Set several thousand years ago, the world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is a vastly different place. Ponies are split into two ancestor races, lithe elves and bulky ponies. Two religious armies vie for control of Skyrim while dragons rise to dominate the world. Someone has to put a stop to the conflict.

The story follows the adventure of two separate groups and their efforts to end the dragon threat.

Technically not a crossover, but contains elements influenced heavily by The Elder Scrolls series, and partly from the Dragon Age series.
