Pinkie stared at her pricked hoof. "Ow.." She repeated.
"Sorry." Iggy rubbed the back of his neck. "I was born like that. My sister has them, too."
Pinkie looked at Wendy's back.
Wendy batted her long eyelashes, glad to have an audience. "Why, yes I do." She turned around and showed-off her shell.
Iggy rolled his eyes. "Are you hungry?" He asked.
"I'd really love to stay Illy-"
"It's Iggy." Wendy and Iggy both said at the same time.
"I'd really love to stay Iggy but I have to get back to Ponyville. My friend Twilight is waiting for me to pick up some magical flowers for her." Pinkie explained.
Iggy's eyes widened. "We have magical flowers here, too!"
"Really? Well, where can I find them?"
"Wendy and I can help you get them." Iggy smiled deviously.
This made Pinkie scared, because all of Iggy's teeth stuck out when he smiled.
"I hate how you keep volunteering me for stuff." Wendy remarked. "But I'll help because I don't want you to try anything on this thing."
Iggy blushed.
"I'm not a 'thing'." Pinkie said angrily. "I'm a pony."
Wendy ignored her and fluffed her mane. "You must tell me how you got this beautiful shade of pink in your hair." She admired.
Pinkie took Wendy's fingers off her mane. "What's hair? I have a mane. Anyway, this is my natural color."
Wendy rolled her eyes. "Whatever."
Iggy bent down on the ground and sucked his limbs into his shell. Only his head stuck out.
Pinkie couldn't help from giggling at this sight.
"Want a ride?" Iggy asked, looking back. His whole head turned backward.
Pinkie covered her eyes. "Please don't do that. You're creeping me out. Anyway, I'll just poke myself again."
Iggy turned his head back. "You could sit on this little end of my shell." He popped one of his arms out of his shell and pointed to the area. There was no spikes here.
"Yeah." Wendy cackled. "That's the spot where he hit his shell when it was still soft. He never grew spikes there."
Iggy felt his cheeks turn hot. "Shut up Wendy."
Pinkie awkwardly sat on the spot of his shell and she laid her legs gently on some of the spikes.
"Hang on!" Iggy warned playfully. He popped all his limbs out again and ran toward the door.
Pinkie held onto his tuft of hair with her mouth. She looked at Wendy. She was doing the same thing, but her balance was wobbly on those heels of hers.
Wendy and Iggy bust through the door, Iggy a little faster because he was hyper. Suddenly, Wendy and Iggy sucked their heads into their shells.
Pinkie started to lose her balance. She closed her eyes. "Can't you go any slower?" She cried.
Iggy laughed. "This is going slow! Wait 'till we get to the stairs."
"Slow?" Pinkie repeated. She felt herself getting dizzy.
Iggy turned inside his shell. This made it fly to the left.
Pinkie closed her eyes. "AHHHHH!" She cried as they tumbled down the stairs.
They jumped in the air and flipped. Iggy landed on his shell and Pinkie flew onto his stomach.
"That was fun!" Pinkie cooed.
"I know." Iggy agreed. "Hey, can you help me up?"
"Oh yeah sorry. I forgot that turtles can't get up from their backs without help." Pinkie giggled, getting off him. She grabbed his hand and pulled him up.
His weight was too much. She fell on her back and Iggy landed on top of her.
"Heh heh heh.." They both said, embarrassed because they were in an awkward position.
"Get off her." Wendy yelled, taking off her heel and throwing it at Iggy.
He did as told.
Wendy took her shoe back and placed it on her foot. "Come on. I have a pedicure at three and I don't want to be late." They walked out of the castle.
The sun was shining bright here, just like in Ponyville. The clouds and mountains looked a little different, because they had faces, but that was fine Pinkie assumed.
Iggy hopped on the cracked trail leading into a field. "Woo hoo! I haven't been on a real adventure like this since this morning!" He cheered.
"If you consider testing Ludwig's new invention fun then you have a really boring life." Wendy said.
"Who's Ludwig?" Pinkie asked, looking at Iggy and then Wendy.
"Our brother." They both said.
"Oh." Pinkie nodded. "I don't have any brothers, just sisters."
Wendy gasped. "You are so lucky! You don't know how hard it is to live with six bratty brothers. And daddy always expects me to watch them, 'cos you know I'm older than all of them." She walked along the path, crossing her arms and sticking out her tongue. She turned back to Pinkie. "But with sisters! Oh that'd be really fun. You could dress them up and give them make overs and teach them how to be like you. All these boys want to do is annoy me and eat. I'm surprised Iggy is so skinny."
"I'm not that skinny." Iggy grumbled under his breath, crossing his arms.
Pinkie stared at Iggy's belly. He was really skinny, she thought to herself.
The trio finally made it to their destination; another castle! It had a picture of a girl on the front. She had light blonde hair, pink lipstick, a dress to match, and a sparkling crown.
"Here we are." Iggy announced.
Pinkie looked at the castle. "We can find magical flowers here?" She asked.
"You bet your bottom spike you can!" Iggy replied. "Me and Wendy go here all the time to steal stuff from Princess Peach."
"PRINCESS?" Pinkie gasped. "You steal from a Princess?"
"What's the big deal?" Wendy asked.
"Yeah, sometimes we even kidnap her." Iggy said, acting like nothing out of the usual was happening.
Pinkie switched between both of them. "But-What-Huh..? WHAT THE HAY AM I HEARING?" Pinkie screamed.
"Shhhhhhh.." Wendy and Iggy hissed.
"You're gonna blow our cover." Wendy yelled silently. "Now come on, it's already 2:30 I bet. Let's go."
Iggy, Wendy, and Pinkie all crouched on the ground. They made their way up the clean, stone path and turned into the grass. They were on the side of the castle.
"This is a short cut." Iggy said, taking a rock.
"What are you doing?" Wendy asked. "You're gonna attract a guard!"
"Yeah right." Iggy chortled. "Dumb broad don't have guards. Why do you think it's so easy to kidnap her?"
"True." Wendy agreed with her brother for once in her life.
Iggy took the rock and smashed it through the window.
Meanwhile Princess Peach was upstairs combing her hair. She heard the "clash" the rock made. "Who is that?" She asked, racing downstairs.
Iggy pushed himself through the window and helped Pinkie and Wendy get in. "Come on, I hear her coming! Under the stairs."
The three creatures ran under the stairs as Peach looked around downstairs.
"Hello?" She asked again, her voice echoing through the castle.
Iggy turned to Wendy. "You guide Pinkie to the flowers. I'll keep the brat quiet."
Wendy nodded and grabbed Pinkie's hoof. They dashed upstairs.
Peach caught a sight of them. "Wendy?!" She hollered.
Wendy turned back to her and stuck out her tongue. Then, she ran back up the stairs.
Wendy never goes anywhere alone, Peach thought. "Come back here!" She started to run up the stairs when Iggy jumped out and tackled her to the ground.
"AHH!" Peach screamed.
Iggy held her down.
Wendy led Pinkie into a garden filled with red and yellow flowers. They had tiny eyes on them and their petals formed an oval. "Grab as many as you can!" Wendy ordered. She let go of Pinkie's hoof and plucked the fire flowers out of the beds.
Pinkie copied her, but carried the flowers with her mouth. She wasn't sure these were the right magical flowers, but they would do. Besides, they were probably a lot safer than those blue ones that turned her into Spitty Pie some time ago.
"Let's go!" Wendy called, flowers held tightly in both of her hands. She looked down the stairway. "Iggy we're coming down!" She said, sliding on the railing.
Pinkie followed her.
Iggy picked up Peach, who now had duct-tape on her mouth, legs, and arms. "Come on! We can bring her home to dad as a treat. Now let's scat before Mario finds out the princess is missing!" They jumped out the window again and ran home.
