Lost // Book 1

I just want to let you guys know, that there will be Bonus chapters for Fluttershy, Dinky, and some other characters. Please read them, they may tell clues for some stuff you don't get! Thanks for reading ;)

"Hello little filly", the deep, raspy voice said. It was around the afternoon. Scootaloo had been stolen in the morning, but she had passed out from some sort of drink from the pony who had taken her. He remained in the shadows of The Everfree Forest.

Scootaloo was tied to a tree, the rope digging into her skin. Of course Scootaloo was scared. But, she had to show she wasn't.

"What do you want from me?" Scootaloo said, trying to sound confident.

"I want you", the voice growled. "All the fillies never venture to my side of the town, but you seem like a nit-wit so I just happened to steal you."

"Just because I have a Chicken doesn't mean I'm a nit-wit!" Scootaloo yelled. Mr. Cluck wouldn't be happy if he heard this.

"I never said that, Scoot, Scoot, Scootaloo", the pony chuckled. "I know where you live, I know what you learn in school, I know everything about you."

"Your a stalker!" Scootaloo yelled, trying to jump out of the rope. The rope dug into her skin more, so she tried to settle in her new surroundings.

"I call it loving in the shadows", the pony hissed. "Now that no pony can hear you, it's time to continue what I wanted in the first place."

Signs were all around Ponyville for Scootaloo. No-pony knew Scootaloo was Fluttershy's daughter, she didn't mention that.

"I can't believe Scootaloo went missing", Silver Spoon gossiped to her pink friend. "But of course, Chickens will always get stolen."

Dinky walked over to the two. "How about you shut up?" Dinky hissed. "Scootaloo is missing and this is serious. She could be dead. She could be in a trash bag choking! But all you care about is gossiping about her. So how about you two shut up, and be serious and help us look for Scootaloo."

"What if we don't want to?" the pink one said, smirking.

"Yea, we don't have to listen to you", Silver Spoon said.

Dinky slapped Silver Spoon in the face, then turned around and helped Fluttershy with the signs. Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara stared at Dinky. Silver Spoon rubbed her cheek in disgust.

"Come on Silver Spoon, let's go get a milkshake", Diamond Tiara said, walking towards Sugar Cube Corner.

"It's been two days", Fluttershy cried. "She hasn't been found. It's all because of me."

"Fluttershy, I'm not saying it's your fault, but if you told us about Scootaloo, this wouldn't have happened", Rainbow Dash said.

"Scootaloo might be lost, or maybe I'm lost in my head. I don't know anymore." Fluttershy sobbed, and curled into a ball in the corner of Twilight's library.

"What do we do?" Rarity asked.

"We can search outside of Ponyville, maybe near that 'er, forest", Apple Jack said.

"No, not the Everfree Forest", Fluttershy almost yelled, standing up and stumbling forwards. She plopped on her face in fear.

"Twilight, what should we do?" Rarity asked.

"We have to see what happens, everypony in Ponyville knows about Scootaloo being missing. We just have to wait."

The six ponies just stood next to the crystal table, all of them thinking.

"Can we get some cupcakes?" Pinkie Pie blurted out.

"Why not?" Rainbow Dash asked, speeding out of the castle to Sugar Cube Corner.

Fluttershy followed the group, crying. Her tears left stains in the dirt.

"I'm lost in my head, and only Scootaloo made my mind okay." Fluttershy thought. They headed into the sugar shop, when ponies began chatting.

"Scootaloo may have been found!" Bon Bon said.

Fluttershy looked up. "Where!?"

"They found orange feathers near Sweet Apple Acres", Bon Bon said.

"Well let's get to it then!" Apple Jack said. The six ran - and flew - to Sweet Apple Acres. Orange feathers lay all around the farm.

"Oh, Scootaloo", Fluttershy said, picking up a feather. "You just started growing your flight feathers."

Rainbow Dash searched from the sky to the ground.

"I saw nothing", Rainbow Dash said.

The six sat down on one of the new benches and ate apples. Fluttershy obviously, had none.

"We'll look again Fluttershy, after lunch", Twilight said, taking a bite out of her apple.

Fluttershy just stared at the dirt. Where's Scootaloo? Is she okay? All those questions worried Fluttershy. But she knew the worst was probably behind her. Scootaloo would be okay. She said she would go to school. But, where could Scootaloo be!?

The five others finished up their snack, and began searching again.

"Look for anything girls!" Twilight yelled, flying up.

Fluttershy looked behind barrels, looked underneath the benches nothing. But then, a sudden scream was heard. Rarity. The girls ran towards Rarity, who was in the barn.

"Look!" Rarity shrieked, pointing toward a stack of hay.

"There's nothing-", Twilight began, before she gasped.

Hidden within the hay, was a orange hoof. Apple Jack kicked off the hay, and they saw it, Scootaloo.

She had brutal cuts all over her face. There were wounds on her stomach, neck, and hooves. Fluttershy stared, eyes very wide.

Worst of all, Scootaloo's stomach was not rising or falling. It was still as Discord in stone. Scootaloo's body stayed perfectly still, laying on the hay. Apple Jack slowly walked over to the body, and touched her forehead softly. Cold.

"Girls", Apple Jack said. "Sh-she's gone."

Fluttershy fell to the ground. She curled up in a ball, and began crying.

"I have no purpose anymore", Fluttershy wailed. "Scootaloo is gone."

"Fluttershy", Rarity began.

"SHUT UP!" Fluttershy said. "Scootaloo is gone. Somepony killed her."
