Hello to you, Twilight Sparkle. We- I, Princess Luna, have discovered the source of our dear Spikes problem. It appears that he has some abandonment issues from his past. Most likely coming from never knowing his real parents, and now, as the years go by, Spike has placed you in the same situation. Luna used her magic and teleported the letter to Twilight, just as Celestia trotted into the room. With a light bounce in her step and a joyous grin, the sun goddess sat beside her sister.

"Was that the letter for Twilight?"

"Yes it was...." Luna sniffed the air. She looked at Celestia and glared. "What is that smell, dear sister? Did... did you and Spike...?"

Celestia giggled into her hoof.

"Three times in the shower, and once in the hallway. After that I sent him to the market place. I believe that he had an enjoyable morning." she teased.

She was surprised to noticed that Luna didn't respond with an angry comment. In fact, Luna did the exact opposite. She looked at Celestia with a neutral expression.

Luna sighed and looked out the window. She just happened to noticed, Spike, leaving the castle. She watched him get into a carriage and drive off.

"Sister... I love Spike." Celestia gasped, surprised by the odd and blunt sentence.

Luna looked back to her sister. "But I know that you love him too. He's been here for five days now, and all we have done is fight with each other. So that's why we need to talk."

Celestia raised an eyebrow.

"About what?"

Luna sighed.

"About who gets Spike...."

"Twilight? What are you doing here in Canterlot?!" asked a surprised dragon, not too far away from the two sisters.

Twilight giggled and hugged the drake. "I came to see you. You've been away for five days and I missed you. What's wrong with that?"

Spike rubbed the back of his head.

"Nothing I guess..." He returned the hug. "It's great to see you too."

She then pulled away and led them both to an empty table. Spike sat down and noticed the sweat rolling down her forehead, though her expression was collected and calm.

Spike raised an eyebrow.

"Your not telling me everything, Twilight. Why are you really here?" asked Spike, picking up his menu.

Twilight sighed in defeat. She smiled sheepishly.

"Am I really that easy to read?"

Spike waved a claw, dismissively.

"Oh come on Twilight. Your a terrible liar, just like Applejack!"

They both shared a laugh. Then Twilight calmed down and picked up her menu. She looked over it and sighed.

"I always hated coming here. They never have anything good-"

"Uh... Twilight?."

"I mean, sure! We're ponies and all, but come on! Its not like I want to eat a salad every time-"

"Twilight."

"Maybe some pie would be nice this time-"

"Twilight!" yelled Spike.

The mare only continued to stare at her menu. Spike sighed and removed the menu from her grasp.

He was then shocked to see tears falling down Twilight's cheeks.

Spike instantly gasped.

"Twilight! whats wrong!?"

She looked up and smiled. But her lips quivered.

"H-How could y-you..." she whispered. Still smiling.

Spike was a little scared.

"How could I what...?"

She slapped him.

"HOW COULD YOU EVER THINK THAT I WOULD ABANDON YOU!"

Screamed Twilight, in the Royal Canterlot voice. Tears of betrayal and pain fell down her cheek.

"And even after all we've been through..."

Celestia's mouth was agape. She hadn't expected Luna to be the one to act adult about this.

Her little sister had certainty grown up.

Celestia bit her lip.

"Well...."

Luna looked away.

"Well..."

Celestia sighed and looked shameful.

"Lulu... I have acted very uncouth this weekend. I have acted in a way that a Goddess should not act. I shouldn't have gone about getting Spike in such a fashion. For that I apologize...." Hot tears fell down her cheek. "I'm a t-terrible s-sister... I don't deserve Spike. He should be with you..."

Luna looked at her sister and smiled. Not in victory, but in understanding. Luna placed a hoof on Celestia's shoulder and frowned sadly.

"Why didn't you tell us that you were a virgin?"

Celestia gasped.

"H-How did you-"

"We over heard you and Spike in the bathroom a few days ago." Luna giggled. "You are quite the loud one, dear sister."

Celestia finally returned the kiss and allowed her sisters entrance.

"Do you think Spike will like the idea?"

Celestia rolled her eyes and smiled.

Both Luna and Celestia looked out the window and to the direction of the market.
