Shots?
Fluttershy isn't a big fan of going to the doctor, because when she does go, she usually has to get a shot. She hates things going inside her. Lucky for her, a SHOT isn't going to be going in.
Nopony really likes getting a shot, but Fluttershy despises them. The thought of a sharp needle that pricks your vein and takes some of your blood or deposits something into her body frightens her. And matters are worse when her usual doctor, Nurse Redheart isn't there that day and a new doctor is.
This doctor's not sticking a needle into her.
