Circus

It was a bright and sunny morning in Ponyville.Everypony was busy preparing for the Mid-Summer Carnival.The pegasi were busy clearing clouds ,and checking with the weather team to make sure the weather for the next 7 days would be perfect.The unicorns were setting up games,booths,and rides for the carnival.The earth ponies were getting food,drinks,games,and tickets ready.After 6 hours (by about noon) everything was ready for the festivities.

“C’mon Fluttershy!!” Rainbow Dash yelled to her,obviously frightened friend.

“Oh...Rainbow...I-i-i don’t know about this…” Fluttershy said nervously.

“Oh,for Celestia’s sake,look it’s not even that fast,as a matter-of-fact this is the tamest roller coaster i’ve ever seen!”Rainbow Dash said while dragging her friend towards a roller coaster.

“well...alright…”Fluttershy responded.

As the two pegasi went on the ride,Rarity took Sweetiebelle and her friends on some rides.A.J. and Twilight were eating some lilly sandwiches with hay fries and talking about the recent activities they’ve done.After 4 hrs. Pinkie Pie had a special announcement

“HEY EVERYPONY LISTEN!!! THE TRAVELING CIRCUS ‘CIRQUE de PONE’ WILL BE HERE THE ENTIRE WEEK YAY!!!!” she announced,excitedly. Everypony cheered and continued on celebrating.

4hrs. later…

As the Carnival’s first day was coming to a close the “mane 6” and the “cutie-mark crusaders”  were gathering in town square.After they met up they talked about how much fun they all had during day 1’s activities."

Who’s gonna get totally WASTED tonight?” Rainbow Dash asked.

3 out of 5 of the other mares raised a hoof in the air.Now as tradition goes all GROWN mares and stallions, during the first night of celebration go to all of the local bars and get completely drunk to the point to where the can barely stand.

6 hours later Twilight and Fluttershy were busy carrying Rainbow Dash and Rarity back to the castle. Twilight managed to carry Apple Jack home at 3am.Pinkie Pie got drunk and found an old stallion-friend at a bar and left with him. As they laid Rarity and RD down in their guest rooms, Twilight said

“I can’t believe she did 16 body shots and downed 8 kegs of solid cider!!” Fluttershy agreed

“At least she’s not as bad as Rarity, she downed exactly 20 kegs of cider, did that ping-pong ball drinking game 5 times, and did 32 body shots!”

Twilight nodded in understandment, then spoke.

“Well…let’s agree that EVERYPONY but us got EXTREAMLY drunk tonight and is safe (sorta) indoors!”

“*yawn*…ok…” fluttershy agreed sleepily.

As she said this, she was also flying up to her room. After Fluttershy left, Twilight flew up to the top floor to her and Spike’s room. An hour later Twilight raised her horn and a bright rainbow-colored aura spewed from it. The aura expanded all throughout Equestria and the magic of friendship spread throughout the land. She lowered her horn and the aura died out, then as if on cue she plopped onto the bed and fell asleep.As she slept, Twilight had begun to have vivid and frightening dreams about a circus and a machine. She also heard horrific screams of torchure.. In her dreams she saw her friends being skinned and mutilated in front of her.After the dream got to a high point Twilight woke up in shock.She got up, quietly fluttered up to the highest tower in the castle and silently cried about her dream.As if someone summoned her, Princess Luna appeared out of nowhere. .

“Oh, Princess Luna, I just had the most horrific dream…”

Luna sighed,

Which is why I’m here, do you really think that was a dream."

“Then what was it…?” Twilight asked confused."

It was a vision…a very confusing vision.” Luna said, slightly confused

“But….why Luna…what does it mean ?” Twilight asked.

“ONLY YOU CAN FIGURE THAT OUT TWILIGHT!!!!” Luna spoke as she flew away.

Twilight Sparkle put her head in her hooves and sat back on a cloud above her castle.After the encounter with Luna, Twilight flew down to the first floor and went to the kitchen to get something to calm her down.She made some tea and went back to her room. After the tea was done, she finally went back to sleep.. But, her sleep didn’t help her case for she still kept on dreaming about that circus. Some hours later Rainbow woke up with a massive hangover and a strange tattoo on her left forearm.

”…oh…what did I do last…night....OOOWWW!!!!!” RD said pained.Twilight came into the room.

“good you’re awake.” She said.

“…A-are you sure I’m not dead...” Twilight just laughed

“no you’re not…but you did get pretty wasted last night.”

Rainbow Dash just shook her head, her messed up mane flying around everywhere.

“ I don’t remember much of last night” Just then Rarity walked up behind Twilight and then falls on her plot.

Twilight just shook her head and spoke,

”

well… it looks like you, RD, AJ, and Pinkie are all in the same ‘row boat’ hypothetically speaking because you ALL got really drunk and probably did things last night you are gonna regret later.”

Rarity spoke then

“Well…darlings I don’t know about  Rainbow , Apple Jack, or Pinkie but I would NEVER embarrass myself like that in public because of a few drinks."

As Rainbow was about to chime in Pinkie and AJ walked into the thrown room

“HEY EVERYPONY WE’RE HERE!!!!” Pinkie shouted

.AJ just sat down in her thrown and held onto her head while Fluttershy flew into there along with the others in tow.

“can ANYPONY explain what the HAY happened last night.”

Then Twilight tried with Fluttershy to explain their actions of the previous night.After explaining what happened the other 4 mares just broke out in a laughing fit mixed with crying. Then Fluttershy spoke quietly,

"Girls’ maybe we should check out that circus Pinkie was talking about yesterday”.
