Now, that was a name to be hated and feared. Why though? Was he a monster? Was he a beast? Was he insane? Well, slightly he was all three. Kuro smirked as he stretched out, looking around the forest he and his team lived in. He disliked other humans, them and their horrid cities and cruel Pokémon treatment. His team felt the same way, which is why they slept around him instead of in pokeballs, and all joined him willingly. His starter, massive as he was, slept hardest. Lazy bastard. He loved his team, he really did. They were all family. They were all those annoying little siblings you loved, but hated at the same time. From Moxie, the only shiny he had ever seen or caught. He was named moxie because of two things. his ability, moxie obviously, but the other was his love for battled, as shown through the massive shiny Krookodile's love of beating the hell out of anyone who got too close to their home. Next came Hiruko. Hiruko was an odd case. the Third form ghost/steel type had been abandoned as a Honedge, left at the edge of Petalburg by a trainer who had obviously lost to Norman, the gym leader, as Hiruko was dented and barely staying afloat in his sheath. He had taken Hiruko in and trained the sword, easily getting it to final level with his incredible luck with finding evolutionary stones. Moxie swore he had pickup as an ability, and that that was the only possible explanation. Next came Taka. The little bird had gotten separated from his flock during migration season, and had come crashing down in Kanto, more specifically Viridian forest. Kuro and his team had been camping there that night, and had rescued the poor little Murkrow, now the team's Fly user and trick master, with his love of the TM move Thunder Wave that Kuro has taught him. The now tank of a Honchkrow, he was a beast of special defense, even having lasted through one of Yuki's icy winds. Yuki was the sniper of the group. She stayed away from large scale battles, preferring to snipe them from afar. She was a beauty of a Pokémon, not that Kuro ever thought of his Froslass like that. He loved them as family, not as anything else. He knew of pokephilia, and while he didn't practice himself, he knew that most were hunted down for it. He didn't care. He even got a few people in his forest now and then to hide from the law. They never came into his forest, Moxie made sure of that along with Axe. Axe was a Haxorus. Lean, mean, and ready to do close range damage. He was proud, but not noble in the least. If it meant winning, that Haxorus would throw a Skitty into Wailord infested waters. Kuro sighed as he stretched, seemingly not noticing the massive shadow as it rose up behind him, menacing look on its face as it reared back, before releasing a roar right behind him. "Good morning Asuma." Kuro said, grinning slightly as his starter and trusted brother, Asuma the Charizard, grumbled under his breath. Asuma had been the runt of the litter back at the lab, and because of that fact had never been chosen. Not until Kuro came that is, and found him reading Professor Oak's books, muttering the words under his breath as he had tried to lean human speech. He wanted people to choose him that much. Kuro had seen him, and then saw his potential. He had taken the tiny Charmander under his wing. He taught the tiny lizard how to speak human, slowly but surely, as Asuma quickly grew with proper feeding and battling, soon becoming a good sized Charmeleon, and later a Charizard that rivaled even the size of Red's. Asuma was his most trusted partner, and it showed as they listened to each other unconditionally. If one yelled and order, the other responded immediately. "You could have at least ACTED surprised, brother." Asuma said, Kuro smirking at the pout in his voice. "And given you an unneeded ego boost?" Kuro shot back, grinning as Asuma grumbled again. "Wake the others, I'm going to go make food." he muttered, before stopping as he heard the sound of someone looking through the forest. "Damn it." he muttered, stretching out. "Make that wake them for battle, Asuma." he said, the Charizard nodding as he stomped on the ground, the vibration immediately waking up Moxie as the others shifted in their sleep, slowly coming around. The shiny crocodile frowned, before standing easily before looking at the others. "Alright morons, WAKE UP!" Moxie said, startling the others awake as they all stood, or floated in Hiruko and Yuki's case, to an upright position. "What now, drill sergeant stupid?" Taka muttered, yawning widely as he fluffed his feathers. "I was having a lovely dream of my own gang of female Murkrows, tending to my every need." "The next words out of your mouth had better be as non-perverted as possible, bird. I'm too tired for this shit today." Yuki grumbled. "Everyone shut up and get ready." Asuma snapped, as they snapped to attention as the most laid back of their group growled the order. As they prepared themselves, a teen came out, a dark smirk on the trainer's face. The team all groaned. "Not again." Axe muttered, popping his back. Asuma was more vocal. "Tim! How many times do we have to beat you until you get the message!" he growled, wings slightly spread. Tim had been on their case ever since he had 'stolen' Hiruko. Tim was his old trainer and, after hearing how much stronger he had gotten, came to retrieve him. His response? A very short haircut from the fuming Aegislash. He had been on their tails since then, always trying to battle them but always failing. And frankly, they had grown tired of it. "Leave, Tim." Kuro muttered, making Asuma flinch. He knew that tone. Kuro had lost his patience with the kid. "What if I don't want t-" Tim was cut off by Kuro grabbing his collar. "Leave. Now." Tim took off like his ass was on fire, as Kuro smirked. "And now we have no more bothers!" he said, grinning before his entire team staggered. "Whoa. Anyone else feel that or did I get drunk again last night?" Moxie asked. "Both are possibilities, but we all felt that." Taka said, alighting to a nearby branch. "But what was I-" axe started, before as one they all fell over, as a godly presence put them under. If only arceus knew what he was releasing into this new world that day. Updated Chapter 1: The King awakensKuro groaned as he tried to block out the sun. He wanted to sleep more! And then he frowned, as he strained his arms up and even then couldn't block out that dreaded light. He grumbled, opening his eyes to reveal, not the forest he had been expecting, but a huge, sprawling city. He immediately stood up, looking around in shock, before looking at the sky. "WHERE THE HELL AM I?!" he roared, looking around quickly to see what could be seen. His eyes widened at the odd colored Ponyta all around him. "And what are you looking at?" he growled, making them scream and run around as he smirked. Hehe, Pokémon scared of a human. "Stop right there, monster!" something behind him yelled, making him turn around to see a white Ponyta in... Was that armor? Yes it was. Gold armor with a spear leveled at his face. his instincts roared in his head as he moved, ducking under the spear as it jabbed at him before biteing the shaft and yanking it from the pony, biteing it in half with a twitch of his jaw. '..... HOW DID I DO THAT!? There is NO way a human should be able... to........ I'm taller then I was before.' he thought looking around before he saw a window nearby, walking over to it and ignoring the now sputtering guard. He then looked in the mirror. A Tyrantrum was in front of him. He blinked. So did the Tyrantrum. He moved his hand upwards, and the Tyrantrum did the same. ......" AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" he yelled, stumbling back and nearly tripping over his tail. Oh dear Arceus, he had a TAIL! "WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!" he roared, looking around in a panic. "How did I turn into a TYRANTRUM?" he looked around, fear in his eyes as he tried to find someplace to hide, to try and figure this out as the guard ran away to get back up. There! He ran towards a slightly forested part of the city, running past Ponyta as he even jumped over one that had fallen in the street, rushing into the tiny forest as the Ponyta behind him screamed. Soon after that, he stopped running, setting himself down next to an apple tree. Actually.... they were all apple trees. A snap behind him, and his head turned on a swivel. He looked at a small Ponyta, with brown fur, red hair, and a few spots on her cheeks. Said small Ponyta stumbled back in fright. "Hey, easy. I’m not gonna hurt you." he muttered, trying to keep his voice low and calm, like he had when dealing with scared Pokémon in the past. "Um, what?" the little Ponyta said in a female voice. A girl then. "I'm just resting here." he said, grinning slightly as the girl nearly passed out, seeing his teeth. "A...alright than. I can't understan a word you say, but I'm thinkin you want me gonzo?" she asked, making him tilt his head. He just shrugged, curling back up under the apple tree, as the girl looked at him funny. "Wait, you can understan me?" she said, making Kuro look at her with a 'Well no shit!' look on his face, making her laugh a bit and rub the back of her head. And then his stomach growled. They both looked at it, before she backed up a bit and he looked wistfully at the apples above them. "Wait, ya eat apples?" she asked, looking at him as he waved his claw back and forth, like a seesaw. "I think I can get ya one." she said, looking up at the tree above him before rearing back, and kicking the tree with both back legs. And then an apple fell on his head. he shook off the sensation, before picking up the apple in his jaws and crushing it with a hearty 'crunch!', making the girl back up a bit as he looked at her, before motioning her over. He traced his claw in the dirt, and hoped to arceus she understood. "Name?" she asked, making him nod. "Well, I'm Babs. Babs Seed." she said, looking at him. "What’s yours? He carefully traced out his name, 'Kuro Sora' making her look at it. "Kuru Sora?" she asked, making him shake his head as he replaced the first word with KurO. "Oh, Kuro Sora!" she said, smileing as he nodded. He grinned. He didn't know why, but he felt this was the beginning of a good friendship. Updated Chapter 2: the King's rageKuro relaxed under the sun. Babs had left not too long ago to talk to an 'Aunt Orange'. He didn't really care, as he had some nice sun above him, and warm ground below. He didn't care about the slight wind in his face. He didn't care about the leaves on his nose. He didn't even care about the trembling sensation under hi- Trembling sensation? He quickly stood up, eyes wide as he looked around. After being around moxie so long, he knew an earthquake attack when he felt it. Someone was fighting, and judging from the strength, it was nearby. And then he heard a scream. From a very familiar voice. "BABS!" *whoot! First line break!* Babs was terrified. She had just been walking back to the building where Aunty Orange worked! And suddenly there was a dragon near her! The guards were attacking it, trying to make sure it didn't hurt anypony else. She saw a line of those it had attacked. They were out cold, bleeding. Some of them might have been de- 'no Babs,' she thought, trying to crawl away. 'Don't think like that.' But it came all the same. They could be dead. Dead and gone, while the Pegasus guards had their hooves full with the dragon! She hid her eyes under her mane as she quickly tried getting away. She had to find Aunty Orange! She had to make sure her family was safe! True, they were extended family, but Apples don't leave family behind! She just had to get past the battle first. With the dragon. And the Pegasus guards. "Ah why does aunty orange live on the other side of town!" she moaned, before freezing as a Pegasus guard noticed something. "Move, filly!" he said, making her jump to her hooves and gallop, just dodging a claw attack from the dragon. She took a moment to look at it as she ran. It was short, about the size of an average pony. It was blue with a red belly and light blue under tail, and its claws were just a single nail each, two fins on each arm with a fin on its back, and two rounded things on its head. "In celestia's name, you will stop, beast!" another guard roared as he lunged forward, only to get backhanded by the dragon as it kept its eyes on her. "Ga gaBITE!" 'Dragon Scent!' it roared, making her flinch and start galloping away again. "Why doesn't cousin Applejack visit more often? She coul handle this thin no problem!" Babs ranted as she tried to run away farther, only to get cut off as the dragon appeared in front of her. "GaBITE! Ga bi ga GABITE!" 'You! Where is the DRAGON!' it screeched, claw reaching for her face "H…he...HELP!" Babs screamed, as the Pegasus guards rushed forward, spears at the ready. "get off that filly, monster!" one roared in anger, his wings flapping to give him air superiority, as the dragon summoned a circle of rocks around it, flinging them like arrows at the guards as they hurriedly took to the air and dodged. And then there was a huge bellow, and everypony froze, while the dragon just looked up, confused. Confusion turned to pain as Kuro barreled into it like a freight train. "Kuro!" Babs said happily, grinning as she watched him attack the dragon. *hello, I'm another line break!* Kuro growled, ignoring the odd winged Ponyta with spears, instead focusing on the Gabite in front of him. "Was wondering when you were going to show!" it hissed, walking sideways as he copied, allowing him to see its back fin. A notch in the back fin. A male then. "I smelled you on the young Ponyta." "Shut up and faint." Kuro growled, rushing forward with his jaws wide open, catching the Gabite by surprise as he threw him into a building nearby. "Why are you attacking?" "Heh, they attacked me in my sleep as I rested near a pool of water with spray coming out the top." he hissed, smirking. "I simply returned the favor. Kuro turned his head to glare at the guards as they flinched back, before looking at the Ponyta on the street. "And them?" he growled. "They got between me and my target." Gabite said, grinning. "Well, I guess you shouldn't be allowed to stay here, less you do more damage." Kuro growled. "Leave!" "I will not! nut until they have played for attacking such a noble dragon as I!" it roared back, as Kuro growled, feeling something build up in the back of his through, as he instinctively rushed forward and took the gabite in his jaws, looking skyward as orange energy built between his teeth, stopping at an angle that lead outside of town, down a building-less street.. And then he let it go, and the charging Draco Meteor took the gabite with it, said gabite screaming in pain as Kuro smirked, before turning back. "Ya did it!" Babs roared, taking his leg in a hug before she realized what she was doing, and quickly took herself off, trying to regain her lost cool. "I mean, I knew ya could." she said, smirking slightly as she puffed a bit of her read mane out of her eyes. Kuro just smirked, before seeing the guards advance on them, shifting lower and preparing to pounce if they attacked. "Hold up everypony!" Babs said, frowning as the Ponyta looked at her. "Now you pegasai put those spears away! He just saved the town and you’re pointing sharp things at him? Great first impression of pony kind you've installed on him." Babs said sarcastically, making Kuro blink. Ponies? Not Ponyta? Huh, weird. And what was a pegasai, those winged ponies? "Back away, filly! It’s a monster!" the guard said, sounding worried. "Monster my flank! He just saved me thank you very much!" Babs shot back making the pegasai look at each other. "You are getting in the way of a guards duty, little one!" another guard said, coming forward. "Now move or we will take you in along with this monster!" Kuro glared at the pony, before putting his nose under Babs legs, making her yelp, before he tilted it back allowing her to slide to the crest on his head. He huffed at the guards before turning and walking back towards the apple orchard. And then the guard said something he shouldn't. "STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM!" the pegasai roared, making Kuro freeze. 'Don't you dare, Kuro Sora.' he thought to himself, repressing the urge. He knew what he could do now, but he didn't want to make them any angrier, even if he wanted to make the joke. "Nopony breaks the law in my town!" Nope, he wasn't holding it in anymore. "Fus." "Huh?" Babs said, looking down to his eyes. "Ro" "What are you doing!" the guard roared, taking a step closer to him, as Kuro turned and opened his maw wide. "DA!" he Roared, literally using the move, sending the guard scurrying as he chuckled. That felt good! And then he noticed the golden armored white pegasai all looking at him, spears drawn. Aw hell.

Aw hell.
