Twilight's P.O.V

A few months has passed, and it is now summer.  Fluttershy and Discord are making their relationship public, and Pinkie is still Cheese Sandwich's marefriend.  Everypony in the land has come to accept that Luna and I are in love- and now, we are getting married.  I am in my wedding dress, and Rarity does my make-up.

My mane has grown a bit, and my friends did notice.  I am at the entrance, ready to walk down the aisle.  Luna is wearing a dark purple dress with black lace, and I am wearing a white dress.  I walk down the aisle, and the music starts to play.

As I approach Luna, she smiles at me.  I smile back at her.  "We have gathered here for the union of Princess Luna and Princess Twilight Sparkle," Celestia said, "Twilight, will you take Luna to become your wife?"

"I do," I said.

"And Luna, will you take Twilight to become your wife?" She asked Luna.

"I do," Luna replied.

"You may kiss the bride."

Luna and I kiss for a second.  "Same sex unions are very rare because most ponies who are interested in the same gender are closeted," Celestia said.

A few hours later, we enter the ballroom to dance.  Pinkie Pie, who is usually the hard-partying type, starts the music with the help of Vinyl Scratch.  Some ponies start to sing "love is in bloom" while the other ponies dance to the music.

Luna and I sit at one of the tables.  "How many children do you dream of having someday?" She asked.

"Maybe two or three," I replied.

"There are times when a third alicorn in an alicorn-dominated family becomes the one that is hidden in the darkness, like what has happened with my mother and her sisters.  Her younger sister is enshadowed, and has since then disappeared from the face of the earth.  Her older sister has gone to the heavens once Celestia was born."

"What happened with the youngest sister?"

"She entered an alternate reality- that's how the citizens forget about her since then."

I nod in interest.  "So, if you don't have another sister, then how did you live in Celestia's shadow long ago?" I asked.

Luna sighs as she turns her head to the left.  "She was too busy being the perfect princess.  She wasn't the type of sister to share her attention with me long ago," She replied, "She barely knew until she banished me."

We stop speaking a minute later.  Luna and I kiss for a few seconds.
