My Little Adventure Quest! AQW: Chaos & Harmony

Chapter I

The world of Lore is a wondrous place; filled to the brim with beauty and magic. It holds untold items of great power and wisdom.

There is no dominating race in Lore, it's inhabitants vary more than there are colors. From elves to dragons, to gnomes and moglins and so much more, each and every race has their own defining characteristic.

Most of Lore's inhabitants are weak and moderately strong. A few are quite powerful, and even fewer are god-like.

But with so much power residing in such a land it is inevitable that wars will erupt...And they did and still do.

The most recent war in Lore is one of the most catastrophic to have ever occur. Chaos.

Chaos has spread throughout Lore causing havoc with its corrupting ways. Chaos had somehow made Drakath, a former prince and leader of a group of bandits, into a unimaginably powerful being of chaos.

With Drakath having destroyed Sepulchure and defeating King

Alteon he spread his chaos to conquer Lore with his thirteen lords of chaos.

But all was not lost for a lone hero stood up to all the chaos and defeated each of the thirteen lords with the help of Lore's many inhabitants.

Now with all lords destroyed along with their chaos beast and "chaorrupted" minions all that stands between victory is Drakath.

The hero had gained the respect and support of nearly every faction to stand against Drakath and his massive army. From Gravelyn's entire army, including the devastating Dage's Undead Legion, to King Alteon's army, to Nulgath's almighty rare Void Breeds and dominating juggernauts, even Mudluks had joined to fight. Nearly everyone joined the absolutely massive war.

The war was raged all across Lore yet the real war was located right at the center of Lore, flattened, scarred, burned, war torn, and infested with chaos is what Battleon had become. In the center of what used to be the town of Battleon stood an incredibly large purple castle.

The hero along with a few fellow followers fought through thick and thin inside the castle which held only the strongest of Drakath's guards.

"HA! I haven't had this much fun since the Lionfang War! How are you holding up?!" Raid had yelled over to his comrade while he sliced through every opponent who opposed him.

"HAHAHA!!! IT FEELS SO GOOD! Oh Raidy, what a rush this is! I'm just dandy!" He screamed back in a psychotic voice.

"Don't get too excited Desolus or you might attack our comrades!" Desolus paid no head to the Nulgath affiliated juggernaut who wore armor similar to Nulgath himself as he cut through the crowd of chaos warriors.

Odd to think he considers Raid a friend when he is affiliated with Dage. Though their masters, Dage and Nulgath, do not hate or speak ill of each other most their followers do, but Raid had showed him better. Then again he is also friends with a Guadian.

As they finished dealing with all the enemies they found themselves to be before the throne room of Drakath. The hero not wanting to go into battle tired told for the remaining followers to take a breather.

"To think, I will see the glory of the hero defeating Drakath before my very eyes." Raid had said to Desolus as they rested.

Desolus had laughed manically in agreement. "Hehehe, oh yes. Quite the honor."

"HEY GUYS!!! Raid! Desolus!"

Raid and Desolus looked around them to see who was calling them until they spotted a man in guardian armor running towards them.

"Hey *pant* guys *pant* wait, let me catch my breath." The man laid himself on the floor and began to regulate his breath.

Raid turned his head towards Desolus and then to the man that lay flat in front of him. "And just where in the abyss were you Bastion? You weren't with us when we entered the main gates to the castle, we assumed you died."

Bastion bent upwards only to see Desolus no less than three inches from his face. "GAH! What the- Desolus, personal space man. You and that freaky face of yours."

Desolus laugh. "I thought you loved my face!"

Bastion scooted away from Desolus to get back up. "Of course I do, how could I not love a face as psychotic as yours? Pure black face, glowing eyes, and that literal crooked smile ,which i might add also glows, you constantly have on just blows me away! You must get all the ladies, or your case, kitchen appliances!"

"Hehehe. Just because I'm in a robot doesn't mean I'm attracted to electronic things! You silly, silly man!" Desolus with his unchanging face moved away from Bastion.

"Anyways to answer your question Raid, I was busy healing a few guys, not dead, and had to run all the way here and seriously, you guys did a very good clean sweep of the place, I didn't run into any monster on my way here."

"ALL RIGHT FRIENDS ARE ANY OF YOU READY?" The hero yelled.

The followers all gave a loud yes as they pumped their weapons into the air.

"My, my so eager to walk blindly into doom are we now?"

The hero went into a defensive stance as he noticed the doors to the throne room were opening revealing pitch darkness within. "Show yourself Drakath!"

"Come hero I'm waiting but as for your little posse behind you well I got something special for them." As soon as the voice finished a large purple tentacle shot out of the door and dragged the hero inside and closed.

"Well this isn't good at all."

"What did he mean he had something special for us?"

"Desolus, Bastion. Ready your weapons."

A giant quake was felt throughout the castle as once the doors to the throne room were again opening.

"Look the doors are opening! WHAT?!"

The doors had opened yes but not in the way they would have expected. In the middle of the door was a circle that kept getting bigger until it reached a certain point.

"What's going on with the door?!"

Along the edges of the circle jagged points began to emerge and near the top faces were being shown and two large eyes became noticeable.

"What is that thing?!"

Raid watched the door closely, examining every detail of what has changed on the door. "Desolus, Bastion. Come over here behind this column, I have a bad feeling about this."

"But I wanna see what the door is doing!" Bastion retorted.

"Come here now!"

Both Desolus and Bastion took cover next to Raid behind the column.

"Look the mouth, it's moving!"

"VOID SUCTION." A sudden wind began to blow inside the room.

"Desolus, Bastion, jam your weapons into the column now and hold on tight!" They did as Raid told and firmly stuck their weapons and held on to them as hard as they could.

Just as they did the wind drastically became more vicious and when it did there was a plethora of screams but the noise of the wind drowned them out.

"Keep holding and don't let go!"

Just as quick did the wind come did it leave.

"Is it over?" Bastion had asked yet no reply was given.

Desolus removed his weapon and went out to see what had happened. "Gravelyn's panties."

Raid curious as to what happened also removed his weapon and walked over to Desolus. "By the skull of Xan."

Now Bastion was getting freaked out. He removed his weapon and went to see what had shocked both his friends. "Alteon's beard...They're all gone."

Everyone was gone, not one trace was left behind and that wasn't even the more disturbing part. What was more disturbing then the mass disappearance was that the door which was suppose to look not like a door was back to looking like a door.

"Where did everybody go? Why is the door back to normal?! AND DID DESOLUS JUST SWEAR BY GRAVELYN'S PANTIES?!" Bastion could not accept the fact that over twenty people just vanished in a matter of seconds

"Bastion calm down and Desolus...Her panties? Really? Don't answer it cause I don't want to know. Now let's see how we can get through the door and into the throne room." Raid began to walk towards the door when Bastion grabbed his arm.

"What do you mean get through the door?! Did you not see what it just did?"

"Actually none of us did!" Desolus laughed.

"Look, Bastion, we are here for a reason and the only way I'm leaving is either from seeing Drakath defeated or me dying. If you want to leave be my guest but I'm staying and I'm going to get through that door."

Bastion wouldn't let his friends down. It's his duty as a guardian to protect and he will not back down. "Let's do this."

"And you Desolus?"

"Bah what's a fourth death to me? HAHAHA! Yes, I'm in."

With all three willing to see this through they begin walking towards the door but as they take their first step the door immediately changes back to its chaotic state.

"CHAOS SUCTION."

"What?!"

"Huh?!"

"Que?!"

They were instantly sucked into the maw of the chaos door, though no one was there to see, inside the maw of the door was a picture of ruins inside a forest.

"Girls are you done? We need to head out to the ancient castle of the royal pony sisters as early as possible." A lavender unicorn was impatiently waiting for her five friends.

"Sheesh Twilight it's not like the castle is just going to get up and walk away!" One of Twilight's friends had joked.

"Oh ha ha Rainbow Dash." Twilight rolled her eyes knowing Dash would never understand what the pursuit of knowledge is.

"All reeeeady!"

"Ah swear Rarity y'all really gon' bring a luggage?"

"Why yes Applejack I am, one must always be prepared." Applejack only shook her head.

"Oh no Pinkie Pie that's just aweful! Did you get hurt?"

"Oh not at all Fluttershy! You worry too much, maybe you should change your name to Flutterworry! Ooo and then we can have a party! CHANGED MY NAME FROM FLUTTERSHY TO FLUTTERWORRY PARTY!"

"Pinkie, Fluttershy I take it both of you are finished for the trip?"

"Yuppie guppie! Oh oh Twilight I almost forgot! I got a twitch!"

Upon hearing twitch everypony in the room grabbed a book and placed it above their heads while they duck down. "Did you know what it meant?"

"Nope! Just that something interesting might happen."

Everypony relieved it wasn't about something falling on their heads stood up.

"Well now that that's out of the way lets head on out girls, we got ourselves a castle to study!"

Again I barely had time to write this seeing as how I'm freaking busy with life (man, life needs a lot more ponies). Expect updates for my other stories as well, they be needing some TLC.
