Derpy sat at the bar and waited for her drink to come. It was late and she was sleepy. The Doctor was supposed to meet her here before going off on another adventure in his TARDIS again. Derpy couldn't remember the last time she had spoken to him, so here she waited for her love. Vinyl Scratch was on fire tonight. She had synced the lights to her turntable for an incredible light show to go with her already heart pounding music. There were huge speakers everywhere, making the building shiver whenever she let the bass drop. The dance floor was packed and the smell of alcohol and sweat hung heavily in the air. Everypony was having a great time. Derpy had just gotten her drink when she suddenly felt a heavy breath on her back.
"Hey, sweet stuff! Why don't you and me get out of here?"
Derpy turned to answer him but stopped when she saw the enormous size of the one addressing her.
"Come on!" Iron Will said, reaching to grab her.
"I'm sorry, I'm waiting for somepony." Derpy said meekly, keeping one eye on his ever approaching hand.
"WHAT!? I'M IRON WILL! NOPONY SAY'S NO TO ME!" he hollered over the music. He quickly grabbed Derpy by her hoof and started dragging her to the door.
"NO! LET ME GO! YOU BULLY! NO! SOMEPONY HELP!" Derpy screamed. She tried to pull away from his grasp, but Iron Will had a firm grip on her. She looked for somepony to help her, but they all either didn't hear her, or were too afraid to stop the hulking giant.
"OW! YOUR HURTING ME! LET ME GO! DOCTOR!" Derpy screamed as he tightened his grip. Pain lept through her arm. In the back of her mind she hoped that her love would come to her rescue.
"Your gonna need a doctor when I'm done wi-" Iron Will was interrupted by a loud screech over the speakers. He stopped walking towards the door when he heard the bar go silent.
A lone brown stallion with a bow tie stood on the stage. His spiky mane cast a jagged shadow behind him. He leaned into the microphone, locked eyes with Iron Will, and said,
"Did somepony ask for a Doctor?"
Derpy's eyes lit up when she heard him. She knew he would come. The Doctor jumped off the stage and trotted across the dance floor, right up to Iron Will. He looked at Derpy and saw a large bruise where Iron Will was holding her. His anger building, The Doctor looked up at Iron Will's face and said with a voice colder than ice,"I believe the lady said to let her go."
Steam fumed out of Iron Will's nose. He had never been so blatantly challenged before! Especially by somepony a third his size! He leaned in close to the doctor, the smell of booze drenching his breath, and said, "Or what?"
The Doctor smacked a forehoof across Iron Will's temple while he spun around, knocking the giant's head to the side. Iron Will looked back just in time to see two hooves coming right at him. They planted square in his face with a dull thud. Then Iron Will's vision went black. He flew through the wall and landed unconscious in the street. The force of the blow caused him to throw Derpy into the air. The Doctor ran and caught Derpy on his back just before she hit the ground.
Nuzzling close into The Doctors neck, she pulled him close and whisped into his ear,"My hero."
Everypony stood in awe. Iron Will was easily three times The Doctor size, yet he was sent him flying straight through the wall and into the street. The Doctor carried Derpy over to the stage where he parked the TARDIS. As he walked past the mic, Derpy grabbed it and yelled,"What are you looking at!? I thought this was a-" Pinkie pie came out of nowhere and finished Derpy's sentence, "PARTY!!!!!!" Vinyl Scratch kicked the music back on and everypony started cheering, one even threw a muffin to Derpy, which she caught in her mouth. The Doctor and Derpy went into the TARDIS backstage and disappeared.
The Doctor parked the TARDIS outside Derpy's house and carried her upstairs to put her in bed. He was going to leave but Derpy stopped him.
"One night, before you go again. Just give me one night." she said, a hint of lust in her voice.
"But the kids-" he started, but Derpy cut him off, "Are asleep."
She gave him her patented sexy derp eyes. The Doctor smiled as he climbed into the bed with her. His face bright red.
"One night couldn't hurt."
The sun's rays fell trough the open window and onto a sleeping Derpy. She sat up and let out a loud yawn. She was thankful that she didn't get a chance to really drink anything last night, because it, he, was incredible. She rolled over only to find that she was alone in her bed now. The Doctor had left while she was still sleeping. Derpy was amazed he could even walk after last night. A smile touched her lips when she put her face into his pillow and could feel that it was still warm. His sent clung to his pillow. Derpy stretched and went outside to watch the sun rise. A cold breeze swept through her. Once again, Derpy was left waiting, but she didn't care. She decided when she first fell in love with The Doctor that she would always wait for him. She knew in her heart that, no matter what may happen, her beloved Doctor would come back to her.
"Mommy! I'm hungry!" she heard a small voice call.
"Yeah Mom!"Called another voice.
"Coming girls!" she hollered back.
No, not just to her, but to us. To his family. Derpy went back inside and started breakfast for her hungry little fillies. Thoughts of the their father in her heart.
