After being injured and sliced by Pinkamena so many times, Rainbow struggles to live. She was found in chains, laying on the cold hard stone ground of a cellar full of flour, sugar and other ingredients for making pastries. Pinkamena, Pinkie' s dark side, immediately laughs and her shadow walks off. The other elements dial 911, calling in an ambulance. But the pony paramedics say that Rainbow won't have long to live, she only has 2 hours to live. What will become of Rainbow and what is her last wish?
