"Move, Move! We need to retreat!" one of the Soldiers said
"Holy shit! We're pinned down over here! Somebody Kill that god damn gunship!" a Soldier yells from a distance
Resistance fighters started spamming rockets towards the gunship, and prayed that it didn't shoot them down. "Gunship down!" a soldier yells followed by a group of cheers " We fucking did it! We actually did It!!!" one of the soldiers cheered as he watched the Gunship crash down with a metallic roar.
Meanwhile 3 miles outside of Gatlinburg
"The humans have shown them selves here, Everyone gear up and get in the APC's" the lead Combine said
The Apcs started firing up their engines, followed by Combine Forces entering them "Strider I want you to soften them up for us!" the Combine Commander said
The strider Acknowledges and starts walking its way to the last known location of the rebels
2 hours earlier
Two armed resistance fighters, walked into the debriefing room while there was a plan being taught in.
"Commander, scouts report a small group of Combines along with a gunship. Any plan of action sir?" one Rebel said
"Wait. did you say gunship?" The Commander Questioned
"Aye sir." John said
"This Could be our chance to test out our knew weapons." The Commander said with a hint of Joy in the voice
"Get the cannons ready, and get RPGS out too. We might need them."
"Copy that" john said
John and his buddy, walked out of the bunker and towards the group of rebels standing around "Listen up! Scouts report small groups of Combine and a Gunship, So I want you to get as many RPGS and Cannons you can get... also Get the Cannons Strategically placed."
"Yes sir!" Rebels said Unison
loud and Abruptly the speakers came on, then followed by the commanders' voice
"Friends, Families, and fellow Comrades, Today we stand and fight the combine forces here in the Smoky mountains, We will kill them and Push them back! We will show No Mercy to them! It is hear were we decide our fate! Remember what you are fighting for.. Don't let these Combines Take it all way! We will not give up here! Now. The mountains have proven difficult for the Combines, so that means they will be coming from one direction. That one direction Is going to give us an Advantage we have been Longing for. Now, lets show these Combines who they are messing with!" the Commanders' voice Rang through out the Town, which then followed by a Series of "URAS"
"Sir the cannons are set, some of them are in the mountains in the under ground tunnels protruding out." john said
"Good thinking john. we might actually survive this." the Commander said
"They're Here!!!" one of the Soldiers yelled, then followed by a series of gunshots from both rebels and Combines.

"Can't these humans just give up, They've lost already." I said, while Jumping out of the APC.
"Well, they do have a reason fight back." my friend said before popping out of cover to shoot.
"Oh yea, and that is what?" I Questioned
"They lost their homes, Planet, and their loved ones by us." my friend said
"Oh yea, Well Oh well. its not our decision to make, all we have to do is Follow orders." I said
" I know right." he said
"Will you too stop lying around and start killing them." Team leader said.
"Yes sir!" I said
10 minutes later
"shit, I'm out of ammo!" I said
"Me too!" my friend said
then out of know where a metallic roar sounds and out appears the gunship, firing is main weapon the heavy, small arms fire started to lighten up a bit,
"Here you go soldiers! Some ammo for you." said one of the Fellow Combine soldiers handing over a box full of Pulse Ammo
"Yes! Finally we can get back in action!" my friend said
"Heh, you and your battle crazy mind." I said with sarcasm a bit
"Alright vyert. Just come with me" I said
"Right be----" I looked back to see that vyert was no longer on his feet.
"No. no no no no no!" I yelled while grabbing holding vyert lifeless body and placing his back and head on my arms, while bullets flew past me connecting to other combine troops or the ground. I Looked up too see that all APCs, the gunship, and my fellow soldiers dead, all except for me.
"why... why can't it be me." I somberly mumbled
before I knew, the humans started circling me, then came a loud bang, and my body fell down like I lost all control of it, then a Another shot I heard before I died.

Voices echoed through out the cafeteria, rebels drinking Wine, or Beer to celebrate a Glorious Victory that they have been partying for three hours straight.
"Dude, You think that was a little Dramatic from that combine?" John Questioned.
"Who gives a fuck. Those bastards need to die anyways." Kase said
"Eh, I mean what's the big deal. I never seen a combine act like that before." John said
"Like I said, Who. Gives. A. Fuck. They all need to die in hell." Kase angrily tone sounded
"So, who wants more Beer." the Waiter said bring a box full of bottles.
"You just read my mind." kase said
Right when Kase reached the bottle, the comms came up with disturbing news
"Everyone get to your battle stations ASAP we got a Strider Coming, with a Larger Combine force!" The Commanders' voice rung through out the Cafeteria and the town.
Right when everyone got to the doors, the wall just Spontaneously erupted into a big ball of fire...

Death and Destruction, its all the Royal Guards see, as the griffons advanced through out the city. One section of the City on the other Hand.... Errr Hoof is still under Pony Control. That section is under Command of Luna. "Guards! Get ready for another attack!" Luna Yelled as Griffon War chants were sounded.
"Yes your Majesty!" the Guards yelled unison
