Chapter 1 The Year Begins
  "Bye! We'll miss you sweetie!"
  "Remember to call us every night!"
Night Light and Twilight Velvet called out as their youngest went off to her first year of real high school. Twilight watched through the bus window her parents wave good bye. "Remember Twilight. Deep Breaths. Deep Breaths." After her calming herself, Twilight looked in her bags and took out plenty of books to satisfy her on the ride.
Hours later, Twilight awoke to the bus pulling into the school parking lot. The sounds of rushing new students echoed through the walls of the bus. Twilight picked up her bags and made her way out of the bus and towards the school entrance. *CRASH!*  "I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention!" Twilight said  bent  down picking up the books the mysterious person dropped. "No its entirely my fault." Twilight soon looked up to find a handsome boy with nice tan skin, dark blue hair styled to look fiery, with a black coat and ripped jeans.
Twilight's heart soared at how handsome he was. But Twilight knew that he just there to tempt her, like in every high school drama ever known to mankind.  Besides, his girlfriend is probably evil, and popular. But being the unsocial person she was, she picked up her bags and continued her way to the entrance.
As Twilight walked into the school, she got a good look at how large the main building was. Hoping to ask for directions, she noticed a young girl with bright pink poofy hair and light blue eyes, wearing a light pink shirt and blue jean shorts approaching.
"Um hello?"
"GGGAAAAASSSPPPP!"
The girl screamed before zooming off to who knows what. "Welp, looks like I'm on my own."
Twilight said. After a few minutes, Twilight noticed she was walking in circles. "Shoot! I can't do this on my own!" Just then, a door with a sun in it appeared from across the hallway. "Wow," said an unknown voice. "That was hilarious!" The voice said again.
Just then, a girl with bright skin appeared from in front of Twilight. She had rainbow hair, magenta eyes, and was wearing a light cerulean sleeveless sweatshirt with jeans cut at her knees and red sneakers. "Name's Rainbow Dash. What's yours?" The girl asked. "Twilight Sparkle." Twilight replied in a nervous tone. "Oh yeah, the new egghead girl everyone has been talking about."
"What? I am not an egghead!" Twilight replied. "Says the bookworm slash genius," Rainbow said pointing to Twilight's bags, that were overflowing with papers that were graded with A+'s and books about sci-fi, non-fiction, fiction and romance.
"Well, anyway I have to meet up with my friends, so meet me at our dorm." Rainbow Dash told handing her a note that read:
Dorm 6, Dorm Of The Harmonics.
"Wait I'm sharing a dorm with YOU?!"
"No, You're sharing dorm with me, and my four other friends."
"That doesn't  sound too bad." Twilight mumbled to herself as the spectrum colored girl ran towards the cafeteria doors.
Rainbow Dash burst through the doors in a hurry and looked throughout the cafeteria, hoping to find her multi colored friends. "Did ya find her?" Applejack asked the girl who was panting due to her run around the cafeteria.
