//-------------------------------------------------------// The Matchmaker Game -by UnderCover- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// First Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// First Chapter 1 Pinkie Pie bounced along, as she most always did, but on that particular day the bounces were different.  Not just any average pony would be able to tell, seeing as Pinkie was the sole individual able to speak bounce-talk.  Today the boings and plops played out in a more mischievous manner, as if she didn’t want anypony to see her.  It was as if a simple glance at her pink face could reveal the dark and secretive thoughts she was thinking.  She did something she only did at very important times – she avoided her five best best best friends at all costs.  She didn’t know if she could manage to get to the Everfree Forest without stumbling upon her friends, but her Pinkie Sense was keen, and she was able to pull herself into the depths of the wood. “Dah da dah,” she hummed to herself as she sat twitching on a stump in her favorite clearing.  She could never sit still, the feat was simply impossible for her to even try – which she didn’t plan to do in the first place.  She was playing a sort of game inside her hideously impenetrable thoughts, something that had struck her that morning.  She thought of it as the ‘Match Maker Game,’ and it had no rules.  The point of the game was to fit the rest of the Mane Six with their best match, and it was juicy.  “Now who would Rainbow Dash fit best with?” she mused.  “I know!” she said, placing together mental pictures of the pair in her head with the others.  She knew that her friends wouldn’t even ponder the idea of dating another mare – in their minds it was okay for others, but not okay for themselves.  Pinkie being Pinkie, didn’t care either way.  She was fond of both mares and stallions, and was loose with the rules once it came to a relationship. But who wouldn’t expect as much from Pinkie Pie? “AHA!” Pinkie Pie exclaimed.  “I know what I’ll do,” she laughed maliciously, “I’ll just have to get them to like their match!”  She bounced up and headed off to do her less than innocent work. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “Now, the Rainbow Dash coupling will be hardest to take root.  They’ll be my mane priority in the Match Maker Game,” Pinkie Pie said as she crouched in the bushes by the edge of Everfree.  Her face was decorated with needless mud and twigs, with a black line under each eye.  She meant business.  She saw a plan take form in her mind, and hurried past her most studious friend.  Secrecy wasn’t a problem; Twilight Sparkle had her muzzle down into a book.  She noticed Rainbow Dash fly through the sky as if she were waiting for Pinkie’s cue.  Pinkie herself was bouncing higher and higher until she made it easily onto the roof of her own bakery.  Rainbow Dash saw her, with her odd garb, and swooped down to land beside her, the edge of the low roof at her back.  It was thankfully the lowest part of Pinkie’s roof, which made this plan safer than most.  “Hay Rainbow Dash!” she smiled widely.  Rainbow smiled back, a bit breathless from her previous cloud duty. “Hi Pinkie Pie,” she said nonchalantly with a swoop of her multicolored mane.  Pinkie started to walk towards her, and fake tripped on something on the roof, falling against Rainbow and pushing her over the edge of the roof.  Rainbow yelled out, but quickly righted herself.  She wasn’t fast enough to unfurl her wings though, and knocked painfully into another pony, taking it down with her.  She was glad for the cushiony belly that broke her fall, but the poor mare beneath her groaned.  Rainbow looked up into the face of her best friend, Twilight Sparkle.  Rainbow shook her head and realized with a fair amount of embarrassment that she was laying spread eagle on top of Twilight, their muzzles almost touching.  “Ah!  Sorry Twilight!” she said as she rolled off of her.  Pinkie Pie bounced down and gave a sincere sounding apology for knocking Rainbow into such an awkward situation.  It wasn’t as sincere as they were made out to be though.  Inside her mind she was cheering; the first step of her plan had been a success! Twilight got up from the ground.  Her face was beet red and her back hurt – both reactions from Rainbow Dash’s fall.  She looked up at Pinkie Pie.  “It’s okay Pinkie, I know it was an accident, and I’m okay,” she said forgivingly.  She didn’t take it too roughly, considering it was ‘an accident.’ When Twilight got home, she thought about her horribly embarrassing contact with Rainbow Dash.  She was stuck on it, for some odd reason, even though it was nothing – or was it?  Had Rainbow purposely fallen, and Pinkie thought it was her fault?  No, she thought, and shook her head.  Rainbow certainly was NOT that way.  She passed off that silly idea.  She pondered still, but this time it was on a different side of the situation.  She actually wouldn’t have minded if it were a stallion that she had a crush on – actually, that would have been semi pleasant.  She giggled to herself and passed that notion off too.  She rubbed her eyes tiredly and got in bed sighing. Rainbow sat at home watching T.V.  She wasn’t really listening, though, because her mind was on the incident from earlier.  She was thoroughly embarrassed, and hoped Twilight had gotten that message.  She would NEVER swing that way, especially with her.  Rainbow Dash actually didn’t like Twilight so much in the first place.  “I mean, sure, we’re friends, but if I spend too long with her I get snappy,” she said to herself. Pinkie Pie woke up the next morning and thought up her next plan.  In seconds, she had it figured out – now all she had to do was wait until the next rainy day. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Three days later, rain was planned to fall at precisely noon.  Rainbow had been sick the day before, and would be perfectly oblivious to that fact.  It was so amazing Pinkie squealed – yay! “Knock knock!” Pinkie trilled outside Rainbow’s door.  She couldn’t get close enough to actually knock because she was in a hot air balloon, but luckily Rainbow got the message. “What is it Pinkie?” she asked groggily. “I was wondering if you could help me pick berries for my new cupcake recipe,” Pinkie replied, oddly untalkitive considering her.  Rainbow weighed the chances of having an exciting day without somepony talking her ear off, and finally caved. “Okay, sure,” she agreed, and grabbed the hot air balloon’s rope in her teeth.  “Where to?” Once at Pinkie’s special berry picking spot, Rainbow started working.  It was actually fun, and Pinkie held back all the chatter, leaving a steady trickle of conversation.  She ended up eating most of the berries she picked, and was having such a good time that she didn’t realize the forest was darkening as the sun’s rays were cut off by clouds. “Pinkie, did you feel something?” Rainbow asked after awhile.  Pinkie shook her head profusely, and counted down the seconds until noon. “THREE, TWO, ONE,” she muttered to herself.  All of the sudden, a sea of water was unleashed upon the unlucky pair.  Rainbow yelled through the down pour at Pinkie.  “We gotta get outta here!” “I know!” she yelled back.  She made her face look like she suddenly had an idea.  “Hay, I know, let’s go to Twilight’s place!” she screeched through the sound of thunder.  She saw Rainbow nod through the pelting rain, and they struggled through the heavy onslaught towards Twilight’s house. Twilight was broken from her book by a crazy pounding on the door.  She went to go unlock it, wondering who could be stupid enough to go out in this weather for a book. “Why did I even wonder?” she muttered to herself when she opened the door to find her two soaking wet friends, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash.  They stumbled through the door like blind dogs and fell onto her carpet.  She shut the door before the rain soaked everything even more than it was already. “Thank you SO MUCH Twilight, you’re a real lifesaver,” Rainbow gasped.  She shivered in a heap on the carpet, her rainbow mane falling into her eyes.  Pinkie Pie nodded too, but seemed unshaken, and almost happy.  Twilight passed it off as her normal case of Pinkie-itis.  She immediately went to put more logs in the fire, and grabbed at least ten towels from her bathroom for them to curl up in.  She didn’t want them to get a cold in the midst of such a fine summer. “So what were you two doing out in the rain?” she asked once they had all settled down. “Well, Pinkie and I were picking berries, and I guess neither of us knew about the storm,” Rainbow quickly explained.  “Hay, you wouldn’t mind if we spent the night, would you?” she asked.  Twilight instantly took to the suggestion. “Ooh, that would be so much fun!” she squealed.  “A sleepover would be perfect for a night like tonight!” she commented.  They played board games, had pillow fights, and baked cookies for the rest of the day, and when it came to be bed time, they crawled into bed.  Pinkie got into the spare mattress first, and sprawled lazily across it.  Soon Rainbow and Twilight heard her snores.  They weren’t tired at that moment, and chose instead to play a short game of truth or dare. When neither pony could ward off sleep, Rainbow and Twilight walked upstairs to two inviting beds. “Uh, Twilight?” Rainbow whispered. “Yeah?” she responded with a yawn. “Can I sleep in your bed tonight?  Pinkie managed to take the entire bed for herself, and I don’t have the heart to wake her.” Twilight hesitated, her mind flickering back to the awkward fall from three days ago.  She didn’t see any harm in sharing a bed though, besides, she used to do it all the time before she bought the spare bed.  “Sure.”  Rainbow climbed in with her, and in no time at all, the two friends were snoring loudly.  Pinkie got off the bed, easily coming out of her fake sleep.   Everything was as planned, and now the targets were sleeping like babies.  She stole across the floor to their bed and poked Rainbow.  She snorted, but didn’t wake up.  Ever so carefully, she turned her to face Twilight.  She then pushed the pair of sleeping giants so close, their muzzles were touching, and their forelegs were wrapped around each other.  She knew from past sleepovers that neither pony moved much in their sleep, so this would be ever so perfect! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pinkie woke at the crack of dawn, as always, but today she had a mission.  She went over to the sleeping beauties.  They had become even more entangled during the night, and their bodies were pressed firmly against one another with the sheets wrapped tightly around them.  She giggled softly and parted Twilight’s lips ever so lightly.  Rainbow’s were parted too, and the mares were going to be caught in a passionate kiss once they woke up.  Pinkie bounced silently down the stairs and started making a delicious breakfast, taking breaks to waft the smell up to the slumbering trap she had set upstairs. Twilight woke to a pleasant warmth seeping through her body, and a wonderful smell from downstairs.  Her mouth felt odd though.  It was a warm, comfortable feeling that for some reason set her whole body up in energetic flames.  She opened her eyes slowly and almost screamed.  She was lip locked with a cyan mare by the name of Rainbow Dash!  She suddenly knew that her body was stuck in an embrace with this devious pony.  She tried to move but only woke her partner. Rainbow woke to the unwanted feeling of kissing somepony.  Her eyes opened to see the tomato red face of Twilight!  She looked down to see a sight she did NOT want to see – their bodies entwined together in the most embarrassing way.  She jerked backwards, but the twisted blankets brought her over the edge of the bed – and Twilight too!  She fell with an uncomfortable feeling of heat between them. Twilight winced as she landed on Rainbow.  Their muzzles became more entwined with the impact, until hers was shoved sideways into Rainbow’s.  When Rainbow tried to scream, her tongue passed inside Twilight’s mouth.  Both ponies tried squirming out of each other’s way, but the effort only made the situation feel like something it was not. Rainbow finally broke her hooves from the blankets after two excruciating minutes, and helped Twilight remove her mouth from the inside of her own.  After that was accomplished, she shoved her onto the floor.  “What the heck were you trying to do?!” she shouted at the awkward mare in front of her.  Twilight cringed, but held her ground. “What do you mean?  How do I know it wasn’t you who tried to get me into this?  After all, you’re the one who fell on me before!” she threw back the insult. “That wasn’t my fault!  It was Pinkie!” Rainbow said. “Oh, relax you two!  It wasn’t anypony’s fault!  I know, because when I went down to go make breakfast, you were in the same position you were when this all happened,” Pinkie Pie cut in.  They turned, not noticing her before. “How come you didn’t tell us?” Twilight asked, completely embarrassed.  Pinkie smiled. “’Cause it was so CUTE!  You two looked like such lover ponies, and I didn’t want to disturb you,” she fibbed.  They stared at her. “CUTE?!” they shouted in unison.  Shaking her head, Twilight cut in. “Oh well.  That was totally ick, but at least I know my friend didn’t try to……” she didn’t finish the sentence. “Trust me, I would never do that!” Rainbow said with a disgusted look. “Okay then, friends?” she asked, holding out her arms for a hug. “Friends,” Rainbow accepted the hug as a token of their friendship.  They both smiled and laughed a little.  The rest of their day continued without further drama. //-------------------------------------------------------// Second Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Second Chapter 2 Twilight lay in her bed that night, wondering about the awkward events that had played out.  She sighed.  That morning had stirred something in her, and whenever she looked at Rainbow now, a certain fire flared through her body.  She didn’t know what it was then, but once in bed with no other thoughts nagging her, she was astonished.  She didn’t exactly want to admit it to herself, but… she was beginning to fall for Rainbow.  She almost pinched herself.  Was she in a dream?  How could she possibly like an arrogant mare like Dash?  She, Twilight Sparkle, definitely did NOT swing that way, but what if?  Whenever she thought of the kiss they had shared – her first – her body wanted it to happen again, even though her mind rejected the idea rudely.  She didn’t think she could deny it any longer, and she was surprised how suddenly the realization came.  She had a crush on Rainbow Dash! “What do I do, what do I do?” Twilight wondered as she paced around house.  She wanted badly to be by Rainbow again.  She was ashamed of the fact, of course, but a new side that was hidden even from her eyes was taking her over.  She longed for another kiss, or a hug, or another stroke.  She wondered how for hours until she had an idea.  She would have to plan another sleepover, but this time invite all of the Mane Six.  That way, she could nonchalantly end up in another embrace.  Embarrassing she knew, but wanted.  Ever so wanted. Rainbow decided the next day that she wanted to completely clear all the drama between her and Twilight by hanging out with her for one normal day.  She flew over to the library in which her friend dwelled.  She knocked three times on the door, and after a minute or so Twilight answered. “Rainbow!  Hay, uh, hi!  What’s up?” she asked hurriedly.  With Rainbow near her body reacted to the closeness, and she took a step towards her. “Hay Twi, I was wondering if you wanted to have a normal day together for once,” Rainbow offered. “Yes!” Twilight said a bit too quickly. “Okay, I was wondering if you wanted to go over to the race track and watch the race?” she asked.  The lavender mare in front of her agreed. Pinkie Pie watched from the bushes in a neighbor’s yard.  She heard everything, and a new plan formed.  She didn’t let escape the fact that Twilight seemed more eager than usual to answer and agree to Rainbow, and she guessed that the effects of her game had already started taking place.  She followed them stealthily to the track.  Warm ups had started.  She hopped over to the two waiting ponies.  “HI!” she called merrily.  They turned into the perfect position for her plan.  She started rambling loudly and gesturing madly to keep their attention as a carless Pegasus broke formation and traveled straight for Rainbow’s butt! Rainbow saw something coming at them fast, and pulled Twilight with her to the side.  The winged terror zipped past.  Rainbow realized what could have happened to make the drama between Twilight and her wor-   SMACK!  Something drove with brute force into her butt, and flung her into Twilight.  They fell onto the ground, Rainbow on top of her, and something on top of Rainbow, pressing her down into Twilight’s soft stomach, their faces pressed uncomfortably together. Twilight groaned as she realized the predicament she was in.  Somepony was on top of he- Rainbow!  Rainbow’s soft underbelly was pressed forcefully into hers, their muzzles pressed together.  She opened her mouth as if to groan, but really only made Rainbow’s mouth merge with her own.  She pretended to look surprised, but really she felt the utmost pleasure in their position.  They would be stuck for some time in this tangle of limbs while the unconscious Pegasus atop them was dragged off.  She cheered inside and let her body give in to the heat. Rainbow jabbed the stallion on top of her, and managed to shove him off a bit.  Pinkie came over and took the situation the complete wrong way.  “DOG PILE!” she said, and leaped onto the passed out flyer, pressing her farther into Twilight’s stomach.  Their mouths got pushed more so together, and she could feel Twilight’s tongue.  They both made an effort to get their tongues away from each other, Twilight more to keep her image. When some mare finally noticed the awkward position they had ended up in, she helped get Pinkie and the flyer off, so that Twilight and Rainbow could untangle themselves. “How did that happen?” Twilight asked groggily.  Rainbow shook her head. “I have no clue.  I took us out of the path of one Pegasus, but I guess another one was right on his tail.  I’ll have a bruise on my butt for a week!” Rainbow exclaimed.  Twilight smiled. “Yeah, that was gross,” she lied through her teeth.  “Why does this kind of stuff keep happening to us?” “I have no clue,” Rainbow said with another shake of the head.  She seemed to be doing that more often lately. “By the way, I don’t know if this is the best time to tell you this, but to make up for last sleepover’s fail, I’m having one this weekend.  I’m hoping that all of our best friends can come,” she said anxiously.  To her relief, Rainbow loved the idea. Rainbow loved the idea.  In her mind, it would be another chance for her to clear the drama between them, so people wouldn’t start thinking things they shouldn’t.  “That would be great!” she said cheerily.  Little did she know, Pinkie was already planning again… Pinkie swept through the night, gathering materials for plans that could happen later.  She couldn’t be seen, so she chose to go at the latest time she could think of, when everypony would be asleep.  She stole from house to house, hiding in the shadow behind each.  She knew her cautious antics were unneeded, but it was so much fun! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Author's Note: I know this goes REALLY quickly, but it's..... I dunno.  I was going to say "It's a shorter story," but I don't even think that's true.  Ah well!  Have fun reading.... if you for some reason read this first....... //-------------------------------------------------------// Third Chapter 3 //-------------------------------------------------------// Third Chapter 3 In the morning, a few days before the party, Pinkie Pie started off towards Rarity’s house.  Her plan was simple: she would tell the rest of the Mane Six about the sleepover incident between the lovebirds Rainbow and Twilight.  Then, once they were at the party, she would ask them to help prank the two so that the scene happened all over again.  It was genius!  Her friends would love the easy laugh it would give, and they would think it was funny too! Pinkie knocked on Rarity’s door.  The fashionista opened the door quickly, and invited her in. Rarity looked out at Pinkie Pie.  She had black lines drawn under each eye, and was looking around almost nervously.  That could only mean… “Rarity, I have your weekly gossip.”  Pinkie said those words in such a way that it was only suited to a period, and not a comma like dialogue should have.  Rarity’s smile was almost evil as she sat Pinkie down at a table in her kitchen. “Go on,” she egged as she poured them freshly made tea.  Little did Ponyville know, Rarity’s seemingly endless knowledge of the latest gossip was supplied by Pinkie Pie herself.  Nopony thought to leash their tongue when this aforementioned pink nightmare came bouncing around, and that fact made her the perfect employee for Rarity. “Well, a few nights ago, Twilight Rainbow and I had a sleepover at Twilight’s place…..” the pink pony you know by the name of Pinkie Pie retold the events of her sleepover in the juiciest way imaginable, making the small bit of gossip irresistible to the purple maned mare in front of her. “… they were embarrassed so much!” she finished with a giggle.  She knew she had Rarity twisted around her little finger, so she started spewing her devious plans for their next sleepover party. “So, I have the PERFECT prank planned for our next sleepover,” she paused, expecting Rarity to prod. “Oooh, what brilliant prank do you have up your sleeve now?” Rarity made an attempt at luring her on. “Wellll… nah, I don’t think you’d be up to it.  You’d probably call it uncouth,” she said, and made as if to leave. “WAIT!  I mean, uh, please darling, I assure you I have had my fair share of pranks.  I beg for you to let me help,” Rarity pleaded.  She was desperate for a bit of dirty fun, and saw this as the perfect chance about to come.  Meanwhile, Pinkie was satisfied that she had led her friend on long enough to make her stick with the prank. “I suppose… Well, okay.  I was thinking….” She whispered her plans into a waiting ear, provoking an uncharacteristic snort from her.  She laughed along, and then they were both laughing. “Oh DARLING, what a LOVELY plan that is,” she rubbed her hooves together menacingly and cackled.  “I think we need to tell the others about this.  I’m sure they’d love to help,” she added with a giggle. Pinkie Pie set out for Applejack’s with Rarity beside her.  The pristine pony had taken awhile to put “fashionable yet devious” black strokes under her eyes.  They made quite an odd looking pair as they paraded towards Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack paused in the job of painting her family’s once white picket fence.  She heard two familiar voices calling her name, and when she saw who they were, she sighed and raised an eyebrow.  ‘I hope this won’t be the same as the LAST time,’ she thought with an inner shudder.  She would NOT let herself succumb to that….. never mind.  She neighed a greeting to the incoming duo and tipped her hat.  “So what now?” she asked, dreading the answer.  Rarity cast a devious look her way. “Well, we need your help with a small prank…” she replied with an evil grin.  Despite her past experiences with the two of them, Applejack grinned on the inside.  Ponies didn’t usually let her in on pranks, thinking that she was too honest to pull one off, or that she wouldn’t even want to, but the truth was… “I’d LOVE to,” she responded heartily.  She loved pulling a fast one on her friends, especially if the pony they were planning to play it on would have to be either Twilight or Rainbow, seeing as they wouldn’t likely prank Fluttershy. Pinkie Pie grinned inside and out.  Her whole aura was grinning.  She knew EVERYPONY in this town better than the average pony would know.  It was almost like she kept tabs on their personal life; what their hidden desires were, or who they crushed on, or even their hidden indulgences.  She was actually one of the smartest ponies in Ponyville, but the smart she had was more in people.  Body language, she often bragged to herself, is her first language.  She could read every pony like a book.  And EVERYTHING. Everything. Everything.  Was. Planned.  She had gone to Rarity first, because Rarity was the weakest of the six when it came to this kind of stuff.  Applejack was an easy second, seeing as Fluttershy would need all of them to persuade her to help them in something so… unlike her.  She knew Applejack would need the least beguiling, because she knew how much she wanted to be included with her friends.  Now all they needed was Fluttershy. “Yay, yay, yay!  Oh my gosh AJ, this is gonna be super duper fun!” she squealed to her excited pal.  Rarity added a smile and a giddy giggle, and Applejack joined in with a fit of laughter, even though she knew nothing of the prank yet. “So.  Y’all gonna tell me what’s it you’re gonna do?” AJ inquired hopefully.  Rarity threw a joyous look at Pinkie. “Well, a few nights ago…” she retold the story with ease, and once she finished, they had already tired out their laughboxes. “Gee, that’ll be hilarious!” AJ paused from her giggles to take some white paint from the bucket she was using for the fence.  “It’s not black, but it’ll work,” she said as she rubbed a line under each green eye. Fluttershy was peacefully grooming Angel when the door gave off a loud ringing.  She jumped, then realized what it was.  “Oh, that must be the new doorbell.  It’s quite loud,” she whispered to herself.  Angel rolled her eyes, angered over being dumped on the floor so rudely.  Fluttershy didn’t notice, as she was already hovering toward the door.  “Hello?” she called quietly. “Fluttershy!” came a trio of familiar voices outside her oak door.  She smiled, yay! “Hi hi hi Fluttershy!  We have a business offer for you!” Pinkie said bouncingly.  Fluttershy blinked. “Why, a-a business offer?” she repeated.  She was confused.  What business would they have to offer? “Okay.  Now Fluttershy darling, I ask that you listen to our whole story before you decide.  Can you do that for me, honey?” Rarity put on her pleading face, making the easy task almost irresistible to complete.  Fluttershy nodded obediently, and they retold the story. By the end of her friend’s story, Fluttershy was beet red, tough she still managed to not judge them.  Her friends faced her giddily.  “You can decide now… PLEEEEAAASSEE!  We really need your delicate touch to help us pull through with this.  And, it’s just a little prank!  I bet Twilight and Rainbow will be absolutely laughed out of laugh land!” Pinkie added.  She could see Fluttershy’s face turning for the worse, but then she lightened up a bit. “Well…” “Please, Sugar Cube?” Applejack looked at her with her most convincing puppy dog face.  “For me?”  Fluttershy caved.  It was too much!  She did feel a TINY bit of excitement though.  She was gonna be a BAD girl, and finally be rebellious for a change.  Nopony would DARE mess with tough-as-nails-Fluttershy, oh NO!  She smiled deviously, this was gonna be interesting! //-------------------------------------------------------// Fifth Chapter 5 //-------------------------------------------------------// Fifth Chapter 5 Everyone had gathered.  It was time.  Pinkie had risen with Celestia that morning, and dragged the others from Luna's artfully created dreams.  They gathered in a fit of shushed giggles in a wide ring around the sleeping couple, each armed with two hooves ready to hold in giggles, so that the two victims wouldn't see them - or hear them - until it was time. Twilight was the first to awaken.  She couldn't help it, her body was just used to sleeping pills because of the immense amount that she had taken as a student.  The first sense that activated was touch.  She felt a distinct warmth atop her, like a really heavy fuzzy pillow.  The next was smell.  The sweet scent of fresh air and clouds wafted to her nose.  She tasted the delicate taste of what seemed to be a rose on her tongue, which tastes like it smells, heavy but sweet and beautiful.  She heard breathing that matched her own thump thump, and finally saw that all of those feelings intertwined to give her the sight of a rainbow arching across a cyan blue sky... wait.  Cyan blue sky?  Rainbow?  This wasn't a just a rainbow, this was a Rainbow Dash!  Scenes from past days flooded her mind as she stared, deer in the headlight, at her super secret crush.  The roof, the sleepover, the fall, and other little things came back to her, and she added this next feeling of bliss to the list.  These few seconds with Rainbow were undisturbed until a stray giggle lead her to the realization that she had an audience.  Her eyes widened more, and she wiggled to get free, almost dying of embarrassment as she truly saw the situation she was in - she, Twilight Sparkle, was roped in with Rainbow!  Literally!  Then, she also realized that, honestly, it wasn't THAT bad.  She could pretend to fight the predicament, but hadn't this been what she was longing for for the past few days?  "No," said the little voice inside her head, "you wanted it to be real."  Shut up voice, I'm going with the devil side of Twilight today.  She began squirming, but squirmed in all the right places for it to look like one thing, but feel like another.  Her friends burst out laughing, even Fluttershy giggled nervously.  She pretended to try to get out of Rainbow's mouth as they hiccuped in glee.  Then suddenly Rainbow woke up. Rainbow felt somepony moving beneath her.  "I could have sworn I told Storm Crasher to stay away tonight," she said mentally, opening her eyes and expecting to see her no-good colt-friend.  Instead, she saw somepony even worse.  "TWOOFGSLIGGONT?!" she tried to speak, but it was garbled by her purple friend's mouth, which was in hers.  BUCK!  She thought, freaking out and scrabbling to pull free.  She then discovered the rope, and the situation got even worse, because her second discovery was that...... she had to sort of do "the worm" on top of Twilight to wrench their muzzles free.  She began the awkward move, and her friend's eyes closed, as if she were amused by the situation.  She finally managed to pull free, and twisted her neck around in an effort to chew the rope.  She failed, and found that she had to shimmy down Twilight's body and putr herforelegs, which were trapped between their bodies, in a.....place.  She shimmied, and managed to successfully slid her legs down Twilight's stomach and had them almost pushed past to in between her legs when she got stuck.  In the worst position.  She had the tips of her hooves shoved deep into the middle of Twilight's uncomfort zone, and her but up in the air as high as the rope allowed it, and her mouth twisted sideways into Twilight's.  She knew what she had to do, but cringed at the thought of it.  She looked into Twilight's eyes, and the plan was translated speechlessly.  Twilight was no dumb egghead.  The lavender unicorn pulled her knees up and gripped Rainbow's hooves between them, squeezing hard, and pulling the hooves into an even more blush-worthy position.  Then the unicorn slipped her hooves down Rainbow's chest, elicting a shudder that Rainbow couldn't help.  She stopped right before Rainbow's crotch in a moments hesitation, then slipped her hooves in there and shoved forward with all four legs, managing to shuffle Rainbow out of the bag halfway, but Rainbow's body stopped in yet another......position.  Twilight had shoved her alright, but when she had shoved as far as she could, Rainbow's crotch ended up smothering her face.  Rainbow's legs were caught in the bag, and her face turned scarlet as she had to jump crawl her way out of the bag and over Twilight's face.  She got up and realized the red, breathless faces around her.  Four of her best friends were holding their sides and laughing as hard as they could! //-------------------------------------------------------// Seventh Chapter 7 //-------------------------------------------------------// Seventh Chapter 7 Funny, Rainbow mused, how quick she was able to laugh that prank off.  She really admired the planning and the surprise of it all, along with how much like the other time she found herself in a bed with Twilight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ONE WEEK AFTER THE PARTY Pinkie stopped in her tracks, allowing the carrot in her mouth fall.  Her face muscles had loosened into an openmouthed stare, and she felt the familiar twitch-twitch-itch that her Pinkie Sense gave whenever there came to be....... Pinkie's Dark Side. Pinkie frowned for a millisecond.  She could sometimes tell what her Dark Side would bring, because it mostly came with the introduction of big ideas... like her TwiDash one.  Whoopsie daisies, she probably should've seen that one coming.  She hoped she wouldn't get too dark tonight.  She cast a glance down at the watch that she had recently pulled from a hole in the universe.  She had aproximetly five minutes to be Real Pinkie, and once that time was up, her mind would pull up thoughts and urges form her deepest subconcious self.  Ah well. "Three, two, one, here I go Celestia," Pinkie said in an exasperated voice.  She could already feel the change in her insides. "HEHEHE!  What a master plan!  After this, I'm sure I can give up Twilight to Dashie!" she cackled to herself.  Her excitement was so built up that she managed to bouce the mile to her house in only ten hops.  She flew up the stairs to her room.  Mrs. Cake didn't ask.  She had learned not to ask. Pinkie grabbed her bag, packing it while moving toward the door.  She got out of her house with a hop, skip, and jump, and pointed her nose toward Twilight's house.  She knew she could always reverse the pairings to allow herself Twilight, but she avoided that selfish thought in order to best pair her friends. Twilight groggily walked to the refridgerator, unaware of the pink monster that was hanging spy-like from her ceiling.  She pulled out the dasies, cheese, butter, bread, plates, and a knife, and began throwing two sandwiches together.  "SPIKE!" she called up the stairs, recieving no answer.  She sighed and began up the stairs, giving Pinkie her chance. Pinkie slipped easily down the rope she had prepared.  She stopped when she hung suspended above the table, and pulled out two pills from her mission pack.  She pressed them firmly into the bread of each sandwich and smoothly slid back up the rope, making no sounds other than her quieted breathing.  She watched from the upmost rafter-like branches of Twilight's tree library as Twilight and Spike jogged down the stairs and quickly ate their meal.  Twilight returned to her tiring studies, and Spike sat goggledly eyed in front of an interesting picture book.  Pinkie walked along the rafters until she was directly above Twilight, twidling her non-existent thumbs until she knew the drug had ALMOST kicked in. It was time.  Pinkie flew to the floor, the friction of her hooves clasping the rope was the only thing to slow her descent.  She walked over to where Twilight was starting to drop off and whispered into her ear. "Sneak into Rainbow's house, give her a sleeping pill, go there at night, you can tell her how you feel.  She won't even be awake to hear, it'll be great practice," she whispered into the drowsy pony's ear.  She knew that if you wanted to get an idea into somepony's subconcious, you do it when they're about to fall asleep.  She left the currently sleeping friend to scoop up the purple and green dragon on the floor.  She brought him to his bin and tucked him in exactly as she had seen Twilight do before.  She returned for Twilight and lifted her into her arms.  She hopped up the steps with her friend's limp form pressed to her, the scent of lavender wafting to her nose.  She pulled back the sheets on Twilight's bed and placed her in, crawling in herself.  She cast a last glance at her darkened coat and knew it wasn't just her dark side that was wanting to do this. Twilight shivered in her sleep, so Pinkie moved closer and pressed their bodies together, slipping her legs around Twilight's body to keep her warm.  She allowed herself twenty kisses max, and kissed her way up from between Twilight's legs to her mouth, and stopped.  She soon drifted into a peaceful slumber. //-------------------------------------------------------// Eighth Chapter 8 //-------------------------------------------------------// Eighth Chapter 8 Pinkie awoke the next morning before the birds had started singing.  She pulled herself out of Twilight's bed with little memory of what had happened last night.  Of the few things she could remember, she was partially proud of herself.  The plan she had thought up as Dark Pinkie was quite brilliant - having Twilight confess to Rainbow while Dashie herself was conked out.  But, she smiled, she may have to sabotage that a little... Pinkie snapped out of her planning session to Twilight turning in her sleep.  She knew from past experience that the mare tended to do things in her sleep when she was about to wake up.  Glancing at her watch, Pinkie decided that Twilight would have about 30 minutes before she woke up.  She lie back beside her, figuring that the unconcious lack of her heat was waking her.  Twilight mumbled, and Pinkie drew closer to listen.  "Mrmainbomw," she said, a slight smile on her face.  Pinkie laughed.  "Mrainbow dashm," she said again, plastering her body to Pinkie's.  Her hooves wrapped around Pinkie's head, and Twilight's lips found hers, drawing her into a drowsy kiss.  Twilight's eyes fluttered open, but Pinkie was unconcerned.  They closed again and her friend released her.  "Mrainbow dash..." she mumbled again contentedly. After gathering her things, Pinkie decided she'd like one last laugh.  She tugged the slumbering Spike out of his basket, and placed him under the covers at Twilight's side.  They would have an awkward wakeup call. ~~~ Pinkie Pie sat on her bed, deep in thought.  She considered at length the best course of action.  She often had many choices for her plans, but this time it was two that stuck out as right, not just one.  She decided to play over them again and decide which was right. "Mmm k, first plan of action," she mumbled to herself.  "I could very well let Twilight go along with her plan that I so cleverly ingrained in her mind, until the very last step.  She would put the pill in the food, sneak away and wait until later to come back, right?  Yeah, yeah, yeah.  Okay, but instead of Dashie eating it I would switch the food so that she wouldn't ever eat the pill.  Then when Twilight came and confessed to her, Dashie would hear the whole thing!  Wow, that's a good, good, great, awesome plan.  But what about plan two?  Huh, plan two would work well also," she thought on plan two.  "Okay, okay, so Dashie hasn't been feeling well lately.  What if I somehow stop Fluttershy from taking care of her and hint at it to Twilight, who wouldn't miss the chance, right?  Well then when she took care of Dash she might not slip her the sleeping pill depending.  So I might have to, but I'd drug 'em both up, sneak 'em into bed together, and go from there?  But hmmm... the bed trick is slightly over done.  I'd have to do a little something extra lik- OH, I could glue their hooves together!  That would be hilarious!  But they might suspect something.  I'd have to be careful.  And if I do that I could do both plans..." she paused to close her eyes.  "I got it.  I know what to do," she said, resigning to the plan she liked best. Twilight made a big breakfast after her incident with Spike that morning.  Her cheeks still had a hint of redness.  Spike was almost flaming he was so mad, seeing as he had woken up wrapped in her arms... and lips.  She didn't know any better way to say sorry than with Spike's favorite ruby chip pancakes.  But cooking also made her think, and she wasn't too proud of what she was thinking about.  Somehow she had found a discarded bottle of sleeping pills on the floor from her party, which paved a road of crazy ideas in her head.  Rainbow, she knew, wasn't holding any grudges about their past awkward expiriences, but if she botched this, her companian certainly would expect something.  Not saying that she would do it or anything, Twilight thought over it for a second, staring at the white bottle in her hooves.  Was this really what she needed?  Did she need to see her friend again, to confess her love in a way that wouldn't carry rejection on its back?  Her love hurt, she needed to get it out.  She nodded with grim determination.  She would do it. ~~~ That night, Twilight fibbed something about an errand to Spike and left quickly towards Rainbow's house in the sky.  When the familiar cloud formation came into sight she stopped and sat down, taking a deep breath.  She was getting cold feet, both literally and metaphorically.  Biting her lip, she counted to ten for courage and slid into her spellcasting state.  She called forth the sky-walker spell she had poured over all day, and with a flash of purple she was ready.  The spell was surprisingly easy to cast.  Maybe because she had so much hope and love riding on its success.  She started climbing upwards in the sky, on stairs that weren't really there.  Her spell held safely, and she stepped lightly on the cloudy backyard of Rainbow's mansion.  The white tufts under her feet were helpful, as they helped her sneak silently to the window.  Apparently she had guessed correctly - her victim was just preparing dinner.  Twilight flinched as Rainbow suddenly turned her head, but let out a sigh when she realized that the multicolored mare was looking away from her.  She left the counter and head for the other room with a confused look on her face.  It took Twilight a second to snap into action.  She dove through the window and snuck a pill into the bread of Rainbow's sandwich, leaping back out with only seconds to spare before Rainbow came back in.  Twilight figured she would be successful, so she started to the ground again, planning to return later. Pinkie held in an evil cackle.  In Twilight's rush, she smiled, the pony hadn't even seen her in her place atop the fridge.  Dashie had fallen for her ventriloquism easily.  When her favorite blue friend appeared in the kitchen once again, she counted to three and made the sound of a distressed turtle come from the other room.  Dash's forehead furrowed and she worriedly left again.  It was so simple, Pinkie almost wanted it to fail.  She took the pill from the bread, snuck to the other room, and hid.  Once she heard the scrape of a chair across the floor, Pinkie dared make her way through the house to Dashie's room.  She hid under the cloud bed like a terrible pink monster. ~~~ Twilight excitedly skipped through the streets.  Her fear was momentarily replaced with giddy anticipation as the cloud house she was expecting came into her line of vision.  She cast the spell quickly and ran through the sky, her laugh swept away through the wind.  She was about to have a midnight meet with her love.  She went through the same window as before, daringly walking through the house.  Once she reached Rainbow's room, the fear came back.  Could she really do this?  She took a deep breath and entered. The sight of Rainbow's sleeping body ignited a heat inside of Twilight.  With it and uncomfortable urge traveled, and she drew closer like a magnet.  She pulled back the covers and slowly placed her hoof on Rainbow's chest.  Its rise and fall was surprisingly peaceful for such a wild mare.  She decided to get her mission over with and leave her to her peace.  "Rainbow," she began, but stopped abruptly.  She had said it really loudly with all the tension, and only just noticed.   She wanted to go on... but she found herself being pulled towards her friend by an invisible string.  She couldn't help wanting to share a kiss with he- "Ahhhhh!" Rainbow yelled her battle cry as she flung herself at the intruder.  She connected with a solid body and fell to the floor, pinning it beneath her with her knees.  When her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she realized with a start that it was Twilight.  "Twilight?!" she yelled the question.  Her friend's eyes were scared and guilty.  Her best purple friend opened her mouth as if to say something, but instead wrapped her arms around Rainbow's mane, pulling her face into a long kiss.  Rainbow was too shocked to react.  Before common sense kicked in, she felt a split-second pleasure.  It was over quickly.  She pushed herself away, looking at her friend angrily. Twilight knew she had messed up terribly when she saw the hurt in her friend's eyes.  She could've fibbed something and it would have passed, so why?  Why didn't she?  She had to ruin her friendship with her greatest friend.  Now what would happen.  Tears came to her eyes when Rainbow looked away in disgust.  She picked herself up and ran, jumping off the cloud, sprinting for the woods.  She couldn't go home, not yet.  Maybe not ever.  How could she show her face?  She'd messed everything up.  She cried for hours, her sobs eventually turning her in to sleep. //-------------------------------------------------------// Fourth Chapter 4 //-------------------------------------------------------// Fourth Chapter 4 FOURTH CHAPER 4 Pinkie Pie’s clock struck noon on the day of the party.  She packed her overnight bag with a few choice items and loped easily toward Twilight Sparkle’s house.  She saw Rarity emerge from her boutique with a secretive smile on her face, so she veered over to meet her.  “Rarity!” she called a greeting.  Her fine filly friend looked over and they shared a smile.  “I hope you can keep this a secret,” Pinkie warned with a slightly serious looked drawn on her face.  Her white furred friend laughed as if the notion were absurd.  They had gone over that part of the prank yesterday, especially with Fluttershy.   If nopony kept their cool, then nopony would be able to see the funniest prank in the history of pranks. Rarity secretly hoped she would be able to keep the secret.  How embarrassing it would be to be the first pony to spill!  She made sure to compose her features into a pre-party mask, and decided to keep her mind off the prank.  She reminded herself that everpony knew their parts, and that it would run without any bumps in the road. Fluttershy walked alongside Applejack.  They had met and started discussing the prank that was only nine hours away or less.  Applejack was constantly reminding her NOT to spill over the prank, and she resolved mentally that she would NOT be the first pony to lose it.  “Applejack, let’s not think about it.  We can’t appear suspicious when we get to Twilight’s.  You know how she is, she’ll be sure to notice if we are,” Fluttershy dropped the hint that she hoped Applejack would get. “Okay, I guess we do,” Applejack knew that her creamy pal was trying to avoid the subject until it was ‘time.’  She thought of something to talk about… “Oh, I know!  Let’s head that way so’s we can catch Pinkie and Rarity!” Applejack said with a swing of her head toward town.  They steered that way and quickened their pace so as to meet their friends. “Oh, it’s Fluttershy and Applejack!” Rarity said.  She nudged Pinkie’s side to get her to stop rambling and pointed a hoof at the incoming pair.  Pinkie bounced a few times. “Yay!” she exclaimed.  “HI APPLEJACK AND FLUTTERSHY!” she shouted to the “Howdy!” called Applejack.  When they got nearer, Fluttershy giggled nervously. “This will be my first prank!” the whispered proudly.  AJ nodded as if that weren’t hard to believe.  Pinkie Pie’s face turned serious, but only for a second. “You ponies know how to be all business today, right?  I won’t go partying with prank-spoilers on my hooves,” Pinkie said.  Her voice failed miserably at being serious.  It held with it her usual high frequency babble that tended to annoy easily.  Her teeth were shining like the sun, despite the copious amounts of sweets that would rot anypony else’s molars.  Her partners in crime trotted toward Twilight’s library in sync, their hoof beats sounding in unison. Twilight Sparkle jumped to the door, all up on stilts in anxiety from the coming party.  That tension was released when the party kicked off to a good start. “Truth or Dare?” Pinkie asked in a ghostly voice.  They had already gone around the circle with some very revealing questions, and very embarrassing dares.  Rainbow made sure she closed the curtains on the window after her dare.  She could have sworn she saw Colgate looking their way with an amused stare.  She didn’t know why the toothpastey pony was out this late, though.  It was well past eleven, and she could tell that her friends were getting a bit droopy eyed.  Pinkie suddenly stopped Fluttershy in the middle of the word “truth.”  “OH!  I just remembered!  I’m kinda clogged up in the nose right now, so my snoring is SUPER DUPER loud.  I brought a couple of sleeping pills that’ll knock you fillies right out.  Then you won’t have to listen to me go HONK SHHHH HONK SHHHHHH all night!” she said, with an emphasis on ALL NIGHT.  Twilight grimaced.  She remembered her last sleepover with Pinkie.  Her snores were tough to get used to then, so she immediately grabbed a pill from Pinkie’s pink hoof.  Everypony followed suit, so she filled a couple of glasses with water and gulped hers down.  She assumed the others did too.  Only, she assumed wrong.  Rainbow Dash was the only other pony to ingest said pill.  The four other ponies present faked it, and slipped the white ovals back to Pinkie, who quickly secreted them to her bag. “Yawn.”  Twilight said quite literally.  Her friends nodded and stretched, feigning tiredness.  They crawled into the sleeping bags on the floor, both spare beds vacant.  Rainbow Dash made sure she grabbed a bag far away from anypony, so as not to repeat her last sleepover incident.  They all got settled, and seconds later, two soft snores were heard.  Pinkie pulled a trumpet out of her pocket and started playing it as loud as she could.  Twilight and Rainbow never even stirred. “Why Pinkie darling, that’s uncanny!” Rarity exclaimed.  Fluttershy and AJ nodded too, effectively pleased.  Pinkie smiled creepily. “Why, I only used the strongest sleeping pills in Ponyville.  They will both wake up at the same time, ‘cause the box said it lasts exactly eight hours.  I’m pretty sure it’ll be all okie dokie lokie!  Now time to do our thing,” she said, pounding one hoof into the other.  The ponies there giggled, and wriggled out of their bags.  Pinkie bounced over to Twilight and leaned down.  “I know this will be more pleasant for you than it will for Dashie,” she whispered to her.  Then she leaned down and kissed her on the lips, much like a trained killer would to their victims.  Then she stroked Twilight’s face.  “It’s a shame you and Dashie fit so well together.  I would have liked you as my own,” she said, her part played.  She leaned down for one more passionate kiss, then got up and joined her accomplices.  They were in the process of dragging Rainbow over to Twilight, grunting from the effort. “Dang, I ne’er thought Rainbow would be so gall darned heavy!” AJ complained in a loud and very unneeded whisper.  Fluttershy and Rarity nodded their heads in agreement. “Okie dokie lokie!  I’ll get Twilight while you drag Rainbow over there!” she pointed to the middle of the room, and bounced back to her victim.  She lovingly pulled the unicorn out of her bag and picked her up so she was facing her.  The party pony had almost inpony strength, she made it seem as if the purple unicorn weighed nothing.  She pressed Twilight’s body against her own, their stomachs meshed together.  She held her like a mother holding a toddler, with Twilight’s head under her chin.  She walked over to where her friends had recently finished with Raibow Dash.   “Okay, now you can go to sleep.  I can do the rest,” she said to her comrades.  “A job well done.”  They gladly trotted back to their own mats and lied down, not interested in their prank momentarily.  Pinkie set Twilight on the floor and turned to Rainbow.  “You to Dashie, I wish you didn’t fit well with Twilight, I’d like you all to me,” she whispered to the proud Pegasus as she wiggled her out of the bag.  She brushed a hoof over her upturned stomach, feeling the toned muscles that she preformed so well with.  She gave the cyan mare a kiss of her own, sliding in her tongue when her partner’s mouth opened to greet her.  She smiled when she pulled out.  “So you do have a dark side,” she said quietly to the sleeping Rainbow.  She nudged her onto the floor and walked back to where Twilight was lying.  She picked up the unicorn again and kissed her, running a hoof down her body and between her back legs.  The lavender mare parted her mouth, and Pinkie smiled, gracing her with a long kiss.  “You’re so fun to kiss.  Dashie will have a good time with you,” she whispered, sliding her lips down her body in a trail of kisses.  “I have to give you up now though.  You belong with a different pony,” she said.  She put her on her back next to Rainbow and parted her front and back legs.  She noted her other friend’s easy breaths, confirming that they too had fallen to sleep.  She turned Rainbow over and slid her between Twilight’s legs so their stomachs were pressed together.  “Twilight loves to be on bottom,” she noted, sliding the victims’ mouths together.  Finally she pushed them deep into the bag with only their heads poking out.  She took some rope she had stored in her bag of tricks and roped them together.  It wasn’t too tight, but it would take them quite a while to escape… As a final step, Pinkie slid Rainbow’s mouth against hers and took a long victory kiss.  Then she put the destined lovers together at the mouth again and slid back to her bag.  She snuggled in and set her inner clock for sunrise. //-------------------------------------------------------// COMING SOON
