As if Luna was hiding something from her. Then soon it became nighttime and Luna raised the moon. Suddenly, after raising the moon she head a knock on her room door. The night princess looked at the door. " Come in. " Luna said .Then Celestia opened it and walked in with a concerned look on her face " Is something wrong sister?'' Luna asked in a concerned voice. Celestia sighs " Well it's just that you have been acting strange lately and I am just worried about you.'' She answered. Luna looked at her sister and sighs. " Is something bothering you or are you hiding something from me?'' Celestia asked. Luna's eyes flew open at that question and didn't know how to respond to that. " wait what... no I would never hide anything from you.'' Luna said nervously while walking to her rooms balcony. Celestia looked at her confused. Luna clears her throat. " Well I have to go some.. where .... else.'' Luna said then flew away leaving her sister more curious. Celestia then walked to the room door and left.      Luna was flying above the clouds in the night sky and was looking for something perhaps a huge ship. Ugh, where can they be they should be near like always. Luna thought to herself while looking for it. " Ahh, there it is.'' " Welcome back princess.'' he said. Luna nodded happily and her and the figures walked into the ship. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________     The next morning Celestia was up early to see her sister but when she looked Luna still  wasn't there. The sun princess was in shock because Luna has been sneaking out a lot more then before. So she went to the throne room and wrote a letter to twilight to tell her and her friends to come to Canterlot as fast as they could. Because she thought that she could use some help with this problem. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Back at the ship Luna was having a great time there because these robots understood her than anypony else does. Then She was looking for Megatron. "Huumm ,Starscream?'' Luna asked while she and Starscream were walking down a hallway. He looked at Luna. " what?'' He replied. " Where's Lord Megatron?'' Luna asked. " He's apparently on a mission at this moment, why you ask?''  He replied. " Just wondering.'' The night Princess responded . They continued to walk. And they went to knockouts lab to see if knockout was there. And he was. Then he saw Luna and Starscream walk in the room. '' Oh, hello princess, Starscream.'' Knockout said. Luna nodded in response. " Well I actually have to get going because my sister will wonder where I am so bye.'' Luna said while walking backwards out of the lab slowly while Starscream and knockout are standing there. Suddenly, Luna bumped into Megatron's leg. " By the way what did I miss?'' Luna asked. " You didn't miss much, just that we lost half of our troops and lost the insecticon hive! Megatron said angrily while looking at Starscream and knockout. " Wait,  what happened? Luna asked curiously. "  Well why don't you ask them what happened.'' Megatron said while looking at Starscream and Knockout. And they looked at Luna nervously. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ In Canterlot castle princess Celestia was waiting in the throne room for Twilight and her friends to come. They came in the room and The princess looked at them.as they arrived." Princess Celestia we came as fast as we could, what's wrong? Has something come up? Where's Princess Luna? " Twilight asked as she walked in and before she could say anything else Celestia put one hoof in the air to stop twilight from talking. " That's just it, we don't know where Luna is, I mean I don't know where she is. My sister hasn't been here since last night.'' Princess Celestia responded in a worried tone of voice. Twilight and her friends looked at each other than back at the princess. " Well we are here to help you with whatever you need us to do! '' rainbow dash said in a confident tone. Celestia nodded. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Mean while after Starscream and knockout told Luna the whole story. ( So this is after what happened in the episode " Thirst '' ) And Luna stood there surprised. " So your telling me you guy's made a zombie like thing  and I missed it." Luna said in a surprised voice. Starscream and Knockout nodded. I always miss something good happening in this warship. Luna thought to herself. Luna then saw Megatron and went up to him. " Need any help with anything? " Luna asked. He looked at her. " No, why? " Megatron responded. " Just asking.'' Luna replied. " Actually, Can you come with me? " Megatron asked. Luna nodded yes. Then they both walked out of the room and into the hallway and walked down the hallway. " What do you need? " The night princess asked. " Well, we need a new commander and- '' Megatron didn't finish what he was going to say because Luna interrupted him and said '' Because you don't trust Starscream and that he doesn't listen to your commands, and your thinking of having me as second in command. " Luna said. Megatron seemed surprised a little. He nodded his head. Luna closed her eyes then they flew wide open and she said: " WAIT, you want ME to be your second in command? Luna asked surprised. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: A Visit //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2: A Visit          In Canterlot Castle....      Princess Celestia, Twilight and her friends were in the throne room. Celestia was about to tell the ponies what to do but a guard came in. " Sorry to interrupt the meeting but princess Cadence is here and would like to come in. " the guard said. " Cadence? '' Twilight said happily! The guard nodded. " Let her in! " Celestia responded to the guard. He walked to the door to let Cadence in. She walked in. Cadence saw Twilight and lit up, and went to her. " Sunshine, Sunshine Lady bugs awake,  clap your hooves and do a little shake, ahahah! " Twilight and Cadence sung and did their welcome dance together. Celestia got up from her throne and went to Cadence to tell her what was going on. " Cadence can I talk to you and can you help us with a problem? " Celestia asked. Cadence nodded. Few moments after. " Luna's missing?" Cadence asked. Celestia nodded." What happened to her? " She continued. " We don't know, which is why I asked Twilight and her friends to come, and since your here can you  help us find my sister? " Celestia asked. " Wait, so again you want me to be your second in command?'' Luna asked. Megatron nodded. "  Will you? " He asked. " I don't know but I have my own Royal duties back at home and I can't stay here all the time. " Luna explained. " How about you don't have to stay here and you come and go whenever? " Megatron asked. The night princess began to think. " What about my sister how am I suppose to keep this a secret? She'll probably ask me questions about like what's going on with you or have you been hiding anything from me? How would I answer?'' Luna questioned. " You will have to lie to her then. " Megatron responded. " I know but what would I say? What would I do? she will eventually get the answer out of me sometime soon." Luna said in a worried tone. " Then try to ignore her. " he suggested to the princess. " I have already done that for the past 3 months or so. " She responded. Then a sudden crash came from the corner and Megatron ran over. " Ugh, Why must young ponies ruin things'' Luna said. " I told You guy's we should of went the other way! " Sweetie bell said to her friends While each of them were laying on top of each other as if they crashed on the floor. " What are you three doing here? " Luna asked with an annoyed tone. " Well we got bored and... we went to the hot air balloon and it caught a strong breeze and crashed in here.'' The young unicorn responded nervously while pointing her hoof  to the hot air balloon. " Ugh, but didn't I tell you to wait in the castle until I returned? " Princess Luna said. " Who are they? " Megatron asked. Luna put one of her hoofs on her face. " They are the CMC '' The Cutie mark Crusaders'' and I was supposed to help them today.'' Luna responded to Megatron. " And I have told them to wait in the Castle until I returned from whatever I was doing but in this case until I return from here. " Luna continued while looking at the three fillies. Sweetie bell nervously Laughs. " Sorry!'' The young unicorn said in a low tone of voice. " Well, I think you three should go back to canterlot and wait for me.'' Luna said. As if I would go back now. The princess thought to herself. Then Luna realizes that if she sent them back they would tell the others even made her sister about what they saw. Before the three fillies left. '' Wait! " Luna said in a worried voice. The fillies looked at her. " How about you stay a little?'' Luna asked. " But I thought you wanted us to go?'' Apple bloom asked. " Yeah forget what I said, you can stay but you have to stay next to me at all times! " Luna said. The three ponies nodded. " Luna can I talk to you for a moment?'' Megatron asked. The princess nodded. " Um you three stay there!'' Luna said to the fillies. " Why would do that? Did you completely forget about me being in charge here?'' He asked with an annoyed voice. " No, but they can't go now because they know the secret well this secret and they might tell my sister or somepony else. Which is why I don't want them to leave and give it all away. Luna explained. He growls. " Fine, But I have to go.'' Megatron said. " Where?'' Luna questioned. '' To crush the autobots! '' Megatron replied while walking away. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: The Plan //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 3: The Plan     In Canterlot... " What are we going to do?  What's the plan? " Princess Cadence asked curiously. Celestia closed her eyes. Then opened them. " I actually have my own sort of secret. " Celestia admitted. The ponies gasp. " What sort of secret? " Twilight asked curiously. Celestia didn't answer. " Wait here.'' The sun princess said. " Sweetie bell said in a low tone of voice. Luna smiled. "it's okay, As long as your not hurt, right? We are all fine! " Luna said happily. " Come, follow me.'' she and the fillies were walking down the hallway. Starscream was walking by. " Hello, Starscream! " Luna said happily. " Princess.'' He replied.  Luna stopped walking and the fillies did to. " Starscream wait.'' She said quickly. " What? '' Starscream asked. " Can you watch these three for me? "  The night princess asked. " Why, Should I? " He asked curiously." Because I have to go talk to megatron about something. "  She replied. '' Ugh, Fine but I have to put the Predacon back in it's cage, surely that will be fun for them to watch. " Starscream said as he looked at the fillies. Luna giggles a little. " Well okay then, Have fun with that! " The princess says while walking away. Not. Luna thought to herself. Starscream watched as she walked away then turned to the three ponies. " Okay then what do you like to do or I mean want to do? " He asked the CMC. " Can we go explore the warship? " Apple bloom asked in a happy tone of voice. " Okay then I will show you around but again I have to take care of our '' pet '' soon. '' Starscream said. With that happening Luna was on her way to see Lord Megatron to speak to him about something. While Luna was walking down the hallways she heard creaking sounds and she stopped to listen. Then she realizes it's someone trying to scare her or trying to sneak up on her but she wasn't sacred because she knew who it was. Luna was facing foreword and her eyes were looking back. She rolls her eyes. " You know I can't be scared, right? " She said. Megatron appeared from the shadows from a corner. He growls. " Really you weren't scared a bit? '' He asked with a amused tone. Luna nodded no. " Sorry, No! " The princess replied. " Also where were you? " Lord Megatron asked. " I was telling I mean asking Starscream if he can watch the three ponies for me! Then after I needed to talk to you . about something. " Luna replied. " What do you need to talk about, what's the situation? " He asked in a curious tone. " Well it's not actually a situation. Well it's just that I.... I sort of... kind of... '' Luna didn't know how to say this. '' Like me? " Megatron finished her sentence. Luna nodded and blushed a little. He keeled down to the princess. Megatron looked around if anyone was there. Then he looked at Luna." I actually feel the same to you. "' He said.  " Really?''  Luna asked. " Yes I do.'' Megatron said.  " It would work but your a pony not a bot. '" He said. Then Luna thought about that for a couple seconds. " Or maybe there is a way we can be together. " She said with a confident tone. " How? " He asked. " Don't worry just leave it to me.'' Okay so Celestia teleported somewhere else and the other ponies don't know where or what she's doing. So Celestia is actually at the autobot base in jasper, Nevada. " Come on Jack you can win this! " Arcee shouted to her friend Jack as he, Miko. And Raf were racing with the toy cars they got. As the bots were cheering their friends on, suddenly a bright gold bubble appeared in the base and it went away as a pony showed up. Then the bots and  their friends stopped and looked to see what is going on. " What is that'' Miko asked. " That is Princess Celestia! " Optimus Prime said. " What brings you here?'' He asked the pony. " You and your team need to come to canterlot castle NOW! Celestia said. '' Why? " Arcee asked. " There's no time to explain you must come!'' Celestia continued. Then The princess Opened the groundbridge portal to canterlot. " You must come now! " She said. The bots said goodbye to their friends before they left. So they went threw the portal and they ended up in canterlot castle hallway. The portal closed. Celestia walked in the throne room. " I'm back sorry it took a long time! " Celestia said. " So about the secret? " Twilight asked. " Oh yeah, I don't have to tell you but I can show you. " The princess replied. " You can come in now ! "' Celestia said with a loud voice so the bots can hear her. So all of the bots came in and stood there. And Twilight and her friends, and cadence were surprised. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: The Plan part 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 4: The Plan part 2   The Decepticons .....    " For my plan to work I need to get to Canterlot without being seen by anypony. " Luna said while looking at the decepticon leader. " How about using the ground bridge? '' He suggested. Megatron got up on his feet from kneeling. The princess began to think. " It's worth a try. " Luna responded. " It's a quicker way of getting there. " The Leader said. Luna looked at him. " Ugh, fine. " She replied. " Soundwave, activate the ground bridge to .... Canterlot. " Megatron spoke over the communication link. Suddenly a portal appeared in front of them. Luna and Megatron stared at it. He looked at the princess and nodded. She nodded back. The night princess walked in the ground bridge. Then it closed. Megatron went to the flight deck. " Soundwave? " He said. Then Soundwave walked to the flight deck as well and Megatron nodded to him. Soundwave transformed into his drone form and flew off. Luna got out of the portal. And she was a little bit dizzy. " Ugh, I got to get used to that.'' The night princess said to herself. She looked around to see that she was behind the Canterlot library. " Ahh, perfect!'' Luna thought to herself. She walked to the library front she looked around to see if anyone was up, luckily no because it was nighttime and everyone was asleep like always. Then she opened the door to the library and walked in. " So, where is that book? " Luna said while walking to a bookshelf. " I thought I saw It when I came here before I talked to my sister three days ago. " Luna said to herself.  Suddenly a book caught her eye. It was a brown book that had gold in it.  And it was in a shelf in the bottom left corner. She picked it up with her magic. And put it right in front of her and scanned threw the book quickly. Then closed it. And left the library. But little did she know that soundwave was watching her the whole time she was in the library. " So, how would I call Megatron for a ground bridge back to the warship? " She asked herself. Soundwave appeared behind her. Luna looked behind her then she jumped. " You almost scared me there.'' She said to the robot. She nervously Laughs. They just stood there for a couple seconds. " Oh.. um.. Can you send me a ground bridge back to the ship?'' Luna asked. Soundwave just nodded. Then the ground bridge portal opened again and, she and Soundwave walked in it and it closed. Canterlot Castle..... " What in Equestria are they? " Twilight Sparkle asked. " They are Cybertronions form the planet Cybertron and they are also known as Autobots. " Celestia responded. " So.. What's the big situation? " Arcee asked. " It can talk?'' Rarity said surprised. " Yes, they can! '' Celestia said. " And the situation is that my sister Luna is missing or has been missing because I haven't seen her in days.'' She continued " And I think that she might be on you know who's side. " Celestia said while looking at Optimus Prime. " Speaking of little sisters where is sweetie bell? She was suppose to wait at the front door for Luna.'' Rarity asked. " Hey, Apple bloom missing too!'' Apple jack said in a worried tone. " Also scootalo is missing too!'' Rainbow Dash said. " They probably are with Luna but at... You know. Celestia said. " Wait, you mean you think they are on Megaton's side?'' Arcee asked. Celestia nodded. " Can you help us get her back?'' The sun princess asked in a worried tone. " What would you want us to do? " Optimus asked. At the warship..... " Did you get what you needed?'' Megatron asked. " Yep!'' Luna said while walking out of the portal. She lifted the book in the air to show him.  " All I need to do is learn this spell. " The night princess said in a happy tone. " What do you mean by learn it, can't you just do the spell?'' Lord Megatron asked. " We'll, in order for me to do the spell I have to study it..'' Luna responded. " And how long would that be?'' He asked. " I don't know maybe an hour or so.'' The night princess said. Megatron nodded. So with that happening Starscream was showing the cutie mark crusaders around the ship. " That's basically all that I need to show you.'' Starscream said. " That's cool! '' Sweetie bell said. " We'll, I have to put the predacon back in it's cage.'' Starscream said to the three fillies. " Can we watch?'' Apple bloom asked. " Ugh, sure you can, surely this will be interesting to you.'' He responded. The beast hunter looked back at Starscream and opened it's mouth. Fire came out as it almost hit Starscream but he dodged it. The commander got back up and stared at the predacon for a couple of seconds then he sees smoke and looked at the top of his head to see if it was on fire and it somewhat was. Starscream cleared it off with his hand. The cutie mark crusaders started to chuckle a bit. Starscream looked at them. " What? " Starscream asked. " You were right this is funny!'' Scootalo said. Starscream growls then looks back at the predacon, he looks back at the door/ the entrance to the ship. Then he walks that way. " Stay here and don't move.'' he commanded the fillies. They nodded back. Few minutes later starscream comes back with the apex armor on. The fillies look at him as he walks towards the beast. The predacon growls at him. " Go ahead do your worst, the apex Armor will-" He screams while the beast grabbed his arm and kept swinging him back and foreword. Then the predacon throws him against the wall. Starscream hits the wall then falls. He groans as he gets up. " Starscream are you alright?'' Sweetie bell asked. He looks at them and nods. Meanwhile, It's been an hour or so later and Luna learned her spell and was going to perform it, to show Megatron. " Okay I have learned the spell!''  Princess Luna said happily. " Now will you able to cast it?'' Megatron asked. She nodded. " Okay here goes.'' Luna said. Then suddenly her horn glowed a dusty grey color. And then suddenly she was standing and magic went around her. Then Luna appeared to be something else.
