now then, to all of you who are interested in this STORY , know this. it will contain death, gore, sexual situations, possible main character death is doubtful!!! but it all depends. this story literally popped into my head so please be gentle, blame it on fanfiction.net. once i have a few more chapters i will probably work on the errors, so please point out any you see.
anyways, technology has super advanced on their EARTH . also, learning is done through direct transfer with a computer... characters are super smart. when they feel like it.

“Dun. Dun. Dun. Dun Dunun. Dun du”, the music stopped as a young man answered his cell.
“Yo man!? What the hell!? You said you would come pick us up like, ten minutes ago!” a voice on the other end yelled.
The young man, about 17 or 18, sighed as he responded. “Yeah, yeah. I get it Josh, I needed Michael to bring me the rest of my outfit and he just arrived, I will come pick you up in 15 minutes, Alright?”
The man ruffled his shoulder length hair as he heard Josh say, “Oh, okay. We were MORE worried that you had wrecked, but alright man. We’ll see you when you get here.”
“K, remember to say hi to Britty for me.” The man said, smiling at the reply.
“Goddamit J! I have told you I am not fucking brit-” the line cut as he ended the call.
“Hey Mike, get in here for a sec and help me out man!” he looked down at his costume. A completely homemade one of epic awesomeness. ‘Thank god dad taught me all he knew before that bitch locked him up.’ He thought as footsteps pounded down the hall.
“Yeah, what ya need J?” Michael asked as he took a knee beside him.

FIRST PERSON
“I need you to insert all of this to the belt as I get dressed. Do you know what goes where?” I asked as my half brother knelt before me.
“Yeah bro, I remember how it works. I’ll get it done for you.” He said to me as he pulled the hair out of his eyes and stood up.
I grabbed my first piece and quickly got to work as he worked on my equipment. In about three minutes we both finished our tasks and he handed me my belt. The glorious damn object that took two whole months to design, test, and finally wear. Le'mme tell ya, creating an inventory is really damn hard. Copying the one from the revamped KoTOR was nearly impossible. Today was the day that I had decided to fulfill a lifelong, if you count 21 years as a long life, dream of attending Comicon. I had dressed as a character inspired by Revan from one of my books.
“Hey Bro!? A little help here?” Michael yelled. I turned and looked at him and started laughing.
“hAHAHHAH, you idiot. HAha oh god. Alright, stay still and I’ll help you out.” I said as I walked towards the dumbass. I mean, how does a person forget how to put on a costume they designed and built. He had managed to put on his leg armor on wrong and now he couldn’t walk.
“It’s not funny.” He pouted as I righted his costume. Ruffling his hair, I placed the functioning HUD visor he had helped me design on his face. “Damnnn! J, you have to put yours on. These are epic.”
“I know they are, I fucking programmed them dumbass.” We walked out the door together and hopped in one of the cars in my garage. I love being rich.
“Well, if not for me then these amazing costumes would have never worked. Who do you know that can actually create a functioning Lightsaber? HMMN? Oh that’s right, one. ME!” he shouted as he tried to rub it in my face.
I smirked as I put my mask on and watched the world fade into vision with my own HUD. “That may be true, but I taught you everything you know kid. Remember that next time you try to insult me. Besides, I did all the work, all you did was put it together.” My HUD said that it was 11:12 in the morning so I turned on my car and started driving to the meet up place at my friend Nik’s.
“Fine, but don’t call me kid. You are only three years older than me. You’re not dad.” I got more serious as we approached the highway.
“Hey, look. I know you are 19 and all, but you will always be my kid brother. After dad was caught, I practically raised you. I know it’s only been 7 years, but maybe we can get an early visit. We might even get a face to face meet.” I said, doing my best to keep him from brooding. I swear, if I hadn't already killed the bitch we called mom, he would have done it himself in some epic avenger quest.
“I know. I just miss him a lot J. I was 12, my biggest memory of him was our first and only job when he helped me through my first kill. I understand that you try your best, but I still wish he was here.”
I sighed in sympathy. Pulling of the highway, I entered Nik’s driveway after a mile stretch of government property. “Hey, at least we know that we got back at the fucker’s who dragged him off. I mean, come on. He got dad and in a way, we got his son.”
“That was a fun job. God, how long did it take to "get" him again?” Mike asked me.
“I think it only took 13 interactions before he joined us. But hush now, we are there.” Stepping out of the car, I saw our three passengers sitting there. The final three members of our party. “Hey guys, sorry for the delay but come on. Lazy ass over here slept in.” I laughed while pointing at Michael.
Niklous, Brandon, and Josh all stood up from the lawn chairs they were sitting in and walked towards me. Nik was dressed in a futuristic version of a Shinobi outfit, complete with a suit that was made of his own DNA, but designed to look like his OC Nik Shinka. Brandon had on a full suit of extremely expensive Nanobots that Mike and I had developed, he wanted them to look like Blacklight and let me tell you IT WAS AN EXTREMELY HARD PROJECT, for Michael because programming is incredibly easy for me. Finally there was Josh, he had been in the horrifying pile up of July 6th 2378 and was paralyzed from the neck down when we befriended him 8 years ago. After he agreed to join my father’s “company” dad repaired his spine and replaced the withered limbs with cybernetic prothstetics covered in his own skin. For Comicon though, he removed it and was going as Cyborg. The head dome was an easy surgery to fix so he allowed me to mess around a little.
I stood there looking at my brother and feeling immense pride. More than any of my accomplishments including my richest man alive, 100% shareholder of Bionetic Inc(the secretly illegal corporation I inherited from my father), and Writer/Director of the revamped MLP:FIM; I was more proud than any of those combined in my younger brother, Michaelangelo Light. I could see his potential, and it is so much greater than mine that it almost hurt my pride. Almost, I could find solace in the fact he is like that because of me. 'I wonder if that is how dad felt when he looked at me?'
I smiled at my friends as I opened the doors of the car with a snap. “Alright guys, last one in pays for lunch.

Nik ended up in a tie with Josh, so they decided to split it evenly when we arrived. I had just finished my third pizza when my HUD started messing up… the screen was graying in and out and I heard static in my ear-buds.
“J…list…I nee…” a video of my father appeared in the top right of the screen and the static cleared. “Don’t react!”
I obeyed and continued my conversation with Brandon about whether Hinata or Fluttershy was cutest shy girl.
“J, I need you to grab you friends and drive to the house.” I nodded. “When you arrive, go to the 3rd room in the lowest basement. All you need to do is hit the pulse drive overlord switch, grab all the things you feel you cannot live without, okay.” I nodded again. “They actually found a way to do it J, Hydra has broken through the wall! You have to leave NOW!!! You have maybe ten minutes!” At that, my blood ran cold. The dimensional wall was a goddamn pain to work with, it was an entity of greater power than anything we know of. But it blocked all forms of organic interdimensional traveling. Period. It was estimated that a supermassive black hole would be necessary to bypass it with brute force. But to break through… I jumped up.
“Guys, code 3: danger level 5. We are leaving. NOW!” I shouted, using the codes from the FAMILY business. We dropped our food and ran towards the car.
When we were all inside, I started it up on plasma and we soared down the highway towards home.
“What is it J?! What did those damned terrorists do?” Josh asked as I sped 5 times the speed limit.
“The wall. Josh, they can break the wall!!” I yelled and the whole car got quiet. “We have to leave EARTH , maybe even this dimension. If they can break the wall, we have no choice. My dad says that he already has the hydro-array set up.”
"Holy Fuck. That ain't good." Brandon commented.
"Yeah, no shit man." Nik said as he fondled one of his daggers.

I pulled into our drive and stopped at the door into our mansion. “OUT!! HURRY!! Start handing me things we can't replicate!!!” we rushed and I started putting objects in my belt. Projects, special technologies, my copy of the internet, my laptop, my surgical equipment, rare materials, my money completely converted into gold, and my RESEARCH into AI. My friends helped out. After 3 minutes we reached the door and entered. I started working on the computer of dad’s portal and got it up in 20 seconds. A rip appeared within the hydro-array and we started jumping through. Michael jumped with me and as I saw the rip close behind us. I saw the one thing I hoped would not happen, the color of the wall flooding our house and disrupting our travel. In a searing flash of pain my friends went unconscious and I nearly followed them. I saw the color form a head and it glared at me.
An eerie voice said, “So you escaped, I can't have that. Don't worry. You'll pay the price.” And it all disappeared.

I woke with a start. Looking around, I saw a gigantic crater that was smoldering. My friends were helping each other up and looking around like I was. I saw a note lying beside me.
“Foolish one,
No one escapes me, at least, not without paying tribute. I took your brother as payment for your travel. You are forbidden from leaving this plane of the multiverse. PERIOD. You will never reach home again as long as I live. Hope you guys enjoy the consequence of slipping past me. Their is a reason I confine you all within your own planes...

I remembered the searing pain I felt in the Void. Looking at my friends, tears dripped from my eyes as power coursed through me. Josh had fleshed out and his cybernetic parts were different. His face had changed as well. I saw/felt the power drifting off of Nik, and his daggers were actually streaming shadows as he moved. And Brandon was kneeling in the ashes holding his head as Blacklight fought him for control.
All of my anger turned to fear as I looked at my own costume. I had dressed as one of the beings with the most fucked up stories I had ever created. Jake Fear, memories flooded my mind of his childhood.
The abusive mother, the loving father who dies at her hands in a drug induced rage. The beginning of his powers, the self done experiments with his father’s DNA. The vampire virus that changed him eternally. The hunger, the feast of children in an orphanage after his mother’s “suicide”, the dreams of other worlds, the pain of living after death, the attempt to live for others after losing everything, his failure in even that. His final decision when he turned thirteen and challenged Satan for his father’s soul, his torment in hell. His escape at 15. His rising power and mastery of energy at 16. The combination of powers of “Mutants” he injected into himself at 17. His first supernatural kill, a demon. He absorbed its soul and slept. Thousands of years later, humanity is at peace and he is 18. In rage he learns all he can before destroying it with its own knowledge. The last ditch attack to kill him works and he dies. In heaven he rages at god and is almost calmed by him, but he casts himself into hell and starts killing with abandon. Human demon, it did not matter. He absorbs all he can find and ties himself to the fires of hell, once again he returns to earth, age unknown. He slaughters them and ties himself to the essence of humanity. He travels the universe learning and killing until he faces god one last time. Only to be met with disgust from his father, the man whose death broke him. In a last ditch effort to please his father, his twisted mind forces him to kill god and use his power to turn back time itself. But, he fails and existence ends. He exists alone, unable to stop the pain of it all.
In a single breath, the pain rips into me as I fall to the ground once MORE and black out as a pulse of power destroys me. Metaphorically of course.

My head pounded as I sat up. I was still in the crater and my friends were passed out beside me. Waking them up, I said. “Guys, I had the worst experience earlier.”
Nik asked, “Let me guess, the life story of your character?”
I nodded. Brandon spoke up, “I can hear them inside of me still, the consumed. I can’t believe that Alexander Heller from Prototype 8 had to deal with this pain.”
Josh said, “I can hear the whispering the technology right now. But, where are we?”
I looked at my HUD and saw that it should be day. Looking straight up I saw a solar eclipse and sighed. “Nik, I am hereby forbidding you from killing and level 20 or lower interrogation/intimidation.”
Nik’s eye twitched. “I see, so we are in THAT world.”
Josh’s eyes widened as he said, “Wait that is really low. Even normal children could withstand that level.”
Brandon’s eyes lit up, “So are we?!”
“Yes, we are in some version of Mytheria, home of MLP:FIM.”
First Person
I sat down on the edge of the crater we were in as I looked at the disappearing Mare in the moon. I looked at my friends and said, “Guys, since we seem to be stuck here. We need to get to know the area, maybe even set up a base of operations. Follow me.” We all set out at top speed; I was surprised that they kept up with me, but then again. They are some of the strongest guys I know. Within an hour, we arrived at a large forest that spread as far as the eye could see. I quickly grabbed Josh and flew over the top. Nik and Brandon ran in the trees following me as I made my way towards the ruins.
In another hour or two, we arrived at our destination. I set Cyborg on the ground as Brandon and Nik followed us. “What now?” Brandon asked with palpable excitement
“We want to start off on the right foot. If we don’t then the goddess of the sun may well be angry at us. I know that I could survive, but out of you three only Nik would be capable as well. What do you guys think?”
Brandon spoke up first, “Truthfully? I want to dominate them, completely control them and make myself their King.”
“…” the rest of us looked at him before Nik said. “Yeah, well then. I think we need to establish a hold somewhere for us stay and train. I know that first thought is here, but I bet the princess could show up whenever she wants due to some bullshit law of pony magic and strike us down before we are used to these powers we now posses.”
Josh sighed and said, “I actually think that we should work on getting some food cause I am starving.” Our stomachs chorused his and I reached into my belt.
My inventory found the snacks and brought them out. “Guys, here.” I said as I threw each a snack.
We started eating and just enjoying the darkness around us. When we had finished, I asked Brandon, “How about instead of dominating them, we corrupt them? I know for a fact that it is more fun to do that.”
Nik spoke up, “We need a safe haven before any of that. Josh has to recharge every other day, I have to sleep, and Brandon, well… he needs a place to relax if the consumed get too loud.”
I conceded his point, “I suppose that is true. So where? I know you have seen the show, all of them. So where do you think is best?”
Niklous thought for a moment, “In all honesty, here in the Everfree is fine… actually feels just like home. Well, Nik’s home in the forest of death.”
“Alright then. Nik, send out some clones to scout the area for defendable positions without killing an interacting with sentient species. Josh, power down for now. I don’t have much electricity for you so we don’t need you running out anytime soon. And Brandon, how are you doing? With blacklight.”
“It seems to have started accepting me. I can feel it isn’t over, but I am making progress.” He replied.
“Good.” I saw that Nik had finally figured out how to make clones and was sending out squads of three in twenty-four directions. “Alright guys, lets settle down and wait. I think this is the first episode, so we can start off on the best foot. The one that saves the world.”

1 hour later
I had started working on one of my projects to pass the time and had just completed it. I yelled, “Cyborg! I mean, Josh! Catch!” and threw it to him.
As soon as he caught it, his bionetic implants absorbed it. “What was that?” he asked me.
“It was a self repair program; I don’t want to be stuck fixing you every time you break.” I said.
He was about to respond when Nik sat up and said in tandem with Brandon, “They are almost here!”
I put away my assortment of projects and stood up, I saw the colorful group through the trees and said to my friends, “Guys, sit down and act calml. Brandon, Niklous, that goes doubly for you...”
The mares stopped dead in their tracks as they caught sight of me, sitting on a piece of rubble in the road. There was a heavy silence as I looked at them. They appeared to be the same as in my revamp so I asked, “Hello, what are your names?”
They jumped back a little and Fluttershy actually fainted. Rarity gasped. RD jumped and started flying. Applejack didn’t really react much, other than to ask, “Who tha buck are YOU?”
I opened my mouth and was about to say my name when, “Jake, Jake Spear. I am here to help you girls if you need it.” came out instead. ‘What the hell? That’s the name of my character!’
Rainbow Dash perked up at that, “Why in Tartarus would YOU help US?” to the girls she said, “I don’t trust him, he doesn’t look safe.”
‘Well no shit Sherlock. I am only covered in armor that could deflect a tank shell.’ I sighed in my head, cursing that I just HAD to dress as the most badass character for a Comicon.
Pinkie spoke up, “Wellllll I think it is nice of him and his friends to help us? ^O^”
The other girls stopped in their tracks, they looked around and noticed my friends. Each was about three meters away on their own pieces of rubble.
I quickly introduced them. “Those are my friends Alex, Nik, and Cyborg. They would like to help as well. I think, they may not but they will if you ask.”
Twilight spoke up, “How can you help? Only the elements of harmony are capable of defeating Nightmare Moon.”
“Look, me and my friends are extremely powerful.” I presented them one of my hands, “Do you want my help or not.”
Twilight looked confused at it and approached me, “What is that? It looks kinda like a claw.” She then poked it repeatedly.
I looked at her and said. “What is your name?”
Broken out of her curious trance, she said “OH! Sorry, my name is Twilight Sparkle. My friends are, from left front to back right, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and the newly revived one is Fluttershy.”
“Okay then. Twilight, this thing” I waved the hand, “is called a hand. It is one of the ways our species manipulates the environment. As a sign of trust and to complete a deal, we shake hands due to their importance in everyday life. I would imagine it would be similar to you and Rarity touching horns.”
Twilight blushed softly at that, “No, that sounds more like a brohoof. Touching horns is… special.”
“OH! Well then, anyways. Put your leg in my hand and we can affirm that I and my friends will help you.” I said as I got over my shock that that kind of stuff was true in this world.
She looked at her friends and said, “Alright then, if you think you can help us.” She placed her leg in my hand and I silently had my power draw a rune on her skin as we shook. I then released her leg and said. “Guys, up now. We are helping these ponies.”
We took the head of the group; it really surprised the ponies that when I stood up, I was almost twice their height. Fluttershy nearly fainted again when my friends and I drew our weapons.
“What’r those thangs?” Applejack asked.
I pointed at Brandon’s Blade, Josh’s Plasma Canon, Nik’s void daggers, and my unactivated Lightsaber and said, “These are weapons to defend ourselves and kill our enemies.” The ponies looked at us in abject horror.
“YOURE GOING TO KILL NIGHTMARE MOON!?!?” Twilight yelled.
“Well, maybe. It depends on whether she is dangerous to us or not.” I responded casually.
Brandon added, “Don’t worry, we will try to avoid it,” with a smile.
We walked in silence for a while longer before I heard Twilight ask, “Can we stop here, I think the elements of harmony are near?”
I did so as I remembered just where they were. “Actually, Twilight. What do they look like?”
“Well, they are rough stone right now, they are yet to be activated. There should be a shape that distinguishes them from other pieces of rubble. They also should glow softly in the dark.” She answered.
“So they have magical resonance?” I asked.
Her eyes lit up slightly as I said that, “Can you feel them?”
“I think so, but it is best if I don’t touch them. I feel them in three directions.” I pointed out each one and said, “Do you want to split up? We could get all three and meet back here.”
She nodded and we split. Nik went with Rainbow Dash and Applejack. Brandon left with Rarity and Fluttershy. Josh went with Twilight and Pinkie. ‘Shit, good thing I remembered what happens when Jake touches magical artifacts. If I had touched them… yeah. I don’t want to deal with that yet. I’ll need more time first.’
I sat and waited for 10 minutes before I decided to confront Nightmare without anyone else. Jake has survived the vacuum of space. ‘I think I can deal with talking her down.’ I thought as I looked into my newest memories. I searched until I found the rune for teleportation and then I spread it through the air and in a noiseless transition, I materialized in the exact spot Twilight stood when she challenged Nightmare in my revamp.
I saw her back was turned to me, so I drew my weapons and placed them in my sleeves. I quietly approached her and with another memory drew my hand through a column and pulled out a blob which turned into a chair that I sat on directly behind her. Her ears twitched and I could tell she had noticed me.
“Why doth thou approach us?” She asked.
‘Wait, whaaattt?’ I thought in surprise. She turned around and I could see a heavy expression that tightened into an emotionless mask.
“Being! Do not tempt us!” She said.
“You are The Nightmare Moon?” I asked of her.
She responded, “Yes, what of it. Have thee a purpose for disturbing our night?”
“Only one. I wish to know why you are doing this.” I said while gesturing to the night sky. Stomping a foot and raising a slab of stone to act as a foot rest, I added “It is a beautiful night, but why bother making it last forever?”
The question caught her of guard and I could see it. “W-what dost thou mean? Do thou jest? ‘Tis obvious!”
‘Just a little more.’ I thought as I opened my mouth, “Nightmare, why do you keep trying to create an eternal night? Why do you fight your sister and cause pain to so many.”
“WE HAVE TO! ‘TIS THE FAULT OF CELESTIA AND HER DAY! SHE STOLE EVERYTHING WE HAD! DIGNITY, HONOR, FUN, LOVE, OUR WILL TO LIVE!!” She yelled in outrage as tears beaded her eyes. She hardened them and turned towards the sky. “So we must take it back. All that was standing in our way was power. When we found it, we were reborn. No longer princess of the night, we were the Goddess of Darkness and Shadows. We. Are. NIGHTMARE MOON!!” A roar tore from her throat and into the sky. Magic swarmed the ruins and clouds swirled around it, blocking out all light. Even the light of the moon.
I saw her body dissolve into a mist after I activated thermal vision on my HUD. I saw her disperse into the air and her voice surrounded me. “Little being, little being. Look where thee are now. Closed off from the world and all alone against us. Can thou think straight? Can thou see us? Will thou answer us? Or, will thou simply die?” She asked as the wind picked up around my seated figure.
At the strength the wind was blowing, I knew that my skin would start being cut if I had not been turned into Jake. I laughed as I stood in her wind, straight up and untouched by it. “Little being?” I said as I laughed. “Dear one, I am no little being. Calm yourself and cease your tantrum or feel my wrath.” I said as I delved into more of Jake’s memories. I saw the one I wanted and said, “I will count to three.” Opening my mouth and standing on the edge of my toes I said, “ONE!”
“How dare the-
Interupting her I yelled, “Two!” and I saw her start to form in front of me.
She formed completely in front of me and said,“You insolent bu-
She was stopped again as I saw the still spinning winds around us and yelled, “THREE!” it sped up even faster as her head got hotter on my screen. She opened her mouth to voice her anger but I said. “To late.” And pulled out a runic gauntlet and slipped it on. I pointed it at her and with a burst of power, she was sent careening into the sky above as I clenched my hand and the storm condensed to the size of my palm.
Her anger was physically evident from the sky above as she reared her head up and charged a blast of energy. I fed my own into the storm until it turned into sphere the size of a beach ball and turned a sickly grey that had lightning flashing constantly deep within its swirling mass. I then braced the arm and pointed it directly at her before she could finish charging her own and fired it as she let her own unfinished beam off in retaliation. I struggled to keep the ball of lightning and cloud moving towards het, even as her dark black and purple beam attempted to obliterate it. I released my arm and used some of the remaining clouds to form another ball, that though only the size of a golf ball, would act as a nice attack.
My first attack was about 2 yards away when she started pushing it back. I quickly shot the second one at high speed, detonating the first in a shockwave of lightning and sharp winds that shredded her attack and left her bleeding as she fell to the ground, I stopped her fall by grabbing her with my limited telekinesis. She slowly stopped right before she hit the ground and I released her. She stood up on shaky legs that hardly held her as a nearby shadow entered her, healing much of the damage I had just caused to her.
“Are you done yet? May we converse like civilized beings?” I asked in a fatherly voice. “Or should I get serious?”
“We may converse. For now.” She said as a hunger entered her eyes.
