Twilight Sparkle had been expecting to see Celestia for months now. She had been called repeatedly, but had always been busy. There were Pinkie Pie's parties, Fluttershy's pet plays, Rainbow Dash's races, Rarity's fashion shows, Applejack's farm, but had never really spent too much time with Celestia. She walked down the long, red carpet, down a long purple hall, and looked at the stained glass windows. There were times of terror, like Discord's reign, and heroic actions, like when Spike had helped her save the Crystal Empire. But it was different now. She was an alicorn, a princess. She had a castle, a castle full of friends. Faithful students, like the cutie mark crusaders. And, now everybody thought she lived a perfect life. It was far from that. There were still enemies, like the Diamond Dogs. And Sombra, and Chrysalis, all of this caused the Princess to worry. One day, it wouldn't be alright. Today was one of those days.

Princess Celestia appeared very regal on her throne. She sat up tall, surrounded by her golden armored guards, holding their weapons, and protecting the sparkly and sunny princess. She saw Twilight open the huge doors to her throne room, and slowly walk in. Past the stained glass, past the armor, past places were memories had been made.

Celestia looked down upon Twilight, who looked at her with a questioning look. Twilight looked puzzled about why she was here, and unsure about what the Priness of the sun had to say. Celestia started with a conversation to break the ice.
" Princess Twilight Sparkle, it is up to you to save another kingdom," Princess Celestia said to her most faithful student. "You have been sent to save another chaotic kingdom. It is incredibly hard to travel to this kingdom, so you will need to use this mirror.' The princess rolled out a gigantic golden mirror, embellished with a snowflake. "This is a very important task, Twilight, and you must not tell any other pony in all of Equestria. Except for one mare, you will meet her later. She will be your only help, beside anybody else you meet."

"Princess, why is this such a big deal? I have saved many important events and kingdoms before. The Canterlot Wedding, Crystal Empire, even our whole country, Equestria! Why is this such a big deal? I am a Princess!" Twilight debated, as if this task was not fair. The princess made a gesture with her hoof, and another mare walked out of behind a curtain.

The mare was sea foam green, and her mane matched her coat, but it had a white streak. She had a horn, and a cutie mark the shape of a lyre. Twilight assumed it meant musical ability, but anything is possible.

"Twilight Sparkle, meet Lyra Heartstrings. She is your only help in this mirror world. She is being tested for magical ability as well." Princess Celestia said in a low tone of voice. Lyra, on the other hand, was not nearly as serious as Celestia.

"Princess Celestia, tell me about this mirror. Will I meet a human? Is it a human world? Even better, will I become a human? Will my mane still be green? What about my coat? Will it become skin? Oh my gosh, so excited!" Lyra ranted on and on about the golden snowflake mirror.

"It is time," Princess Celestia said. Lyra ran through the mirror, and Twilight slowly followed.

Twilight Sparkle stepped out into this strange new world. She could her shouts, and in the sky there was fire, followed by a stallion's voice.

"Elsa! Arendelle is mine! Surrender your kingdom!" the shout echoed through the cliffs. In the sky, the fire was being fought with blue ice. had great beauty, and another voice could be heard.

"Hans! I will not give you what is mine! You are truly a great evil!" a second voice shouted. This voice sounded like a mare.

Lyra and Twilight looked down, and Lyra screamed. She couldn't believe what she saw. She still had minty green hooves. Or maybe it was the other, cold, yes very cold, thing she saw.

"Hi! I'm Olaf, and I like warm hugs!" said a small, cute, cuddly, orange nosed snowman named Olaf. "And this is Anna!" Lyra looked up to see an even bigger surprise. It was a human, with orange hair. She didn't have hooves, or a tail. This wasn't a mare, but a girl! She gazed at Anna's blue and black dress, and her long winter cape. She wore elegant black boots, with leather printed flowers. On her head she wore a crown, similar to any Equestrian Princess. But she was human.

"A human!" Lyra Heartstrings shouted with glee, and was the happiest unicorn in the world. Twilight Sparkle rolled her eyes. It was just an alliance, as any pony would have. This was a big thing for Lyra, but for Twilight, it was nothing. She had already been turned into a human when she walked through the other mirror. And just seeing one made her the happiest unicorn in the world.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a fire began. It raged through the snowy forest, and Lyra shouted,

"RUN!!" The quartet stampeded out of the fire. They raced down the hill while Olaf and his flurry rolled, until they arrived at the city. Anna was the first person to speak.
"You, you ponies, you are our only hope. We have been told of two unicorns, coming to save the kingdom." Twilight Sparkle looked, down, and she still had her wings. Therefore, Anna continued. "My sister, Elsa, has been fighting off Hans, who still wants the kingdom of Arendelle. The snow is melting, and the kingdom is falling apart. Elsa is doing well, but it is feared that she is getting weak. You are the only ones in the kingdom with enough magic to save us all!"
