Princess Skyla

Princess Cadence held the newborn in her hooves "isn't she the cutest thing!". Shining Armor agreed as Princess Twilight Sparkle walked through the door and following her was spike and the mane 6. "Hey twilie!" Shining Armor said very quietly. "I thought you were only bringing spike along with you" Princess Cadence said nervously. "I tried to tell them it wouldn't be a good idea but they just had to bring presents to the new princess, plus what race is she? unicorn or alicorn?"

"she's an alicorn" Princess Cadence said with a smile.

"what are you going to name her?" Twilight asked

"well I like the name Skyla" Cadence giggled

"Skyla? but-" shining armor was about to say

"I like the name Skyla don't you shining?" She said as she gave him the you better like it stare.

Shining nodded "its a beautiful name my love" he said nervously

Princess Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie pie and spike all drew in closer while Skyla slowly opened her eyes and yawned. "awwww" they all said sounding like a multiple voiced person. Skyla giggled and they all smiled and started talking about her and wanted to hold her. "uh.. guys could I just.." fluttershy was trying to say but still interrupted by the talking "hey guys I want to... I have a gift for..." fluttershy said starting to get louder. "Princess Cadence could I just..." fluttershy said trying to be heard over the chattering. Princess cadence saw fluttershy "yes what is it fluttershy?". the mane 6, spike shining armor, cadence, and princess Skyla turn to looks at fluttershy "uhh.. well I brought a gift for Skyla..."

"Well that's great!" Cadence said with a smile.

fluttershy held up a covered cage and she pulled off the blanket, in the cage was a little weasel with a pink bow tied around his neck. "I just thought that... with all the royal duties you guys have and if Skyla doesn't have ant company she could play with him, his name is breazle". fluttershy explained.

Before anyone could say anything a little voice spoke "Boy is she a cutie!" everyone looked around the room except for fluttershy and Princess Skyla "oh did I mention he could talk" fluttershy giggled. they all laughed "it looks like they will be good friends" Shining armor finally spoke up. and everyone agreed.
