Bramble-Stitch, a father-less child goes to Canterlot to put behind his mother's past, curse at his father and run away with some money. Yet caught by the strings of political struggles of the nobles houses, Bramble loses himself. Or does he?

Bramble-Stitch Patch, a bastard child belonging to the infamous Sleight of the noble house Morning, heads off to Canterlot to deal with the sudden change in his father's will. The one where he's actually in the will. Isn't it strange how his father changed his will after a suffering a life-threatening accident?

Read section B where he's noted as the ONLY and LEGITIMATE heir.

That's not the act of a stallion looking for forgiveness for abandoning him and his mother.

Of course, he's not going to keep his rights or titles. He doesn't want to get involve in whatever this is. His many step-siblings would rather him quickly sign over his rights to the oldest brother but he rather get some hush money, snarl at his father (That Stallion) and rub hooves with the socialites before heading to his next job, a library in Holly Shade.

It's hard for him to admit that he's made a terrible mistake in coming.
