Location: Welcome Center, Rapture. ≈433 km west of Reykjavik, Iceland
Time: 1960, 2 years after Rapture Civil War

The halls of Rapture’s Welcome Center were quiet, along with the usual sounds of leaking seawater, the scraping pipe of a Thuggish Splicer, and e thumping and groaning of a Bouncer Big Daddy walking through the halls. The Bouncer approaches a tall, rusty golden vent hole and bangs his left fist on the wall, calling a Little Sister. A few seconds later, a pair of yellow glowing eyes peeks out of the hole, followed by the head of a little girl.

"Oh, is it time again already, Mr. Bubbles?" the Little Sister asked while climbing out. Mr. Bubbles reached his left hand to help her, only to have it hugged by the girl. He slowly puts her onto the ground, letting her go on with what she’s meant to do.

"Come on, Mr. B! Time to find some angels!" The girl skips off, with the Big Daddy trying to keep up, his large size weighing him down a bit. Along the way, the little girl starts to sing a little. "There's a land called Lilly Poppy! And living there is the lilly pop! I'll go there soon with Mr. Bubbles! And we'll search the place from tail to top! And if we find no tatleammie! And if I eye no parkinot! Perhaps we'll dine on ham and jammy! If we can't find the lilly pop!"

Later on, they find themselves in the Footlight Theater, where the Little Sister starts sniffing the air. *sniff* "Rosies and sunshine! Angels is near!" She suddenly runs and climbs on stage and walks to a corps laying on it.

"I can smell the ADAM on this one, Mr. B!" She pulls out her large Harvesting tool and starts jabbing the body and drawing out its ADAM filled blood. "*giggles* This angel looks like it's dancing! *giggles*"

Suddenly, a loud clanging noise draws the attention of the Bouncer, causing him to turn and walk to the theater booths to see what’s going on. Searching and finding nothing and was about to turn to go back to his companion when a high pitched scream pierces the air.

He quickly runs back to the stage, only to find a Leadhead Splicer, standing over his Little Sister, with a revolver pointed at the beast. Eyes glowing red, the Bouncer roars in rage, followed by the Splicer fires two shots at him. The bullets bounce harmlessly off of the Big Daddy’s armor, and gets pinned to the wall. The Bouncer then pulls his spinning drill back and stabs it through the Leadhead’s stomach. Screaming in agony, the Splicer gets grabbed by the shirt and then slammed repeatedly into a window, shattering the glass and killing the Splicer.

"Thanks, Mr. Bubbles." The Little Sister said as she got up. Seeing his companion safe and sound, the Big Daddy calmed down, eyes returning to green and followed as the girl ran out the back door. That was one Splicer taken care of, but there would be more, and he is to do anything to keep his little girl safe.

Location: Sweet Apple Acers, Ponyville, Equestria
Time: ???, 1 year after Caribou takeover

It has been over one year since the fall of the princesses, Equestria, and the Caribou take over. Everypony tried to resist, only for the male population to turn against its own female population, turning them into sex slave and playthings, even causing them to go insane and as low as animals. Applejack was one of the few mares still trying to resist the influence, while the others were either hypnotized reds or insane purples. After hours upon hours of being raped, she was finally given a chance to rest. She was lucky, because her overseer, Big Mac, was one of the very few stallions who weren’t completely under the Caribou influence, and the only one in all of Ponyville. He was the one who kept her hopes up that one day Equestria would rise again. But now, she was very tired and was fast asleep.

While sleeping during the past year, AJ usually had nightmares, but this time, her dreams took a different turn. She found herself standing in front of a lighthouse under the night sky surrounded by what appears to be the sea. Looking down, she found herself, for the first time in a year fully clothed in the cloths she wore before the fall. Seeing nowhere else to go, she entered the lighthouses massive doors and stepped into the inner darkness. Walking in, the doors locked behind her and the lights flashed on, startling her with a giant statue.

The statue seemed to be of a Stallion glaring at her, yet didn’t look entirely like a normal stallion. Under the statue was a red Banner with golden words that read “No Gods or Kings. Only Man.” Unsure what this meant, she looked around and saw two sets of stairs going down. She weren’t down the one on the right and found that both stairs went to the same aria, witch lead to a round capsule. Having no other exit, she entered the capsule and pulled a lever, thinking that it was how it starts up. The Glass door closes behind her, prompting her to turn around, only to find the capsule submerging her into the ocean. After a while, a screen pops up as the capsule lights dim and a short projection film starts playing.

Applejack was too awed by what she saw to listen to the rest of the film and was then jolted awake when her subconscious self fainted. Looking around, she found herself in her makeshift bed just like how the night started.

“Whew, what a dream…at least it wasn’t a nightmare…” too tired to think about it, she quickly fell back asleep. Unbeknownst to her, every mare in Equestria was having the same exact dream.

"What's sunshine look like, Mr. B?" The Little Sister asked while riding on top of her Big Daddy. He only groaned in response, continuing to walking around the glass tunnels that connect the buildings of Rapture. They were heading to the Medical Pavilion because the girl “Loves to see so many. Now with Dr. Steinman pumping ADAM into his patients with his surgery, the “failed subjects” are full of the stuff, ready to recycle. While entering the pavilion, the Little Sister jumps off of the Bouncers back and runs off, leaving the ogre to follow slowly. They turn into the lobby, where there was a Splicer dressed in a completely red Doctor’s gear sitting in a corner, mumbling to itself, paying the pair no heed.

"Why do people have two arms, two legs, two eyes, two ears, two breasts…?"

Mr. Bubbles, seeing that the splicer doesn’t notice them, walks along the far wall of the room to avoid problems. They enter the lounging room, only to find a Thuggish Splice and a Nitro Splicer bickering about who stole who’s ADAM until they notice the little girl scurrying around.

“Oh! A Little Sister!”

“Hands off, Steve! She’s mi-OH SHIT BIG DADDY!”

The Big Daddy roars to life and starts chasing the two, the Nitro Splicer tossing grenades repeatedly over his shoulder while running with the Thuggish Splicer leaping about trying to evade the Bouncer’s charges, with the Little Sister shouting encouragingly, “Hurt 'im, Mr. B! Hurt 'im! Tear 'im into little bits!" This went on for a few minutes until the Nitro Splicer ran out of grenades.

“Well shit. This is gona hur-” he never finished as a drill ran through his face, instantly killing him.

Meanwhile, the Thuggish was able to find a gas canister and then a crazy idea came to his head.

“Hey you big hunk of metal! Catch this!” the Big Daddy turned, only to see the ignited gas canister explode in his face, cracking his armor and launching him through a window into the hallway behind it. The Little sister crawled up to it worriedly, trying to get Mr. B to stand up.

"Mr. Bubbles? Get up, Mr. Bubbles! Get up! Not funny Mr. B! Get up!” She starts to cry, only to be snatched up by the Thuggish Splicer.

“Now hold still, little girl. It’s just you, and me, and all the tasty ADAM I can drink...” He plunges his hand into the stomach of the struggling Little Sister, pulling out a sea slug, ending her life. The Splicer laughs maniacally and throws the body down next to the Big Daddy and walks away with the slug.

With the last of his strength, Mr. Bubbles reaches his left hand out to what’s left of his Little Sister, placing his hand on her head before his porthole lights go out.

First chapter to first story. It's VERY long for a prolog, I know. But there's so much to add and I got excited.
