Rainbow Dash normally didn’t dress up but tonight was the Galla, probably one of the most important “things” to attend in Equestria. Last time Rainbow even saw a pony from the crystal empire. “Ware is that slipper?!” Rainbow silently shouted out loud. Then rainbow heard a knock from her door “uh… rainbow the train is about to be hear…” Flutter shy trailed off “Ok ok… just give me a sec…”  Rainbow spotted her missing slipper under her bed. She gave herself a face palm and sighed. Pulling on her slipper then trotting out of the door to meet flutter shy and the rest of the crew.                 Rainbow trotted into an empty hall in the Cassel, she wondered if she would see the wonder bolts tonight. Rainbow looked up at the ceiling admiring the work done. All of a sudden she ran into something… or some pony. “Oomph” Rainbow sequel “Oh I’m so sorry miss” the colt said “Ya well you better….” Rainbow cut herself off when she saw who she had ran into. Their eyes met and a feeling hit Rainbow that she had never felt before, so that feeling made her blush instantly. “Oh. I’m sorry… I should have been watching ware I was going…” Rainbow said blushing. Soarin looked at the blushing mare and began to blush as well. He rubbed the back of his head. “Rainbow Dash it’s nice to see you hear” he smiled “Same” Rainbow smiled and thought (Wow having a crush on a wonder bolt… I’m asking allot aren’t I) Spit fire and fleet foot trotted in looking for Soarin and saw the two blushing ponies “Wow” fleet foot whispered to Spit fire “Excuse me love birds” Spit fire said. Rainbow stiffened up, she knew that voice from any ware. The two ponies shifted uncomfortable for a second then Soarin trotted up to the two mares who were trying to keep from laughing at the sight of the mare and colt blushing speechlessly at each other.                  “Hey guys...” Soarin said glancing back a Rainbow how stood their silently. “The princess wants us in V.I.P… but we see you made a friend.” Spit fire glanced at the mare and remembered her. “Hey you’re the pony who saved us when that unicorn knocked us out right?” Rainbow was silent for a minute then spoke up “Ya that’s me.” Rainbow spoke with pride “Hey you wanna hang with us at V.I.P” Fleet foot asked “I think Soarin would like that” Spit fire teased. Rainbow blushed “Sure, My fans can wait” “Ya they can, but you’ll have more when other ponies see you dating Soarin” Fleet foot teased adding to Spit fires joke “All right all right chill girls” Soarin said “Or ells next time I see your colt friends I’ll tell them you girls aren’t part of a model industry” Soarin glanced at Rainbow Dash and smiled “You wouldn’t dare” They both said at the same time “Don’t try me” Soarin teased. Rainbow smirked at how Soarin was handling the embracing situation, she probably would have made an excuse and flew away. “Rainbow do you want to go get a drink?” Soarin said. Rainbow Dash new he was trying to slip out “Of cores” She smirked at the two girl who were mumbling to their selves                 “So rainbow you still dreaming about being up in the sky with us?” Fleet foot asked. Rainbow and Soarin had ended the awkwardness when they went to go get some drinks. “I’ll never stop dreaming if that’s what you mean” Rainbow smirked “Well you got into the academy” Soarin added “She sure did prove herself a lead pony when she first came” Spit fire said with a smile on her face when she spotted her colt friend. “Now Rainbow should we spare her feelings” Soarin teased Spit fire when he saw the look on her face. “Well just because she saved me from losing the only chance I had to get into the wonder bolt…. I suppose we could” Rainbow Dash played along. Spit fire stood up and her dress unfolded at the bottom. “Hi bay” Spit fire said when her colt friend walked up “Hey beautiful, hey Fleet foot, Soarin and…” Thunder lane wasn’t sure who the last mare was, a new recruit possibly. “Oh this is Rainbow Dash…” Soarin wasn’t sure to say she was his mare friend, he didn’t want to make her feel uncomfortable “She is a student at the Wonder Bolts Academy. An excellent flyer if I do say so myself.” Spit fire saved the two from a lot of embracement. “Wow coming from the lead pony of the wonder bolts herself, you must be pretty impressive” He said to Rainbow dash “Thanks” Rainbow flipped her main out of her eyes and smiled at Soarin. Thunder lane thought they might be dating but kept it to himself.                  “Well when I first started flying I just took off. My mum said I’ve been flying since the day I was born” Rainbow said. Her and Soarin had been talking at the table about their child hood dreams. Soarin chuckled “Wow, my guess your da must have been some wonder” He smiled at Rainbow and admired her. “Oh, my dad was a trick flyer my mum was a cloud duster. She always wanted to be a Wonder Bolt but never got the chance to prove her worth.” Rainbow sighed “I always wanted to make her proud of me after the accident.” Soarin looked concerned “What happened…” Soarin had hesitated to ask Rainbow that but he wanted to know badly “Um… it was a flight accident… My dad and her when out when I was a filly to the flight track…” A tear rolled down Rainbows cheek as she remember her dad coming home crying. Soarin regretted his disunion, then heard the D.J announce a cupules dance. He wiped the tear from her cheek and smiled “May I have this dance?”
