It has been well over a year since Orchid first attacked the city, and presented humanity with the new threat of enormous monsters. After the government's failed response with the machine P.O.N.E. they hired a genetic engineering company to make a better weapon to combat the beasts that threatened them.

Ultramare is that weapon, and today she makes her debut to the public.
