But Nothing Happened

Sunlight poured into the room from the circular window, encasing the room in a warm glow. The weak yellow light reached the bed and onto the eyes of a purple-colored mare, named Twilight, awakening her. Sitting upright in bed, she smacked her lips together while gaining consciousness.

"" she said to herself calmly. She looked over to see Spike sleeping peacefully in his basket. It was all just a dream, a nightmare, if you will.

"" she said slowly, stretching her arms behind her back.

There wasn't going to be any more naughty farmer ponies, no more princess fruits, no more kicks to the face or life machines. Everything was back to normal.

"" she yawned.

Twilight went downstairs to make a cup of coffee.
