, did you honestly believe that you could trick me so easily?”
Riki could not speak a word, it was all over, or maybe not yet.  He quickly casted his signature spell shadow strike to Slardar, before he could react and used abyssal blade. The power of this blade could render anyone useless for 2 seconds, even if he had magic immunity. The stun worked.
Not having wasted any time more, he thrust Slardar's hand into keyhole and the door opened once more. Slardar roared and started running after Riki. Riki was so desperate, that he pushed over anything he came across, like: vases, plates, weapons even cupboards.
Surprisingly this chaos managed to slow Slardar down a bit, but he was catching up way too quickly. During the chase they  have passed by many different doors. Unfortunately none of them was open. Riki looked behind and noticed with fear that Slardar was just a few meters behind him.
“No, no, it cannot end up like this. HELP!!”- screamed Riki, when finally Slardar caught up and hit him hard.
Riki hit the wall hard enough to make numerous cracks appear. It hurt a lot, but then came worse. Slardar decided that enough was enough and attacked. Riki managed to cast a smoke, before they started to fight each other, hoping it would slow his attacks down. However, It was futile as he swiftly avoided the cloud.
Slardar clearly had the upper hand in these conditions. He swam faster, hit harder and evaded his attacks almost every time. Riki quickly used the abyssal blade again and swam away as far as he could. He looked at Slardar, who looked really pissed to say the least.
He gulped, it was now or never. Both turned on BKB. The golden glow surrounded them both, before they charged each other. Riki was prepared for the worst, but then something unexpected happened.
A big black hole appeared out of nowhere right in the middle of their path and started to draw them in. Both of them desperately fought, but the hole was too strong.
Slardar screamed,”RIKIMARU!!!!!”, before the darkness consumed them both.

                Chapter 1- Am I dead, yet?

Chapter 1- Am I dead, yet?
It was cold, very cold. Slardar was barely able to keep himself from falling asleep. Slowly he managed to open his eyes.
He was floating in some sort of space. It was dark and silent, reminding him of a abyss. He could not even move a finger, no matter how hard he tried. However, he was still able to move his eyes and managed to look around. To his surprise he noticed Riki, floating and unconscious just a few meters away.
Grinding his teeth, the anger started to build up in his body. His muscles started to tense, his breathing intensified. After a few seconds he managed to grab his weapon and then he started to turn his body towards Riki so he could murder him, in the most cruel way there is.
He was just a few inches away, when suddenly a gust of wind flowed Riki away. Wait, a Gust? No it was not a gust. Something was pulling Riki away from just like the previous time.
He tried to get closer, when suddenly something started to draw him away too. He looked backwards and noticed a strange bright object. Upon closer look it resembled a part of sky, that was torn away. He  turned his head towards Riki and spotted the same type of gash, right behind him.
He roared and struggled as hard as he possibly could, but it was in vain. It was like he was swimming against the current of the strongest river in his world. The power of the gash was simply too strong and soon it sucked him in.
A burst of air hit him right into his face and soon enough he found himself falling down faster and faster. After initial shock he managed to recover fast enough and open his eyelids to see what was going on.
Slardar was in the midair and down below him was a large forest. He could not fathom how he got here, but that could wait. He was falling way too fast, even faster than Rubick telekinesis made him.  Quickly hiding his weapon, he started to stabilise his position, so he would slow down a bit. After a few nervous seconds, he glanced around and understood it would not be an easy landing.
There were not any lakes nearby or anything like this, just tremendous forest over the horizon. Slardar prepared himself mentaly and  he looked at the forest one last time, before closing his eyes.
The sound of broken twigs reached his ears bofere the pain right after it. He crashed on top of the canopy and started to break through numerous twigs and branches. The pain the branches caused was similar to razor's whip, but much weaker. They were too weak to hold his weight and once the last one fell apart he hit the ground. Or so he thought.
He expected to be dead, his body splattered on the earth. Instead he found himself bruised, but alive. When he tried to breath, everything became clear. Somehow he managed to land in some sort of river and he was currently swimming with a current. He sighed, that was way too close for a comfort. Slowly he made his way towards the surface and looked around.
This forest did not resemble anything he has seen in his whole life, including dire forest. That meant either he landed someplace completely new or maybe he just hit his head too hard and could not recognize already known place. He scratched the second idea and though:
”Where am I, deep ones?”
Once again he took a look around, before swimming to the bank of the river and climbing out of  it. After that he examined the ground and air. It felt different, even serene, but at the same time he could sense the power coming from the forest. The only thing he had to check was ancients. If he could sense them, that would mean he is still in world of dota. He tried his best, but nothing happened. Now he was certain, it was not the world of dota anymore. Not only he could not hear the ancients calling, but everything seemed totally different, even air.
He sighed deeply, before inspecting his wounds. He was lucky, except a few bruises and several cuts he was fine and he did lose only 600 hp (he has got 2419). That should take a little more than 2 minutes to fully heal. It was not that bad actually. However, one thing did bother him.
Where did Riki fall? He tried sniffing him, but he couldn't smell anything. That meant he was probably very far away. Slardar groaned, it would take tons of time if he had to search the entire forest and the worst thing was, he did not even know if Riki fell anywhere close to the forest.
“That sucks,” he thought, "although what am I supposed to do?"
Slardar made his way back to the river and started to swim with the current. As he was swimming through the river he noticed different types of fishes. Most of them were not bigger than 1 meter long, yet some of them were even rainbow-colored. Watching them made him feel hungry. Using his powerful weapon, he quickly impaled several of them and ate them immediately. They were actually quite tasty, although their organs were absolutely disgusting. Still it was not that bad, when compared to some other fishes he has eaten through his whole life. When he finished, Slardar continued his journey.
Suddenly a large shape appeared in front of him. It resembled a water dragon, but more “cartoonish”? It had blue mustache, purple scales and a fancy hair.  It was at least 20 meters long, so just in case, Slardar prepared his weapon. When it came closer Slardar was finally able to recognize this species. It was a sea serpent, a powerful opponent for any Slitheren, which also was known for it's brutality. Both sea creatures sized each other, expecting the first move. As Slardar was about to say something, the sea serpent spoke first:
"Oh, I did not expect anyone here, may I ask, who are you?" Slardar opened his eyes, from surprise. He was bewildered. How come a sea serpent can behave so well? Wait, scratch that. How come he did not attack him as soon  as he saw him. He did not see that one coming, still he managed to say:
"Where am I? And who are you?"
"My name is Steven and you are currently located in Everfree forest. Now I would like to know who are you and why did you come to the Everfree?"
"I am Slardar and I am a slitheren guard. I did not come to your forest on my own free will. I was dragged here somehow. However, I have to know. Did you see anything else coming down here to this forest in the same way like me?"
"I am afraid nothing like this came down here, except for you. May I ask, who are you looking for and why?"
"His name is Rikimaru and he is a stealth assasin. Not so long ago, he was able to steal a royal jewel from the “deep ones” and now I want to retrieve it," said Slardar, trying as hard as he could to stay calm.
"Hmm..... now this is tough. I have no idea, where he could land. If he somehow fell into everfree, he could be anywhere. Unless, is he a land dweller or a sea creature like you?"
"He is a land dweller most of the time. However, he has recently changed his form and now he is able to breath underwater. I do not know if this is permanent, but he still looks a little bit like a goat. He has got horns, tail and hooves and he stands on two legs."
"In that case, it should be much easier. He needs water to survive and if he is smart, then he will understand that in most cases, cities are built near the river. Do you understand what I mean?"
"That is ... genius," exclaimed Slardar. It was astonishing that he did not think about it earlier. Part of the blame was on ancients that provided food and water, through some sort of magic, but other than he felt ashamed. "I would like to thank you for your help, I did not expect anyone so polite."
"That is not a big deal," -said Steven as he smiled, but then he frowned. "Wait a second, I have just realized something. You are not native to this area and that means you could get yourself or others into trouble, if you are not careful. So let me explain a few things, okay?"
"Please do."
"In that case listen. As I said before, we are currently in Everfree forest, which is part of Equestria. Equestria is country and is ruled, by princess Luna and princess Celestia. They are in charge here and if you put any of their subjects in danger then I assure you, you will most likely end up in prison for a long time."
"I have got a question. How do they look and what species are they?"
"Well, both are alicorns, which is like a unicorn with wings. Celestia is a mare with white fur and rainbow-colored mane, flowing hair. Luna on the other hand is completely opposite. She is like a night, can you imagine a night and then put it's colors on somebody?" Slardar nodded. "Then you get the idea. Okay, next was the Everfree forest. Everfree forest is the oldest forest in Equestria. It is inhabited by various creatures. Some of them are very dangerous like: Timberwolfes, Manticores or Cockatrices, so I advise you to stay cautious. If you follow the river, you will get to the ponyville. It is a small city, where mostly ponies live. Now listen carefully, this village does not accept any violence or any rude ponies, which is why, you need to make sure you do not hurt anyone and try to be peaceful, okay? Ponies tend to be afraid of everything that is new to them, so do not be surprised if they run in fear or attack you. And last, but not least be polite. It really helps a lot,  trust me. So, have you got any more questions?"
"I will defend myself, if they attack, but I will not kill them." Slardar held his weapon tighter. "However, I have got a question. Why are you helping me? You have just met me and now you know that I am chasing an assassin, so why?" asked Slardar, curiosity rising in his voice.
"Everyone deserves a chance, and I think you are not that bad, just scary. And with that I wish you good luck. Farewell!" shouted Steven, before he swam up the river and dissapeared from Slardar's view. It was a new experience to Slardar. He has never met such a friendly creature in his whole life, maybe except enchantress. He felt optimistic. Smiling, he started to swim with the current, but at the same time one thought plagued his mind. What happened to the Riki?

It was windy, he felt like he was falling, but he was not sure. The dream …, it felt real, yet something was missing. Then he heard the roar and woke up immediately. He frantically looked around and realized what was going on.
“Again?” Riki thought briefly as the ground hit him in the face.
The impact itself was loud enough to be heard in one kilometer radius and strong enough to create five foot crater in the earth. Riki coughed with invisible blood and checked upon his health. He lost 2500 hp from the fall and he probably  had some broken ribs. Luckily for him, heart of torasque decided to step in and much needed relief covered his entire body. After less than a minute he was fully healed. Riki quickly stood up and pulled out his weapon, before he saw all the creatures, surrounding the crater.
They were multicolored and similar to horses, but very different at the same time. He did not know why, but he was quite sure that those were ponies. They were smaller than him and had hooves and muzzles like horses. Some of them even had horns or wings, while others were completely ordinary. He also noticed that some ponies have got broader structure, just like men. He was pretty certain, that those were males and others were females.
However, the most daunting thing of all were their eyes. They were huge to say the least. Riki has never seen such big eyes, they covered like at least half of their faces. Those eyes were far cry from normal, but then he remembered dota and his world.
“Although, has dota ever made any sense?” Riki thought and shrugged it off. “No point in denying the obvious.”
Riki started to think how to get out, when he heard something. He looked at the edge of the crater and noticed a lavender unicorn. She had a beautiful purple eyes, a few strips of different color on her tail and mane and some sort of mark on her flank.
She said, ”What has just happened?”
"Oh, I did not know they could talk.... THEY CAN TALK?!” Riki thought. ”Oh well, if a giant roach can, why would not they?”
Looking around, he spotted a small gap between the ponies. He had to be careful, though. Those ponies were smaller than him and he could accidentally bump into one. Stealth Assassin quickly made his way towards the gap, without alarming anyone. Then he blink stroked to the furthest pony and  faded away, before anyone noticed.
Now, he has to make a choice. He could either run away or get to know about this world, using his invisibility. Weighting the odds, he made up his mind. Now the problem was to find a reliable source of information. What place or person stores so much knowledge? LIBRARY, of course. The easiest way possible to get to know about it's location, would be to kidnap someone and force them to spill the beans. However, it would bring unnecessary attention, so he had to think of something else.
As he was strolling through the town, he noticed the same lavender unicorn. Although, this time she had company of 5 different ponies, who were beside her. The first one was wearing a stetson and 2 red ribbons on her mane and tail. Her fur was pure orange, while her mane was blond. She also had vivid green eyes. Riki did not know why, but she reminded him of one of many farmers from his homeland.
The second one was a rainbow-maned pegasus floating right beside her. She had pink-colored eyes and blue fur. Riki noticed she was constantly on the and that she also had a mark on her flank. It looked like a rainbow lighting, coming from a cloud.
The third one was a butter-colored pegasus walking at the end of a group. She had long, pink hair, which fell almost to the ground. Strangely enough, she looked like she expected something to jump on her suddenly. She had a blue eyes, but they were different. They had a serene look in them. Riki did not know why, but she reminded him of mother.
The fourth one was a white-fur unicorn. She also had a blue vivid eyes, like the pegasus. But, other than that she seemed completly different. She had a purple mane and tail, that were both well-groomed and fancy-looking. This particular one reminded him of aristocracy.
The last one was an incarnation of pink color. She had a pink mane and fur. Her hair reminded him of cotton candy and her blue vivid eyes had a joy in them. Suddenly, she stopped and looked towards Riki, before she smiled and waved her hoof.
Riki looked behind, expecting to see the one who she was waving to, but there was not anyone. That meant.... Riki looked at the pink one again. She was once again following her friends. Is it possible that she can see through invisibility, just like Slardar?
Riki shivered, if that was the case it would be a disaster. He had to make sure or it would be troublesome. He checked his status for some sort of debuff, but there was nothing. That means she probably has got some sort of true sight. Riki bit his lip.
“That pony could be a problem, I have to be careful around here. Still, I am curious where are they going?” thought Riki as he followed them.
After a few minutes of slow pace walk, they stopped in the front of giant tree. No, wait. It was not a tree, it was a building. The windows and the door indicated that too. When he looked at them again, he noticed that the lavender unicorn had already opened the door, so the others could come in. Silently as smoke, he managed to sneak in unnoticed.
The library itself was actually quite big. It had 2 floors, wooden floor and multiple shelves, covered with books, tons of books. There was also a small kitchen in the back, which was hard to notice. Riki took a quick glance around and decided that standing on the stairs would be the safest option.  As he made his way, he listened to those ponies.
The one with stetson said, "Well, Twilight, watcha you think was that?"
"I don't know, Applejack. I have never heard of such event. Of course there are numerous reasons for it's appearance, but I have got enough data to tell you what it was. Initially, I thought it could be an invisible object like meteor, but there was nothing inside, no matter where we looked."
"What if it was an invisible alien? THAT WOULD BE AWESOME," said rainbow-colored Pegasus.
"That sounds ridiculous, Rainbow Dash. First of all, full invisibility is not possible. There are some spells that allow you to be semi-invisible, but this is very advanced magic and very few unicorns, who can cast them. Besides, I can not imagine anyone, who could stay focused, after hitting ground so hard. In any case, we have not got enough information to form a conclusion."
"I hate to interrupt darling, but what are we going to do now?" asked beautiful white-fur unicorn.
"We are going to send a letter to princess Celestia. That is all we can do for now. Hopefully, she will know what to do," Twilight spoke.
Riki noticed that the pink smiled to him, before she said, "Ohh, oh, Twilight. Can I throw a ”Welcome to Equestria, please do not eat us” party for the alien?"
"Oh, Pinkie...," exclaimed all the ponies at the same time.
Hearing this,Riki could not help, but smile. This situation was an absurd. He wanted to reveal himself, just to make fun of them, but that would be dangerous. Instead he decided to see how it further goes.
"In any case, I think it is safe to assume that we won't come up with anything else today. For the time being, try not to think about it too much."
"Okay then, see you tomorrow, Twilight," said Applejack, before she opened the door and exited the library. With everyone else except Twilight following her.
As the door closed, Twilight sighed and said, "Spike, come down. We have to write a letter to princess Celestia."
Riki heard footsteps, coming from upstairs, so he quickly changed his position to that right in front of the door. What came downstairs made him dumbfound. In the beginning, it looked like a small boy, with big green eyes. After initial shock, he started to pick up more details. Now he could see, that whatever it was had claws and scales just like dragon. Even it's eyes were similar, although a quill and a scroll looked odd in his claws.
“A baby dragon?” Riki thought, before the creature spoke.
"What happened Twilight? Did anypony get hurt?" his eyes went wide. "Please don't tell me Rarity is hurt!"
"Calm down spike. Everypony is fine, Rarity too. Now write:
Dear princess Celestia,
Today in Ponyville, an unexpected event has happened. At about 12.00 am a mysterious crater appeared in the center of a town. However, there was not any sign of meteor. Together with my friends we checked if there was anything. Unfortunately there was no evidence of any object inside the crater. Has something like this ever happened before?

Okay spike now send it to the princess," - as Twilight said so, the purple dragon breathed his fire at the scroll, which dissapeared almost immediately.
"Okay, that is done. Do you need anything else Twilight?"
“No, not really you can go back to sleeping. I will try to find something about such event. Maybe I will stumble upon some sort of clue.” the numerous book started to float around, before landing in multiple organized structures.
As Twilight started to dig through her numerous lectures, Riki decided it was time to leave, but a feeling of thirst and hunger quickly changed his mind. Making his way towards the kitchen, he was able to stay out of harm way.  The kitchen itself was small. Most of the area was occupied, by a few kitchen countertops and a fridge. In the middle of a room stood small kitchen table, where roughly 3 ponies could seat together. To Riki's surprise ordinary chairs were replaced with wood stumps.
Sneaking by, without making any noise, he opened the fridge. He did not expect to find meat, but hay? Really? He shook his head. Luckily for him, he found a few apples. Riki grabbed one of them and examined it carefully. It did not seem like it was rotten, so he took a bite. These apples... were delicious! In his whole damn life, he has eaten many fruits and vegetables. However, these apples were simply the best. Savoring every bite he ate the entire apple. Once he finished, he sighted from relief.
“I wonder what is the egghead doing?” Riki thought briefly, before he peeked out of the corner. It seemed that she has calmed down a bit. Out of all books, only 3 or 4 were currently flying. The rest of them was just lying on the floor. Getting out of this mess was now a little bit easier, as he did not have to watch out for any flying objects. Still, he needed to get to know more about this world. Snatching a book could be dangerous, but not more than meeting Slardar. It was decided then. Riki glanced at the unicorn once more, before he grabbed the book and quickly returned to kitchen. When he got there he realized something. He could always put a book in his inventory and it would turn invisible. Initially he wanted to stab himself, but he was able to put himself together and opened the book at random page.
“Why I am not surprised?” the letters were completely different in his world, even though spoken language was the same. “Now I have to learn how to read, eh...” He had to think about about it. There was no way he would appear out of nowhere and prove them that he can use invisibility. Besides, even if he revealed himself, there is no guarantee, those ponies would not try to capture him. Unfortunately that put him in a pretty bad spot. As he was thinking he got an idea. It was simple, yet elegant.
Riki smiled, he looked through the window and made sure nobody was coming. After that, he quietly opened the window and jumped through it. Once he was outside, he closed the window and made his way towards the entrance of a library. Now, it was time for the most difficult part. Riki made sure nobody was coming and sighed to calm himself down. Before he could change his mind, he turned of the invisibility and knocked the door. He could hear sudden movement, rustling and Twilight's voice. She said she was coming, so Riki waited patiently. Once the door opened Twilight's eyes went wide. She stared at Riki silently and did not know what to do.
She was about to say something when Riki grabbed her muzzle and said, ”Please, do not scream.” Twilight nodded and both of them went inside. As Riki was passing through he grabbed the door with his tail and closed them. “Okay, I will let you go now. So please let me explain everything.” whispered calmly Riki.
Twilight backed down a bit and asked: “Who are you?”
“My name is Rikimaru and I am the sole survivor of a Tahlin Family.”
“Sole survivor? What do you mean?”
“By that I mean...” and then it struck him. Riki knew what to do. He smiled sadly and said, “My entire family was slaughtered by my nemesis Slardar and his army. One night he came and destroyed everything that had any sort of value to me. Yet, it is not enough. He will not stop until he kills me. Please help me!” pledged Riki on his knees. Twilight backed away a little bit, she did not know what to do. On one hand, he really seemed like he needed help. On the other hand he could simply lie to her.
“I really want to help you, but how can I know I can trust you?”
“If you do not trust me, then please take my daggers!” shouted Riki as he drew his weapons and threw them on the ground. That was a risky move. If something went wrong Riki would find himself disarmed and vulnerable. Still, these ponies seemed to be soft hearties. He could see innocence in their eyes and was pretty sure they were not cold hearted killers.
“Okay, I will help you. Just let me write to princess Celestia and I am sure she will provide some sort of protection.”
“That would be most pleasant.”
“Oh, by the way. Did you create that crater in the middle of the town?” asked Twilight as she looked at him. Now, Riki had a problem. He could not just reveal his invisibility, but he did want to create more lies than necessary.
“Unfortunately, no. It was not me, who created that crater. I do not even know, how I got to this realm.” Twilight looked at him surprised, but did not question it. For a short while, she was writing a letter, until she asked:
“Can you describe that “Slardar”? It would help recognize him in the future.”
“No problem madam.” answered Riki, before he described as well as he could.
“Is it good enough?” Twilight showed Riki the drawing. Surprisingly, it was very detailed and accurate.
"Yes, it is. Thank you.”
“No problem,” Twilight smiled “Spike come down here I need your help again.”
Riki heard footsteps again as the small dragon came. When it looked at Rikimaru he was bewildered. He asked, “Twilight, who is it?”
“Spike let me introduce you to Rikimaru. He is an alien from another world and he needs our help.”
“Oh, nice to meet then Mr.Rikimaru.” said spike as he extended his hand. Riki smiled, grabbed it firmly and shook it.
“Nice to meet you Spike, just call me Riki.”
Spike grinned like madman, as he let go. Then he grabbed the scroll and breathed fire at it. Seeing this Riki smiled. The plan started to come together.
