Years in the future, Equestria is in ruins and the creatures known as ponies have not survived after some disaster. You are a zebra and the leading social anthropologist of the Zebrican Nation. Your task? Study and find out as much as you can about the pony civilization and, if possible, what disaster wiped them out. As the closest place to the Zebrican homelands, you choose the ancient city of Ponyville, just on the other side of the Everfree Forest. Months have passed, and with plenty of physical evidence of existence, you have yet to determine what happened, or what the ponies were like. That is, until an intern stumbles across a stash of tapes which just might hold some answers.
