During their attempt to defeat Discord, the Elements of Harmony go awry, transporting the Elements of Harmony and Discord into another dimension, only here, they aren't organic anymore, here they transformers. Now the Mane 6 must team up with the heroic Autobots if they are to stop the Decepticons and Discord from destroying the human race, get home and defeat an enemy that could destroy everything in existence.
