Chapters CHAPTER 1
Fillyhood
"Celestia it's not fair!" Huffed filly Luna.
"It's plenty fair!" Said Celestia aa she kicked Luna with her horn. The two sisters were arguing over who got to go to the circus. There was only a ticket for two guests: A filly and a mare or stallion.
Luna felt her eyes start to tear up as she felt the sharp kick in her side "you always get to do stuff" she whined trying not to show how hurt she was feeling.
"Because I'm older!" Said Celestia proudly.
"Grandma" she mumbled.
"What!?" Growled Celestia.
"I called you a grandma!" Yelled Luna as she tried to fly off. She flapped her wings as hard as she could and barley managed to lift herself off the ground. She felt Celestia jump on her and use a spell that made her feel pain all over her body. She bit her lip as she stifled back a yelp of pain as she felt an electrical shock go through her. Tears were flowing down her face like Niagara Falls. She wished she was old enough to preform a spell besides lifting stuff and making herself invisible. That's it! Invisible! She thought as she cast a spell that made her invisible as she scurried off through the halls leaving Celestia on the floor, puzzled. She smiled as she galloped to her room and locked it shut. She let out a sigh of relief. "Finally" she said to herself as she climbed on her bed. She pulled the covers over her head with her magic and pulled out a spell book and flash light. She flipped to the first page "how hard can it be?" She asked herself as she examined a spell that would send a electrical shock through any pony she wished. "Hmm" she wondered who she would use as her test subject? "I don't need practice" concluded Luna as she galloped out of her room into Celestia's bedroom. She went past her parent's room and the kitchen as she finally arrived to her destination. She opened the door and tried to make a scary face as she entered the room where Celestia was playing with dolls.
"What now?" Asked Celestia not even turning around.
"Face me when you talk!" Demanded Luna trying to sound fierce keeping her 'scary' face
Celestia whipped around with a scowl. The scowl quickly turned into a grin as she burst out laughing "you look like a deformed donkey!" She howled with laughter.
Luna frowned "I'm scary!" She insisted.
Celestia smirked. "As scary as a flower!" She laughed at her own joke.
It was Luna's turn to scowl as she got herself ready to preform her spell. "Shocked!" She yelled as light blue shot from her horn.
Seconds later a ladybug appeared in front of Celestia. She burst out laughing again. "Your right Luna! I'm shocked" laughed Celestia as she held her stomach from all the laughing. She cast a spell that made Luna shiver. It was a freezer spell that made a pony feel very cold for an hour.
Luna sniffled as she sadly walked to her room. She passed the Kitchen and her parent's bedroom. She opened the door with her magic and went into her closet. She pulled out a scarf and a winter hat. "Hmm..maybe I can call over my friends and make a camp out with them!" She giggled as she trotted into her parent's room where her dad was reading a book. He looked up at her.
"Hi Lulu" he said as he stretched his large starry wings.
"Daddy can I call over Nightshade and Charger and Stratus?" She asked quickly.
"I don't see why not" said her father as he looked back at his book "ask Celestia to take you" he said as he looked back at her and smiled. She smiled back as she galloped back to Celestia's room. "Dad says you have to take me to get my friends for a camp out" she said seriously as she shivered at the cold.
Celestia turned around, her magic levitating a pony doll that had a pink mane and a light blue coat. "No" she said rudely as she stuck her tongue out.
"Fine. Can I play dolls with you?" Asked Luna hopefully.
Celestia scowled "of course not!" She said as she held her pony dolls tight in her magic.
"Can we read together?" She asked trying to sound sweet.
"No!"replied Celestia again.
"Can you please take me to see my friends?" She asked. She didn't have much friends ar school. They usually didn't like her at all exept for Nightshade, Stratus and Charger. They were rejected by classmates too. Luna made her best puppy eyes.
"Stop! No!" Said Celestia again.
Luna sighed. She thought of something that would make her sister unhappy. "Tomorrow is back to school" she said quickly.
Celestia frowned at the thought of going back to Cheerlie's class and learning about boring stuff. "Fine ill take you. You dope" she huffed as she trotted out of the room with her pony doll still in her magic. Celestia was in fourth grade and Luna was in second grade.
Celestia trotted up to a royal guard "we need to go to Nightshade, Status and Charger's house" she said slowly pausing at every word as if the guard were the filly.
The guard looked down at her "very well" he said as the trio trotted off to Luna's friends house.
When the guard was facing front Celestia kicked Luna.
Luna bit her lip again to stifle back a scream of pain as he eyes started to water.
"Don't look so wounded! See?! This is what I mean when I say your not strong!" Celestia hissed in her ear.
Luna looked down. She always felt rejected by her sister. Why did she always have to cry when something hurt badly? She WAS rejected by her sister. It was obvious.
Jealousy part two (Teenagers)
CHAPTER 2
Luna and Celestia Teenagers
"You shuddup!" Screamed Luna as she stomped her hoof at her sister. The sisters were arguing about who had the best and more handsome stallionfirend.
"Look, it's not MY fault Charger looks like a monkey who's face caught on fire and some pony tried to put it out with a chainsaw" said Celestia smugly.
"And it's not MY fault that Flamefire looks like...um...er..a tree!" She finished triumphantly.
Celestia snorted "this argument is over! I clearly won!" Said Celestia proudly as she put a hoof to her chest snootily.
Luna frowned "it isn't over unless I quit!" She challenged making it sound like a threat to Celestia.
Celestia scowled as she turned tail and trotted away away very slowly from her little sister.
Luna held her breath as she waited for a spell of pain to get her. When Celestia turned tail she usually whipped around and cast a pain spell. Luckily, nothing happened. Luna breathed a sigh of relief as she too, trotted over to her room.
Luna flopped down on her bed as she looked over at her fillyhood scarf and winter hat. She levited it with her magic and brought it to her bed as she examined it closely. It's navy blue starry print had worn off from all the snow she had played in. She saw the faint trace of a permanent marker with the words: Lulu. She smiled as she put the precious things back under her pillow. She took out her spell book and flipped to the eighty fourth page where she had left off. She didn't read the book much often now that she had attended a magic school. She slowly started reading the first lines in her head. Suddenly her door burst open. Celestia was standing in her doorway with a smug grin on her face. Luna instantly switched on her fierce mode.
"Im gonna give you five seconds to wipe that stupid smile off your face! Five. Frickin. Seconds" said Luna slowly.
Celestia's nostrils flared as she shot her sister a dirty look. She quickly calmed herself down as she grinned again. "Luna! I'm here to ask you to come to the forest with me!I'm sorry I've been so mean" apologized Celestia.
Luna's mouth hang open in shock. "Your joking. Right?" She asked puzzled.
Celestia nodded her head no.
"O-o-okay" stammered Luna as she slid off her bed slowly and made her way towards the doorway.
Celestia smiled "good. Come follow me" she said as the two sisters trotted out of the room and past the royal guards into the fresh, sunny day.
Luna breathed in the warm but fresh air. She smiled warmly at Celestia.
Celestia smiled "come, sister. To the pine forest" she said as the two princesses galloped towards the forest. Luckily, no pony was outside to see them behave like fillies.
Finally they got there.
"Wow Celestia! These are amazing!" Exlaimed Luna as she looked at all the trees around her.
Celestia smiled darkly. "That's why I brought you here" she said as she cast a spell that made Luna go limp.
"Celestia! Help!I can't feel my hooves!" She yelled in panic. Suddenly all the ponies from school galloped out of the bushes and pointed their hooves and laughed.
Luna stared at her sister in hatred "YOU SET ME UP!!!" she yelled.
"Of course I did! Did you really really think that I was sorry for little Luna?!" Mocked Celestia.
Luna tried not to look wounded, but deep inside she felt her heart shatter into a million little pieces.
"Let's leave this dope" said Celestia to the school ponies as they all trotted out of the forest leaving Luna behind.
Luna looked down. She couldn't feel her hooves. The bad thing was that she had no idea that spell even existed! She put her face down and slowly began to cry.
☆☆☆☆☆
After the spell had worn off Luna had galloped back to the castle as quickly as she could tears streaming from her eyes. She heard ponies around her calling her name.
"Luna wanna come over for dinner?"
"Luna are you okay?"
"Luna do you want a popsicle?"
Luna galloped past Carousel Boutique and pat Nurse Redheart's hospital. She finally arrived at the castle. She galloped inside her room and locked it shut. She was still half crying half panting.
"Why?" She asked herself as she curled up in her bed. She buried her mouth deep into her pillow and quickly fell asleep.
That short nap she dreamed.
"The night will last FOREVER!!" Luna yelled in her dream. She noticed that she was somewhat taller and had a black coat with blue armor. Her mane was also dark blue and wavy...like Celestia's. She saw a large crowd of ponies looking up at her terrified, and as if she had been programed with the dream she knew what her name was and what she was going to do! She was..
She suddenly woke up in a cold sweat. She looked outside her Window. Her mother and father were standing in the balcony. Her mom was lowering the sun and her father was raising the moon. She remembered what had happened not long ago with her and Celestia. She resumed crying for a minute or so. Suddenly she jerked her head up.
"No" she said quietly. "I will no more be treated with so much rudeness and cruelty. I will no more be rejected. I will be..Nightmare Moon" she finished as anger flashed in her eyes. This rejectment would last no more.
Jealousy part three (mares)
CHAPTER 3: MARES
Luna prepared to rise the moon. She watched over the land as all the ponies galloped back to their homes. Luna felt a pang of envy deep in her chest like she had felt many times before. She felt that the ponies paid no attention or appreciated her night. However,Celestia on the other hoof was slowly setting the sun to make way for Luna's night.
"Let us go,Sister" said Celestia as she and her sister trotted into their royal bed chambers. Luna wasn't there to sleep but to visit ponie's dreams. She felt that tonight she would take a break as she flopped down on her bed removing her make up, crown and chest piece along with her shoes. She put them neatly in her closet with her magic. She sighed as she looked up at the ceiling. She felt jealousy of her sister. Ponies played and basked in her sunlight but in Luna's they tucked in and slept through her beautiful night. This will not go on! she thought as she frowned My night deserves to be appreciated! it was final she thought as a devilish smile formed across her face. She decided she WOULD visit dreams tonight she would make sweet nightmares before her rebellion. She put her makeup, chest piece crown and shoes back on with her magic. She looked at herself in the mirror. And gave a wicked smile as she cast a spell that opened up a vortex to the dreams. She stepped inside.
"Applejack" she said simply as she saw a flash of black and suddenly entered Applejack's dream.
"Howdy Princess!" Said Applejack in the dream as she tipped her hat.
"Hello" responded Luna as she looked at her surroundings. Apparently, she was in the apple family's barn. Winnona, A.J's dog was barking furiously at Luna.
Luna had a cruel thought as she made a timber wolf rage inside the barn.
Applejack quickly headed for her lasso "hold it off while I git ma' lasso!" Yelled Applejack.
But Luna made no intention of 'holding off' the wolf nor to cast a spell that waould make it stop. Luna heard a yelp and crunching of bones as she turned around to see Winnona being crushed in the Timber Wolf's powerful jaws.
Luna laughed cruelly as she traveled to the next dream. This was Soarin's dream. She looked around only to spot Soarin' and Spitfire kissing on a bench. She cleared her throat loudly as the two pegasi turned around to see Luna.
"Am I interrupting anything important?" She asked quickly.
Soarin' blushed as he nodded his head no.
Luna thought of something on how to make this pleasant dream a Nightmare. Light blub! she thought as she preformed a death spell to make Spitfire suddenly fall to the ground, dead.
Soarin' gasped "D-did you see that?!" He asked his eyes wide, tears forming.
Luna laughed cruelly as she cast a spell that made the dream vortex open up as it sucked her inside.
She landed on her bed. Celestia was knocking on her door. Luna opened it with her magic "What?" She asked.
"Dear sister, you have forgotten to lower the moon" said Celestia calmly.
Luna grinned smugly. "I'm not lowering the moon" she said.
Celestia frowned "but you must" she said trying to keep a calm voice.
Luna stood up from her bed as a frown appeared across her own face "the ponies bask and play in your sunlight while they sleep through my beautiful night!" She said sternly.
Celestia scowled "why are you doing this?!" She asked.
Luna frowned even more "I have been rejected my whole life! At school, at summer camp every where!" She established as she stomped her hoof like a filly that didn't get a cupcake. "I have even been rejected by YOU AND ALL THE OTHER PONIES!!! THEY REJECT MY NIGHT!!" She yelled as her tone rose higher and higher.
Celestia frowned "lower the moon. Now, Luna" she said trying to sound calm once more.
Luna let out a evil laugh "I AM NOT LUNA!! FOR I AM NIGHTMARE MOON!!" She yelled cruelly as Celestia watched in horror as her sister was levitated in the air by a dark tornado and transformed into a black-coated mare with dragon like aqua eyes and purple makeup with dark blue armor.
"Luna!" Stammered Princess Celestia as she backed away slowly.
Nightmare moon stomped her hoof wich made the ground tremble like an earthquake was on its way. "I AM NIGHTMARE MOON!!!!!!" she yelled once more as she turned into blue ghostly dust and floated quickly out the door to torment Celestia's dear subjects.
Trixie tried to lift the heavy spell book in her magic as she sweated and grunted. The book suddenly fell to the ground. She let out a sigh of disappointment as she tried again. The same thing happened. She heard a knock on the door as her older sister trotted in.
"Watchadoin?" She asked.
"Trying to lift my book" she replied as she dug her head deep in her pillow.
Her sister laughed "you'll lift it someday" she promised.
Trixie moaned "but Star Shine, your so awesome at magic and you went to Celestia's school of gifted unicorns!" She complained.
Star Shine giggled "not better than dad used to be!" She exclaimed.
Trixie sat up, erect "That's it!" She said loudly.
"What's it?" Asked Star shine confused.
"I can ask Daddy to teach me magic!!!" She yelled as she jumped up and down on her bed.
Star Shine laughed "are you ready for school?" She asked.
Trixie instantly stopped jumping as she nodded her head no and quickly with her magic, put on her starred cape and hat that had once been her mother's. It was too big for her but she'd eventually grow into it. She levatated the comb with her magic and quickly combed her hair. "Ready!" She yelled as she smiled at Star Shine.
Star Shine laughed "come on! We gotta go get some breakfast!" She said as the two sisters raced down the stairs only to find their little brother there with their dad feeding him cereal. Their mother was in the kitchen making pancakes.
Trixie licked her lips as she breathed in the warm smell of soft, fluffy pancakes.
"Hi mom! Hi dad! Hi Skyster!" Said Star Shine as she addressed her parents and baby brother. She took a seat next to her father. Trixie sat next to Star Shine.
"Dad can you teach me magic tricks?" She asked quickly. Her father froze as he looked up at her slowly.
"No Trixie... Magic is harmful!" He established as he resumed feeding the foal.
Her mother who was washing the dishes looked up at her sternly. Her parents didn't like magic anymore because magic had killed half their family. Aunts, uncles, cousins half of the family! Trixie looked down and sighed. Her parents used to teach her magic when she was just a foal. But when one of her cousins grew up to murder the family, only them and some other relatives had been able to escape. The others had not been so lucky as the dark unicorn killed them with his magic. Ever sense then they were not allowed to use magic, but Trixie and Star Shine secretly practiced it.
Her mother gave her the pancakes and a glass of milk. Now, with this they were allowed to use magic but only to drink or eat. Trixie levatated the glass as she brought it to her lips and sipped some fresh milk. She put the glass down as she devoured the fluffy, light, delicious pancakes that had extra syrup, butter and whipped cream. She savored every last bite as she chugged down her milk and wiped off the milk mustaches that she had on herself.
"I'm done!" Exlaimed Trixie and Star Shine at the same time wich only made them giggle at each other.
"Allright, you two..off to school!" Said their father as he escorted them to the door. Trixie pulled on her small pink and blue saddle bag as Star Shine pulled on her large, purple and orange one. The two of them galloped through the sunny, warm day as they reached the schoolhouse.
"Bye Trixie!" Yelled Star Shine as she kept on galloping to the middle school.
"Bye Star Shine!" She yelled as she entered the small room. It was packed with fillies. She looked for her friend: Sunset Shimmer and Gilda. She instantly spotted her griffin friend as she trotted over to her. She was talking to a cyan colored pegasus with a rainbow mane.
"Hi Gilda!"she half shouted.
Gilda turned around "oh hey Trixie! This is my new friend: Rainbow Dash!" She said aa she nodded hee head over to Rainbow Dash.
"What's up?" Asked Rainbow Dash.
"Bye Rainbow!" Said Gilda as she went over to Trixie.
"Bye Gilda!" Said Rainbow Dash as she turned around to talk to a yellow pegasus with a light pink mane and butterfly cutie mark.
"So, how's Skyster doin'?" Asked Gilda as she cocked her head to one side.
"He's doing fine" said Trixie as she lifted her hat from her face.
"Allright, class it's time to begin!" Announced Miss Cheerlie as she entered the room cheerfully.
Trixie felt some pony kick the back of her chair. She turned around. It was Upper Crust with a mean smile.
"What gives?" She asked quickly in a whisper.
"Trixie! Please pay attention!" She heard Miss Cheerlie's voice from the front of the classroom.
Upper Crust snickered as she kicked the back of her seat once more, this time harder.
"Oh boy" said Trixie under her breath.
Failure part two(teenager)
Trixie sighed. She had failed another magic show. She had invited every pony she knew to her magic show but hadn't been able to perform one trick without screwing up.
"What's up?" Asked Star Shine who was now a mare.
"I failed again" sighed Trixie, muffled as she dug her face in her pillow that was soaked in tears.
"Aww. Sorry kid, you just gotta keep trying" said Star Shine as she sat down next to Trixie on the bed.
"Maybe I should just give up" said Trixie as she wiped a tear from her eye.
Star Shine looked at Trixie startled "Never give up on you're dreams, Trixie" she said soothingly.
Trixie used her magic to make a tissue appear as she blew her nose.
"What if mom or dad find out?!" Asked Trixie horrified at the thought.
Star Shine's eyes went wide "I-i-i don't know what would be the punishment" she stammered.
"You've got it easy, Star Shine" sniffled Trixie.
Star Shine looked down "no not really" she murmured.
"What?" Asked Trixie.
Star Shine took a deep breath. "I was gonna tell you but I..." Star Shine trailed off as she looked at the wall.
"Tell me what? You what?" Trixie's mind flooded with questions.
"I-i'm expecting foals!" She blurted out.
Trixie looked at her in surprise. "Who's the father?" She asked.
"Dark Day" she said simply.
"Who's that? Do mom and dad know?" Asked a surprised Trixie.
"Yeah I told mom and dad. They were fine with it" she said as she lifted herself off Trixie's bed and trotted out the door.
Trixie shrugged as she took out one of her magic books. She started reading the two hundredth ninety seventh page. She heard a scream as she jerked her head away from the book. She galloped towards the screaming outside. It was her mother! She was being attacked by a Timber wolf! Trixie got ready to cast a spell.....KA-BOOM!!! It sent the Timber wolf right back to its cave in the Evergreen forest. Trixie looked at her parents with a triumphant smile. But wait! There was two Timber wolves.
"Trixie help!" Yelled her father who was slapping and punching the wolf. The timber wolf snarled as it faced Trixie's father. It swiftly opened its powerful jaws and snapped shut.
"No magic Trixie!" Yelled her mom.
Trixie wasn't listening. She concentrated on a dissappear spell. Her hooves dug into the ground and....ZAP! The second one went running back to its cave.
She grinned as she turned to face her parents. They were scowling at her.
"Why would you do that?!" Snarled her father.
"Didn't we tell you NO MAGIC!!!!???" asked her mom angrily.
Trixie flattened her ears "s-s-sorry I-i was juts to trying to h-help!" She insisted.
"Leave!" Screamed her mother.
Trixie's eyes went wide she took a step back "Wh-what?" She asked in surprise.
"LEAVE!!!!!" shouted both her parents angrily.
Trixie felt her eyes water up as she slowly trotted to her room. She got her saddle bags in her magic and put her stuff in them. Her cape, her hat, bits, her magic book, a pillow and a blanket. She trotted outside defeated as a tear rolled down her face. She turned to face her parents "please" she whispered.
Both her parents stood there "no..leave and never come back!" Breathed her father. Skyster (her filly brother) was looking at her with a look of disappointment and sadness. Her sister was the last. She galloped up to Trixie.
"I'm so sorry!" She whispered. Tears were streaming down her face.
Trixie cried alongside her sister "it's my fault" she whispered.
Star Swirl gave her a nice bear hug.
Trixie closed her eyes and hugged back.
"Goodbye sister" murmured Star Swirl in a whisper.
"I'll see you in heaven" promised Trixie as she slowly trotted out the door.
☆★☆★☆
Trixie settled in a small cottage that cost few bits. It had a bed, a bathroom, a table and a kitchen.
She flopped down on the bed. She took out one of her spell books and started reading. She flipped to the last page. It read: ' to be a great magician, you must have a great magician name. This will make you famous and get you lots and lots of bits! Here are some options:
The wonderful and marvelous ______
The amazing and vivid ______
The great and powerful ______'
That was it! Thought Trixie. "The great and powerful Trixie!" She said aloud. A devilish smile creeped up on her face as she let out a malicious cackle.
Failure part three (mare)
Trixie was trying to practice her new talk but couldn't manage to. She couldn't get the rejected look her father had hiven her out of her mind. She couldn't sleep. No! I was rejected by them! I must not think about them! thought Trixie as she gave herself a face hoof. She heard a knock on her door.
"What now?" She growled under her breath. She trotted to the door. She opened it. "Star Swirl!!" She yelled as she wrapped her sister in a tight hug. There were two fillies behind her and a tall black coated stallion with a yellow mane at her side.
"Hi Trixie!" Said Star Swirl as tears of joy streamed from her eyes.
"How did you find me over here in Hoofington?" She asked surprised.
"Well I've been searching for you and here you are!" Exlaimed Star Swirl.
"And who's this?" Asked Trixie as she smiled at the two fillies.
Star Swirl grinned "this is Shadow Shine" said Star Swirl as she pointed her hoof towards a dark coated male filly with a blue mane. "And this is Sky Shimmer" she finished as she pointed her hoof to a pink coated female filly with a black mane.
"Hi guys!" Said Trixie kindly.
"Hi Auntie!" Squeaked Sky Shimmer as her blue eyes sparkled in the sunlight.
Trixie chuckled. She turned her attention to the male filly.
"Hi Trixie" said Shadow Shine more seriously.
"Hello Shadow!" Said Trixie.
Dark Day cleared his throat. "Salutations Trixie" he said.
"Hello" she said as she smiled. "Come on in!" She said as the family trotted inside.
"What's this?" Asked Sky Shimmer as she levitated Trixie's new form of speech page "The great and powerful Trixie?" She read out loud.
"Sky! you know it's not kind to snoop!" Said Star Swirl as she gave her filly a stern look.
Sky shrugged "sorry Auntie" she said as she trotted back to her mother.
"Well we best be leaving! We just came here for a brief visit!" Said Star Swirl as the family trotted out the door.
"Okay. Bye then!" Said Trixie.
"Bye Trixie!" Said the family in union.
As soon as they trotted out the door. Trixie resumed her practice. She imagined a store keeper wasn't letting her buy something "The great and powerful Trixie, DEMANDS that!" Said Trixie trying to stay in character with her snooty tone.
She put on her cape and hat. "The great and powerful Trixie will not tolerate this! Hu-za!!" She said as she pretended to cast a spell that would make the object in her hooves. She had been practicing for her shows for quite some years now. She imagined that the shop keeper was terrified of her! She gave a wicked smile as she imagined herself trotting out three door with a smile. There was another knock on her door. Trixie scowled as she opened her door.
"Hi ma'am are you interested in buying some delicious boy scout cookies?" Asked the first colt.
Trixie glared at him "shouldn't you leave the cookie selling to the girls scouts?" She asked.
The second colt blushed "our troop leader told us to sell cookies today" he said as he rubbed the back of his neck.
Trixie smirked. "Fine gimme the options" she said in a snooty tone like she had practiced.
The third boy scout who seemed like the oldest frowned "we don't give food to snooty witches" he said.
Trixie knew this was the perfect time to put her practice in action. "The great and powerful Trixie will not tolerate such rudeness!" She said as she preformed a quick spell that got the cookies to her hooves.
"Hey!" Yelled the first colt.
Trixie smirked again "ooh poor baby waby don't get his cookies!" She said as she slammed the door behind her.
She felt proud. She felt a rise of evil shoot from her like smoke. "I am the great and powerful TRIXIE!!!" She rumbled. She was about to start her career as a magician. But not like any other..but a bucking evil magician.
Discord pulled on his sister: Eris's tail.
"Hey!' She yelled as she turned around.
"Hey what?" Challenged Discord as he blinked.
"Hey, why are you pulling my tail?! Your being a bastard!" Said Eris as she looked at Discord.
Discord frowned "Dear, Eris you should know that your the bastard here!" He shot back.
"Fine! Your a nerd!" She shouted trying to insult her brother.
"At least nerds don't end up hobos!" He said smugly.
Eris gasped "I am NOT a hobo!" She protested.
"Well you sound like one!" Mocked Discord.
"Nu-uh!" She said as she scowled, turned tail and with a snap of her finger disappeared.
Discord smiled. He and his sister always argued about silly stuff like who was a hobo or a bastard. He ran to the bathroom to look at his small fang. He slid his finger across it. The door burst open suddenly, and his father walked in.
"Hiya Discord!" Said his dad as he clapped two times and his toothbrush appeared in his hand.
Discord kept on examining his tooth.
"Remember Discord, tomorrow's the first day of school" said his dad, muffled by the toothbrush that was brushing his fang.
Discord groaned "dad! Why?" He whined.
"You need to go to school to get a good education!" His father insisted.
Discord huffed "fine" he said and made his toothbrush dissappear. He walked over to the kitchen where Eris was helping their mother make eggs.
"What's for breakfast, Eris?" He asked aa he tried to get up on his chair. He couldn't. He snapped his finger and appeared on his chair.
"Sunny side up eggs and toast!" She said triumphantly as she put butter on the bread with her magic.
Discord liked his lips "my favorite" he murmured.
"Mom?" He asked.
"Yes, Discord?" She asked.
"Wich is more bestest? Bastard or hobo?" He asked.
"Bestest isn't a word, doofus!" Exlaimed Eris as she made a small, orange cloud appear in front of her and drop orange juice in the glasses.
"What are you, a dictionary?" He asked.
"Yeah!" Said Eris.
"Only without the amusement" he mumbled.
His father walked in with the newspaper "Clutter, put that down!" Said his mother.
"Ataxia, I'm reading this!" Complained his dad.
"Put that down NOW!" She ordered.
"I'm supposed to be the man here" he murmured.
"Dad what's a man?" He asked.
"Well,son. A man is the one who leads the family and gives orders and isn't scared of anything" concluded his dad.
"Mmm. When I grow up I wanna be a man like mom!" Said Discord enthusiastically.
His mom laughed "oh Discord! You are funny sometimes!" She howled in laughter.
"Hahaha hahaha hahaha!" Laughed Eris.
His father was smiling.
Discord cracked a grin himself. He hadn't meant to be funny.
Eris made Discord's food appear in front of him.
"Thanks!" He said as he made the food appear in his mouth. He chewed his egg throughly before taking a sip of his orange juice. He then ate his buttered toast in one bite. "Yum!" He said.
Eris' mouth hung open "y-you finished that already?!" She asked in surprise.
Discord burped "yup" he said as he gave his sister a wink.
Eris laughed.
Discord smiled. His sister's laugh was the best.
"You two wanna go on a walk?" Asked his dad through a mouthful of Eggs and toast.
"Clutter! Don't talk with your mouth full! I swear sometimes it's like I have three children and not two!" Huffed his mother as she took off her cooking apron.
"Yeah dad!!" Said Discord.
"Mom, can we go to the library instead?" Asked Eris as she looked at her mom hopefully. Eris LOVED to read. She was quite intelligent.
Their mom shrugged "sure" she said.
"A guys trip!" Shouted Discord
His dad smiled "yeah sorta" he said as he snapped his finger and appeared at the door. "Come on, champion!" He said.
Discord beamed. He ran to the door. "Bye mom! Bye Eris!" He yelled as he and his father walked out the door.
~~~
"Allright, Discord I'm gonna go to the bathroom. You wait here" Said his father as he ran over to the bathroom. They were at the park.
Discord decided he would make some friends. He ran over to a female filly and a male filly. The male had a orange coat and a black mane. The female filly had a magneta coat with a purple mane.
"Hi! I'm Discord!" He said as he stuck out his hand to the filly.
She looked at him in disgust "eeww what are you?" She asked.
Discord put his hand back and blinked "I-im Discord" he repeated.
"Your so stupid! I mean, look at you! How many times have you been crossed?" She asked rudely.
Discord felt tears form in his eyes.
"I-i just wanted to be your friend" he said.
The filly smirked "you sad cry baby?" She mocked.
Discord wiped a tear from hos eye. He felt a pang of sadness in his chest. He walked away. He felt a tear roll down his face. Who AM I? he wondered as he made a tissue appear in front of him. He blew his nose. Who am I? he asked himself once more.
Chaos is chaos part two (teens)
"ERIS LIKES BEDLUM!!" Yelled Discord as he mocked his sister.
"N-NO I DON'T!!!!!" she insisted.
"Yes you do" he said.
"No I don't" she said. Her anger was rising.
"Yes you do!" He said in a sing songy voice, remaining calm.
Eris snapped "I WISH YOU WOULD JUST SHUT UP AND DIE!!!!!!!" She screamed.
Discord felt a pang of hurt in his heart. He took a step back. "W-what?" He asked in almost a whisper.
"You heard me!" She snarled.
Discord grabbed his backpack and left for school early. He was in no mood to be with his sister anymore. He walked out the front door. School wasn't very far away. 'Why would she say that? ' he thought as he kicked a stone. 'She knew I was just playing' he thought as he passed a grocery store. 'Well. I guess she was only in a bad mood' he thought as he set foot on campus. He was greeted by the school bully.
"Hi dope!" He said.
"Hi retard" he replied.
The bully frowned "who are you, to be calling me retard?" He asked.
Discord froze. A image flooded through his mind. It was him in the park with the magneta filly.
"Who are you?!" She asked in disgust.
Discord tried to get the thought out of his head to teach the bully a lesson, but he couldn't!
"Hey what's wrong? Miss your Mommy?" Mocked the bully.
Discord snapped back into reality. "No, but I bet you will" he said as he punched the bully in the face.
The bully groaned. There was some teeth and blood on the floor.
Discord backed away as he ran over to his locker. 'Who am I?' The question scurried through his head.
He put his writing book in his locker and took out his Math book. It was almost time for school so he decided to meet up with his friend: Disorder.
~~~
"Discord! My man what's up?" He asked. Disorder was another animal of Discord's species.
Discord sighed "who am I?" He asked.
Disorder smiled "your Discord...My best friend" he said.
Discord smiled too.
"Does that satisfy you?" He asked dramatically.
"Yeah" he lied.
"Good" he said. "Wanna go play basketball?" He asked.
Discord smiled "sure" he said.
"So...i heard from the mares who gossip by the lunch room that you beat up the school bully with was apparently one of their coltfriends" he said in a matter of fact way.
Discord shrugged. "Yes" he said.
"That don't sound right, bro" said Disorder as he set foot on the basketball court.
"That's right. He was asking me who I was and mocking me" he said as he shot the leathery, orange and black ball in the hoop.
"Mm. I don't get why it bothers you when someone asks that" he said as he dribbled the ball.
"I dunno. I get pissed off, okay?" He asked as he stole the ball from Disorder. The Bell rang.
"Yeah" said Disorder as he yawned and walked away "bye dude!" He said as he ran to his social studies class.
"Bye Disorder" he said quietly. He walked to his math class, while the same question flooded his mind. "Who am i?"
