Dinkie Hooves's heart is failing, her illness has been eating her away for a long time now, but now it became clear that she needs a transplant and fast.

However in the ever peaceful Equestria, it is extremely hard to find something so gruesome such as a dead youth with a well preserved heart, except for someone who is more than willing to give their heart away, a sacrifice that Derpy Hooves is more that willing to make.

But the real problem still remains for Derpy, what she needs now is to find someone who has both the knowledge and the skills to perform the operation, more importantly she needs to find someone willing to do such operation.
