With social classes dividing many ponies in a city as large as Manehattan, some have taken it upon themselves to create a shelter for some of the greater misfits of the city. Here, they can have a safe haven and supportive community to recover in, or a selective domicile to keep them away from the functioning members of pony society, the wording of which depending on which side of the fence you stand. Regardless, each has their own life to live, and each has something holding them back from being able to stand on their own.
