According to the description, it was supposed to be able to take something from another world and drop it in theirs. Her scientific curiosity getting the better of her, she stole the book from the restricted part of the Royal Archives (during her last visit) and brought it back to Ponyville. She had tried and tried again, but failed. Growling in anger she picked up the book again and gave the spell one more try, focusing her magic her horn glowed a vibrant purple before turning into a sparkling mess of magic. The room was filled with a bright light, so bright that it was blinding and you would have felt it against your skin. <(map)><(manehattan)> <(player)><(unknown)> <(upgrades)><(none)> <(objectives)><(0-1)> It was a quiet day in Manehattan, ponies went about their business, colts and fillies played in the parks, and the new motorized chariots rolled down the busy streets. The summer sun celebration was coming, and decorations were put up early for the festivities. Banners of gold, orange, and white were hung up on buildings, light poles, and some citizens wore clothing with the same color pattern. Within’ the busy streets a young earth pony mare going by the name of Babs Seed walked down a crowded street with a blue backpack strung around her back. She had just left her school and was heading home, today was different however, instead of going out with her friends somewhere she just wanted to go to sleep. As she was about to round the corner she noticed everypony start looking pointing to the sky, when she looked to see what they were pointing at she was shoved to the ground as a large explosion rang out. In her daze she could make out figures running in all directions, running from what is what she couldn't figure out what. Changelings, Ursa, or a dragon? Her answer came in the form of something jumping on the building she was staring it at. It looked like a spider, yet it wasn't. It's skin seem to gleam in the sun and parts of it seemed to glow an eerie red. It moved faster than it should have, and what looked like a strange horn on its head fired explosive bolts of magic. Shacking out of her daze she got to her feet and ran for a nearby alleyway, barely avoiding a carriage that had been sent flying by an explosion. . . _________________________________________________________________________________________ The machine marched down the streets while firing its anti-tank gun at carriages, causing them to explode in blue/pink mist and fire as their magic engines detonated. Police force's seemed nowhere to be found which was a strange surprise for the player.... usually they would spawn in by. . . Oh, here they are! Turning to it's new foes, it switched to it's chain-gun instead of wasting its anti-tank rounds. "In the name of the Princesses, surrender now or you will be destroyed!" said a guard behind a few armored carriages, the carriages were made of iron as the guards behind them held spears which tips glowed a bright red. The S_T (Spider Tank) unsurprisingly responded by firing its chain-gun. The rounds tore into the carriages armor, turning them into swiss cheese. The unfortunate guards behind them were reduced to red mist as the force of the shells vaporized them. The chain-gun continued to fire until the carriages were reduced to smoldering piles of wood, iron, and blood. Below the S_T lay a pile of brass shells, gleaming in the suns rays, the player was astonished by the new DLC. The graphics looked near real and the way the physic engine worked was ground breaking! Though, I do not understand why they are Anthropoid equines. . . *hhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiissSSWHUMP!* A bright red bolt slammed into one of the left side legs causing it to burst open, showing the vulnerable insides of the leg. Just before more of the guards could fire, the S_T jumped onto a building and began to climb, the workers within it could only watch as the metal death machine marched across the glass. Red bolts chased the machine, barely missing it. Not surprised they are shooting near civilians. If on cue a civilian got hit by one of the deadly bolts, causing the mare to fly back into a desk as a burning hole was carved into her chest. This made the player cringe a bit. That's why there's the M rating. The Guard continued to fire, uncaring of what and who they hit. Soon the S_T made it on top of the building, moving back to the edge it had came from it switched to the anti-tank rounds and pointed downward. Bolts of yellow rained down from the sky, the rockets/shells slammed into the ground causing the guards position to explode in a clouds of black and orange. The shells continued to fall before they were silenced, the weapon ammunition depleted. The area of where the weapons impacted was reduced to craters, shattered building, carriages, and mutilated bodies of guards. To the eyes of the player though, energy boosts and anti-tank ammo appeared. Leaping off the building, the S_T glided towards the scene. With the work of very-powerful magnets the mech landed without any damage. Collecting the upgrades the objective activated. Objective: Destroy 30 Vehicles That shouldn't be too hard. Turning to a small cluster of abandon carriages, the anti-tank gun roared knocking 6 out of the 30 carriages needed to be destroyed. Jumping onto another building the anti-tank gun fired again destroying 5 more. This continued for some time until only 3 remained, the anti-tank gun was out, and the player didn't want to bore himself with the chain gun. So it jumped of the building it was perched on and slammed into the ground, right in front of a carriage. The S_T raised its forward appendages it brought them down causing the carriage to explode, luckily no one was present inside it. Turning towards another the passengers jumped out right before the multi-ton appendage came down on it. One more! *HUUUUUUUUMWHURMP!* A orange beam reached out towards the S_T, slamming into the main hull. <(Warning: 75% Hull Integrity!)> Holy Shit! Turning to his new adversary more red/orange bolts flew towards the mech, some hitting the hull and some missing. <(Warning: 50% Hull Integrity)> Damn, these bastards do a LOT of damage! Firing its chain-gun the hailstorm seem to bounce off a green shield of some sorts, jumping forwards the player got close enough to the armored carriage to engage in close combat, that is if it hadn't rammed the S_T. Sadly, this caused more damage to the carriage than the S_T. The carriages main body was caved in, killing the driver and whoever was in the front seat. The rest of the passengers had the wind knocked out of em’, sadly they weren't able to evacuate before they were crushed underneath the powerful steel legs. [size=1.5em]Objective Completed![/siz Yeah! And like that, the S_T just popped out of existence. Slowly, the citizens of Manehattan wandered out of their cover, wary if the S_T was still stalking the city. Babs Seed also wondered out of her hiding place, only to trip on one of the many footprints of the machine. She stared at the dent in the asphalt, knowing that this was only the beginning. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The player looked at the upgrade menu on his computer screen, trying to deiced what to purchase with his skill points he had gained during his little skirmish. He was a young teenager, at the age of 17 that had a small job in repairing computers. During his spare time he would play the game Watch_Dogs like he was now. Thinking over his options he purchased the Reinforced Plating, Upgraded Chain Gun, and Overloaded. Just before he was about to launch another game he noticed what time it was. "Holy shit, I played for to long!" Getting up from his chair he moved to turn off his computer. Hahahahahahahaha. Rang out a female voice, slamming his head on the bottom of the desk he barely noticed a red tail move away from the door. Starring at where he saw the sight he shook his head before turning off his computer, unaware of what chaos he was to create in the future.
