Chapters We are taking you to Court
It was not even 1 in the morning and there was a knock on Berry Punch door. Getting up slowly from her bed.
"Sweet Celestia I have a bad hangover."
Berry Punch said. She was about to open the door when the door burst open causing Berry Punch to fall on her flank. Berry look up to see two cops Stallions and behind them was to scared, worry look Derpy.
"Are you Mrs. Berry Punch"
One of the cops said to Berry Punch that was now getting up to her hooves.
"Yes, I am Berry Punch. Is everything ok Officers?"
Berry Punch said in her normal voice.
" We are here to take you to court for Filly Abuse of your daughter Berry Pinch."
The cops said in a angry and normal tone. Confused Berry punch replied to the cops.
"What are you talking about Berry Pinch is in-"
Berry Punch was about to point to her daughter's room when she saw her daughter in a pool of blood. In a panic and worry she gallop Berry Punch went to her daughter but until to have one of the cops attack her to the floor.
"Stay away from me! I need to see if my daughter is ok. Who did this to her!?"
Berry Punch was now crying, trying her best to get to her daughter and wanting to know who was the pony who hurt her precious little berry. The cop that attacked her put hoofcups on the struggling mare under him.
"I'll say it again. Mrs. Berry Punch you are here under arrest and going to court for Filly Abuse of you daughter."
Berry Punch couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was the one who hurt her little berry? From the shock Berry Punch faints.
One of the cops looked around the house to see pots, pans, and wine bottles everywhere.
"This mare must have been drinking."
The cop said. He looked at the little filly in her pool of blood.
"I sure hope we are not too late."
The cop said to himself taking the little filly in his hooves and galloping to the hospital with Derpy close behind him. As the other cop took the fainted mare to the Police station.
When Berry Punch woke up she was behind bars. She was still in hoofcuffs. She remembers how the cops and Mrs. Derpy came to her home, how she saw her little berry in a pool of blood, how she is going to court for Filly Abuse. Berry Punch started to sob.
"How could I hurt the filly that is my flesh and blood"
Then the cop that attacked came in. With in seconds Berry Punch bang her body on the bars and scream at the cop.
"Where is she!? Where is my little berry!? Is she ok!?"
The cop stepped back from the angry, worried mare. He signed and with a straight face he replied to the mare.
"Your daughter is at the hospital. As for her well being,I don't know."
Berry Punch put her head down,with tears streaming down her face. She fear for her daughters well being. Fear that she'll lose her daughter forever.
"So, what is going to happen to me?"
Berry punch said in a weak voice. Hearing the mare words the cop replied to her question.
"We'll leave that for the judge to decide."
Berry Punch only nodded as she waits for her fate.
Berry Punch is still in hoofcuffs when she enters the court room. There was a dead look in her eyes as if she lost all hope. At the table beside her is Derpy. Since she was the one who saw what happened last night. In a few minutes the judge came in. All the ponies rised for the judge and sat down when the judge sat down.
"Today we are here for the Filly Abuse for Berry Punch's daughter. Since her daughter is not here and there was a witness for the crime that Mrs. Berry Punch made, Mrs. Derpy Hooves will tell us what happened last night."
The judge said and he looked at both Derpy and Berry Punch.
"Mrs. Derpy Hooves can you tell me what happened last night."
Derpy nodded and she begins to speak.
"Well you see, I was doing the last of my mail when I heard I crash from Mrs. Berry Punch's home. Confused and worried I looked though a window that lead to the living room. To my surprise to see Mrs. Berry Punch on top of her daughter. She was punching her daughter like she was a punching bag. Watching in horror of this bloody scene. There was blood flying everywhere around the room. I heard Mrs. Berry Punch screaming to her daughter.
"You did it!"
Her daughter looking confused and scared like she did not know that she was being abused. Then there was a snap coming from the filly's ribs when she punched her in the ribs. Then I heard the filly say
"Mommy"
I didn't know what she said after that but then Mrs. Berry Punch got off of her daughter and kicked her right in the face. I then heard a loud snap coming from the filly. Afraid of seeing more I flew to the police station."
When Derpy was finished talking, the judge nods. Then he turned to Berry Punch. She still has that dead look in her eyes.
"Mrs. Berry Punch do you have anything you want to say to me?"
Berry Punch slowly looked up at the judge and said in a weak tone.
"I don't remember anything your honor, all I remember was Mrs. Derpy and two cops coming to my home and seeing my little berry on the living room floor in a pool of blood."
The judge nodded and says to Berry Punch.
"Mrs. Berry Punch, Do you drink?"
"Yes, Your honor."
"How many drinks did you has that night?"
"I don't know, Your honor."
The judge nod again. He then rised in gabble and says.
"I here by order say Mrs. Berry Punch is guilty for her crime. Her daughter will be put in a fosters home and Mrs. Berry Punch can't ever see her daughter again."
With a hit for a gabble the deed was done. Berry Punch eyes grew bigger. She could never see her daughter again. The cops were about to bring Berry Punch behind bars when Berry Punch screamed.
"NO! SHE IS MY DAUGHTER! MY FLESH AND BLOOD! YOU CAN DON'T TAKE AWAY A CHILD FROM HER MOTHER!"
"I am sorry Mrs. Berry Punch but my mind is made up."
Berry Punch is struggling against the two cops trying to pull her through the side door. Berry Punch screamed at the judge again.
"YOU HEARTLESS PONYCRAP! I LOVE MY DAUGHTER! SHE MEANS THE WHOLE WORLD TO ME!"
The judge was about to say something when the front door flew open.
Berry Punch walk into her home drunk as she was every night. Stumbling into the kitchen she went to the fridge to have an expensive wine that came from Canterlot, but to her surprise it wasn't there. In a panic Berry Punch started to crash the whole house.
"Where is it?"
Berry Punch said looking through the kitchen throwing pots and pans, even beer and wine bottle crashing into pieces on the floor.
"Where is it?"
Berry Punch was now looking though her room. Their were so many beer and wine bottle spattered around the floor and her bed. That you can't even tell witch ones have been open or not. Frantic Berry Punch checked every last bottle but could not fine what she was looking for.
"Where is it?!"
Berry Punch screamed falling on to the living room fall where the fire place was burning. Giving up Berry Punch stayed there as if she was dead. It's wasn't to long until Berry Punch hears a tiny voice.
"Mommy? Is everything ok?"

Berry Punch look up to see her daughter Berry Pinch with a worry look on her face.
"Mommy, are you ok?"
The little filly said. It was not to long until Berry Punch got up to her hooves and smile at her daughter.
"I am fine Berry Pinch. I just couldn't find my-"
Berry Punch stop her sentence short and her smile turn into a angry frown.
"You did it."
Berry Punch said in at angry almost murderous tone. Berry Pinch look confuse and a little scared of how her mother was acting. She knew she was drunk but she never sounded this angry before.
"Mommy, Is every-"
Berry Pinch didn't have time to finish her sentence when a wine purple color hoof came and hit her in the face. The impact cause Berry Pinch to fall backwards and on to the floor with a long BANG .
"You did it!"
Berry Punch scream at her daughter getting on top of the little filly and start to punch her in the face. Every punch grew harder and faster.
"You did it! You took it!"
Berry Punch scream again punching Berry Pinch in the ribs which made a loud SNAP . Berry Pinch bit down the scream that was in her throat. She didn't know what her mother was doing know why her mother was hitting her. She never hit her before so this was new for her. In a weak voice Berry Pinch said.
"What are you talking about Mommy? I didn't take anything from you."
A few seconds after Berry Pinch said that Berry Punch hit Berry Pinch in the stomach. Berry Pinch eyes widen for the lack of air getting into her lungs.
"Don't you play innocent! I know her took it! Now where is it."
"I.. told.. you.. I.. didn't.. do.. anything.."
Berry Pinch struggle with her words trying to breath from her mouth. She never felt any pain like this before. Berry Punch got up from her daughter and then kick her in the face. The was a SNAP coming from the little filly's neck and she was lying on the floor not moving. Berry Punch look at her daughter and then leaves to go to her room leaving her daughter bleeding on the floor.
Little did Berry Punch knows there was a grey mare pegasus who saw the whole thing. She was doing her last bit of mail when she heard a loud BANG coming from the house she was in front of. Confuse and worry the mare look though a window that leads to the living room. To her surprise to she a mare on top of a little filly. The mare was punching the little filly like she was a punching bag. Watching in horror of the gruesome sense with blood flying everywhere around the room. She can hear the mare saying to the little one.
"You did it!"
and the little one looking confuse and scared not knowing that she is being abuse. Then there was a SNAP coming from the filly's ribs when the mare punch the filly in the ribs. The grey mare can hear the filly saying
"Mommy"
but that was all the mare heard. Not long after the filly spoke the mare punch her in the stomach near where the lungs are. You can she the filly trying here best to say her words. Then the mare got off of the filly and kick her right in the face. The grey mare can hear a loud SNAP coming from the filly. Afraid of see more the grey mare flies to the police station. When see got there she was out of breath. The Cops look at the breathless pegasus with a confuse look on there face.
"Is everything alright Mrs. Derpy? Do you need water?"
One of the cops said to Derpy. Derpy took a deep breath and scream in a panic voice.
"There is no time of that! I am here to report that a mother is abusing her daughter."
"Mommy!"
Everypony turn around to see a little filly at the front door. She had bandages around her ribs and around her head. There is blood coming her wounds.
"Miss. Berry Pinch? What are you doing here? You are suppose to be in the hospital."
The judge said with a surprising look on his face. Berry Punch looked at her daughter and she smiled. She was happy that her daughter is ok.
When Berry Pinch saw her mother and how she was being held by the cops ran to her.
"Mommy!"
"My little berry"
Berry Punch struggled out of the cops grip and ran to her daughter. They met at the center of the court room, embracing themselves with a hug. There are smiles in both of their faces. There are tears in Berry Punch's eyes.
"I am so happy you are ok."
Berry Punch said to her daughter petting her mane. Berry Pinch hugged her mother and said.
"I love you Mommy. I know you didn't mean to hurt me. You were just angry. You are the best mommy I know."
"But Berry Pinch your mother almost killed you and you still say you love her."
The judge said not believe what he was hearing from the little filly's lip. Berry Pinch nodded at the judge.
"Yes I do. You and your friends or family always have their ups and downs. We fight and you might be angry at them but if they are sorry, you can forgive them. I know my mommy would never hurt anypony on purpose and I know she is sorry. There for I forgive my mommy and you should too."
The judge thought of Berry Pinch words and smiled. He rised his gabble and said.
"Mrs. Berry Punch is forgiven for her crime and can still have her daughter."
With a smile on the mother and daughter's face they hugged with tears of happiness in their eyes.
