//-------------------------------------------------------// The first encounter -by Piggy123- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The horse and the turtle //-------------------------------------------------------// The horse and the turtle Pinkie Pie hopped down the streets of Ponyville. She looked to her right. Like usual, Bon Bon and Lyra were sitting on a bench together. Lyra was drinking some soda and Bon Bon was munching on red peppermint candies. Then, she looked to her left. Spike was serenading Rarity. Pinkie giggled and Spike blushed, embarrassed that somepony had heard his singing. Rarity chuckled as well, as Pinkie made her way down the dirt street. She saw a sign that said "now leaving Ponyville. Now entering the Everfree Forest". Pinkie swallowed hard. She was thinking about the first time she had ever been here. It seemed like only yesterday her five pony friends and her had gone into this forest to retrieve the Elements of Harmony and defeat Nightmare Moon, who was now known as Princess Luna again. She started to walk inside the forest. By now, you're probably wondering what our little pink friend is doing in this forest. Well, she is going to pick some "blue flowers" for an experiment Twilight Sparkle is doing. Pinkie looked around her. She tried to think of those cheerful ponies she had saw earlier. All she could see though were lumpy trees and weird animals on them. "Caw!" A crow swooped down into Pinkie's mane. "Ahh! Get it out! Get it out!" She frantically waved her front legs over her head. The bird gave one last "caw" and flew away. Pinkie wiped a bead of sweat, that she had worked up from her panicking, from her forehead. "Phew.." She sighed with relief. She carefully walked onward into the dark forest. Suddenly, Pinkie heard a loud moan. "Who's there?" Pinkie asked. The moan continued. It sounded so near, but she couldn't determine where it was coming from. She started to run away. "Wait!" A high-pitched voice called. Pinkie looked back, tears in her eyes. For the first time in her life, Pinkie had been scared! A hand grabbed her hoof and Pinkie tripped. "Ahh!" Pinkie fell to the ground with a thud and knocked herself out. When she woke up, a orange skinned Koopa with green, leafy hair and two sharp teeth sticking out of his mouth on each side was dabbing Pinkie's head with a damp cloth. "AHH!" Pinkie slapped the cloth out of the Koopa's hand and hit him in the snout with her hoof. "Ow!" The Koopa clasped his hands over his snout. "What was that for?" Pinkie slid herself back on the cot until she hit a hard, stone wall. It was covered with cob webs. "Ahh!" She screeched again, sliding the other way and falling off the cot. The Koopa stopped her from hitting her head again. He had blood coming from the area where Pinkie had hit. Pinkie slid under the cot. "Who are you? Where am I? Why am I-" The Koopa slid under the cot with her and put his hand over her mouth. Pinkie recognized that hand. It was the one who tripped her! "I'm Iggy. You're in my room. And you're here because you hit your head and knocked yourself out." Iggy explained. "You tripped me though!" Pinkie shot. "I didn't mean to." Iggy looked at his bleeding snout. "I guess we're even now." He laughed. Pinkie slid herself out of the cot, just like Iggy did. "Why were you moaning?" Pinkie asked. "I had glass caught in my foot." Iggy stuck up his foot, a band-aid on it. "I didn't think anyone was in that forest though, so I was moaning so someone could hear me. When I saw you, I grabbed your hoof to stop you from running. I didn't mean to make you trip." "AHH! You have worms coming out of your hooves!" Pinkie screeched. "I'll get them off!" She bit one of his toes and pulled hard. "Oww! Stop!" Iggy cringed. He slapped Pinkie on the cheek. Pinkie felt the area where he had struck her. She had really never felt pain like that. "They're not worms! They're toes." Iggy shot angrily. He had a bruise on toe. Pinkie's eyes started to fill with tears. "You.. You.. Hurt me!" She cried. Iggy looked at Pinkie's cheek. It had bloody streaks going down it and a red mark surrounding it. "I'm sorry.. I'm sorry." Iggy said, taking the cloth and giving it to Pinkie. "I didn't know my claws were out." Pinkie continued to cry. Iggy felt really bad. "I'm really sorry." He dabbed the cloth on her cheek. The blood stained onto the silky, white cloth. The door opened in Iggy's room. In came another orange Koopa, but this one was a girl! She had a bow (although she had no hair) on her head, thick, pink lipstick on her lips, and pink high heels. Iggy looked over to her. "Dammit Wendy I told you to knock." Wendy gasped. "Oh my gosh! What are you doing with that girl? Don't tell me you have a girlfriend!" She teased. Iggy blushed and looked at Pinkie. She had stopped crying, but there were red splotches circled around her eyes that proved she had been crying. "Yes.. She's my girlfriend." Iggy lied. Pinkie's eyes widened and her jaw dropped. "No she's not." Wendy remarked. "Is too." Iggy pressed his face on Wendy's. "Prove it." Wendy pressed her face back, and gave him the stank eye. "Okay I will!" Iggy grabbed Pinkie by her stomach, pulled her close to him, and made-out with her. Wendy's eyes widened and her jaw dropped just like Pinkie's did. Pinkie's eyes were wide for awhile, but she slowly closed them and wrapped her front legs around his back. Her hoof met up with one of his spikes on his shell and she pricked her hoof. She jumped up. "For Celestia's sake, is there anything on you that's safe?" Pinkie asked. //-------------------------------------------------------// Magic flowers //-------------------------------------------------------// Magic flowers For full understanding of the this chapter, please read the previous one, The Horse and the Turtle Pinkie stared at her pricked hoof. "Ow.." She repeated. "Sorry." Iggy rubbed the back of his neck. "I was born like that. My sister has them, too." Pinkie looked at Wendy's back. Wendy batted her long eyelashes, glad to have an audience. "Why, yes I do." She turned around and showed-off her shell. Iggy rolled his eyes. "Are you hungry?" He asked. "I'd really love to stay Illy-" "It's Iggy." Wendy and Iggy both said at the same time. "I'd really love to stay Iggy but I have to get back to Ponyville. My friend Twilight is waiting for me to pick up some magical flowers for her." Pinkie explained. Iggy's eyes widened. "We have magical flowers here, too!" "Really? Well, where can I find them?" "Wendy and I can help you get them." Iggy smiled deviously. This made Pinkie scared, because all of Iggy's teeth stuck out when he smiled. "I hate how you keep volunteering me for stuff." Wendy remarked. "But I'll help because I don't want you to try anything on this thing." Iggy blushed. "I'm not a 'thing'." Pinkie said angrily. "I'm a pony." Wendy ignored her and fluffed her mane. "You must tell me how you got this beautiful shade of pink in your hair." She admired. Pinkie took Wendy's fingers off her mane. "What's hair? I have a mane. Anyway, this is my natural color." Wendy rolled her eyes. "Whatever." Iggy bent down on the ground and sucked his limbs into his shell. Only his head stuck out. Pinkie couldn't help from giggling at this sight. "Want a ride?" Iggy asked, looking back. His whole head turned backward. Pinkie covered her eyes. "Please don't do that. You're creeping me out. Anyway, I'll just poke myself again." Iggy turned his head back. "You could sit on this little end of my shell." He popped one of his arms out of his shell and pointed to the area. There was no spikes here. "Yeah." Wendy cackled. "That's the spot where he hit his shell when it was still soft. He never grew spikes there." Iggy felt his cheeks turn hot. "Shut up Wendy." Pinkie awkwardly sat on the spot of his shell and she laid her legs gently on some of the spikes. "Hang on!" Iggy warned playfully. He popped all his limbs out again and ran toward the door. Pinkie held onto his tuft of hair with her mouth. She looked at Wendy. She was doing the same thing, but her balance was wobbly on those heels of hers. Wendy and Iggy bust through the door, Iggy a little faster because he was hyper. Suddenly, Wendy and Iggy sucked their heads into their shells. Pinkie started to lose her balance. She closed her eyes. "Can't you go any slower?" She cried. Iggy laughed. "This is going slow! Wait 'till we get to the stairs." "Slow?" Pinkie repeated. She felt herself getting dizzy. Iggy turned inside his shell. This made it fly to the left. Pinkie closed her eyes. "AHHHHH!" She cried as they tumbled down the stairs. They jumped in the air and flipped. Iggy landed on his shell and Pinkie flew onto his stomach. "That was fun!" Pinkie cooed. "I know." Iggy agreed. "Hey, can you help me up?" "Oh yeah sorry. I forgot that turtles can't get up from their backs without help." Pinkie giggled, getting off him. She grabbed his hand and pulled him up. His weight was too much. She fell on her back and Iggy landed on top of her. "Heh heh heh.." They both said, embarrassed because they were in an awkward position. "Get off her." Wendy yelled, taking off her heel and throwing it at Iggy. He did as told. Wendy took her shoe back and placed it on her foot. "Come on. I have a pedicure at three and I don't want to be late." They walked out of the castle. The sun was shining bright here, just like in Ponyville. The clouds and mountains looked a little different, because they had faces, but that was fine Pinkie assumed. Iggy hopped on the cracked trail leading into a field. "Woo hoo! I haven't been on a real adventure like this since this morning!" He cheered. "If you consider testing Ludwig's new invention fun then you have a really boring life." Wendy said. "Who's Ludwig?" Pinkie asked, looking at Iggy and then Wendy. "Our brother." They both said. "Oh." Pinkie nodded. "I don't have any brothers, just sisters." Wendy gasped. "You are so lucky! You don't know how hard it is to live with six bratty brothers. And daddy always expects me to watch them, 'cos you know I'm older than all of them." She walked along the path, crossing her arms and sticking out her tongue. She turned back to Pinkie. "But with sisters! Oh that'd be really fun. You could dress them up and give them make overs and teach them how to be like you. All these boys want to do is annoy me and eat. I'm surprised Iggy is so skinny." "I'm not that skinny." Iggy grumbled under his breath, crossing his arms. Pinkie stared at Iggy's belly. He was really skinny, she thought to herself. The trio finally made it to their destination; another castle! It had a picture of a girl on the front. She had light blonde hair, pink lipstick, a dress to match, and a sparkling crown. "Here we are." Iggy announced. Pinkie looked at the castle. "We can find magical flowers here?" She asked. "You bet your bottom spike you can!" Iggy replied. "Me and Wendy go here all the time to steal stuff from Princess Peach." "PRINCESS?" Pinkie gasped. "You steal from a Princess?" "What's the big deal?" Wendy asked. "Yeah, sometimes we even kidnap her." Iggy said, acting like nothing out of the usual was happening. Pinkie switched between both of them. "But-What-Huh..? WHAT THE HAY AM I HEARING?" Pinkie screamed. "Shhhhhhh.." Wendy and Iggy hissed. "You're gonna blow our cover." Wendy yelled silently. "Now come on, it's already 2:30 I bet. Let's go." Iggy, Wendy, and Pinkie all crouched on the ground. They made their way up the clean, stone path and turned into the grass. They were on the side of the castle. "This is a short cut." Iggy said, taking a rock. "What are you doing?" Wendy asked. "You're gonna attract a guard!" "Yeah right." Iggy chortled. "Dumb broad don't have guards. Why do you think it's so easy to kidnap her?" "True." Wendy agreed with her brother for once in her life. Iggy took the rock and smashed it through the window. Meanwhile Princess Peach was upstairs combing her hair. She heard the "clash" the rock made. "Who is that?" She asked, racing downstairs. Iggy pushed himself through the window and helped Pinkie and Wendy get in. "Come on, I hear her coming! Under the stairs." The three creatures ran under the stairs as Peach looked around downstairs. "Hello?" She asked again, her voice echoing through the castle. Iggy turned to Wendy. "You guide Pinkie to the flowers. I'll keep the brat quiet." Wendy nodded and grabbed Pinkie's hoof. They dashed upstairs. Peach caught a sight of them. "Wendy?!" She hollered. Wendy turned back to her and stuck out her tongue. Then, she ran back up the stairs. Wendy never goes anywhere alone, Peach thought. "Come back here!" She started to run up the stairs when Iggy jumped out and tackled her to the ground. "AHH!" Peach screamed. Iggy held her down. Wendy led Pinkie into a garden filled with red and yellow flowers. They had tiny eyes on them and their petals formed an oval. "Grab as many as you can!" Wendy ordered. She let go of Pinkie's hoof and plucked the fire flowers out of the beds. Pinkie copied her, but carried the flowers with her mouth. She wasn't sure these were the right magical flowers, but they would do. Besides, they were probably a lot safer than those blue ones that turned her into Spitty Pie some time ago. "Let's go!" Wendy called, flowers held tightly in both of her hands. She looked down the stairway. "Iggy we're coming down!" She said, sliding on the railing. Pinkie followed her. Iggy picked up Peach, who now had duct-tape on her mouth, legs, and arms. "Come on! We can bring her home to dad as a treat. Now let's scat before Mario finds out the princess is missing!" They jumped out the window again and ran home. //-------------------------------------------------------// Coming Home //-------------------------------------------------------// Coming Home For full understanding of this chapter, please read the previous chapter, Magic Flowers Pinkie, Iggy, and Wendy all returned to the castle. "Damn!" Wendy looked at the clock. "I'm late for my pedicure!" She ran out the door. Iggy followed her with his eyes. One of them returned to Pinkie when he turned to her, but the other one stayed where Wendy had ran. Pinkie curled her lip, and the looked in her eyes looked disgusted. "What's the matter?" Iggy asked. "Your eye.." "What about it?" "It's still not back from looking, but your other one is." "Oh yeah." Iggy chortled. He hit himself in the head and his eye returned to Pinkie. "I have a lazy eye." "Okay.. then.." Pinkie tried to stop thinking of the image. Iggy let out one last laugh. "Well I guess you better be going. And I better bring her to my dad." Peach flailed viciously in her restraints. "Yeah, guess you're right." Pinkie decided. She picked her flowers off the floor and started to trot away. "One more thing before you go?" Iggy asked. Pinkie stopped dead in her trails, and turned around to look at him. Iggy walked up to her, grabbed her by the waist, stood her up on all hinds, and kissed her. Pinkie had her eyes wide open again and she dropped the flowers in her mouth, that fell to the ground. She slowly closed them. He stopped kissing her and stared Pinkie in the eye. "I love you Pinkie Pie. Okay?" Pinkie looked at his beautiful, shining, cyan eyes. "Okay.." She replied. "That's all." Iggy gave her one last hug and then let go of her, turned away, and headed down a dark hall. Pinkie stood shocked for a moment. She picked up the flowers, turned away, finally, and headed out of the castle. She didn't exactly know how to get out of this odd place, but she figured it couldn't be too hard. She saw a forest, and headed toward it, figuring it must be the other side of the Everfree forest, where Iggy had come from. She walked along, her hooves seeming heavy. It seemed like she was starting to develop feelings for this strange creature, and it was awfully hard to let him go so quickly. At the same time however, she longed to go home to Ponyville and see her friends; especially her really really really good friend... Discord. Pinkie stopped dead again, and found that she had made her way into the Everfree Forest. She realized something: if she was dating Discord, and had kissed Iggy twice, does that mean she was cheating on him?! And if Pinkie ever returned to the Mushroom Kingdom, and Iggy found out Pinkie was Discord's coltfriend, Iggy would feel betrayed because he might have considered Pinkie his marefriend because they had kissed twice! All this thinking made Pinkie frustrated, so she rushed through the forest quickly, tears stinging her eyes, and flowers held tightly between her teeth. She finally saw Ponyville again. The town she loved. The town she had lived in for oh so long. Pinkie wiped the tears from her eyes and smiled. On the other side of the sign, it read "now entering Ponyville. The town where Pegasi, Unicorns, and Earth Ponies all live in harmony!". Pinkie smiled and rushed down the hill to her home town. She ran through the streets again, a smile on her face. Lyra and Bon Bon were no longer on the bench, but a stray peppermint wrapper made Pinkie remember that they were once there. Spike wasn't singing to Rarity anymore, but a little family of unicorns was having a quaint little picnic in the same spot. Pinkie raced to Twilight's castle, the one she had got when Tirek destroyed her little, tree house library. She ran through the door. Twilight had her head rested on the keyboard. Her computer screen read: "The Curse Flowers will help the machine run, since the flowers have a magic no unicorn could preform. wefhufheiuwhfweiufuiw" The random letters were from Twilight's head pressing down on the keys. Pinkie giggled at this, then shook her friend awake. "Huh what?" Twilight wiped the drool away from her mouth with her hoof. She looked at Pinkie. "You're back! Where have you been? I have been waiting all day for those magic flowers." "Sorry. I had quite an adventure today. But here are the flowers." Pinkie handed Twilight the flowers. "These don't look like the curse flowers." Twilight noted. "They're different. But they're still magic. I'll bet they'll work just the same!" Pinkie assured her. "Okay.." Twilight reluctantly agreed, dropping the flowers down a chute. The chute was simply a metal pipe that connected to a large, red machine. It had timers and dials all over it. There was a large lever on the left side and a metal latch on the right. Finally, there was a red button on the front of it. "What is this machine going to do anyway?" Pinkie asked. "Well." Twilight began. "I realized those curse flowers emit a powerful magic; a magic no unicorn could preform. By using the flowers, I could drain their energy and transfer it to every unicorn in Equestria. That way, we could better defend against enemies in the future. But, since you didn't give me the curse flowers, we'll have to use these. But after all, if they're magic, we can still use their powers." Pinkie agreed, but she will still sort of nervous. She didn't actually know what these flowers did. What if they poisoned all the unicorns in Equestria? Pinkie shuddered at this thought. Hopefully, Twilight would analyze it to check the magic first. "So where did you get those flowers anyway? Someplace far I suppose. I have never seen them around here before." Twilight asked, pulling down the lever on the side of the machine. "You bet it was far! It was this gorgeous place called Princess Peach's castle." "A Princess?" Twilight gushed. "You met another Princess? Can I meet her?" Pinkie bit her bottom lip. She didn't want to go to The Mushroom Kingdom again and let Twilight find out about Iggy. "She's really far.." Pinkie truthfully said. "We could take a train." "It's on the other side of the Everfree Forest." "Oh. How did you get there?" "Long story. Twilight, I'm tired, can I take a nap?" "Don't you want to see the result of the flowers?" Twilight asked. Not really, Pinkie Pie thought to herself. "I guess." Pinkie said slowly. She sat down on the shiny, purple floor. The machine stopped. "What the?" Twilight looked at her machine with disbelief. "What's wrong?" Pinkie walked over. "My machine stopped working." Twilight felt the side of it with her hoof. "And ow! It's hot!" She quickly pulled it away. Pinkie bit her lip again. She hoped that the flowers had nothing to do with this. Twilight walked over to a timer and looked at it. "Oh.. It didn't stop working. It's finished. Sorry for freaking you out Pinkie." She apologized. Then she scrunched her snout. "I still don't know why it feels hot, but it's probably just because I don't have a fan on it yet." Pinkie wiped a bead of nervous sweat from her forehead. Twilight lifted up the latch and pulled out a hose-like thing with her magic. The hose had a tiny opening in the front that would attach to a unicorn's horn. She put it on her own. "Pinkie, please hit the red button." She pointed to the big button on the front of the machine. "Sure thing.." Pinkie reluctantly and nervously made her way to the button and pressed it with her hoof. The hose started to fill with red, magma-like liquid. It drained into Twilight's horn. "I feel hot!" Twilight said, her skin starting to turn a much lighter purple. "What do you mean?" Pinkie asked frantically. "I feel..." Twilight's eyes turned all white. "HOT!" She finished. She pointed her horn and shot out five balls of fire. "Ahh!" Pinkie dodged them by jumping out of the way. They hit the wall of her castle and they combusted into flames! "Pinkie!!!!!" Twilight screamed. //-------------------------------------------------------// The Great Ponyville Fire //-------------------------------------------------------// The Great Ponyville Fire For full understanding of this chapter, please read the previous one, Coming Home "I swear! I didn't know the flowers did that!" Pinkie innocently cried. "We gotta get out of here! Run!" Twilight ordered. Pinkie ran out of the castle and Twilight grabbed Spike and Owlawishes. "Where are we going?" Spike wearily asked. He looked back and saw the computer, which was now on fire just like the whole half of the right wall. "The castle's on fire!" He shouted. Twilight ran out the door, with him on her back and the frightened owl flying close behind. Pinkie was frantic. "We gotta warn everypony! Soon, all of Ponyville will be on fire!" "I know." Twilight cried. She took flight into the air, Spike grasping tightly onto her back to prevent falling off. "Everypony! Please, listen to me!" Twilight called in the sky. Owlawishes floated by her. Everypony looked at the pale princess floating in the air with a baby dragon on her back. "My castle is on fire! We have to leave Ponyville and call authority. Everypony, head to the Canterlot castle and quick! Grab your fillies, grab your pets, and run!" She continued, flying down. Everypony ran inside their house quickly and either came out with a filly or pet. "Mommy, what's happening?" Dinky Doo asked. "There's a fire!" Amethyst Star explained. "We have to run!" Twilight was scared. "Why didn't you just grab the curse flowers like I told you to?" She snapped. Her skin was all white now, but her eyes had returned to normal. "I couldn't find them in time! I told you it was a long story!" Pinkie shot back. They both looked at the streets. Ponies were fleeing to the train station. "Pinkie Pie, go get the others and go get Gummy. I am going to start flying people to Canterlot in case the train gets full. Go now!" Twilight flew above the crowd of rushing ponies along with some other Pegasi. Pinkie Pie went the opposite way from the ponies. She looked into the air and saw Rainbow flying with Tank. "What in Equestria is going on?" Rainbow asked frantically. Even Tank looked worried. "No time to explain!" Pinkie answered. "Just fly to Canterlot immediately." She raced past Rainbow and met Fluttershy with a million bags of animals on her head. Angel was sitting on a bag that sat on her head. "Fluttershy! You need to leave!" Pinkie yelled. "I know, but these bags are so heavy with all the animals." Fluttershy was dragging a giant bag with a bear in it. He blinked innocently. Pinkie thought hard and looked back. The town hall and Lyra's house were engulfed in flames by now. "Fluttershy, drop the bags." Pinkie finally said. "What? I can't leave my babies behind!" Fluttershy asked, her eyes starting to fill with tears. "Listen to me Fluttershy, if you drop them, they'll run after you. Do it before the town is all on fire and you're caught!" Fluttershy slowly dropped the bags and ran forward. Just as Pinkie predicted, the birds, lizards, bears, and bees all flew after her. Angel and a few other bunnies hopped to Fluttershy. Pinkie looked inside Carousel Boutique. She didn't see Rarity on the first floor, nor did she see Sweetie Belle. She ran upstairs and saw Rarity and Sweetie Belle still sleeping. Pinkie shook them awake. "Pinkie Pie?" Rarity wearily asked. "What are you doing?" "Wake up! There's a fire in Ponyville! You need to get a train to Canterlot with your sister right now!" Pinkie ordered. Rarity didn't hesitate. She grabbed her sister by the hoof and rushed out of the building. Pinkie did as well. She ran to Sweet Apple Acres. Apple Jack was bucking yellow apples and Apple Bloom and Big Macintosh were planting seeds. Granny Smith was sleeping in her old, wood rocking chair, like usual, sleeping. Pinkie explained to them what happened, and quicker than a bolt of lightning, they ran out of the farm and to the train station. Pinkie looked around. All of her friends, and the rest of Ponyville, looked like they had gotten out safely. Then, she looked at her own, beautiful home.. Sugar Cube Corner. It was completely covered by flames and she had forgot to save Gummy! Pinkie rushed toward it. She pushed a flaming beam away from the door way and squeezed her way inside the hot building. She looked around. Mrs. and Mr. Cake were no where to be found. Hopefully, they had fled the building, but they probably forgot about Gummy. She rushed up the half broken stairs. The top floor wasn't as bad, but some parts of it were falling apart. Pinkie had to find her alligator, and quick! She looked in her bedroom. No. She looked in her hidden stash of cupcakes. No. She looked in the bathroom. In the tub sat her baby alligator. He had a blank expression on his face. The water was overflowing and bubbles were popping. Mrs. and Mr. Cake were probably washing him but when they heard about the fire, they left him behind. Pinkie grabbed him out of the tub and started to run downstairs. She was about to run out of the door with him when a flaming beam fell on her back. She felt her ribs and all the bones in her back being crushed by the heavy piece of wood on her. "Run Gummy." Pinkie weakly said. She released the reptile from her hooves. He looked at her for a moment, blinked, then padded away down the street. Pinkie smiled, now knowing that her closest and oldest friend would be safe. Slowly, her eyes closed. //-------------------------------------------------------// Pinkie's procedure //-------------------------------------------------------// Pinkie's procedure For full understanding of this chapter, please read the previous chapter, The Great Ponyville Fire The next thing Pinkie knew, she was lying on another cot. She opened her eyes, and noticed she was lying on her tummy. Her back must of been broken. "Wake up sleepy head." Iggy said happily, his hands behind his back for some reason. "Iggy?" Pinkie asked wearily. "Am I hallucinating, or are there two of you?" There was another koopa standing by Iggy. His blue hair was spiked, and his shell was round. He had a little, pudgy belly, but  he had a wide grin on his face and a scepter in his hand. "No silly." The Koopa laughed. "I'm Larry, his brother!" "Oh.." Pinkie closed her tired eyes again. "How did you guys find me? I thought I was dead for sure.." "Well, I was watching the news." Iggy said. "I saw Ponyville had a roaring fire consuming it, so I rushed right over with Larry to see if you were okay. I checked every building and finally saw your head poking out of that candy place. I told Larry to use his scepter and spray water so it would stop the log from burning. Then, me and Larry picked up the log and brought you here." "Yeah I have water powers." Larry bragged, tapping the top of his scepter. It glowed blue; almost the same type of blue as his hair. Iggy glared at him. "Well thank you both." Pinkie quietly said, her eyes still closed. Larry and Iggy both blushed. Pinkie's eyes shot open. "Wait! Is Gummy okay?" "This little guy?" Iggy asked. He took his hands out from behind his back and held up a tiny alligator. It was Gummy! "Oh Gummy. My baby.." Pinkie took him from his hands and cuddled him. "We found him biting onto your hair." Larry pointed out. "We figured it must be yours." Pinkie was so happy. "Is my back okay?" Iggy bit his lip. "Frankly, no. It will take a while to heal. You broke five bones in it and punctured the back of your lung." Another blue haired koopa came in, but his hair was shaped like Albert Einstein. He was carrying a cooler and had a box of vinyl gloves and masks in his other hand "Who's this now?" Pinkie asked. "I'm Ludwig." He answered in a fancy voice. "Pleased to meet you. I'm here to help your back heal." "Yeah, he's the one who's machine sent me into the Everfree Forest." Iggy implied, looking at him. Ludwig rolled his eyes and put on vinyl gloves and a mask. He took out an ice bag from the cooler and placed it on Pinkie's back. "That's cold!" She shrieked. "Remain calm or the procedure won't work." He bluntly said, pulling another thing out of the cooler. "Procedure?" Pinkie asked, frightened. "Oh yeah." Iggy rubbed the back of his neck. "Ya see, your lung is punctured, like I said earlier. The right one needs to be replaced. Ludwig reveled what he was holding in his hand. It was a tiny, plastic cup containing an orangish liquid. Pinkie was very nervous. She never had to be cut open before. Ludwig handed her the cup. "Drink." He ordered. Pinkie took it and reluctantly swallowed the medicine. "Good." Ludwig said. "Do you feel sleepy?" "Yes.." Pinkie said, her voice trailing off. Slowly, her eyes closed. Ludwig took one more thing out of the cooler. It was a lung. "Okay, let's begin." He took a tiny medical saw from his pocket (he was wearing a doctor's coat you know) and ran it along Pinkie's back. Larry covered his eyes but Iggy watched carefully. Pinkie's back was cut open. Iggy and Ludwig saw her bones and a lot of blood. Ludwig took a cloth from his other pocket and wiped some of the blood away from the incision. He took a knife and cut the branch the lung was on. He sliced the left branch and took the whole lung out. He looked at the hole in it; one no bigger than a crumb; and put it in the cooler. Next, Ludwig took the other lung and placed it inside her. He picked up the branches that were still in Pinkie's body and sewed them to the new lung. Then, he closed her incision and took a big bandage from his pocket. Finally, He stuck it on her scar. "It's done." Iggy tapped Larry on the shoulder. "Okay.." Larry said. Ludwig took off his gloves and mask, each coated in small amounts of blood, and threw them in the garbage. "My work here is done." He began to walk away. "Wait!" Iggy grabbed his hand. "Don't you have to put a cast on her back?" "That's physically impossible." Ludwig pulled his hand away from Iggy's grasp. "Anyway, why are you so worried about her? She's fine now." "No reason." Iggy kicked at the ground. //-------------------------------------------------------// The End //-------------------------------------------------------// The End For full understanding of this chapter, read the previous one, Pinkie's Procedure. Iggy sat by Pinkie's side. She still hadn't woke up, and he was starting to get worried. Slowly, her eyes opened, revealing those blue eyes Iggy always looked forward to seeing. "Pinkie?" He asked, just to make sure if she was really awake. Pinkie smiled and said "hi Iggy." Iggy kissed her on the lips. "Pinkie! You're awake! Oh I'm so happy!" Pinkie wrapped her hooves around Iggy and got out of the cot. "I.. have to go home." She said to him. "I have to see my friends again." Iggy bit the bottom of his lip. "Pinkie Pie, all your friends are.." Pinkie shot up. "They're what?" "Dead.." Pinkie stopped dead. "H-how?" She asked, tears already forming in her eyes. "The train station wouldn't allow any more ponies on, and sadly, the ponies they didn't allow on were your friends. The fire caught up and they all burned." Iggy explained, quicker this time. Pinkie stared at him for awhile, and then buried her face in her hooves. "Why? Why?" She looked at Iggy angrily. "This is your fault!" She snapped. "What are you talking about?" Iggy snapped back. "You asked for magic flowers and I gave them to you!" "You could have told me they caused fires!" "I thought that's what you wanted!" "Who in the world would want to make fire happen?!" "Mario!" "Well I'm not Mario!" She charged at Iggy and headbutted him in the stomach. . "Oh it's on sister!" Iggy tucked into his shell and spun himself at full toward Pinkie Pie. Pinkie dodged it by jumping several feet in the air. She was about to bite onto his hair and pull it furiously when Iggy grabbed Gummy. "Iggy, what are you doing?" Pinkie asked, scared for her alligator. Iggy smiled deviously and with a quick motion, snapped Gummy's neck. He fell to the ground lifelessly. Pinkie's pupils became small. Her mane went flat and she ran to the kitchen. "Yeah you better run!" Iggy called. He slammed the door. Then, he heard a knock on the door. "Don't think about coming in!" Iggy snapped. He was sitting on the cot. Suddenly, the door came crashing down. Iggy looked over in disbelief when he saw Pinkie with a wicked smile on her face and a knife held in between both hooves. "Pinkie, what are you doing? Stop!" Iggy cried. Pinkie didn't stop. She kept walking toward him until he was pinned against the wall. Before he couldn't tuck into his shell, she stabbed him with the knife. Iggy looked at his wound, and then her. His eyes filled with tears; the only tears he had ever felt leave his eyes, as he dropped to the ground. Pinkie's smile vanished as she dropped the bloody knife. She picked up his head, kissed him on the lips, and then rested it in her lap. Tears from her dropped on him. She stroked his hair gently and sat in the room for an hour. Finally deciding she had to go, she picked up his head again and whispered.. "I love you, too."
