Ch 1: To The Library!

~Carousel Boutique (Rarity PoV)

It has been three days since Spike's growth incident. I stared at the Fire Ruby the dragon gave me, and thought about the words he said. He always had a crush on me, yet I broke his heart. I did not know what to do anymore. That young dragon wanted me in his life, and I walked pass him, like he was nothing. He had the generosity and kindness to offer me this precious gift, and I gave him nothing in return. Tears flooded my eyes. How could I have been so mean to my Spiky Wikey? All he wanted was me... wait. That's it! He wanted me, so I'll give him me. I'll go ask him for dinner, and return my feelings for him. I'll go to Twilight's now!

Oh Rarity, you simply have to look marvelous for this. Spike won't know what got into him! I told myself as I combed my curled mane and polished my coat and hooves. I made sure to put on a special peppermint perfume, and walked straight out the door, towards to library.
